I am very flexible and respectful of others. I am not a partier but that doesn’t mean I am a social recluse, and so I can be fun to be around with. Occassionally, I would like to entertain my friends for dinner but this is only around once every 2 or 3 months. Most days I will be studying for my CPA so I will be quiet and out of your way. I tend to cook a lot on the weekend for the rest of the week.
Hi ! I am Astrid and I am a Belgian student! In July, I will study one trimester at the Griffith University for a study exchange program. I study Business Management. I hope to immerse myself in Australian culture. As a flatmate I like to chat and go out, but I also respect privacy and cleaness. Also, I love to cook and do sports and go to the beach. Currently I am looking for a room to rent for 4 months starting from July till October that is really accessible and close to the uni. I look forward to live for 4 months in Australia!
My names Rhys. I'm a 27 year old male who works full time in film production. I'm starting a new role on a feature film on the Gold Coast at the beginning of August through to the end of September and I'm looking for some accommodation. I'll be working 10+ hour days so I'll be very chill when I am home. I'm very clean and tidy around the house. I'm generally social and friendly but also like to keep to myself and love some me time.
We are tidy, respectful and will clean up after ourselves. We are quite private people however we can most definitely be very sociable at other times. We enjoy being out in nature, binge watching TV Shows/Movies, listening to music, having a quiet drink. We are quirky, fun and also very mature for our ages. I am currently unemployed however receive Centrelink due to medical issues and plan to continue my part-time online studies. We are both studying through Southern Cross Uni - I am studying Business (Management) and Jarryd is studying Information Technology on-campus. My partner and I have been together for over a year and a half so it would be ideal to find somewhere to live together.
Hey! Looking for a place asap furnished and modern as I'll have all my house belongings in storage. Something with a spa and gym would be good but not to picky. Looking for a short stay 5-6 weeks at this stage but may stay long term. Thanks
Hey guys I have just returned home from working over seas, I'm now just looking for 6-8 weeks accommodation. I just picked up fulltime work in Surfers, easy to get along with don't mind having a beer over the weekends, during the week I'm quiet I don't smoke but I don't mind being around people that do. I have lived in house share a couple of times before :). Looking for a private room that is furnished (just a bed is all I really need).
Looking for a new home for myself & curious, affectionate 1 1/2yr old cat. I’m 35, single and work full time - Mon-Fri and the occasional Sat. I’ve worked for the Aus Gov for 12 years - a dedicated employee with a constant, secure pay. I own my own place in Darwin which is rented out now, and spent last year doing that up. Prior to I held a lease for 5 years - showing I’m a great Tennant, know the importance of maintaining a property & keeping it clean and tidy. My routine includes getting up some mornings to gym or walk, making meals, a wine or two if feeling like it, reading/ watching shows or socially chatting to housemates about our days. I’m quiet and respectful. My cat Tizz is a curious, affectionate house trained cat used to being an inside cat if no yard available. We would be suited to a room with ensuite preferable or own bathroom so his food and litter won’t bother you :) Im about to start study too so a room that fits a desk would be appealing. I have a pet resume about him, references, and can provide payslips etc. Move date is flexible as currently with family and no rush. Please contact with any questions or if you feel you have a place suitable. Thanks!
Hi potential future flat mate, I am an easy going, calm-natured flat mate, looking for somewhere fun and quiet. I am a 3rd year nursing student approaching graduation so I spend a lot of my time at university, on clinical placement, or at home studying. I am an incredible lover of animals, however, I don't have with my own ( but I will happily "sacrifice" :) my time for cuddles and walks with your pet(s)) Furthermore, I am a passionate baker and cooker, and cleaner, even more so when I am uni-stressed. For myself, I do not smoke and don't drink alcohol, apart from the occasional cider once in a blue moon that I can't even finish. What would suit me? A place to come home to after a long day at uni where I can quietly study or socialise with fellow flatmates. I am not a party-person, even if I would have the time for it, but I do enjoy moments with friends and conversations. Unfortunately, I will have to participate in the whole graduate program process for newly graduated nurses. This means I have to go where the jobs are being offered. Luckily, I wouldn't have to move before December time for that.l
My name is Dean Core and I am 25 years old and I live in Holland. I am coming over for about 5 months to study Psychology at the Griffith University Gold Coast. I'm a spanish student. I'm friendly and responsible. I look forward to meeting people from all countries and making good friends :) I don't know the city yet so, I really don't know how long I will stay in the same house, it depends on whether I get a job nearby or not.

Hey I'm Chris, backpacking across Australia and coming to gold coast, I like to think I'm fun to be around, but also good to live with, I stay healthy active and like to keep things cool and fair, like traveling (obviously), Pokémon exercise and food, I'm an awesome cook :) but also keep quiet and don't stay up late, I like my sleep! Never lived outside of a hostel or home but I think I'll be a good roommate 👍🏳️🌈
