I am a Danish medicine student taking a semester abroad at the University of Sydney. I'll expect the studies to take a lot of my time, but I would love to do things and socialize with my housemates aswell. I enjoy lots of things like dancing, cooking, going to music concerts, attending markets, discovering and tasting new kinds of food, reading, cozy board game evenings with my friends (or my new housemates if they are up for it) and wine/cheese nights. Otherwise I am an openminded, kind and responsible girl, who would love to join and be a part of a house community:))
I’m 34 and work in the media industry. I’m moving to Sydney from Brisbane to start a new job. I’m clean, a non-smoker, and respectful of space and privacy. I'm past the days of hungover weekends - I’d much prefer a great dinner and a glass of wine with friends. I run to keep fit, enjoy cooking (but wouldn’t describe myself as a foodie), love a good Netflix binge and am looking forward to exploring a new city.
We are to decent girls from Sweden! Planing to go to Australia next yeat with the work and travel visa, planing to stay for a year. We don´t really know where in Australia we want to live yet, if you think your city/town is the best, hit us up!
Hey I'm Sarah, I'm British and I've been here for almost 2 years. Working full time in the city and enjoy chilling during the week and socialising at weekends. MASSIVE foodie. Try to keep fit but mainly so that I can drink more wine ... Very tidy & clean house mate.
I am from San Francisco, California, recently graduated university, and will be moving to Sydney on August 23rd to work at Sydney Children's Hospital. I like to go out, meet new people, and travel, but also enjoy down time/space and respect others schedules and privacy. I am clean, respectful, and easy going. Looking for a shared housing complex with likeminded people in an area close to transportation.
Hi, my name is Lauren. I currently work in barangaroo as a waitress but am hoping to find work in tv production. When I'm not working I'm a sociable person who likes a few drinks and dinner out occasionally but also loves a good chill with Netflix. I'm a happy and friendly person who is looking for a nice homely atmosphere.
I am NZ born and a keen traveller. I have just spent the last 5 months travelling around Central America and now settling back into Sydney. I lived in Sydney for a year last year working on a contract at Clemenger BBDO Advertising. I work in Advertising as a Production and Resource Management Consultant. My work hours vary and can be some very long days. However when they are not I enjoy evenings out with friends or even a night in with a good Movie. Looking for social flatmates who enjoy a wine or two, not a party house, and also people who from time to time enjoys their own space. Preferably looking to share with one other and move into a furnished bedroom with an ensuite.
Hi, I'm Orkhan,a 21year guy . I'm going to start my new semester in USYD, so I'm looking for a place to move as soon as possible I'm quiet and responsible. I will spend most of the day in university. I would prefer quiet place to stay to study sometimes in my room. I do not mind if it is flat with smokers
Hi everyone! I'm looking for a private room first from BEGINNING OF AUGUST to 8 SEPTEMBER and again from beginning of October to end of November / 7 December. Preferred areas are Surry Hills and Redfern and also northern areas such as Milsons Point and Kirribilli, close to the train stations. I'm an easygoing and trustworthy girl from Finland taking a study leave from work (I'm a legal assistant at a corporate law firm) to study few masters courses (business) at Maquarie Uni in S2/2017. I will also try to finish my masters thesis while in Australia. I will be having quite much free time which I plan to spend by exploring all the awesome things Australia and the nearby countries have to offer :) I'm keen on meeting new people and am always up for adventure. On the other hand I also respect other people's privacy and space and feel cozy just being by myself.
I am quite confident with getting along with any kinds of flatmates(and their pets, too). I have good experience with all different types of flat sharing in both Sydney and London. I like meeting new people but I don’t want to live in the party house with a lot of random visitors every night anymore. -I love pets, but I have no pets -I’m a clean person -I spend a lot of time outside home because I am busy -I am single at the moment ***I ALWAYS pay rent on time
Just moved to Sydney from France and looking to meet people. I don't just look for a place to live, I also would like to have great time with the people I would meet. I used to live in an apartment with 5 other people, we are all friends now. I spend most of my weekend doing climbing or running or any activities for fun and I'll be happy to share that with you. I also like to share a beer from time to time, but I stopped wasting my time with hangover weekends. I'll start working as a full-time in August 7th for 6 months. Please let me know if you would like to meet with me !
