*** NB NOT MOVING OUT UNTIL NOVEMBER *** Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I'm an International PhD candidate looking for a room to rent from mid-December. I work on campus and train at the university gym five days a week, and so, won't be home most of the day. Over the weekends, I usually cook, do housework, and watch cooking shows.
Young corporate professional working in investment banking, looking for a place that is convenient for travel into city perspective and has a good local vibe. I usually keep to myself and most days work late. Keen on exploring new places, have my own car and usually spend the weekend out of the house. Open to share some exploring with flatmates. I'm very particular about cleaning and like to keep my stuff tidy, love cooking and rock climbing on weekends.
Hi, I'm Shannon, 24 and originally from Adelaide but have been in Sydney for about 3 months. I'm currently working fulltime in Media and am looking to find somewhere to settle into with some great housemates! I consider myself to be pretty neat and tidy and respectful. I'm looking to find somewhere where I can have my downtime alone when I need it, but equally can come home to people that I can have a laugh and chat with over a meal or some trashy TV (bachelorette anyone?). Overall I'm pretty friendly and easy to get along with, hope to find somewhere that feels like a home and not just a place to live. I've put down 6 months but looking to stay longer if I find the right people :) Just a few prefrences to note for those who are seeking roomates, I ideally am after a place with no more then 3 other flatmates (no couples sorry!), and no inside cats/dogs. Look forward to meeting you!
I work full time and am very clean and respectable. I'm looking to team up with other likeminded full time professionals, that enjoy a chat after work and are easy to get along with.
I'm a clean and tidy guy, originally from Greece but have studied in the UK and worked for a couple years in the US. Initially i was studying to be a architect in the UK, but dropped out to switch to an animal care degree so i could work with animals :) My family is from Greece, Italy and Australia so i'm used to traveling and living with all kinds of people, i'm also a pretty decent cook! I'm also looking to stay for a minimum of 3 months and possibly longer. I'm employed full-time. My move-in date is flexible. My Locations are also flexible to a certain extent.
Hi.. I am looking for a single Private room with own/shared bathroom. About me: A friendly, sociable guy working full time in IT. I like to keep my surroundings tidy. Not much of a party person, so it will be quiet most of the time, but love to sit for evening chats... :) If you think, I might fit in your flat, please feel free to text/buzz. Thanks!! Ankur
I am an English young professional, working in law. New to Sydney and keen to explore the city in my spare time. I am friendly and outgoing, I love a good laugh and a glass of wine or two. In my spare time I like to stay active and am always up for an adventure.
I'm Licia, 28 Italian girl. I come from Tuscany but I lived for 10 years in Milan and in Turin because of study. I'm used to sharing, I'm clean and nice. I love spending my time listening music (I'm a singer), reading and watching movies. I like sharing something to drink at home or outside and chatting! I'm working in north Sydney.
I'm a 29 year old Polish girl who's come to Sydney to work on a 3-month contract basis for a company located in Chatswood. I'm looking for a room to stay within a reasonably close distance. I'm a rather quiet soul, I like all kinds of jazz-rooted music (soul, blues...), have been to all 5 continents, I enjoy being close to the the nature & embrace human diversity.
Hello! I moved to Sydney from the UK at the end of September. I'm working up in Asquith but want to be living a little bit closer to the action. I'm very easy going, have flat shared in London for 5 years with no problems. I'm looking for a place that is a home rather than just a place to sleep. I have a good amount of friends in Sydney already so won't be around all the time, but would love to have a glass of wine with my new flatmate(s)! I have a full time, permanent job that will keep me pretty busy in the days and I enjoy keeping fit through going to the gym or playing netball in the evenings. As any 20 something, I of course love going out for dinner/drinks with friends, but I'm respectful of others space and privacy so won't have an spontaneous, wild parties! If you think that I'd be a good fit - I'd love to hear from you! Tamsin
Hello! I am Giulia, an italian girl. I moved to Sydney 4 months ago and I am actually working full time and soon (from October) I will start evening classes. I am looking for a single or shared room. Cheers.
Hi all! I am relocating from Brisbane and need a place to call home. I'll be working in Events in Pyrmont so would like something nice and easy to get to preferably! I do have a car so would need to know if there is a garage/street parking. I am a very outgoing working professional, super neat and tidy and love to have a laugh and a cheeky wine! I'm not a big party person and will respect your space - it would of course be great to make a friend though! Happy to share a place with preferably no more than 2 other housemates (no shared bedrooms please). Furnished would be great but I can also buy new things/relocate my furniture from Brisbane if you don't have anything - I LOVE styling! Let me know what you've got! :)
Hey, I'm an English girl living and working in Sydney and looking for a great home! I've been in Australia for the past two years and plan to be here a while longer. I'm a marketing exec working in St Leonards so having a train line close by would be preferable. In my spare time I love to cook and keep fit - I go to the gym most work nights. On a weekend I love socialising with friends - especially if it's over cheese and wine!
