Hey ! My name is Caroline and I am moving to Sydney in June. I have been living on the Gold Coast since June 2017 studying Leadership and Management . Ive decided to study Hospitality and move to Sydney for better job opportunities . I am very clean and organised, dog friendly , non smoker and I do not do drugs as well. *if you have a dog, be sure I will be the best flatmate ever , I really miss my dogs so that would be awesome and your dog is gonna be loved a bit more * I am always smiling and keen to help people. Love to cook new Brazilian recipe, I really miss my mom's and grandmother's food so I am always trying to cook things i used to eat at home. I am not a party animal and I am looking for a place to call home. I do like to socialize (so if you like to live inside of your own room forever you are not the kinda flatmate im looking for) and have my wine nights tho (: Gonna extend my visa for 2 years more, so I am looking for a long term place ( around 06 months - 01 year ) Looking for a single room , dont need to be a huge one but comfortable. Feel free to ask me anything else
Like to keep things clean and tidy, not a huge partier so no surprise get togethers, super friendly and I love to laugh, would 100% be down for getting a shared fish tank, would be more a friend than your flat mate, and I'm about to start studying so other than the odd frustrated yell I won't be a huge disturbance.
I full time professional working in a social justice organisation and I'm passionate about what I do. You'll find me super easy going, compassionate, respectful and conscious of other peoples space and needs. I love exercise (tennis at the moment), food, music and the ocean (hopefully one day I will actually be able to surf). I am not a party animal by any stretch of the imagination but I like hanging out with a few important people in my life, and just happy and positive people generally. I also like my own space, so being able to get some peace and quiet is important to me and I ensure those I live with are able to have the same.
I am friendly and easy to talk to. I don't party and like to keep to myself. I like to keep things in order and keep the place clean. Iam a student and also work part time so Iam usually out. in the morning.
Hi guys, Originally from France I am a permanent part-time educator in childcare and an international student in Diploma. I have been living in Sydney since 4 years now and I really enjoy this city. I'm looking for a 12 months stay and I will be able to move in early March. Ideally I'd like to find a private room around Glebe; Forest Lodge; Annandale; Balmain; Rozelle; Leichhardt; Lillyfield; Broadway; Central station - as my work is on Glebe Point Road and my school in Central station, but more than happy to consider other places My budget is $250-300 max. Not interested by a share-room. I am very organised and not messy. References can be provided. About me...Well I guess I'm a smiling person, friendly and responsible. I love travelling and photography. During my spare time I used to go out spending my time with my friends, going for a walk and on excursions. I love comedy movies and sometimes horror movies (in English). Also I do love my job, I am a nanny but I will work as a permanent part-time educator in early childhood (start 5th of March from 7:30am to 5:30pm) and I really enjoy spending time with children so always in a good mood. Wednesday and Friday I am going to school (Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care) from 8:30am to 4:30pm. In my future accommodation I will love to live with someone I can be social with but who can also respect my study time (week days). I like quiet place and don't do parties on the weekend. Don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested to meet me :)
We're both real easy going blokes, We're both super close mates who are clean, always up to have a chat and are just looking to move out of home together as friends. We don't get up too much other than working and going to the gym, I personally (Haydon) have lived out of home since i was 19 and have experience sharing a house. We are just looking to both pursue our careers closer to the city and are taking this website to our advantage! Don't hesitate to contact me and ask for anything more! :)
Hi guys, I've been living in Sydney for the past 15 years. I work as a project manager in North Sydney. I'm basically from Bangalore, India. Did my schooling and graduation in Sydney😀. I'm an extrovert who is very easy to get along with, non-fussy, clean and fun. I enjoy long chats, watching movies, going out on the weekends. Love cooking, singing (classical and bollywood) and photography. I run a photography business on the side as well. I also run regular meetups with a friend to help people make new friends and network. If you have a spare room or looking to team up, please message me.
Hi everyone, I've just moved to Sydney from Melbourne to start a PhD studying Tasmanian devils at UNSW. I will likely be staying in Sydney for a few years, however I will need to be in Tasmania for 3 months this year (Jul to Sep) and would preferably find somebody to temporarily sublet my room for those 3 months. If you have a furnished room available for 4 months (until the end of June) that would work to. I'm a tidy, easy-going, animal-loving homebody and will probably keep pretty regular work hours. Not a party animal, but friendly and enjoying chatting about wildlife and tv shows over a casual drink. I'd prefer to stay with people in their mid 20s to mid 30s who value friendliness and cleanliness, but respect for privacy when it's necessary! I'm available to check out any place this week.
An International student studying full-time and working part-time at the Western Sydney University. Keep my space clean and expect the same. I like exploring new places, bush-walking, boxing and other fitness activities. Generally, quiet and like to focus on my studies.
We are a clean, polite and friendly couple (Australian male 38, Japanese female 30) moving to Sydney from Tokyo. I am a designer with a background dealing with startups, she is a photographer. We’re both pretty quiet and respectful but still sociable. We both enjoy exploring, finding new places to go. It’s been a while since I have lived in Sydney so I am excited to explore it once again. We hope to meet our new flatmates soon!
I am a hardworking girl, but at the same time I like to be enthusiastic and fun and I am a great person to live with. I keep to myself and will give you your space, I am clean and very easy going and kind. I will always chip in with house work, cooking a few nights a week, do shopping or whatever is necessary.
28 year old old female working-art time in admin and also studying Speech Pathology full time (because who likes to have spare time?). I'm after a place that is quite connected with public transport, with quirky food and drink places to explore. Outside of work/study, I'm at the gym, reformer pilates, netball, sustaining my caffeine addiction, or exploring said quirky cafes and bars. I like to try my hand at baking (things usually turns out ok), growing plants, and have a few hilarious travel/life stories. I have a 2 year old black pug, Perikles, who is a fan of eating and sleeping. He is an inside dog, is housetrained and can fist bump. He is easily bribed by food words, such as devon, dinner, chicken and treat. He gets along well with all humans and dogs (big or small). We sadly cannot live with a cat though, as I am allergic. I'm looking for a well kept place with friendly housemates who appreciate a sneaky wine and bbqs but who can also appreciate the need for space/why I sometimes have to disappear into a study cave. I am happy to contribute some furniture if needed, and I am after an unfurnished private room (No sharerooms!). If you have a home with space for Perry and I, shoot me a message :D
Professional in his early 30s working full time. Prefer furnished room and non smokers. Clean, no drama and rent will be paid on time. Having said all these, property location is what I care about most
