I enjoy walks, deep conversations, music, culture, spirituality, sport, and more, however I do like my own space Off street parking for my motorcycle would be ideal, but not totally essential. Is your home a blissful, amazing sanctuary that lights up your heart? Is the granny flat, converted shed or self-contained something on your property calling for a loving, creative, grounded & balanced being to inhabit it? Hi, I'm Jen. After many years of house sharing I feel a longing to have a space to call my own. However, I believe we are meant to exist in community, so I'd love to share the land & cost of overheads with organically minded, earth conscious & energy conscious people. A snapshot of me: I'm 36 and work in a variety of fields in the Arts, Self-development & Event Management fields. Last year I returned to my home town of Newcastle after over a decade away of job pursuits & I'm happy to be back & closer to friends, family & the beach. I enjoy my work as Studio Manager of an Art Studio in Wallsend, alongside building my own business as a Shamanic Womancrafter, Life Doula, Artist, Healer & Teacher, running women's circles & currently studying the women's mysteries & spiritual practises. I want to be radically honest here about who I am. For some, what I just wrote may seem a bit far out or 'hippy', but I hope for the right people, you'll read between the lines & feel what I'm about. I'm caring, empathetic, motivated, logical & got my feet firmly on the ground! Apart from all the usual 'fully house trained' stuff (even considered a bit of a handy-woman & come with tools to help with odd jobs & repairs around the house), I come with a fur child. Elkie is my 14yr old, female tabby cat. She's super chilled, doesn't wander very far, spends most of her time sleeping on my bed & loves a good chat. My wish list - We're longing for a self-contained space that is quiet & safe - Window & doors screened for mozzie protection - Separate bedroom to the living space would be ideal - Loads of natural light & air flow - Grass, tree's & nature are my daily medicine, so some greenery would be amazing - Bath & air con are luxury items I would thank the stars for! - Space for my art studio/office set up - Storage for my camping stuff, bits & pieces - Kitchen I can create in - No more than a 30min drive from Wallsend would be preferred & close to a water source would be magic! - Unfurnished, as I have everything. There are so many different types of properties, homes, families & living arrangements out there, so if any of this has kept you reading so far & you've got something that might suit, I'd love to hear from you. I know the perfect sanctuary exists! I look forward to meeting you.
Two LGBT+ people looking for a lovely home we can share. We have a Dog and Cat that need a home they will feel safe in. Clean and tidy, down for a drink or two, happy to give space as well as hang out.
I’m a 21 year old transgender woman living in Newcastle. Looking for a comfortable place to live with working part time at John Hunter Hospital and going through my transition. I’m responsible, quiet, tidy and clean ☺️
Hey there, I'm a quiet, independent, tidy and am not usually home during the day. I'm not a drinker or a smoker and I don't throw parties. I love animals. I'm a second year Bible College student and I work part-time at Dominos as a delivery driver. For fun, I enjoy adventure. Things like long drives to nowhere or finding secluded beaches and hanging out with friends. I like reading, fishing, camping, NRL and music.
Looking for a team up so I can move from my current residence. Been here for going into 4 years and has been talk of the owner selling Looking for 1-2 people who are interested in teaming up to apply for properties in the Cardiff / Cardiff South / Glendale areas. I currently have 2 jobs that have fairly constitant hours and am usually quiet when at home as I grew up with shift workers. I also have a cat (Tink who is my profile pic) who is desexed and is fully house trained. Shes an indoor and outdoor cat and is a massive sook once she gets to know you. I have a house worth of furniture so you would just need to bring your own bedroom stuff or I have a couple of spare bedroom pieces you can use
Hey there, My name Is Theo, 42 y/o very easy going male thats well organised with clean/tidy living habbits. I enjoy having a few brews, meeting new people, bbq's, & some good conversations etc etc. I am a big enthusiast of anything to do with cars, bikes, motorsports & love to have a tinker with my own vehicles. Anything fun/adrenaline related appeals to me. I am employed with almost full time hours for a large retail chain as a storeman/many other positions, get discounts on the essentials (Food & beverages), and usually start anywhere between 6-7:30 am in the morning. Every friday, and every second sat, sun, monday Im off so I can actually do some living & chill a bit also. That said, to me finding a place with off street parking for the car & bike (most preferably with lockable shed/garage access( for at least my motorcycle & tool chest) is pretty important because of the $$ Invested, and insurance reasons. If anyone out there is looking for a housemate that loves a bit of a laugh, having a few beverages and is happy with what else you read on this profile, send me a message please. Cheers
Hi, am looking for someone to start a new share house with. I'm looking at moving back to Newcastle/North Lake Macquarie from northern Central Coast. Have got pretty much all furniture required, but that can be negotiated etc. Looking for someone who also works fulltime around my age to share with. Am looking at properties and if I do get one I'll be looking for a housemate to move in and share costs. Am tidy clean and can pay bills on time. I'm not fussed on gender of housemate but it would be good to have someone who we both get along well and to go out with on weekends to the pub, etc. Don't mind a quiet drink at home as well. Pretty easy going bloke mostly and can cook.
29 year old looking for a cozy clean home to hide in. I work part time at a chocolate shop, but pretty much to a full time schedule. I love all pets but have none of my own. I enjoy cleaning, especially when I'm feeling down or anxious, so I will always clean up after myself - but I'm not a fastidious person. I am HOPELESS at cooking, so I try not to subject anyone else to it. I am quiet in nature, I don't go out much and tend to just stay in and game, but I am talkative and like to just exist around other people. I am something of a night owl and I have an amazing ability to sleep though all kinds of noise. I don't have a car or license so I MUST have easy access to public transport. I have the gay.
