Looking for personal grannyflat or studio (not to share). We have previous sharehouse experiences, so we are respectful, responsible, clean and tidy people to live with. My partner and I are usually busy, with work and school taking up most of our time. When we don't have work and school, we often stay inside and relax or go for mini road trips and adventure around new areas. We are both easy-going people and are looking for a place to share together, having recently moved to Sydney from a small town on the South Coast.
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x
Hi Looking for short time stay 2 to 3 months. Dont stay home much. Need a place to sleep and shower everyday. Dont have any staff. Will not use kitchen.
I get along with everyone, easy to talk to, friendly and enjoy a good chat. I am in Australia for work purposes and getting to know the local culture. I never stopped learning since I started travelling and loving my stay in Australia. I am looking for a room for a couple as I will be moving in with my partner, Sue. She is sunny and very good fun to have around, currently looking for volunteer work in care. We come from London and are currently living in Central Coast but moving to Sydney to minimize commuting time (I work as a soccer coach for children in Sydney) and make new friends.
I've recently started working full time as a Personal Trainer in Drummoyne and hoping to find a place to call home close by. I'm usually up well before the sunrise and in bed early so a quiet place would suit me well! I'm friendly, easy going, laid back and respectful :)
My name is Patricia I am a professional Australian woman who has been living in the UK for 4.5 yrs at this point in time I am not working but I am looking actively for work, $200 is the amount I can pay until a get a job. I am a very clean person and respect other people's privacy. I require a furnished room as I don't have a need a the moment because I'm starting fresh again. Thank you Thank you
Hi there, I am a 22 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my first year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker and value my privacy. I do have a boyfriend that I like to spend time with, but otherwise I don't party or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I'm aware that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker and non-drinker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I can happily live with cats, though dogs will have to be on a case-by-case basis. I can supply all of my own things like towels, plates/bowls/cutlery and bedding, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer and fridge. I am looking for a preferably unfurnished room, a large room is preferred, as I am a bit of a hermit and tend to live in my room, so being able to comfortably fit a double bed and a desk is a must, however a furnished room is also okay. Anywhere along the North Shore, Northern and Western line is ideal, from about North Sydney to Epping and Hornsby as that would keep me close to uni. ~15 minutes away from a train station would be ideal. My rental budget is a maximum of $200/week, or $250/week if bills and utilities are included. I hope to meet you and become a great housemate, - Blake
Hi there, I am seeking a non-shared room, asap. Coming from Mildura,on bus to find work and explore. Preferably within 20kms of city, near train station. I am quiet, clean, reliable and very easy going. I would be out and about most days. ($150 p/w inc. bills max) All offers/replies appreciated...Thanks ;)
Hi there, I'm a 25 year old recently graduated Psychologist about to start work at Ryde. I'm easy going, pretty laid back, and enjoy meeting new people. I like to spend my free time watching Netflix, playing video games, and exercising. I'm always up for a good chat, but I also like having my own, quiet space to wind down. I'm looking for a place that I can call home, and preferably stay long-term.
Filipino-background, Christian, polite, chill, respectful, family-orientated, single. Always pays on time. Loves animals. I have a queen-sized bed as well as an average size desk, so an unfurnished private bedroom is a must.
Hi, My name is Ingrid and I am a 25 year old teacher currently living in St Ives. I am looking to share either an apartment, house or townhouse and am looking for a room with an ensuite/own bathroom. Look forward to hearing from you!
I am an easy-going person. Friendly, love a good laugh and open-minded so there will never be short of fun conversations. I like my quiet times but also try to socialise on the weekend; love the beaches and great Sydney night scenes. I am multilingual; I speak fluent English, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay and very poor Dutch as my mother is Indonesian and my father is Dutch. Although, I am an Australian citizen now. Before Australia, I've lived around a few countries in my whole 20 years of life, in cities such as Jakarta, Bali and Singapore. So if you come from or have lived in any of those places too, we'll have great fun relating through them! I have one year experience living in a share house with seven other girls when I was up in Newcastle, so I understand the aspects of living together, sharing a home under mutual respect. At home, I am undoubtedly very neat and tidy with my personal spaces; I take very good care of my belongings and their surroundings. You wouldn't have to worry about mess or dirty dishes hanging around the house because I cannot stand them let alone live with them! If you have pets, I'll love them to bits. My parents are keeping my two dogs; Snowy is a Japoodle and Bruno is a pug. If you have a dog too, maybe we can bring them on nice beach walks on sunny days as mine loves it! I study Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Laws in University of Newcastle, although I am taking a gap year just to work full time and build up my savings. In addition, at the moment I am working full-time as a barista in a French cafe, needless to say, your daily bread need is sorted. White, wholemeal, rye, sourdough, you name it. I usually bring home hot pies and cakes too! Although I always try to keep up a healthy lifestyle five days a week. The other two days I eat yummy sugars watching Netflix. So if you are up for a gym and Netflix buddy, I'm your gal :) Cheers! X Hana
I currently live in Darwin, have been here my entire life and plan on relocating to NSW to pursue study. I enjoy a chat, a glass of wine, art, foreign films, heart warming espressos and op shopping. I understand that it is important to get along with a room mate, I consider myself easy going, however that their personal space and privacy needn't be invaded. I keep my home neat and clean up after myself.
