Hey everyone! I’m Raul :) I’m clean, really easy to live with, and respectful of others’ personal space. I would love to have a conversation over coffee, explore the city together, or just relax at home with Netflix. I would also enjoy having some time to myself to finish up with assignments and stuff :) I hit the gym a few times a week, and play sports like football and table tennis. I’m looking to find a flatmate or two who are into music, sports, travel, food and having a good laugh! It would be great if we could team up and share an apartment. 👌 Ideally, I’d love to live close to the University of Melbourne, where I’d be studying Design. If it sounds like we can get along, please do message me! Can't wait to hear from you! :)
Originally from Canberra, but promise I'm more not boring! Currently living in Kew but seeking an unfurnished room in the the inner north area. Full time Project Manager working in the far Eastern suburbs. Enjoy making tunes and spinning decks in my spare time, as well as hitting the gym and playing bball. Keen to join a household that's up for occasional hangouts or shared meals. I'm easy going, open minded and considerate. Looking for a home with house mates, not just a house with strangers.
CLEAN, TIDY, RESPECTFUL, CONSIDERATE, TRUSTWORTHY and FRIENDLY. I'm someone who has an OPEN MIND, a FRIENDLY PERSONALITY but likes their own space. I am easy to mingle with , understanding , caring , reasonable to live, kind of a person. I don't go around poking my nose into other people's business , but if anyone needs my help, I'll be there first one to help. I just completed my bachelor of engineering in India and I'm planning to do my masters in UniMelb, Feb 2019 intake. During my free time, I usually hang out with a couple of friends and have some beer and chill, I love watching and playing football. I love socializing and exploring new places.
Hey, I'm Madelyn from Taiwan. I am currently living in Jakarta as an intern English teacher and will be studying Speech Pathology at the University of Melbourne, starting in February. Looking for a comfortable place where I can have my own space but also hang out with friends. I am very respectful to people's needs and hope others would respect me the same way. I'm clean and tidy and would love things to be organized. I am also easy-going, friendly, reliable and positive and I love to laugh. Oh, and I love plants and animals. During the week I will probably be really busy, so I'll need a quiet place for me to relax (or study). But on the weekend or in my spare time, I enjoy drawing, painting, reading and going to the movies. I also love outdoor activities like mountain climbing, scuba diving, camping or just traveling around and exploring cool and unique coffee shops. Feel free to contact me if you think I will be a suitable Flatmate. :)
Hello there! My name is Chanchal. I'm 23. I am going to be pursuing my Master in Teaching from University of Melbourne starting Feb 2019. I am an Early childhood teacher by profession. I am extremely tidy and clean, friendly and have a good temperament. I like to keep to myself when I'm busy with college assignments but on a day off I'd love to explore the city, chill with friends, party or just sit in and catch up on some series. I also love cooking! I would love to team up with someone who is clean and tidy (especially with the bathroom and kitchen), friendly and respects my privacy! I'm really looking forward to my first experience living away from my home city! If you think we could get along, hit me up!
I’m an international Master’s student from Nigeria. I love history and exchanging ideas. From meditating to mountain hiking, enjoying various pastime activities is one of my favorite things. A summary of myself: By using each day to take advantage of life’s experiences, to find the balance between “I did it my way” and “Bloom where you’re planted”, I live to accept others as they are, knowing that it is together, each with our differences that we build up Earth. Obviously, I enjoy many types of music too.

Hello there! I am a 28 year old living in Melbourne who is currently studying Linguistics and Spanish at the University of Melbourne. Some of my hobbies include making/playing music, watching films and going for walks (hopefully evolving into runs!). I would say I’m a quiet, respectful, easy-going person who enjoys chats and at the same merit, understands privacy and personal space. Socially, I don't mind the odd glass over the weekend!
Hi, I'm a quiet but friendly person, studying at Melbourne, looking for a short term place to stay, from the 9th of January to the 2nd of March. I am fairly clean and organized. I'm a vegetarian. I am out of town at the moment, and will be back on the 9th itself.
We are a young, but mature, couple from Sweden seeking the warm and adventurous life of Australia. We are looking for a place to stay during our time in Melbourne, which will be our home here in Australia. We will be working a lot, but also go out on short travels. We like to keep our surroundings clean and tidy and we respect each individuals private space. We are happy to socialize but we respect if you aren't. Our budget is $300 together ($150 each) per week. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are offering a place to stay or if you would like to gather up for a group search. Cheers, Emma and Olle
Hi everyone! My name is Viola and I am moving to Melbourne from Brisbane at the end of December/ early January. I will be working at Lort Smith Animal Hospital as a veterinarian, so looking for somewhere close to North Melbourne (keen on Brunswick or Coburg areas). My 2 super cute dogs will be coming too (they are both small and adorable). I'm ideally looking for someone to start a new share house - If this sounds like it could be good to share a house together, I'd be keen to hear from you!
