I’m from the UK and new to Sydney so don’t know many people just yet but one thing’s for certain, I love having a few cold beers after works and on the weekend. I love going out to a few bars on the Friday and Saturday but also I’ve got loads of 80s and 90s movies on my laptop so I’m always keen on movie nights in with a pizza. I work in retail and for fun I go to the gym, play pool, go to the cinema or the beach and explore Sydney in general. Also, if you send me memes from time to time we’re all good!
I'm an active and busy person who loves being out and about. I love exploring new areas particularly to scout for good food or drink spots. considerate of other people and their space but also happy to chat! I'm not a smoker, drug user or big smoker. I am in a relationship so won't be bringing a new person home each night. We like to spend weekends away and football (soccer) dominates my calendar for most of the year so I'm out and about frequently.
I recently moved from Brisbane to Sydney. I am a rower and work full time as an architectural intern. I am a pretty easy going, tidy person who would love to catch up with my other flatmates over dinner or drinks, but I also respect everyone's need for alone time. I would love to find housemates with a similar interest in health and fitness.
Hi all I am student on my final semester of the degree. Looking for a room within a share house for the next 6 months atleast. I work 2 jobs at the same time while i am studying and most of the time i will not be home because of my packed schedule. During my stay in sydney i have shared house and understand the idea of clear after yourself. In general i am a neat an tidy person, like to hangout or go for drinks out in pubs with mates. Currently i work as a bartender in darling harbour plus at Dan Murphy’s. Easy going person and love meeting new people.
Full time working professional manager involved in the events and hospitality industry. I am also a chef and horticulturist. Very easy to get along with and lived in many harmonious share houses all around the world. Clean, tidy, respectful, thoughtful, pleasant, easy going, understanding, social, but can also be private and quiet, and drama free. Relocating to Sydney from Brisbane for work purposes on a minimum 12 month contract. I am searching for my own private room in a nice share house with nice people, ideally within 20 or so kilometers of Sydney Olympic Park/Homebush, available to move in sometime in December 2018. Will also require a spot to park my car, either on or off the street. I like music and the arts, travel, skiing, keeping active, good coffee and good food.
30 year old professional, working in insurance.... exciting stuff I know ;) Fairly laid back, like to keep an active lifestyle. During the week will usually be gym after work and chilling. Weekends I'll generally be seeing friends and family. Big sport fan (AFL my favourite). Also love to travel, try new restaurants, bars etc. Dont mind a couple of drinks on the weekend but definitely no party animal. Lived in plenty of sharehouses in the past so no issues there. Relocating to Sydney from Adelaide for work late November. Feel free to flick me a message if you think I'd be a good fit for your place. Nick
Design architect, straight, mature, friendly, and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking!!! Have a 2.4m long table, so it needs to go somewhere. Don't need to be furnished. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Career driven, I'm always busy with something work related. I'm also flexible with the location, as long as it is not too far away from public transport.
Im a 26yo fun and bubbly person who works Full time in Pyrmont (near the Fish Markets) for a Media Company. I’m looking for a single room closer to work to make the commute much easier. Very energetic and outgoing person with a passion for Salsa Dancing and Music . I’m very organised, clean and tidy with respect of others privacy and cultures. Born in Sydney and can speak Portuguese, some Spanish and Italian too. I don’t smoke and rarely drink. Looking forward to sharing a place to call home for the next few months with potential to be a permanent housemate :)
Hi! I'm Tommaso, 25, from Italy, about to start working as an economist in Sydney. I've had a great time with flatmates from all around the world when I lived in a share house in Milan (for 18 months) and Geneva (for 6 months). I'm always up for a chat over a cup of coffee and making dinner together now and then, but if you need to do your own things that's also ok with me. I keep things clean and tidy. I love cinema and hiking. I'm studying Spanish in my free time and I'd love Spanish-speaking flatmates, if they can bear the occasional Italian word in the conversation!
I currently live in Balmain with three fantastic housemates, right by the Riverview Hotel, which I might as well call home. I have been there for a year and a half, but after 18 fantastic months, my lease is coming to an end and I am looking for a new chapter in my Balmain bubble. The house I live in is very old, plenty of charm, but the no air-con in summer was a killer last year - a primary reason for the move. I'm 28 years old, spend many of my weekends in the Blue Mountains with my family, I work in the City as a department manager for a tech company, and enjoy nothing more than going out for a nice meal and a Guinness... or three. I am looking to move in with like-minded people, that is, open to the occasional night out, or in, together, but just as happy to enjoy our own company and space. Clean and respectful are two key qualities I am looking for in flatmates. Oh, and if you love live music and the outdoors, I think we will get along just fine.
I'm originally from Detroit and have been living in Sydney for the past 18 months. Looking for a longer term place to settle into after the New Year with some like-minded, friendly people who are down for some wine and a chat every now and then. I really enjoy a nice Bay Run and love to head out to the beaches and do any of the coastal walks. I'm always up for a Sunday sesh but enjoy a cozy night in or chill night at the cinema too. I will be starting a new position after the first of the year in the tech/software space in the city. I'm pretty laid-back and tidy and love to cook when I have the time.
Born and bred in Melbourne but moving to Sydney in January for work and looking for a place to call home. I am pretty social and love having a glass of wine at dinner or checking out some local cafes for the best coffee. I am ideally looking for an unfurnished room in a house/townhouse in the inner west, with some like-minded people.
