Me and my boyfriend have just relocated to Melbourne from London and are looking for a sociable, friendly and tidy house share - ideally anywhere around 2+ months. I’d say we are both outgoing people who love a drink, playing sports and travelling - but love a night in watching tv and enjoying a takeaway just as much!
Isaac and I are both bubbly, positive people! We love all kinds of music, movies and tv shows! We're both working full time, Isaac works in construction, and I work in hospitality as a barista We are looking for a short-term stay of about 3-4 months
Hi all! I am Elsie and I am a current Queenslander in the process of moving to Melbs permanently! I have been in share house situations for over six years and I am looking for a similar situation with likeminded people. I’m currently doing my Masters in Education and work two jobs as a receptionist and a Visual Art teacher aide. My interests are fashion, vintage, art, good food and hip hop. I am quite a social person so I am looking for people to live with who share similar interests and don’t mind being my friend too. I also own a bunch of appliances and furniture with me and I am happy to contribute those to the communal household. Looking forward to hearing from you! X
I am moving from Auckland, New Zealand to pursue a PhD in Melbourne. I’m social, love to cook and I’m clean and tidy. Reliable and easy going by nature makes me easy to live with.
Hi! My name is Anthony, i'm from Greece and i'm nearly 30 years old. I'm working full time and i have a small side business. I respect every person's privacy and try to keep noise down during quiet time. Neat and tidy man! I enjoy relaxing at the living room or backyard with friends or listening to music, also in my free time i'll go to the gym.
Hey I'm 22 years old and have lived in share accommodation for around 2 years. I'm quite low maintenance and love a good party but require quite a bit if down time just like everyone else. I'd like to live with people of the same speed! Whilst I'm happy to clean up and lend a helping hand to a busy housemate, I'd like those who I live with to be as independent as I am. Hit me up if you think we'd make a good match I'll make some mojitos xx
I'm a working professional about to move to Melbourne. Originally from Brisbane. I've lived in share-houses all through uni and am pretty easy going, flexible and clean. Good balance between social and respectful of privacy. Pretty low key during the working, but love to socialise, chat and have a beer with friends. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and fastidious. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it. I'm looking for home I can be comfortable in, and has a friendly, safe and open environment. This is imperative as I am more of a home body. Respect is also key regarding interaction between housemates as well as respect for belongings. I would like a bedroom door that is lockable and would prefer to live in a house, but open to apartment only if there is a balcony with view or a courtyard as apartments can get claustrophobic. 😜☺️
I am easy going person, I am from South America, I have lived in Australia for 11 years, I work full time. Must of my time I love to read, movies and cook for people. I always pay my bills and I am good at cleaning after myself.
Looking for a like minded mature(ish) professional female who would prefer to live alone, but can't afford to. Let's find a great 3 BR house in a quiet street and with enough space so we can set our respective households in the same house. Shared bathroom is ok with me. I would like a garden for my cat (and your pet?) to be manly in, and if we could set up a small veggie garden that would be great. I am not a gregarious person and do like to spend time on my own, pottering around the house and garden. Watching movies and crocheting with a mug of mulled wine in winter. In Summer sitting outside and just enjoying the peace. I am happy to cook for myself but do eat healthier when I share dinners with someone. So we could share meals when suits and I hardly ever say no to a coffee first thing in the morning. :) I work full time at uni, cycle or take public transport, but a car is in the plans. You would need to love cats, as I want to know that he is loved and cared for when I am not around. I prefer cats but do like small dogs, as long as they are not smelly. :) Am looking to set up a home for long term with the right person. If you are interested, contact me and we catch up. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hi, I'm Luca from Italy and I looking for a private room, I'm neat and tidy and I like people quiet but that you know how to have fun when there is an opportunity, respect the spaces of others and give a hand in the cleaning of the house when you must. My english is not great but I really want to learn ! 😊
My name is Gary, I am a 36 year old. Love getting out and about during my spare time, I am also keen on completing a triathlon although have some work to do. Other than that I enjoy the odd drink and meal out with friends.
