Hello, I'm moving to Sydney to work as a paramedic, and looking for a place to stay. I'm a clean, easy going person who is looking for a room to rent or a team up to find a place together. I enjoy relaxed social occassion and am not a 'party' person. I enjoy a chat at the end of the day but also am respectful of peoples own spaces. I'm looking for someone like-minded either male or female, and look forward to hearing from you
I currently study IT at Macquarie University. I work part time but my work hours do vary sometimes. I am pretty clean and tidy and respect people's privacy.
Hi. My name is Joanne and I am currently looking for a share accommodation in the above areas. I work full time as an administration officer for the NSW Police Force, Mon - Fri and no weekends. I'm clean, tidy, friendly, like to cook, like movies, music, trying to keep fit, love kids and animals, and the occasional glass of red wine. I'm extremely easy to get along with and will be away most weekends visiting family, friends and my young grandchildren. I'm a young 53 yr old woman who enjoys the company of others and a good laugh. This move is due to the fact I have been offered a 12 month secondment to Dee Why Police Station with the occasional shift at Manly Police Station. There may or may not be the opportunity for a more permanent position in the future ;-) The secondment begins on the 1st May 2017. If you are looking for a professional woman who is easy to get along with, enjoys life and the company of others, clean and tidy and reliable then please feel free to contact me Kindest regards, Joanne (Jo)
Hi, I'm an easy going guy working in the automotive industry. Originally from the Northern Beaches but moved away to focus on my career. Now looking for a change to sharing a place with some friendly like-minded people. I drink socially on occasion, do not smoke, and work long hours. During the week I enjoy a quiet meal and some Netflix, or to chill out and listen to music. I'll try to get some jogging or cycling in if I can. I often work long hours and also work interstate and overseas every now and then.
I keep to myself. I clean up on Saturdays. When I stay up late watching youtube I always wear headphones. I like to go for late night runs. I don't watch TV. I'm from South Sydney. For fun I like to read a book and put on a cup of tea or take architecture city photos for instagram. I have my license but I don't want a car so I won't take your car space. I'm bi, I have a boyfriend; I'm not political. I work 8:30-5:30 weekdays and I spend most of my free time sleeping or keeping to myself. I can't remember the last time I swore. I am passive and I like peace.
Hi, My name is Ingrid and I am a 25 year old teacher currently living in St Ives. I am looking to share either an apartment, house or townhouse and am looking for a room with an ensuite/own bathroom. Look forward to hearing from you!
Quiet and Clean friendly couple both working full time as chefs, mainly keep to our selves yet we love to socialize. We have a beautiful 6 months old border collie who loves new people.
I am an international student. I like to keep my room clean and tidy. I love watching movies and I don't smoke. I am an easy person to live with. Currently I am in Year 12, mainly study.
I'm from Cairns, I have just graduated from school and I have deferred my course at Medical school for 12 months, so I have decided to move out from my family and just experience something new and different this year. I'm a pretty easy going guy and likes almost anything, I also can do chores and errands and know how to cook a little. I'm a non-smoker with no pets and looking for a quiet place to stay. I am still currently living in Cairns, but I am moving down to Sydney around Hornsby on the 15/04/2017 and will be looking for another place to stay in June.
Qing and I are are both easy going, all accepting lovers of life. I am a skilled massage therapist of over 13 years and Qing is a highly attentive part-time Yoga teacher and full time translator. If there are any health concerns for our family and friends, one or both of us will have ways to help (if we are asked), that said, if anyone wants to live an unhealthy lifestyle, we support that too! Life is meant to be enjoyed, what ever that means to you (so long as your not hurting anyone else). I'm also a mild adrenaline junkee. I used to ride motorbikes but one too many accidents has lead to interventions by my family and friends. So, I'm banned from motorbikes. Fair enough i guess, I always say "enjoy life however you please, so long as your not hurting anyone else", and it sure does upset my mum and a few others when I get busted up. So, trampoline parks seem to be my most dangerous activity these days. Qing is a very active (and very small) young lady with a thirst for knowledge and always keen for a laugh, even at her own expense (or mine). She will try anything once, but usually doesn't give up until her skills have been honed. She is a terrible cook, but her determination is paying off as her skills are improving. Her family owns a tea farm in China, so she can tell you all kinds of amazing things about tea. she also enjoys studying with Coursea, so she know all kinds of stuff about all kinds of things. She is also a talented belly-dancer. Her father instilled a philosophy quite deeply in her to never show off or try to draw praise, so she is very humble and unassuming, only expressing her knowledge when its necessary or if asked.
