Hi my name is Livi, I am a student at UTS Studying Communications and I work full time in retail (hopefully I will be able to find an internship soon). I am super down to earth. I drink heaps of tea.. wine if I'm feeling a little spicy. I am very neat and tidy and hardly at home as I work nearly everyday and my uni classes are at night. My cooking skills are to the bare minimum, but I am a great cleaner. I have a teenie tiny dog who does not shed hair but he can also live at my parents house if not allowed In my spare time I love drinking a cold one or I am out with my friends or boyfriend. I'm super chill and a really easy to get along with. :)
Hi! My fiance and I are looking for a place to live in the Northern Beaches for 3 months, before traveling around a bit. I am currently working full time in Mona Vale at Modus Operandi Brewery and my fiance is an au pair in Belrose but will be switching jobs at the end of August. We are a very laid back couple and enjoy getting outside and to the beach as much as possible, making meals at home, having a drink or two, or pretty much anything in between! Unfortunately, the only stipulation on a flat would be no cats, as I am very allergic. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: *Hope Island, Gold Coast x 1 *Alexandria x 1 *Bondi Beach x 1 *Wollongong x 3 *Narellan x 1 *Mona Vale x 5 Singles & 1 Couple *Cessnock x 1 *Gregory Hills x 2 We now have the following visas APPROVED and are planning deployment to Australia: *Woolwich x 1 Please note: we are unable to commit to a move in date until the visa has been approved. This will be my first trip to Sydney so I'm incredibly excited to share accommodation & meet new people. I'm a young professional, used to living a clean & tidy lifestyle in my own apartment since 2013. Prior to that I lived with friends and flatmates with no complaints! I believe in working hard and playing hard so having a good balance is key! My hobbies include: The beach, running, gym, hiking, site seeing, new people & places, night life, barbeque (Braai) & beers, friends, always a good laugh!! I'll be working as a Contracts Administrator (QS) on the NorthConnex project. I've travelled around South Africa but never abroad before. So this is a brand new opportunity/experience for me and I'll be looking for an interesting and awsome flatmate to help me kick off this new chapter!

Hey there, I'm a calm and relaxed kind of person, prone to Netflix binges and enjoying food too much. I like to say I try and be healthy.. as in I have a gym membership but don't really go kinda healthy.. but in saying that, I love hiking and going to the beach. So I like to think I'm an even middle ground of living haha I work full time, Monday-Friday as well as study part time. On the weekends I mostly put and about adventuring or trying to sleep in. LBGT friendly is a must, as I have a girlfriend and you would on occasion probably see her around a little. But to clarify.. the room is just for me. Thank you 😊
Hi, I'm looking for a large room in a share home around the Manly area. I work as an environmental consultant and have been in Oz for 6 years since moving from London, I'm easy going and enjoy sharing a drink and good food with friendly like minded people. I keep active with swimming in the ocean, running and keeping up healthy eating, with a pub meal thrown in now and then. I'd consider myself tidy and I like to have a chat and make friends, however happy to have my own space as well and I'm often out and about at the weekends. If you think I'd be a good match, it would be great to hear from you.
I'm looking for a place ideally with people around my age, either just females or a mix. Needs to be under an hour on public transport to Pymble, or even better under an hour's walk to Pymble. I'm pretty chilled and quiet, like to keep things tidy, enjoy being social every now and again but not a big party person. Don't smoke, like to try and keep healthy, go for walks etc. Also I'm a kiwi! Need a furnished place for a year while I am in Sydney for work. Needs to be at least a double sized bed.

I'll be moving to Sydney on 12th of August as a permanent resident and I already have a work waiting for me there. I lived in different shared flats in the last 7 years due to the nature of my work, so I pretty much know how to live harmoniously and peacefully with others.
Hello! Looking for a room for myself and my 1 year old cavoodle, Albi. He is the friendliest and loveliest dog. Super cuddly and he is house trained. Being a cavoodle, he is hypoallergenic and doesn't shed at all. Budget is $220-$300 depending on location and bills! Looking to move in 3 weeks time. I work full time in Surry Hills in media. I'm quiet during the week and I'll usually just cook dinner, watch tv, exercise and relax but like to socialise and be active on the weekends. Thanks!

Good ole bloke, 67 going on 47, easy going, clean, tidy, vary handy around the house, sociable, loves animals and toddlers Originally from Sydney, now trying to return to near environs to be closer to daughter and grandchildren. Ideally looking at southern end of Central Coast ( Ettalong, Wagstaffe, Upper Pittwater, so I can easily get to northern beaches. A new start up joint lease would be preferable so I can use some of my furniture. So a two to three bedroom house with gas cooking, perhaps a slow combustion fire, maybe two bathrooms and adequate parking in a modern but simple designed open style unfurnished house $300 to $600 total cost. If you are like minded, would be a good start

I commence work on the 7th August so ldeally would like to move in 3-7 days prior to starting to get settled. I have owned my own property before, shared with many people and also rented . I am extremely respectful and treat where I live as my own. I have family over east ( originally from there) so could have someone come to look for me if you would like, or can speak over the phone.
