Hi, I have just recently moved to Brisbane and am hoping to meet some new people. I am a non-smoker, I work full time for an Anaesthesia group in the city, I love to travel, I like to keep healthy and go to the gym when I can. I am a neat and tidy person, I also enjoy my privacy but am also up for a chat. I am looking for somewhere ideally with one other flatmate and my own bathroom.
Testing the waters. Not moving for another 7 weeks. Looking for a place for a couple in Brisbane. Will post detailed information closer to the time We are not after a party house, but a house with people we can become friends with. We both enjoy having a quiet night in and we do go out on occasion.
I lead a busy life so always seem to be out of the house either working or enjoying the beautiful Gold Coast on my motorbike. Prefer Northern Gold Coast I'm into fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Looking for a long term place share house. I work No party people please. I don't want to live with kids. I also have a pug dog so it has to be pet friendly. He sleeps outdoors. Looking forward to hearing from you .
I am clean, tidy and will clean up after myself. I pay rent on time. I am currently unemployed, but looking for work and to begin studying at tafe. I am originally from Sydney, but moved to the Gold Coast when I was 11 so have been here for most of my life. I was recently living in a rental share house, which I was on the lease for, but unfortunately my roomies are moving away and I am in need of finding somewhere else to stay. Looking to team up with others to find a place or move into an already existing share house. I like to spend time with my friends and family, go to the movies, bowling, the beach, random drives, watch Netflix and tv series. I am quiet and keep to myself most of the time, but am always down for a chat or to hang out and watch tv or play a game of cards against humanity. If you would like to know more please don't hesitate to contact me. I am preferably looking to move in somewhere on the 31st of October, which I know is still a month and a half away, but thought I better start looking now. Feel free to chat if you are interested in teaming up to find a place, or already have an existing share house and you think I would fit in well with you and your place. Thank you in advance. Kind Regards, Katy Cross
I'm really relaxed and friendly, and respect other peoples privacy. I work full-time [1pm - 9pm], in my spare time I work at home, on a documentary that I am writing. I am very clean and organized, and very quiet. I recently got back from traveling around Europe and Asia, and I will be staying in Australia for about a year. Thanks Aki
Hi! I'm fairly easy going! I work 5 days a week - up and out super early and out some weeknights at either dancing or some other thing. I like to fill my weekends to the brim too! I'm outdoorsy and friendly, hard to offend or annoy (almost impossible). I do have a dog - 7 year old kelpie/collie - but he's living quite happily on my parents acreage at the moment. I'm just seeking a place closer to work in the Gabba, because although I love the early mornings, 5am is so much easier to get up at than 4am.... just to get to work on time! Shoot me a message if you've got an awesome little place you need someone to live in with you... Thanks!
Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. I have my own furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. If not I have my own cupboard. Ceiling fans would also be nice. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $140 per week including all utilities, where I am currently living in Salisbury and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. (Written References of this are available for verification purposes, if required.) When I am working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet, as part of the utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I would also need to connect my own home phone (if not already connected or included) that offers unlimited local, national and mobile calls as part of my work - I can take care of that myself if the phone line is present in the house, or I can plug it into the modem as part of those package internet deals. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am a smoker but have always smoked outside. I am however, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. Cheers!
Hey! My name is Brandon, I'm 19 years old and am looking for a place to live closer to my workplace (slacks creek). Would like to share a place with one or two clean and considerate males/females early next year ( moved in by the end of january) I work full time as an apprentice metal fabricator (Mon-Fri 6am-4:30pm), so I'm out of the house until around 6 when I get back from the gym. I've lived in a few share houses before so I have an idea of how this works. My bills are always paid on time, I always clean up after myself (bathroom/meal prep, drinking ect.), I can't function in an untidy/unorganized house (i clean on the weekend), and on the weekend I'll either be cooking, going out or going to the coast :) I think I'm very easy to live with, hmu
I'm a junior doctor that did most of my growing up on the Gold Coast. Just came back from 6 months working in Alice Springs. I've really gotten into offroading, camping, and those sorts of adventures. Pretty handy with a wrench too. Generally quiet, helpful, and friendly but I might be working all sorts of odd hours. Keen to get back into Swing dancing while I'm in Brisbane. Planning to stay in Brisbane until at least Jan 2019 and pick up occasional locum jobs while travelling the world thereafter. Looking to live south side mainly, ideally walking distance to a train station, but pretty easy to be honest. One thing I do need is a garage or at least a car port. I do minor regular maintenance on my own vehicle.
