I am professional, mature, clean, tidy, private, respectful and quiet individual. I'm moving to Sydney for work in 2018 and I'm looking for another mature person to share with while I work out my longer term accommodation arrangements. I will be flying home most week-ends for the first few months and may occasionally have my partner stay overnight on week-ends when I get tired of travelling. I enjoy walking/keeping fit so probably won't be around much during the evenings. I don't mind a social chat and occasional mid-week glass of wine after a long day. I'd like to find a flatmate who likes to keep things neat and tidy too. A private room with ensuite or sole use bathrooom would be my first preference.
Hi, I'm Jonas. I'm a 25 year old boy from Bergen, Norway. I will attending Macquarie University for session 1, 2018 as an exchange student. Back in Norway I'm studying for a bachelors degree in Digital Culture (basically the relationship between technology and society), so I'm quite interested in technology and media. Besides that I am a sucker for sports, with (European) football being no 1, of course. I am an extroverted guy who's open for new things and usually always down for social events and gatherings. At Macquarie I will be studying marketing, business and computer programming. Do you live in a shared house/flat with a good social environment that's close to MQ and has a room that'll be vacant from the start/mid February? Hit me up and we'll talk :D
Hey! I'll be moving to Sydney from Perth (first week of Jan 2018) to start my Postgraduate studies at Macquarie University. I'm super chilled and easy to get along with. I make it a point to keep everything in the house clean and tidy. Definitely someone who respects the privacy of others. I love soccer, travelling, technology, social entrepreneurship, reading, music and movies! Room preference - Looking for a private room with my own bathroom (en-suite). Since I drive, I also need a parking spot. And most importantly, decent internet!! Please let me know if there's any additional information you'd like to know!
Hi! I consider myself easy going, friendly, organised and responsible. I like to respect each other's privacy and space but at the same time always open for a chat or casual light drink. I’m a very neat & tidy person and enjoy to share accommodation with someone who is like minded. I often work 6 days a week and usually out of the house by 6:30am until late afternoon or evenings. Well on weekends, if I’m not catching up with my sleep, you’ll find me occupied watching some NetFlix 😊
I cook! Though not a clean freak, I like a clean house, especially the kitchen (Chef trained). I am also happy to do garden chores - a vege' patch? Currently working as a Sydney Harbour tour guide on the TallShips as well as The Blue Mountains with the company based in Gladesville. I love the smell of Real coffee anytime ..... Sport interested and active. Training for the Masters Games next year. I sometimes do cosplay - medieval re-enacting - in the winter months. I have some of my own furniture. Am into education, having just finished studying eco/sustainability with Inner West Councils. Looking to do something (??) at Ryde TAFE next year. The above photo is of The Sydney Harbour Pirate show that I did for the Tallships. I am offering "useful and encouraging" words to the Captain. Hope this helps TIA - Keegan
Hi I'm Marty and I'm an analyst working in the insurance industry. I'm generally clean and quiet and mostly keep to myself. I'm out most of the time but when I'm home I like to chill out with some games. I cook about 2-3 times a week (actually, 3 is just me being optimistic here). Not a party animal at all so you can expect quiet a a drama free housemate out of me. For team ups, my current place in North Strathfield will soon have a spare bedroom available which requires a new lease to be signed. Message me if you're open to joining in on this new lease.
I am a prospective master student of MQU. My first semester will start at the beginning of Feb; so I am looking for a place to live which is close to Macquarie Uni. A tidy place with nice people is a perfect choice. I am always happy to give a helping hand. Make friends and share with each other memorable moments are meaning of life. Inbox me or text;
I am very easy going, tidy, respectful and love to meet new people! Keen to join an existing share house or team up for a new place (females preferred). Studying Law full-time and woking part-time. I like my quiet time but also enjoy some friendly banter here and there :) Contact me if you think we'd get along!
My name is Jess and I have recently moved from Brisbane for work and am looking for a place for me and my 2 gorgeous dogs. I am very well behaved and my dogs are too! I am also very clean and tidy, but not too OCD!! I like to have a good chat and always up for some fun, but also gets that everyone needs chill time and respects others privacy. When not working I enjoy taking my dogs for a run, playing netball, yoga and keeping fit. I am looking for a place that is big enough that we can have our own space and need a backyard for my fur babies. Teaming up with someone would make it that much more affordable and less lonely
Hi! I'm Sally - originally from Brisbane. I currently live in Glebe, but am starting a new job in Macquarie Park in the New Year. Subsequently, my sausage dog, Boy, and I are looking for some new digs closer to that side of town. We enjoy watching movies together while I drink wine. I'm introverted and a bit of a homebody, but very friendly and easy going. Would love to find a chill and pet friendly property with nice housemate(s) to ring in the New Year!
