Hello, Originally I had signed up to this website to find a roommate interested in living around Andrews Farm. I am now desperate to find a residence as close as possible to Modbury Hospital. My father has recently become critically ill and will be transferring to that facility on March 28th. He will be staying at the hospital for specialist care and rehabilitation for the next few months and I am wanting to find somewhere close by, so my family and I can spend as much time as possible with him. I am hoping to find somewhere appropriate as soon as possible that is a short distance away, within budget and available for a short term lease. This would be a huge relief for my family as our home is quite a distance away from where he will be. I am also applying through real estate agents, I would just like to exhaust every option available. About myself: I am currently studying full time in the CBD. I have two small pets, Lucy and Cleo. They are very well behaved and trained. I enjoy gardening and growing my own organic produce, bike riding, ice skating and general outdoor activities. I love to cook, I watch endless ammounts of Netflix and love to sing and play musical instruments (currently learning piano). I have previously lived out of home, I have good references and evidence that I always pay my rent on time. I take pride in my home, the way it looks and feels is a huge priority to me. I may be open to a team up but you need to be ready to apply for properties now and have the credentials to do so. My ideal housemate would have a good sense of humor, be financially stable, love dogs, like there own space but enjoy company at times, be clean, respectful & trustworthy. Looking for a whole property to rent or a possible team up for a new place. Not interested in renting single rooms under current circumstances. Thanks 🙂
I work full time at a hospital. I'm a pretty easy going person and pull my weight. I can cook and I know how to change a washer on a tap. I think humor is my strong side, so if you like my cheeky sense of humor and don't mind a bit of a banter we'll get on fine. Bit of a beer snob, so if you like to drink at home you'll have a buddy. I'm a power lifter so if you're into lifting weights you're going to have a buddy for something else. I'm also a gamer... game nights? I'm also an emergency services volunteer so if you're okay with me making a ruckus at 3am to get to a tree down as fast as possible that would be awesome haha.
I work fulltime afternoon shift .I am easy going, enjoy life and, friendly! Enjoy watching footy.sports relaxing don't mind a few bevies and a bbq, travel when I get the chance and catching up with friends and family, enjoy meeting new people !! .
Hi Everyone, I'm Molly! I am 19 and currently undertaking a certificate in bar tending to gain employment in hospitality. Although i am not currently working i am very keen, motivated (have a history of work in hospitality) and am confident i will have a job in no time. Don't worry about the rent as i am on Centrelink and also awesome at budgeting :) I am living with my sister at the moment and would like to move out to gain some independence (normal sibling rivalry!) Looking for a house with friendly, upbeat and bubbly tenant(s) (as that is how i would describe myself). I respect others privacy and like my own sometimes too, however happy to share a beer/wine/fancy cocktail when the occasion calls for it. I like to be clean and tidy and am known for my skills in the kitchen, (specifically my legendary spag bol recipe - sorry but i cannot reveal the secret ingredient!) I am available to move in whenever and furnished or unfurnished works for me. If you are wanting to find out more about your potentially new and awesome housemate, please feel free to contact me Cheers Molly :D

Hi, I am Chantelle, a 20yo student looking for an awesome place to live! i find myself to be creative and a bit artistic, i love to read, write and have a knack for sketching and drawing, currently keen on the anime genre! i am often quiet at first but when i get to know people more, feel more comfortable i open up like a book (specifically, a horror book - my favourite genre). I am also considerate, bubbly, enjoy a good conversation and good company while being respectful of others privacy and space. i am currently studying a Cert III in Hospitality full time and am currently applying for work, so if you know of any places hiring, give me a dial! i am focused on looking for quiet, friendly, easy going housemates, preferably less than 30, who share a mutual respect for home but also enjoy a drink and friendly chat and shared meals occasionally as well. If you think your somewhere could be our somewhere, then drop me a line! I look forward to hearing from you, Chantelle
I am a single Dad. My daughter lives with her mum. I am currently working FIFO. I am very laid back, easy to get along with, independent and tidy.
Hi! I'm looking for a short term stay (about 6 months). I'm easy to get along with. I like things clean and tidy. I don't mind a wine after work. I try to hit the gym occasionally and used to play social tennis for a laugh. I work in North Adelaide in sales for a company that provides services, support and training. I have a cute little girl who is almost 4. She lives with her Mum. We (me and the cute little girl) hang out during the day on weekends- we usually get out and about if the weather is good!
Hi, my name is Jenny. I am a full time student, studying 5 days a week so I would generally be out of the house for most of the day. I love to socialise, and have a good time, but also of course would need some time to myself to study from time to time. I am a extremely clean, organise and tidy person. Hobbies includes, having a laugh and chilling out with my friends, watching TV shows and movies, listening to music. I like to keep myself busy so I won't be home much, but when I am I'd love to live with laid-back, but social people that would be keen to hang out and have a good time, very sociable, ready to make new friends. I'd probably prefer to team up and start a lease with one or two other people. Would prefer staying with females.
i work full time (minimum 45 hr weeks) as a diesel mechanic and keep to my self a fair bit in a house sense im usually out. im a pretty easy going person. i dont drink or smoke but like being social still. i require off street, behind a gate/door parking.
My name is Bec and I am looking for a place to share close to where I work in Stepney. My current Rent Lease runs out at the beginning of July and I was hoping to spend less on housing by sharing a place, hence why I am here. About me, I am 30 years old. I keep to myself a bit. I enjoy going to the footy and going out for dinner with friends. I work FT Monday to Friday. I try and keep healthy but fail usually. I do like things to be clean, however I'm not a neat freak. I don't smoke and I can't be around cigarette smoke. I do love animals though and have no problem being around them! Anything else, just ask :)
I work full time and travel to Melbourne weekly. I'm clean/tidy, punctual with rent/bills, non judgemental and respectful of others privacy and property. I enjoy cooking, travelling, cars/trucks and chilling out with a social drink over antipasto, tapas or sushi nibbles. Please don't let my age discourage you. I'm rather young at heart, enjoy a laugh, will not invade your personal space, and I've experienced many things in life. I would not hesitate to help out with the chores and cook a meal or two. I do have an adorable 8 month old cat named Millie. She is friendly, loves a tummy rub, her food and long naps. Millie was bought from the RSPCA so she is desexed, vaccinated, chipped and house trained. I would love for her to be with me, but if that's not possible, she will stay with my parents where she currently resides. I have recently returned home after living in Darwin for the last 15 years and would like to be close by my elderly parents who live in Newton. I'm not into multiple share accommodation or a party house, but if you live by yourself and require the extra financial support or would like to share a house with some one mature and responsible, then contact me if you require any further information or to meet each other to see if we would be suitable to share a house.
I'm an easy going person who is just looking for a place to call home I'm respectful and currently studying aged care for my career I am also kind and willing to give anything a go I like to challenge myself and have fun I enjoy a quiet night at home but also going out is great to I respect space and also enjoy my own. I love animals so pets are fine if you would like to ask any questions or know more feel free to message me Cheers akaylia
