Hi, I am a full time worker and will be starting to study part-time. In my spare time I like chill and watch a movie or read a book, go out for breakfast, dinner or dessert and go out for a few causal drinks. I love to bake some treats. I am also tidy and clean. I am looking for place that is very welcoming and clean.
17 year old year 12 student looking for a place to stay, parents make it unreasonable to live at home and are verbally/mentally abusive. I'm generally shy and don't like to get in people's way, not many friends so don't expect me to be throwing parties or making a hassle, however I have mental health issues that can cause me to become overwhelmed, but this shouldn't impact you in any way and I'll try to keep on top of my cleaning regardless. Just looking for somewhere to live until I finish year 12 and can move in with my boyfriend. I will likely spend time with my boyfriend at his house so may not be home super often including on weekends, but I'm good at keeping up on chores and organisation regardless. I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend so it would be good if he could spend the night occasionally/be at the house with me, however we wont impede on any common areas and keep to ourselves a lot anyway. If this is an issue however, I can just spend my time with him at his place.
I am Ophely, lead a busy lifestyle and enjoy being active when I am not at work. I work in the city in HR and it gets quite hectic at times. I am fairly quiet and can be social but can also keep to myself as I value privacy. Let me know if you have any questions.
Hello, I'm Sean I'm a full-time student from S.Korea. My preference for the house in Adelaide is as below. I'm clean, easygoing and respectful:) If anyone interested, feel free to contact me. Thanks:)
Hello there I am a chef by trade but currently working for Kerry Logistics. My current house is being demolished and subdivided. I am very clean and tidy, considerate and compassioniate. Sociable yet enjoy my own space and respect others also. I enjoy a quiet cider or two but my party days are behind me. I have all my own bedroom furniture and can contribute much more furniture which is stored at my aunt's. I am a family man however my parents are now travelling around Australia since retiring. My current house has a early twenties lad and a female social worker from Tanzania, and we all get along great but unfortunately have to go our separate ways. 4-6 weeks bond at the ready and two weeks rent withub my budget of $175 per week. I enjoy a good chat, cooking for others and love all sports and music. My lease, although not binding is over in four weeks so I'm certainly not overly fussy about my new residence but would like to be within a hour by bus to my work in the city. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon. Kind regards, Rodney
My Name is Bianca, I am a 20, almost 21 year old female who works full time as a Secretary to Orthopedic Surgeons at the Women's and Children's Hospital. I am a very tidy person, very outgoing and love getting to know new people. I am wanting to move out of home, to grasp a sense of independence and responsibility. I love to spend time with my family and friends and get along with people from all walks of life, i have an open mind and am very easy going.
I’m easy going, friendly and tidy. I’m happy to keep to myself or to socialise with housemates depending on what people like. I am extremely respectful of other people’s homes and I don’t smoke, do drugs or anything of that nature. I enjoy spending time with friends and the regular glass of wine. I will be starting work full time at datacom soon once I have received a clearance but until then I am currently supported by Centrelink 😊.
Keep to myself and mostly busy. When home like to watch movies and occasional cookup. Quiet, friendly. Clean and hygienic Work Monday to friday
Hi, I'm quiet and respectful of others' privacy. I always pay on time and don't smoke. I have a stable office job in the city. Looking for a room for less than $200/wk including bills. I'm fairly flexible with the length of tenancy, 3 to 6 months or longer would suit. I'm only looking within the suburbs that I have listed. Furnished, unfurnished or semi-furnished are all fine. Two bathrooms would be ideal, as would central heating/cooling. I don't have an exact move out date but would like to find a new place in the coming weeks.
23yo full time Vet Nurse. Very easy going, I'm a morning person (however respectful of other that prefer their sleep ins) and usually head out for a walk/jog around 6.30am. I have a cat that is used to being locked in my bedroom when i'm not home and is fine with dogs (provided they don't try to eat him). I'm a very tidy person that likes things kept in order and am especially respectful of shared spaces. Happy to socialise within a household as well as keep to myself. I prefer to cook for myself rather than shared meals (unless we're having a take away night). Very quiet on weekdays and usually spend my weekends out at sporting events or going to gigs.
Hi, my name is Jaraad, Adelaide born and bred. I am a clean, quiet person, warm, friendly and pretty flexible. Working part time at a special school (4 days a week) and studying education support. Outside of work I like my martial arts (train 4-5 times a week), catching up with friends/family here and there but at the same time I like my space. I am on a plant based diet and not into partying.
Life's too short to get worked up about little things, I take live with a sense of humour. I'm re-locating from Melbourne to Adelaide and am looking for temporary accommodation. I'm starting a new job at a clean tech company (solar batteries). That's my 5th job since I came to Australia in 2007. I was born in Germany. I'm looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed, I'm not interested in partying hard.