I am quiet, respectful, polite and I like to keep things neat and tidy. I’m a nutritionist so I’m pretty busy most days mon-fri and usually like to chill on the weekends or catch up with friends. I’m studying part time at Sydney Uni and saving for my home deposit and would like to share with other like minded people. I’m into sustainability, saving money, kirribilli markets, and like pets dogs and cats do not bother me as long as they are toilet trained! I’ve lived in shared accomodation mostly in London when I lived there. Whilst I do lead a busy life I am not opposed to having a chat or the occasional flat mates dinner. Look forward to hearing from you.
I'm clean and tidy, maybe sometimes not that much for my room, but i like to keep the common area as clean and tidy as possible, i'm funny, honest and reliable guy that is a bit shy at first. I like enjoy movies night or dinner with friends for a night in or get a few drinks in a nice place with good music, if there is a live is even better!!! I consider myself a different kind of traveler.....used to live between England and Scotland, for about 4/5 years trying to travel as much as i could, in Australia now for more then a year, already visited few place and i hope to get the chance to visit more
Hey guys, I'm Sherry! I am 23 years old and will be moving to Sydney fairly soon for a job offer at GTA Consultants. I'll be working fulltime Monday through Friday. I'm looking for a place to call home that is within 30 minutes from the CBD via public transport. I'm from Brisbane so I wouldn't mind having flatmates who'd be up for an adventure once in while. I am easy-going, very clean, tidy and reliable when it comes to bills and so on. This is not my first time in a share house. I enjoy a good laugh and have a huge appreciation for travelling, different foods, nature, live music and meeting new people. I would really like to live with other like-minded people and young working professionals. When I'm not working I like to relax with a good book and sometimes a Netflix binge is necessary. I like to socialise, whether it's a night in, chill drink or a night out, but I also respect others downtime. I am looking for a place to move in to from 25th January (however, this date is flexible as my starting date is on the 11th February). I will be coming down to Sydney on the 17th January through to 21st for viewings and meetups. Please, if you want to know more just send me a message! :)
Hello there, I'm open-minded, friendly, clean and tidy. I am doing a master's degree and work a few different jobs which makes up a full-time load. No two days are ever really the same for me. I thrive on travel and excellent films and books. I keep myself healthy in every way, so I'm very easy to live with. I look forward to meeting you. Cheers, Keira
Just need to add this at the start. Can not move till 20/12/18 as I will lose my bond. Having lots of issues here hence moving. I am considerate, clean and honest. I keep to myself generally but enjoy a good intelligent conversation every now and then. I am semi retired at the moment but I don't plan on fully retiring ever and if the right job came along I would take it. I love anything to do with the arts and animals, all kinds. I am an actor and love the ocean/surfing, which i can't do until I get my knees fixed, sad, /the bush, well anything to do with nature really. Unfortunately I have not been able to kick the darts,,,,yet but never smoke inside or near any open openings. I think i'm a pretty good cook, I think! I drink but i'm a big believer that all beverages should be consumed/paired with food of some description. I'm pretty handy around the garden also. Look forward to hearing from YOU! Michael. Ps, I am not very keen on carpet at all.
Im from a small European country called Estonia. If you have ever met any Estonians then you should know that we keep to ourselves unless you dont want us to. We know how to party but we are very respectful and also know when to shut up. The place that I am looking for would be ideal if its quiet during the week and an occasional get together over the weekend. I don't want to move somewhere where everyone hides in their rooms. I like to talk about my day over a glass of wine so looking for people who do the same. It would be nice if the place has an outside area aswell. And an aircon is a MUST, I have survived one summer without it and wouldn’t do it to myself again. I work from Wed-Saturdays as a Lash Technician in a salon in Rozelle and go to school on Mondays. It's important to have public stansportation near by as I dont drive. I absolutely love cleaning and keep everything nice and tidy at all times. I wouldn't mind any pets in the household, I absolutely adore them and wouldnt mind going for a walk with them (that's therapy). Over the weekend I like to go to the beach, have a barbeque and a few drinks with friends or just chill. I am really easy to get a long with and friendly. If that sounds like someone you'd like to live with then message me, please :)
Hello ! I am 20, a french student in business and I will arrive in Sydney at the beginning of January (2nd) for 6 months. I am looking for a private room in or around CBD. During the week I will be working as an intern in a company in Roselle. But on the weekend I would like to discover the city and learn surfing ! I love music, dancing, singing (bad singer) and good food, I like to party but I also like cosy night in front of a movie. A weekend spending at the beach for me is a perfect weekend. I'd like to discover the environment of Sydney on some weekends. Finally, I speak fluent french and english (making mistakes sometimes), a little bit of Spanish and I can't wait to meet my flatmates and make some friends in this big unknown city. Kindest, Camille.
I’m a 27 year old teacher with a 10 year old Labrador. I’m looking to rent a place while I save up for my own place.
I'm 23, currently working full time until uni starts again next year. Will be attending USyd so I would like something close by. I would like pets (preferably a cat!!) and don't mind dogs. I'm not a huge party person and keep to myself, though I do like to socialise and have dinner and hang out sometimes! Would like to maybe team up and find a share house together :)