Easy going, neat and tidy female paramedic moving to Sydney for work in the new year. I like outdoors and travel and am looking for a place that's easy going with people I can chat and have dinner with but who also don't mind doing their own thing. I do have some furniture that I can either bring to the house or store.

Hey guys!! We are looking for an awesome place to live, with like-minded people. Mounisha: I'm studying full time at MQU doing Science/Law (yes, I'm aware I'm a nerd :P) and also work part time at a driving school. I love my wine and netflixing, but if you are keen on horrible jokes and watching me lose at board games, I make decent company. I also really love puppies. Like, a lot. Isham: He didn't want to write his own bio, so I'm gonna write whatever I want here. This dude is a full time Commerce/Law student (how boring can he get????) and works part time as tech support. He's pretty quiet, but also really awesome once you get to know him. We're just looking for people who are fun and weird and love food. We're also saving for a wedding soon so looking for somewhere affordable but not too far from uni. If you think you've got room for us or want to start a teamup, shoot us a message and we can grab coffee sometime!
Born in Aruba, currently living in The Netherlands and studying Human Resource Management. Will be doing an internship in Sydney for 5 months (February till June). I speak Papiamento, Dutch, English, Spanish and a bit of Portugese. I enjoy meeting new people and I'm into photography. Friendly, clean and enjoy cooking.
Hey We’re Ash&Zac! 23 years old, both work in hospitality. We’re pretty down to earth and easy going, more than happy to hang out but are also out often enough to give you your own space. Im usually catching up on TV shows or playing around with make up in my spare time and zac is usually gaming. We’re clean, tidy and responsible. Hoping to find others who are the same. I've also house-shared for 4+ years and am very respectful of space and communal living, and am hoping the rent will include maybe some of the bills. shoot me a message if you want to know anything else
I am a biologist and will be taking a lecturer position at Macquarie University for 18 months. I am really into outdoorsy sports (kiting, kayaking, rock climbing) and I am also a musician — I play guitar, clarinet and saxophone, so I am keen to find people to jam with :) Also, I love cooking, and even though I honestly only cook once or twice a week, when I do it's good stuff!
Hi there! I'm looking for my own room to move into around mid-January. I work full-time in Burwood, and I'm looking for a place close-by. Furnished or unfurnished, but close to public transport. I'm friendly, sorta quiet, neat, tidy, don't have pets and a non-smoker. I love pizza, movies, pop-culture, F1, and science-y things. I like cooking, and I can make a mean pasta, although Menulog/UberEats is slowly taking over my dinners. My own room tends to be organised chaos, but common places will always be tidy. Ideally, my flatmates are friendly and don't mind sharing a meal or a drink now and then, but respect each others' space as well. My current housemates are all great people (and a cat), who are sadly moving out, and with the lease ending, I figured I want a bigger and better place than I currently have(my current room is tiny!). They are happy to give you my reference if needed. :) Don't hesitate to contact me, if you have a great household I can be a part of, or if you have any more questions. I do have some weeks before I need to move, but maybe we can work something out if something good is available to me a bit earlier. :) Cheers!
Hi, I'm Deeksha. I'm 21 years old and moving from Brisbane to Sydney to study Postgraduate Psychology. When I'm not working or at Uni, I love to go for hikes, to the beach, to watch movies or go out with friends. I also like to exercise and keep fit. I'm outgoing and friendly, but also like my own space. I'm a cleanly and considerate person and am easy to live with. Looking forward to the adventure of a new city and new friends next year.
My partner and I are looking at moving to Sydney at the start of next February. Currently we live in Melbourne. I will be doing a master's program at MQ uni and teaching ESL part time, and my partner will be working part time. We are looking for a quiet place for a year or more.
Hello, my name is Dorothy; I'm originally from Canada and I'm a physiotherapy student at Macquarie University! I'm pretty quiet and and I tend to be either at the library or at home, if I'm not out of the house in class, at clinic, or working casually as a carer. I like to be very clean, and having a quiet space in the evening is important for me, but I would be okay with occasional guests :) I love being active in my spare time, and would love the chance to team up with people to find a suitable home! I am looking for something that is close to Macquarie University, whether it be a short (or longer) walk.
