Hi guys, I work for the Big Four in England and am coming over to Sydney on secondment for a few years. Ideally looking for somewhere with people who I can spend a bit of time with, but also aren't making a racket every night so I can get work done during the week if needed. I like to think I'm a pretty decent housemate but I guess everyone says that!. Would like to be within walking distance of a beach if poss! Into sport so flatmates with a vague interest may be beneficial but if not as long as you can put up with me talking about it occasionally we should be fine... Would like to look round any potential places when I come over wc 8th May
I'm looking to move start of May. I'm interested in team ups or moving to existing households. I currently looking around Marrickville & Leichhardt but I am easily persuaded on location. I'm moving from interstate for my job and need a place to stay. I would prefer to live in a quiet household with another male of female. I do not drink or smoke and live a healthy lifestyle. Will hardly ever be home because I will be busy at my job even on weekends. Also, i am very tidy and organised and always have bills paid in advance. I will be heading to Sydney this week and able to inspect any potential rooms. I also have good communication with people who i live with and very friendly, if you think that we would make good housemates that i hope to hear from you soon :)
I'm an Italian PhD student (neuroscience) staying in Sydney for an exchange, and I'll be staying for 6 months from the end of April to the end of October, 2017. I'm a very calm person and I enjoy people company but I also like to have some privacy moments after a day of work. I'm a smoker but I don't mind being in a no-smoke house. Maybe can be the final drive to make me stop! :) I'm a rather easy person and I usually adjust to any situation.
Hey there, I'm a 30 year old female professional, who is looking for an unfurnished double or queen room (off street parking preferred) with people I can hang out with and also have my own space. I am an easy going, mostly friendly, little sarcastic, neat and tidy individual with a great sense of humour. I enjoy dragon boat racing, yoga, watching movies, board & card games, the occasional drink, and catching up with friends & family. I would like a place I would feel comfortable enough to occasionally have a few friends over (to chill not party). I have been share housing for the past 7 years with 2 ladies, but unfortunately due to job and lifestyle changes they are moving out of the area. I'd like to trial a 6 month period with possible extension if it all works out
Moved to Sydney back in Dec16 and have been room sharing with my friend ever since. I think it's time to meet some new people and finally get off the floor and back into my own bed! Because I work so far away I drive to work daily and will require parking for after work and on weekends; happy to pay extra for parking (private parking) but am not wanting to pay for street parking.

Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Hi, I'm Sophie. I'm 27 and am moving from London to Sydney in June for a 2 year secondment with work - lucky me! I'm really looking forward to the move, and to making a life for myself in Australia. I'm very sociable, love to cook and have friends over for supper, play hockey and go to the pub afterwards. I work pretty regular hours in the week and definitely appreciate quiet nights in when needed. I might have to do a viewing/meet you virtually for now, so hope that's okay. I am looking to move around 6/7th July, but am in Sydney from 24th June.
Hello, I'm looking for a room in the Inner west or Eastern suburbs, I'm an architect from South America who loves to travel worldwide. I am easy going, clean and respectful of other flatmates. I'm looking for short-term accomodation (up to 3 months).
University educated. Long term experienced renter so I have a good idea of what I want and how to live with other people. Quick summary : I am looking for quiet, non smoking, considerate, furnished with bed and study table, clean, parking, long term with bills included. Private rooms only! I am very quiet and keep to myself. Spend most of my time in my room since I will be working hard! Open minded and always happy to have a little chat. I clean the bathroom weekly or more as needed, prefer to share cleaning on a schedule. Eat out regularly so don't require use of kitchen often. Have stayed at my current place for 2.5 years, have been paying my rent fortnightly without fail. Just looking for a change to a location to keep things fresh. Everyone cleans up after themselves in the kitchen every meal. Stacking dishes in the sink and leaving food lying around is a no for me. No laundry line/laundry hogs. Looking forward to meeting you!