I'm Clancy , I'm 26 years and I run a Dance Studio in The Hills District Monday-Saturday. I teach from around 3:00pm onwards so usually work from home during the days when I'm not doing the occasional acting job in the city or nannying locally. I'm a big foodie & gym junkie and LOVE COFFEE I'm an only child so I do enjoy ME time just as much as I love kicking back and having a wine every now and then. I'm currently living at home so in no rush to leave. I'm Keen to a house/unit with a bunch of like-minded females who are willing to move out for 6months - 1 year.
Hello I'm a professional looking for a studio type close to my work place. I'm a tidy person, likes to keep my place neat. I'm responsible and always on time paying rent. You wouldn't be disappointed. Thanks
I'm currently working casual as a social media producer while full-time studying at uni. I'm half Nigerian, half Australian so opened to roommates of different cultures. Have never lived outside of home, but am very independent. Need a place urgently so ready to move in asap.
Hi I am looking for privet-room/ "clean" granny-flat/ studio or unit to stay in Sydney on a long-term.I'm living in Sydney for about 5 years and have been living over in Melbourne and I am working full time job here. I'm a clean, tidy and easy going guy and respectful of any house traditions you might have, and am keen to help out and get involved as much as is needed. I need to move to my new place between now to first of April so if something is available from then that would be ideal, but could find somewhere else for a few days if the place wasn't available immediately. I'm looking for somewhere to stay for around a month but would give or take a couple of weeks with that if it works better for you. Any questions feel free to ask, cheers! George
Hi, I'm currently in my final year of my undergraduate degree in Psychology. Outside of studying and work I play football, tennis and go to the gym. I'm passionate about music, and have a keen interest in science. I'm clean, friendly, find enjoyment in making a home cooked meal and am looking for a place that not only makes it easier to accommodate for work, recreation and rest, but is a place that genuinely feels like a home.
Hi, Looking to move into a place with 1 to 2 persons. Hey! Looking for a new place and new housemates. Currently living in the upper north shore but I'll be happy to live anywhere around Sydney as long as I can afford the rent. I work full time as an Electrical apprentice and during the week I enjoy having a social life with my mates, keeping fit and anything outdoors. I am easy going and reliable and will always respect your space and privacy.
Post grad at ANU and visual Artist... fitness and good food... good cooking... and clever living. mature age 30+something student.. lived in sharehouses before.. pretty chill at home.. into occasional communal activities and very tidy ;->.
I am looking for a fun but relaxed household with people in my age demographic who are tidy and easy going to be around with a good sense of humour. When I'm not working (which is 6-7 days a week) I will usually be found at the crossfit gym, eating gelato, attempting to actually cook one of Jamie Oliver's 30 minute meals withing 30 minutes - then when that fails, exploring hidden gems around Sydney. I'm also on a constant quest to see the world so for at least 4-5 weeks a year I'll be off on an adventure in a far away land then for the rest of the year dreaming up the next stop. I pay my rent and bills on time and like to live in a clean space but at the same time I want to feel comfortable in a home and not stress over the small things although, if I have a perfectly ripe avocado that for some reason you decide to take as your own I will not be ok with that. I'm looking for somewhere in the Hills District to be closer to my workplace. I'm over the commuting life!
Hi my name is Ella I am 18 years old and looking for a place with 1 or 2 females,I'm a very reliable, clean and respectful young woman that likes my own time but is also down for a chat! I prefer an apartment that has a good clean vibe to it,please let me know if you have what suits me thank you :)
Hi I am currently looking for a place to stay. I am not too picky on location, as I work in construction. I often travel to different parts of Sydney for work. I am originally from New Zealand, from a European decent. It would be an added bonus if I could live with someone that I can hang out with.

Hi, I am looking for a room to rent anywhere between Townhall to Hornsby. I work full-time and enjoy exploring Sydney when free. I love outdoors and watching sitcoms and movies. I am friendly by nature and wouldn't mind sharing experiences and dinners with flatmates. I respect people around me and expect the same in return. Kindly feel free to drop me a message if you have a room to let or looking to share a new apartment with someone. Thank you!