Hello beautiful people of Melbourne! I'm Michelle, a 27-year old postgraduate student from the Philippines. I'm moving to your city in February 2019 to study at the University of Melbourne for 2 years. I'm a Copywriter by profession. Looking for long-term accommodation during my studies, preferably furnished and with stable Internet. I don't have a car so parking space is not required. I'm also okay with sharing common spaces, such as the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. I pay rent on time, and I'm really neat (okay, maybe borderline OCD is the word haha!). I have experience in co-living, as I lived with 3 lovely girls from Brasil, Tunisia and China before. I'm the type of person who really gets to know my flatmates on a social level, and not just in a "Oh-s/he's-just-someone-I-Iive-with" kind of way, but actually hang out, whilst still respecting your personal space. I enjoy art, pizza, music/music festivals/concerts, films, coffee, nature, online shopping, TV series, traveling, dogs, yoga, milk tea, the beach, and going out with family and friends. When I'm not into my hobbies, I usually just chill in my room, binge watch on Netflix (but we can watch together too!), or study/work. Don't worry, I'm normally a quiet roomie, but maybe you'll hear me sing in the shower ;-P Looking forward to finding my awesome space!
Hi there, Im Troy I’m 29 and work full time at the Melbourne youth justice centre, I’ve been there last 3 years. (I’m not a student!) My passion is to help troubled youth through their issues and guide them into making the right choices in life. I’m an easy going guy, very clean, tidy respectful. Always pay rent and bills on time. I play rugby (as a New Zealander I have no choice but to play lol) with that I like to keep fit, gym here and there and enjoy playing guitar. I like my own space but also enjoy company and having a beer or two. I’m looking for a chilled house with no dramas, somewhere I can be myself and relax if I need to. Hoping to find good, respectful people who can become like family. If this sounds like you please reach out 😊✌️
I am a 23 year old working full time in an admin role in the insurance and risk industry (fun!). I am down to earth, know how to clean up after myself, not the greatest cook but always willing to give it a go, and my favourite way to spend my evenings is to watch Netflix. I also come with Pepper, a 10 month old kitten who is toilet trained, super cute, and up to date on all vaccines. I'm looking for housemates I can be friends with who are up for occasionally spending time together.
Hey! I have been living in shared houses for 8 years and enjoy the social aspects of it. I'm respectful, tidy, fun and enjoy to bake. I'm vegetarian, but don't mind others preparing meat. In my free time, I love hiking, climbing, swimming and yoga. I'm quite active and love to bring 1-2 frinds over for cooking or generally sharing food. Not too much of a party hard human, but love good live music and dancing from time to time. Not looking for a party house, but something cosy to call home for a 3 month science project.
Hello, my name's Oliver, and I'm a science student at the University of Melbourne. I work in the city, in hospitality. I'm looking for a room in, or to start a sharehouse, preferably somewhere within the inner suburbs. I'd prefer a fairly quiet home, but value a sense of community. I'm into fitness, video games, film and gardening. My ideal rent would be below 200 pw.
Hello! My name is Kate. I'm a scientist, science communicator and artist. I've just returned to Melbourne after doing a fellowship in Europe/America for 9 months. I'm working for the Uni of Melbourne while looking for full-time work as a science communicator. I've lived in Melbourne for about 5 years or so and have a lovely group of mates here. All my favourite things are in the north: I like running, swimming, reading, cycling, drawing, and going hiking and camping outside of Melb with mates. I'm not a big partier, but I'm friendly and kind (I'm a bit of an extroverted introvert). I'm looking for a place where I can do my own thing, but where my housemate is friendly and happy to have a chat in the kitchen every now and then. I've been in share houses since I was 11 (boarding school - I'm not a teenage run-away haha!) and recently turned 30, so I'm house trained :) In other words, I'm very clean, tidy and respectful. Ideally, I would like to share a town house / apartment with one other person. Thanks, Kate.
Hello! I'm Prita, from Indonesia. About to start grad school in Melbourne starting January 2019 after working in a children's nonprofit for the past 5 years. As a flatmate, I'm clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces. I can be social but also very much value my personal time and space. Like to pay my bills on time so they don't haunt me. On weekends I enjoy Netflixing (who doesn't :p), reading, going out for meals or drinks, and if lucky enough to live near parks or beaches, having a stroll. I'm looking for like-minded flatmates (and a flat) around my age or older, preferably female, who are kind, respectful, clean, and easy to live with. Would be great if we could occasionally hang out together or share meals/drinks at home. Cats (or dogs) would be a huge plus as I won't be able to bring mine :'(
I am a Audio Production student in SAE, I'm currently studying in SAE Byron Bay campus. I will transfer to Melbourne for the next school year, starting on the 4th of February. I need a room downtown by the start of February, but I can be there before if needed. I will be Studying or Working most of my time, so I won't be home most of the day. I'm a neat, quiet, respectful housemate. I don't party often. Maybe once or twice a month. Other than studying I like to travel, make music, and take pictures. I think Melbourne is the capital of music at the moment and I really want to explore its nightlife, and music & arts scene.