Hi guys, We are a young professional couple from the UK looking to move closer to the city/beach. We both work full time Monday to Friday so fairly chilled through the week. We are wanting somewhere to call home and become friends with our new house mates. Ben is an electrician I am a project coordinator. We are really sociable, friendly and clean. We have been over here 3 years and would like to move somewhere long term. We are really flexible with move in dates and can bring some furniture if needed.
I am currently a student at University of Sydney while also working full time. In my free time I love sitting down with a good book and spending time outdoors. I am very independent and self sufficient but also enjoy spending weekends cooking with friends and enjoying a glass of wine. At home I am very clean and tidy. I would love to find a share house of like minded and friendly people.
Hi, I am Danny. I am 32 years old and single male. I am an accountant. I work full-time near the city. I am looking for an accommodation all for myself or TEAM-UP/SHARE near city. Any train station at walking distance, and parking for a large sedan is a MUST. I have a notice period of 3 weeks at my current accommodation which I will execute once I have found somewhere to move into, also, I can only move after 28th October 2016, so whichever is later. :) I like cleanliness around the house. I am a very easy going person. I am usually on the go at the weekends which would include going to a pub/club/restaurant or a meetup, playing pool, staying out the whole night or just stay at home and read a book or watch YouTube videos or a movie or marathon of any sitcom with a pizza and beer or whatever the mood is... I go well with people from all backgrounds. I respect privacy but also like to have a good chat (who doesn't?) and keen on doing joint activities with my roommate(s) like barbecue, groceries, shopping, gym, movies, sports or whatever they like. I am always open to doing new things. I have a new found love in karaoke lol. Not sure how long it will last before I hop onto some other interesting activity. I am very punctual about paying my rent and would want a roommate (in case sharing the rent) who always pays the rent on time. I am not looking for just another human being living in the same house who I barely talk to, unless they have a touring job or something that keeps them out for productive reasons. I look forward do build friendship with the people I live with. I am a vegetarian (not a vegan). I cook (not bad actually), and I love to cook for others too as long as it does not involve meat. I make my own cheese. :) I have no problem whatsoever if you eat meats. I do have problem with the smell of some sea foods though, like dried prawns. I volunteer with a food charity. Food is my passion. IMPORTANT: I have a queen size bed, an entertainment unit, a buffet table, a coffee table, a six seat dining table (BYO chair, LOL), a 3+2(recliner) lounge, a 3 door (385 Ltr) fridge, a big ass 65" 4K TV, home theater and a microwave, all of which I am happy to share. I do not have a washing machine. Depending on the rent and space I am happy to move a few things to storage. I do not have any pets. I love dogs though. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers! Danny

Hi !! My name is Martina (28 yo) and I come from the Eternal city of Rome! :) I really love travel since I was a little child ; growing up I developed my passion for travels and I started traveling even alone. In my next plans there is a "big" solo-trip, few months (2016 November to February 2017 more or less), starting from Singapore until arriving in Sydney . I think I'm a very polite and respectful person of each culture/person/houses; my Friends use to speak of me as a friendly and sunny girl (sometimes even a little shy). :) I will arrive in AUS November 30 and right now I'm looking for an apartment/flat/room shared or not, at least for the first 4 weeks! (30 Nov to 02 Jan. more or less)! I hope you can help me! thanks to all regards Martina.
I am a university lecturer moving to Sydney from Singapore. I am a Singaporean and have lived in a couple of countries including US, Australia, and Hong Kong. I am a quiet, organized, and tidy person. Besides, I like appreciating and enjoying good things in life, including good wine, food, tea, and Jazz music. I am also a healthy person who goes to gym regularly. I love to hang out with people from different background.
Hey! I'm a graphic designer, looking to move somewhere inner-city / inner-west Sydney. Currently living in Canterbury, I grew up around Kogarah and have also lived out west and up north of Sydney. My lease is about to end and I want some good old fashioned change. I keep it clean and tidy & am super chill. I can keep to myself but I also like just hanging out. I love reading, writing, travel, movies, videogames, comedy, arty stuff & a good drink! Let's make this the best sitcom ever.
I'm a 24 year old working professional, who tends to have long hours, so I won't bother you too much. I love getting home, cooking some dinner and having good chats with like-minded fun people. I don't party at home, but do enjoy going out for the occasional drinks with friends. I don't smoke and I'm very clean. I've been renting my own place(s) for 7 years now and feel like renting a room for a while to save a little more money- maybe for a house deposit but more likely for a holiday! I'm looking all around Sydney, except south, as I have ties to several different areas. I drive but prefer to be close to a station to avoid traffic.
We are both hard working individuals, who are social, great to get along with, outgoing, clean and friendly. We both are NEAT freaks, highly organised and motivated individuals
I'm 22 years old and am a Radiation Therapist who will be working at Royal North Shore Hospital as of February 2017. I'm an extremely clean person and will be working Monday to Friday. I will return to Newcastle (home) most weekends so will rarely be around. I love a good chat and enjoy the company of others whilst also enjoying my own space! Outside of work and my family I love being outside, exercising, with friends and a good wine from time to time ;D
I have recently started working in Frenchs Forest and so need somewhere to stay in a close distance. I would like to meet people as I'm not from Sydney. I'm easy-going, like to have fun but also like my own space.