Hi everyone, I am an easy-going graduate student from Germany and I am doing an internship in a Sydney. I am used to living in shared houses, since I lived in a shared flat when studying abroad in Dublin, so that I am a respectful and clean housemate. I like socializing over a beer or some series (like Game of Thrones), but I also enjoy my private time. My hobbies include bush walking, water polo, guitar, and surfing. Cheers :)
I am 21 yr old in Perth, who is moving to Sydney in a few weeks for a full-time job in Ultimo. Ive been living out of home for 3.5 years, and am pretty quiet and like my own space. However as I am moving across the country I would like to have housemates that like to hang out sometimes, and show me the good local spots! I am very clean and respectful of people's space. I love live music, books, shopping, being outside/active. Thanks, Amy
Hi I'm from Switzerland and will be here for one semester at the UTS. Well I'm a clean person, I can cook and will cook maybe sometimes in the evenings and on weekends, I like sport, in Switzerland I'm a pole vaulter and hopefully I find a track to exercise and I'd like to surf a little bit while I'm here ;)
I'm an Aussie working in finance and Mark is a Kiwi and moved over here ~ 5 years ago to work as a software engineer. We both work full-time: Mark works in Pyrmont and I'm in Darling Harbour. We're leaving our current place because our awesome flatmate is moving to the US and he's the final original tenant :-( We like to cycle and enjoy tea. I have a container garden and Mark really loves his Weetbix.
Hi, I'm Kat and I'm looking to relocate. I typically spend my time practicing ceramics, dining out or volunteering at a community garden. I also work mainly in the evenings so truthfully I would not be at the house too often but I would like to come home to a place that is neat, tidy and really feels like home.
Hi my name is John. I am full time employed working in financial services/IT industry On weekdays I am usually out the door early and come home at reasonable hours. At times I may work late. I'm a 25 year old female, moving to Sydney in July to pursue a Masters degree. I have been working as a Media Executive for a TV Network and have now decided to take on full time study. Ideally, i'd like to find a place close to USYD. As i'm heading back to the books, I will end up splitting my time between uni, gym, some casual work and off course keeping sane with some wining and dinning. Being new to Sydney, I'd love to come back to an awesome flatmate! Someone who can respect my quite time but also be around for some chats and hangs. My weekends vary, anything from a weekend being social, or chilling in watching tv and i'd hate to admit this but catching up on study. I'm not the best cook so I'm hoping to find a flatmate who loves to cook! So I can learn a thing or two ! I'm quite clean and organised and would prefer to live with someone who likes to keep their living space the same. I hope to find a house with females & a private room that is furnished.
I am a spontaneous Dutch girl who is going to study one semester at the University of Sydney. I like having people around and I like cooking a lot! I am not a crazy party person, but I do like going out dancing from time to time.
Hello! I'm looking for long-term accommodation in Strathfield because it is a great suburb with awesome food and people. As I work in Epping, study at UTS, and train (weightlifting) in Marrickville/Sydenham, it's also a great transport link between all these places. I love to keep busy but can recognise the need for down-time, wherein I'll sit back with a home-cooked meal, a book, and the occasional beer Being a weightlifter has led to my valuing organisation and cleanliness, especially in the case of my food and the kitchen. My average day consists of going to uni, training, cooking, reading, and/or working. I am flexible with my move date and have rented for over two years so I'm very familiar with the responsibilities and expectations of being a good housemate. Feel free to shoot me a message if you want to meet over a coffee or tea. Cheers :-)
