Hello everyone. My name is Dylan an I am 36. I am considerate, pretty quiet, clean and social. I like health and well being, design, interiors, nature and learning. I like a chilled home life that is looked after by everyone and the common spaces respectfully shared. I have a good job in Account Mangement for an Aus Tech company, or though I'm not very techy. Oh well... I have stayed in past flats for a long time so that must be saying something positive? I am really quite a good flatmate I think. I just want to find a cool place with relaxed people who are respectful and good company.
I am a very bubbly outgoing person who is always out socialising with my friends. I love a good chat with my flatmates but i also like my own space. I work full time in Surry Hills for ANZ. I am very very tidy and respectful. If you need to know anything else ask away.
Hey, I am a German student doing an exchange at UNSW where I focus on sustainable business. The past years I have lived in France, Belgium and the Netherlands and traveled quite a bit so I guess I get around easily :) I am looking for a nice flat with respectful roomies who cook together from time to time and stuff. I am clean, tidy and easy-going. Apart from studying, I want to get a part-time job and I play tennis and surf. Hit me up if you have something suitable for me! Would be so grateful :)
Hi - I am looking for a room in a share accom starting mid August About me - Im a young 35 year old Australian single male - working as an Engineering consultant within the sports and entertainment industry. Originally from Melbourne but have called a lot of places home before settling on a move up in Sydney for work indefinitely. I am quite active - running, surfing, cycling, that kinda thing. Live a pretty healthy lifestyle - up early for exercise and swim, then work and then cook at home in the evening. Play the ukulele in the sun, tinker with my bicycles, going camping....im kinda always up to something like that. Occasionally out for beers etc but nothing too strenuous. Work hours are pretty standard right now and I will be away for chunks of time for work, either interstate or international. I also tend to go on weekend adventures a lot. Im looking for a decent sized place - somewhere to call home and to feel relaxed in - be social in the house but give each other their space when required. Have had plenty of experience in share houses so I know the drill. I am clean and tidy without being anal and have had nothing but positive experiences living with other people in the past. Im reliable with rent and bills, pull my weight in the house and generally add value to any share house. Anyway - let me know if this sounds suitable for your place and we can go from there. cheers
Hey! I am a 29 year old Canadian who has been travelling Australia for the last year and a half. I have been living in hostels (read: know how to live with people in close quarters in a friendly and respectful manner) and I’m really looking forward to having my own space. I am friendly, outgoing, love a glass of wine or a movie night but also require some time on my own to recharge. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Heeey! I'm Nikolaj from Denmark. I am a student at Copenhagen Business School, and now on exchange at UTS for one semester, wanting to travel east coast/NZ/asia after, and rest of aus and islands during the stay. I am an open and outgoing person, who has a big interest in people, nature, sports etc. I further take great pleasure from the creative industries. I have lived with roomates for a couple of years now, both single and shared bedrooms. I am a tidy person to live with, and I enjoy doing things together as well as respecting privacy when needed. I am very flexible and enjoy many things. Dont be afraid to message me :) Looking for a single room, rather close to the beach so I can go surfing on the reg ;)
My name is Michael , I am a 27 year old French man born in Paris. I have been living in Australia for two years, I moved from Melbourne to Sydney a few months ago and I am looking for a single room where I'll find the privacy I need. I am a very social person who likes to share good times, I am used to having people around me and really enjoy to learn about different cultures or meet new people. I like to cook and have quiet nights at home watching movies or study as much as I like to go out social dancing as I am passionate of music and latin dance. I am used to living in community and to respect each one's privacy in the house, it is also an important point for me to live in a clean and tidy space. possibly the best housemate ever ! ;) cheers !
Hey everyone, I just moved from the US after graduating from university and am looking for a place to live with some fun people. I'm pretty easy going and sociable, but I understand others' privacy as well. Also more than happy to do whatever cleaning is expected. For fun, I play pickup basketball, go out with friends, or whatever sounds good at the time. If I'm feeling lazy, it'll probably be reading a book or watching a movie.
I'm a 23 year old exchange student from Liverpool, Uk. I've lived in London for the past 5 years though and i'm just doing one semester at USYD. Looking for something chill and not too far from my uni.
I am a very enthusiastic and spontaneous exchange student from the Netherlands! Very open to meet new people and enjoy having a drink, or just hanging on the couch to watch a movie. I love swimming, photography, exploring, and spontaneous plans! :)
I’m a recent graduate from the United States and recently moved to Australia for a working holiday. I’m a former Army veteran, very respectful, clean, and kind. I’m excited to embark on a new chapter and embrace a new community. I will be working full time and am looking for a furnished place in Sydney near the beaches. I love to be outdoors and exercising. Only interested in private rooms not shared.