I'm a graphic design student currently dreading with assignments and pulling all nighter. If you need someone to make you coffee, you know you can count on me. I don't drink coffee so more for you. I'm a fairly neat and tidy person. I respect your space like I respect my elders (I'm asian). Dark humour, Art, Ps4, animals and all of a sudden this feels like a tinder bio. *Insert some cheesy pick up line?* Ahem! With all seriousness, I'm a pretty chill person. I know my boundaries and I'm keen to make flat-mates! And yes, I can edit your next profile picture although you're already good looking! Thanks <3
Hi! I'm Simon I work mega hours (average week 70+ hours) so I'm not really at home much, but on the occasional day off I'll usually float around doing some cleaning because I don't have time any other day I'm easy going, relaxed and tidy when have the time to be
I recently relocated to Sydney after studying and working in Los Angeles for the past 5 years. Originally, I am New Delhi born and raised (yes, if we become friends and should you visit India, I'll show you the Taj Mahal). I work as a Management Consultant at a reputed firm, and relocated with them from Los Angeles to Sydney. I am looking for a room in a shared accommodation. Ideal flatmates would be clean, tidy, friendly, and fun to live/hang out with. I like to go out occasionally, but also don't mind kicking in and chilling at home. I drink socially and don't smoke (although I am fine if others do, living in California didn't give me much of a choice if you catch my drift...). My interests include playing tennis/golf, swimming, hanging out with friends, watching movies/tv shows, even reading (yes, in this century, I know). Looking to move in as soon as possible, preferably Oct 7 or onward. Look forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Krishna
We're preferably looking for a room each in the same house but would consider living separately. We are both easy going, considerate, clean and fun girls looking for a long term home! Joanne works shifts in a well regarded restaurant/bar in Sydney (no anti-social hours). Laura is an Assistant and also studies. During week nights we are generally at Yoga, the gym, finding new eateries and out exploring at the weekends. We both enjoy cooking and a glass of wine or 2, are chilled and easy to get along with. We look forward to talking with you future roomies! Laura & Joanne.
Looking for a place 30min away max from central. Been living with same housemate for 5 years.we get on really well but his job is out west and I don't enjoy the west a lot. I work in the city and spend my free time near the city so makes sense for me to move closer. Not in a rush, prefer to find a long term place and hopefully move to a place where I can have a place to stay and make new friends Thank you for reading my profile.
Hello all, I am searching for a good sized room within a 30 minute bike ride from my work in Darling Harbor. I am very tidy, considerate, and enjoy a peaceful home life. I do not smoke, but don't mind if others do outdoors.
Hi, Looking for a place between Macquarie Park and the city that is easily accessible by public transport and close to shops/cafes. I work in IT, I'm easy going, and respectful of space. I'm clean and tidy but also understands that it is a home. I'm up for a laugh and chat and most would say that i have a good sense of humor (but who am i to say?). I'm usually out on Fridays and Saturdays. I try to stay fit and eat well ... but I also like going to cafes, going out, and socializing. I like travel/adventure and try to squeeze in some of my hobbies (including hiking, photography/drawing) for some balance. Looking for a place to share with people who are relaxed / similar lifestyles.
Hi Everyone, I'm very easy going, neat, organised, down to earth and respectful of people's lives and others personal space. I'd like to find a room mate with the same mindset who can also enjoy a nice chat or a glass of wine. I like to work on my fitness, I'm a foodie therefore I'm fond of cooking as well as a good cup of coffee. When I'm not working, I spend most of my time with my friends and family, love the outdoors, traveling and listening to good music by the ocean shore as well as dancing to Latin music. I speak several European languages 4 Latin and two Germanic and of course English : ) Due to my current job I've come back to Sydney. I'm a language and software trainer. I'm planning to move to a place close to work (CBD) mid December. I currently hold a lease at a beautiful place next to North Sydney. I could keep the lease if I find someone interested in sharing the space. You'd have your own bedroom + ensuite + terrace (shared) Drop me a line if you feel this might interest you

Hi future flat mate or mates :) I've recently moved from Perth to Sydney. I got an exciting job transfer with the company I was working for in Perth. I am an accountant by trade (but not by nature haha). I am originally from South Africa and moved to Perth in 2013 with my family. It has been a big life and career move for me but I'm ready for my next adventure here in Sydney! I am easy going and I can get along with most people. In my spare time I'll be exploring the city and I'm a keen surfer so I'll hopefully catching some waves up and down the coast. Feel free to ask for references etc. Thanks, Jaryd PS: If you're and AFL fan...I will continue supporting the Fremantle Dockers but may consider going to a few Swans games.
