Hey There! Looking for a room to move into end of May / Early June! I am Australian born and raised. Working full time in Sydney's CBD for a multinational commodities corporation. I consider myself as a friendly and approachable girl who likes to cook vegetarian meals and spend copious amounts of time in bed watching TV shows. I am meticulously clean and quiet. Love to have a chat but respect people's space and time! Looking to move in with like-minded people :)
Moving to Sydney from NZ to take up a job at UTS. I'm a clean, active, easy-going and social person hoping to find some fun people to live with. I will have a full time job so will likely be busy during the week but am always down for exploring the city, binge watching netflix or having a cheeky wine on the weekends. Looking for a large private room in a share house close to the CBD or close to a bus/train station - less than a 45min commute via public transport. Prefereably furnished with a double bed and avalible mid-late May. I'm not sure how long I'll need the room for but will most likley be between 3 months and 1 year+
I'm moving from interstate for my job and need a place to stay. I would prefer to live in a quiet household with another male of female. I do not drink or smoke and live a healthy lifestyle. Will hardly ever be home because I will be busy at my job even on weekends. Also, i am very tidy and organised and always have bills paid in advance. I will be heading to Sydney this week and able to inspect any potential rooms. I also have good communication with people who i live with and very friendly, if you think that we would make good housemates that i hope to hear from you soon :)
I'm a 24 brazilian girl, living in Sydney to improve my English skills and enjoy this time of my life. I'm friendly and peaceful. I like things clean and tidy but I'm not paranoid! I like cooking and exchanging recipes. I'd love to live where it has pets and plants!
Hey there, I'm a 30 year old female professional, who is looking for an unfurnished double or queen room (off street parking preferred) with people I can hang out with and also have my own space. I am an easy going, mostly friendly, little sarcastic, neat and tidy individual with a great sense of humour. I enjoy dragon boat racing, yoga, watching movies, board & card games, the occasional drink, and catching up with friends & family. I would like a place I would feel comfortable enough to occasionally have a few friends over (to chill not party). I have been share housing for the past 7 years with 2 ladies, but unfortunately due to job and lifestyle changes they are moving out of the area. I'd like to trial a 6 month period with possible extension if it all works out
I'm a 23 year old Film-maker moving from Geelong up to Sydney for a Full-Time cinematography position. Outdoors guy, love shooting surf photography, international travel, snowboarding and gym training. Very laid back, fun, clean and tidy. Working 9-5 in Sydney. Often overseas or travelling for extended time for work. Feel free to shoot me a message and we can see if it works out :)
I have been living in Australia for 10 years but I am from Venezuela. I speak Spanish :). I am looking to move with someone as I have been living alone for too long plus I am starting a new job on the north side. So originally a place over the north side of Sydney will be good but I don't mine to share a flat around Bondi junction where I live now I am an honest responsible and respectful hard working person who likes to have walks around the park or the beach, meet friends for coffee or a meal outside, like Pilates and also to relax over a glass of wine sometimes after work but I do not like to lose control :). I love cooking. Thus, I enjoy cooking and watching My Kitchen rules and Master chef programs. Dancing makes me happy so It is something that I look forward to do more in the future as well as playing tennis :) but not really a priority right now. As I would like to finish my PM Diploma so I think I will be a little nerdy the rest of the year just to get.it out of the way. But I like the outdoors and I like to socialise. I am allergic to animals unfortunately even when I think they are lovely. As I mentioned before. I live on my own at the moment so I have pretty much everything. If you think I can fit something in your apartment that would be great. Basically, a red 2 sit sofa, TV and medium fridge. My ideal flatmate is someone who is also professional, honest, reliable, reasonably clean and tidy, respectful, non-smoker person who likes to socialise but also respects people privacy :). And of course, it has yo be someone a get along well :)
I am a permanent resident since 2002. Gone back to India in 2010. I have experience of working in IT company and managing it. Now came back in March 2017 and creating a profile to work on various client projects. I am a simple, transparent and honest person.