Hi, My name is Apeec. I'm originally from Canberra and moved to Melbourne last year. I am a neat, respectful, considerate and friendly person. I also understand the need for privacy and personal time/space. I like sports, reading, philosophy and have an eclectic taste in most things. When not working, you'll find me playing bball, reading, music, radio or out exploring with friends and family. I work full time in the city, so a place that's close to transport would be optimal. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards, Apeec
I am a 25 year old studying my Master of Environment part time at Melbourne Uni. I do dog walking and pet sitting for work. I have 2 indoor cats, Tallulah and Nala. I love spending time with animals, reading, beer or wine with friends, TV shows, vegan food and Pokemon Go. I'm looking for a room in the eastern suburbs or inner north, close to public transport. I am flexible re: move in date, though ideally would like to move in the next couple of months. I have been living in sharehouses for the past 7 years. I clean up after myself and my cats. I enjoy a chat over a drink or meal with housemates, but am respectful of your private space. I am open to a quiet house or one with occasional parties and the like and happy to adapt to the situation. Being open to occasional dogs staying would be a bonus as it would allow me to do pet sitting from home too, but not something I require. I'm looking to pay up to about 150/pcm including bills. Please shoot me a PM if you think me and my 2 lovely cats might gel with your household! Cheers!
Hello, I am looking for a place as a transition point into Melbourne. I have recently applied for mid-year University entrance and I am waiting for an acceptance letter from them. I am a quiet, clean person with a tendency to keep to myself. I enjoy reading, visiting the city and spending time on my computer. I do have a cat that I would like to bring with me.
Very practical and easy to approach, nice and relatively relfective of my environment
Hi, I'm an easy going, relaxed non-smoker. I've been living in my current place for 2 1/2 years and am moving so that my housemate's son can come to live with him. I work full-time as a sculptor in reservoir and study at a post grad level too. I'm active but I also value having good communal house time too. I'd love to say hi and chat with you if your house is your home and you're looking for a reliable, clean and interested person to share with.
i am a law student who also works part time between work and uni i am not really home that much but would still like to move into a fun, chill, easy going atmosphere looking for somewhere for the mid to long term
Hey everyone I'm Aly! I'm currently looking for a house for next year with some cool people and to make some great friends, with a group of girls or some girls and guys (probably 21- late 20's). I'm from country victoria originally and I'm currently studying to be a medical scientist (3rd year in 2019, at RMIT in Bundoora). I'm looking for a nice area close-ish to the city but not too far from Bundoora (I can drive so I don't mind where) to move into, around February next year (until at least November 2019 if short term or even for 2020 onwards too if it works out to be long term), to start building my life in and get involved in the community with work, possibly volunteering, team sport and making friends. I'm a very respectful person who will always respect your need to sleep and personal space and is generally tidy and always hygienic but not a neat freak. I'm a quiet person and may come across as socially awkward until you get to know me and then I can be outgoing and sociable and easy to get along with! I would love to live with a bunch of people who are possibly quieter like me (or know when its appropriate to be quiet) but are easy going and interested in socialising and having a 'family' atmosphere (for example, sharing meals, having a drink or going out occasionally if you wanted etc), happy to do their fair share of the cleaning, won't keep me awake all night, keep on top of the bills and are LGBT friendly. In my spare time I love going on walks for fitness or watching movies which you'd be more than welcome to join! I also loveee cats so if you have a cat please move in with me and I'd be more than happy to help look after it!!! (I don't have one of mine own though) So feel free to contact me if you're interested in starting a house or if you already have a house and I look forward to hearing from you :)
Very laid back person, enjoy socialising and having a laugh, but also enjoy time by myself, very neat, tidy and clean. If you have a dog, I will soon be it’s new best friend. I’m relaxed, enjoy music and films and am respectful. Ultimately it’s only going to work if we get along, so maybe we can grab a coffee or a drink and see if it’s a good fit.