I'm moving into the area from the Northern Beaches to manage a gorgeous bookshop in Westfield Bondi Junction. I'm hoping to find somewhere either within walking distance of there or walking distance to a train line. I'm after a private, unfurnished, queensized room in a share house with great people and hopefully some kind of parking option. Would prefer somewhere with 2+ people. A bit about me - naturally, I love books and reading, but am by no means an introvert. I love MMA - both training and watching - and all the usual stuff you'd put on a dating profile - 'adventures' 'music and movies' 'going to the gym' 'wine and coffee' 'watching sport' etc. I'm a superhero fanatic and m&m's will win me over in any situation. I love a social house - whether it's to share a wine and chat, play a board game, head to the beach or binge watch a tv series together. I'm keen to check out the local area and would love to know where to get the best coffee, great food and places to explore! :) I currently live with six other housemates so I know what it means to be considerate of others, both with cleaning and respecting privacy etc. I'd say I'm a fairly normal human! Easy to live with and looking to meet people who prefer their house to be more of a home. I'm looking to move now and can provide bond, upfront rent and all the rest immediately to get settled should we be a good fit for each other. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hi guys, I'm 30 years old professional who works full-time in Finance (in CBD). I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now. I would call myself very clean and tidy person (have a bit of OCD with cleanliness i think) and respect other's privacy. I prefer quiet and chill weekends to recharge my energy as i usually work long hours during the week, and I am definitely not a party person. However, don't mind to have a glass of wine and share daily news with my flatmate after a hard day's work. I don't like to cook, so you will rarely see me in the kitchen. In case if you need a reference, my current flatmate with whom I've been living since i came to Australia, I believe wouldn't mind to provide some feedback. The reason for me to leave the current place is due to our apartment being sold. What I am looking for: - 1 Flatmate who has a full-time job, tidy and nice. - My budget is $350 (incl bills). - Need own bathroom. - My place needs to be near the train station. - Will move in on 11th of August, 2018. If you have any questions, just send me a quick message. Thank you!!
Hi I'm Christian, I am going to study at University of Sydney for the coming semester (aug-nov), and I am therefore looking for somewhere to live in Sydney. At USYD, I am going to study primarily finance units. About me: - I am 22 years old, I am from Copenhagen, Denmark, where I study International Business at Copenhagen Business School. - In my spare time I like to do and watch sports of all kinds. In Denmark, I played handball and ran. - Before I moved to Sydney, I lived together with my girlfriend in Copenhagen. She is going on exchange at University of Western Australia in Perth. - I love to travel (probably also the main reason for going on exchange!). Why I am great to live with: - I am very tidy and clean. So there will definitely not be any issues with that! - I love to cook and eat all sorts if different foods. Maybe my coming flatmates can take advantage of that. - I do not smoke or have any pets. - Last but not least, I like to socialize with friends and family, but I might also need some time to study anyways. Hope that you find my listing interesting, and I will look forward to hearing from you! Best regards, Christian Nedergaard Pedersen
Hello there! I've just gotten back from living in Berlin. Feeling the shock of coming back to very little unchanged and quite keen to move out of parents to explore Sydney. I’ve spent the last 18 months moving around that lovely city, found so much joy outside of studying and then working. Grew with gorgeous, excellent people, homely dinners, long nights, cycling back streets, much music and experimenting. I’ve taken a great liking to the temporary lifestyle. I had moved around through 12 places to different situations and thoroughly enjoyed experiencing its different areas, am now very inspired to explore Sydney. I’ll be studying the final sem of third year Architecture this spring at UTS. Would love coming home to people to deflate with. In Berlin we got very comfortable returning at haphazard hours, sharing a drink, started Lost and had many film nights together. I enjoy good food and drinks, cooking and making the home homely. Hope all is great here with you all and you find what you're looking for, looking forward to integrating back here 🤗
I’m a 22 year old flight attendant looking for a place in Sydney! I’ll barely be at home ( away flying for work ) but when I am I’m cleaning and keeping myself busy. I have a bubbly personality and can never say no to a cheeky wine. I’d love to find someone to move in with around the same age as me and someone who knows Sydney to show me around 😌
Originally come from London. Been living in Bondi Beach for the past 2 months. Working in Bondi Junction mon-fri. I am a sociable friendly person and would love to make some proper friends. I enjoy going out on the weekends every so often! I am a respectful, clean person and have experience living away from home already! If I am sharing a room, I would like to share with a female :)
Hey, I'm Tom and I'm 23 from the Sunshine State, looking for a room to rent from the 13th of August to mid Feb. I'm a big sports fan, loving all things rugby, cricket, basketball and in between. I'll be working full time in the CBD at Suncorp from 8 - 5:30 Mon - Fri. Then out exploring Sydney for most of the weekend with my girlfriend, who is working in Australia and living in the Northern Beaches. I'm a very friendly and approachable person, who loves to have a chat over meals as well as lounging out with room mates watching telly or spending time together over the weekend. But I also love time to myself, reading or binging tv shows and watching basketball. I'm tidy, both common areas and my room, organised and easy going. I'm a pretty average cook so it all evens out in the end!
Hi! We're a British couple who moved to Sydney at the start of February on a working holiday. We both work in TV, Monday - Friday and some weekends. We're currently looking for a new, chilled out place to live- somewhere to relax after work and also serve as a base to so we can continue to explore our new city and surroundings. We like to cook, keep fit & are super tidy and respectful of other peoples space.
I'm a 27 year old full-time professional who is quiet, cleans up after himself and helps with the housework. I respect people's privacy and will chat or give space when required. I love the beach, live music and the gym. I'm hoping to live close to a train/bus line so I can get around easily. I would like to live with people around my age who don't mind going for a quiet beer/wine or a gig. I will need an unfurnished room, my own car spot and an ensuite/bathroom. Please let me know if you want to know more or have a place that I might be interested in. P.s. I'm on the left in the picture.