Im really easy going, Keep to myself allot but always up for a chat or a beer on the weekend. Im very into my fitness and am out most weekends fishing/Boating. I own a large boat and somewhere to store it would be good but not essential.
Hi, My name is Michelle, I'm 23 and I'm pretty much an all rounder. I have a puppy (he's actually 5) and a kitten (she's actually 6) who are super cute and well behaved. I'm very easy to live with and am looking for a place to call home - preferably a granny flat/self contained area or a spacious room in a house with one other person. I work full-time. I'm social, but also enjoy time to myself; I'm energetic, active and enjoy going out on adventures and spontaneous trips, but also enjoy some nights in playing board games and watching tv; I'm clean, but not pedantic; I'm friendly and enjoy meeting new people; I'm open minded and enjoy having constructive conversations; I'm considerate, easy going and responsible. I'm hoping I can find some like-minded people who wouldn't mind living with two cuties and myself. If you need any more information, feel free to contact me! Thanks :)
Hello, I am Joe from South Korea. I am doing sport management at Griffith University and just remaining last semester. I will try to live here more for holding graduation visa and find out suitable job. I don't like stay my house as messy and dirty environment as I am clean. For my future flatmates, since I came here for both studying my major and improving my English. I love to chat and socialising with new people and friends. I hope to meet people who are outgoing people and hanging out sometime for coffee, beer and such stuffs. Also, I often play sports such as soccer and tennis if someone also interest in them I am happy to play with you.
I am a 20 year old girl. Quiet and like to keep to myself but have no problem socializing. I would prefer to have my own bathroom. I enjoy going to the beach and cooking. I like to keep clean and tidy. I am looking for somewhere close to Griffith University, the Nathan campus. I would like to be in walking distance from the University to save fuel and get exercise.
My partner and I are super easy to get along with, happy to keep to ourselves and also happy to socialise! We are both very tidy people, my partner cannot stand mess so you'll never have to worry about cleaning up after us! Both working full time hours, and we go to gym at night so we won't be hanging around a lot. We do have two small dogs, both completely non-destructive and toilet trained to a small mat that i constantly clean and can be moved anywhere to ensure is out of sight. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hey, I'm Evana :) 21yo female originally from NZ, but don't let that fool you as I love a bit of Aussie banter. I'm a friendly person to have around, not too social but not a snob either, so catching up with housemates occasionally for a drink suits me. I'm currently working full time so am only home in the evenings, and realistically looking for something short term (2 months) as I'm planning on moving overseas in January. If ya think I suit, send me a message 😊
I've been doing this awhile so i'm not new to how things work and generally get along with anyone. i'm just looking for a new place to stay that might be more convenient for me, I'm really chilled out and can also be sociable generally i'm always doing my own thing but you won't find any problems living with me. I am very open minded and am down for drinks or movie nights most of the time.
We are a married couple who are saving for our own property. We both work full time, and are fairly quiet. We are very active, and are out early in the mornings for cycling. Glenn works in the Marine Assessor at Gold Coast City Marina, and I am a Marine Scientist working at Griffith Uni. We have a pug, Milli, who loves people and some friendly attention where ever she can get it. We don't drink a lot and don't do any drugs, but we like to have some friends around for a BBQ and quiet drink on weekends. We are very easy going, and love to have a laugh. But we also understand that people work, and need time out as well. We are looking for either a single person or a couple who are similar to us, preferably a professional. No drugs at all. Milli is good with other animals, including cats (I think she likes cats the most). But obviously they would need to meet first. Our goal is to be moving in some time in the new year, though we are flexible on dates. We would love to meet with you and chat about options.
Hi I am looking for an unfurnished room with my own bathroom on the Gold Coast. I am easy going, fun and work full time, but also like a quite relaxed environment. I would prefer only one other flatmate or two at the most but not a couple. I look forward to talking with you.
