I am friendly, easy going and looking to live with like minded individuals. I am clean and organised, and respect other peoples space and privacy. I work full time in Parramatta Mon-Fri and I like to spend time out of the house on the weekends. I don't drive so I need to be close to public transport. I would prefer an unfurnished room as I have my own furniture :)
I’m a clean, tidy, no smoking, no drinking, not much of a cook, quiet, keep to myself person. Friendly and sociable but won’t have time for a regular all-night chat. I respect your privacy and expect the same. You won't find me in front of the TV much if at all, so the TV is all yours. Have travelled extensively and an animal lover. Happy to contribute for a regular professional cleaner if that is the preference. I’m looking for a temporary accommodation till I buy my own place. Prefer an ensuite or own bathroom, an ALL-FEMALE flat. NO couple. Parking space is required. Internet is a must. A clean and NO SMOKING living environment is ideal.

Hey all, moving to Sydney for work. I've lived in Sydney in the past and know my way around the city. Bit about me: - Pretty good in the kitchen, life time vego but I won't hit you with lectures - Happy to chill out with flat mates and would prefer a place with people who're the same on that. - I enjoy having people around for a feed and laugh - I skate, read and love a good movie, but not all at the same time - Clean and tidy, currently live with myself so I know my way around cleaning equipment - Moving with very little, just clothes, skateboard and a few books - I work in commercial property, so generally at work a fair bit
Hey guys, I'm being relocated to Sydney from Perth with work (although I am a Kiwi originally!).I like all the usual kinds of stuff.. going to see live music, a few drinks at a bar or at home, finding great places to eat, sporadic attempts at baking, Netflix, patting cats etc. The office is in Castle Hill, but I'm keen to live near Parramatta where there's a bit more going on. I'd like to live with a likeminded person/people at a similar kind of life stage.. similar age, working full time etc.. the kind of people where we can get to know each other a bit, have a few drinks or go do things together from time to time. Definitely the kind of people you can at least sit around and have a beer with at the end of the day (not necessarily every day..)! I don't know many people in Sydney so hoping I can end up with people where we actually get along, and not just avoid each other and hide in bedrooms all the time. Not super keen on living alone with a couple, but living with one or two other single guys or girls would be sweet! I'd like to have either an ensuite or own bathroom, bonus points if the room is big enough to fit my couch (the only piece of furniture I'm bothering to move!) or has a private balcony (the dream!). Dates are tentative but should be arriving early Nov. Budget is a bit flexible but hoping for around $300 or so all incl. Hope to hear from my future flatties soon :)