University educated. Long term experienced renter so I have a good idea of what I want and how to live with other people. Quick summary : I am looking for quiet, non smoking, considerate, furnished with bed and study table, clean, parking, long term with bills included. Private rooms only! I am very quiet and keep to myself. Spend most of my time in my room since I will be working hard! Open minded and always happy to have a little chat. I clean the bathroom weekly or more as needed, prefer to share cleaning on a schedule. Eat out regularly so don't require use of kitchen often. Have stayed at my current place for 2.5 years, have been paying my rent fortnightly without fail. Just looking for a change to a location to keep things fresh. Everyone cleans up after themselves in the kitchen every meal. Stacking dishes in the sink and leaving food lying around is a no for me. No laundry line/laundry hogs. Looking forward to meeting you!
my name's Jovan, 23, and currently living in Sydney, working full time on weekdays. I'm a nice person, clean, very respectful. as long as you're nice to me I'll be nice to you. highly respect other's privacy and enjoy having dinner and wine together :)
Hi, I'm Andres, I work full time at a film internship (don't worry I won't film you). I'm an easy going, friendly and clean german male. I am looking to share with people who are fun, easygoing and don't mind a drink or two on the weekend! I hope to hear from you :)
I'm an outgoing, happy go lucky, professional female who is looking for a long term stay/lease. I am currently locked into a rental agreement and would not be able to move in until 2nd week of June, however on the plus side I do intend to stay for at least a year or longer. I am very reliable and trustworthy and am respectful of others and their belongings. I enjoy my sports, music, movies, tv series, outdoors, traveling, reading and socialising. Looking for a room and own bathroom preferrably, as I am a little ocd with my cleaning, and the home needs to be very close to public transport as I commute to and from work. I do have 2 pet rabbits and ideally would love to bring them with me however if this is not possible I do have someone who will take care of them for me. Do not have any furniture to bring with me but I do have a cherry tomato tree (in pot plant), camping gear/trunk and medium storage containers/bags with some belongings inside which I would need to store. The largest item I have to store is a washing machine. If you think you have a great place for me I would love to hear from you and arrange to come see the place and meet.
My Name is Bon. I am a Student at the Australian Institute of Music (AIM) at Surry Hills in Sydney. I am also a trainer and assessor at a Registered Training Organisation, where I basically teach warehousing classes. I am intending on relocating to Sydney in the next two weeks. I don't drink or smoke. Please get back to me If you think I'd be an acceptable flatmate.
***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
I am from Germany and currently working in North Sydney. I am a clean, tidy person. With just starting my time here in Australia I don't have any friends around here and would love to meet some like minded people. I like to enjoy a good dinner and some drinks together. Also I love to cook and rarely spend a sunny day indoors.
Laid back professional photographer who enjoys quiet nights in as well as socialising with friends at various bars, cafes, diners, live music venues, art events, gym, outdoors when not working. My week various - I'm a freelancer who is either working from home or out shooting on location most of the time. I've lived in Sydney all my life but spent the past 12 months abroad volunteering in Nepal then working in Bangkok so I have minimal furniture but plan to purchase whatever is necessary (so ok with a furnished / unfurnished room). I return back to Sydney this Thursday (27th April) and can view and move in straight away. I clean up after myself, is social enough to hold a conversation with you and your guests when we see each other around the house but know when to respect your privacy. I'm housetrained :) and is happy to share the chores / bills for common household items. I LOVE animals though have no pets of my own but if you do I'd be more than happy to help with walking or feeding said furry creature when you are too busy etc. If there is space for gardening I'd love to maintain / contribute so we can always have fresh herbs and veggies. In regards to rent / bills, after the initial bond and 1 month rent, I am willing (indeed would prefer) to pay monthly in advance. In terms of contract, I am hoping to settle into my new home for more than 12 months if we are all a good fit. Ideally, it would be great to get along with my flatmates outside of the share housing situation. In the past I've had flatmates who became friends / regularly gone out together in social situations.