I am looking for a relaxed and fun place to settle into for a year or more. I am a Sydney local and I am full-time employed. I would like to start writing a screen-play sometime this year as a project that carries very special significance for me. I have played sport at the semi-professional level in the past and am still quite health conscious, currently holding a national health qualification. I have previously run my own businesses and am very widely travelled. I love listening to music, enjoying good food and wine, exercising for health and fitness, going to the movies and live plays, holding stimulating conversations as well as taking drives into the country. I also have an interest in the foreign exchange market, pursuing personal and professional development, coaching/mentoring (for both business and personal clients), and occasionally wandering through museums, art galleries, street fairs and the local markets. I am currently working fairly long hours through the week, and am a very clean, hygienic and self-organised person. I even enjoy sharing the cooking duties and am quite happy to pitch in with the cleaning. I am hoping to find a flatmate somewhere in the Hills District, but more particularly in the Castle Hill, West Pennant Hills, Dural, Cherrybrook or Glenhaven areas. That's about it, so thanks and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards from Craig.
Hi, I'm Jessica! I'm 25, studying a B Commerce at Macquarie University whilst also working part time as a Gaming Attendant. I'm a very friendly, relaxed, easy person to live with. Hi my name is Michael and 29 years old. I'm clean and respectful of other peoples belongings. I like to think that I'm sociable, so I'll be up for a drink, chat or meal every now and then. I've been working as an architect for the past couple of years. Before that, I was doing internships in Europe and Asia. I'm quite handy around the house and would be happy to help fix things up.
I am a persian international student in Sydney. Most of the time, I attend university (3 to 4 times per week) from morning to the evening and then go out to have some exercise or stay at home to have a rest. Other days I study at home and do my routine works or have some exercise outside. I am a completely tidy person respecting other's privacy as I expect the same from them.I prefer to share a house with only one person who is tidy and have a clean lifestyle. One house with both private room and bathroom. Also, I prefer granny flat/studio. Lastly, I am not a fan of party, smoking and pet. Just need a place for studying and having rest.

Super laid back, I usually play sport during the week or hit the gym, Netflix most definitely and am a big foodie so anytime you want to test your cooking skills I'm your girl! So if you have a bit of grass and I don't mean that in the happy grass, but more of somewhere they can run around and do their business haha. Buddy and Delilah are super friendly and they love to hang out and watch TV or even to go for a walk if you're keen! They are not shoe chewers so never be afraid to leave belongings on the floor as they will not be destroyed!! Hit us up if you'll like to know me :)

Im 27, studying a law and psychology degree full time, and working casually. I am a cheerleader at Macquarie Uni, enjoy playing and watching soccer, going to the movies, and catching up with friends. I am after a home rather than a house, and friends rather than flatmates. I am clean, tidy and respectful of others, but also outgoing and friendly and dont want to spend all my time in my room.
I'm currently in North Sydney and seeking to stay in the area. I'm happy to chat and be social or to mind my own business. Christian, non-smoker, respectful and neat. Always reliable with rent.
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.

Just a fledgling biomedical engineer here who is working full time in the northern areas for a medical consultancy. When i'm not messing with the natural order of things, i tend to find myself hanging from aerial silks or trapeze. If i'm feeling particularly lazy, simply watching various YouTube clips on my laptop, or crushing opposition in tabletop games. I'm open to any form of housing arrangement whether its a social one, or involves being located in my own room most the time. My nature doesn't allow me to be messy, and will always clean up after myself. I can cook too if people are down for that. The only true requirements that i need in any arrangement, is a place that i can park my car, as i need to travel to work in an area with poor public transport, and a stable internet as some days require me to work from home. Feel free to ask additional question in the first contact, i'm open to mull out any details. Thanks to all that read this wall of text.
I am a quiet and private person. I am a chemical engineer, moved recently to Sydney, and I am looking for a job opportunity in Sydney, but have a strong relationship with my previous customers and don't have any financial problem. Very easy to live by and have a lot of respect for other's privacy and comfort. I am looking for a nice and cosy room in Hills district and North Parramatta. Most of the time I am busy with my computer, finding job opportunities and working on some of the projects that I have not finished for previous clients. I like to socialise and find new friends, but I am not a party person. I have strong references and they are available upon request.
Hey everyone! I'm a young professional in the finance industry. I work full time and see clients late into the night. Which means I'm not home too often. I am "clean and tidy" like everyone else on here! I am responsible and tend to do my own thing. I am very social once I get to know someone and can easily become friends with new people. I am looking for some sort of share house or a room to rent. Preferably a team up where we all can benefit by getting a newer place! I enjoy company of others however like some alone time as well. There's much more to me once you get to know me and I am looking forward to meeting new people! Let me know if you live in an existing share house and need someone to rent a room or if you would like to team up to find a new place. Thanks.