Hi, I am looking for a team up to get either a 2 bedroom for $500-$550 or a 3 bedroom for $600-$700. I currently live on the northern beaches, but am looking to be closer to a train line for my work in the city. I am not home very often due to work and usually leave the house around 7 and get home at 8. However, when I am home I am usually pretty relaxed, however like the house to be clean and tidy. Happy to spend a night at the movies or watch a season on netflix with you. I have a boyfriend who will come around and help cook (and help pay for utilities if needed). I also have heaps of furniture from my past apartment and would be happy to help out where needed. I would love you to get in contact with me if you think we would be a good match. Kind regards, Georgia Rose Andersen

I am a persian international student in Sydney. Most of the time, I attend university (3 to 4 times per week) from morning to the evening and then go out to have some exercise or stay at home to have a rest. Other days I study at home and do my routine works or have some exercise outside. I am a completely tidy person respecting other's privacy as I expect the same from them.I prefer to share a house with only one person who is tidy and have a clean lifestyle. One house with both private room and bathroom. Also, I prefer granny flat/studio. Lastly, I am not a fan of party, smoking and pet. Just need a place for studying and having rest.
We are a young couple with well traveling experience and are both academicians. We are friendly, social, clean and prefer both socialization and privacy in moderation. We appreciate people with global mindset along with a great sense of humor, good common sense and easy going mentality.
Hello future housemate, my names Molly and I'm a 20 (almost 21) year old film student. I work part time as a freelance photographer and filmaker and also do casual delivery driving. I moved to Sydney 18 months ago from the Sunshine Coast in QLD but for the past few months I've been backpacking around europe. Having just returned back to Sydney I'm looking for a new place to call home! I'm a laid back person who enjoys both being active and doing stuff as well as chilling at home and watching Netflix. The beach is my favourite place to hang out and I love swimming so if you have a pool I'm sold! When I'm at home I enjoy cooking and chatting with house mates over a bit of wine or tea... Depending on the mood 😜 I'm looking for a house that's bright and in a good location, preferably with parking close by for my car. I would love to live in a place where I can be friends with my housemates and socialise every now and then. If you think I'd fit in well to your place please feel free to contact me via email or shoot me a message on here! Looking forward to meeting you! Molly 😊✌🏼️
I am a good friend and someone you can trust. I like to do all sorts of things, so we will certainly come to have fun. I am very disciplined and I have control of my stuff. I like to take in the gym and going out to party on the weekends. I hate when there is dirty and messy in the apartment, so it will not happen. Anders Kruse, 22 years and from Denmark
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
I get along with everyone, easy to talk to, friendly and enjoy a good chat. I am in Australia for work purposes and getting to know the local culture. I never stopped learning since I started travelling and loving my stay in Australia. I am looking for a room for a couple as I will be moving in with my partner, Sue. She is sunny and very good fun to have around, currently looking for volunteer work in care. We come from London and are currently living in Central Coast but moving to Sydney to minimize commuting time (I work as a soccer coach for children in Sydney) and make new friends.
I am an easy-going person. Friendly, love a good laugh and open-minded so there will never be short of fun conversations. I like my quiet times but also try to socialise on the weekend; love the beaches and great Sydney night scenes. I am multilingual; I speak fluent English, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay and very poor Dutch as my mother is Indonesian and my father is Dutch. Although, I am an Australian citizen now. Before Australia, I've lived around a few countries in my whole 20 years of life, in cities such as Jakarta, Bali and Singapore. So if you come from or have lived in any of those places too, we'll have great fun relating through them! I have one year experience living in a share house with seven other girls when I was up in Newcastle, so I understand the aspects of living together, sharing a home under mutual respect. At home, I am undoubtedly very neat and tidy with my personal spaces; I take very good care of my belongings and their surroundings. You wouldn't have to worry about mess or dirty dishes hanging around the house because I cannot stand them let alone live with them! If you have pets, I'll love them to bits. My parents are keeping my two dogs; Snowy is a Japoodle and Bruno is a pug. If you have a dog too, maybe we can bring them on nice beach walks on sunny days as mine loves it! I study Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Laws in University of Newcastle, although I am taking a gap year just to work full time and build up my savings. In addition, at the moment I am working full-time as a barista in a French cafe, needless to say, your daily bread need is sorted. White, wholemeal, rye, sourdough, you name it. I usually bring home hot pies and cakes too! Although I always try to keep up a healthy lifestyle five days a week. The other two days I eat yummy sugars watching Netflix. So if you are up for a gym and Netflix buddy, I'm your gal :) Cheers! X Hana
Hello I have a stable income and my own car, so a garage is important, I am independent and working full time. I am clean and appreciate a neat and tidy house. I would like to share with one other like minded female non smoker, no pets. Please contact me to find out more.
We're a couple who have recently received new full time work offers and are looking to move closer to our work locations. Hornsby area/ near a train line would be preferred. NBN would also be a huge plus aswell (but not necessary) We are a friendly, clean welcoming couple. Please don't hesitate to send me a message
Working full-time as a control systems engineer. I've been in Sydney a year and a half now but still consider myself a bit of a country boy. Outside of work I like playing sport, hitting the gym, playing guitar, fishing and camping amongst other things. Enjoy socialising with housemates but am respectful of boundaries and keeping the place tidy.
Hey fellow housemates. My names beck I'm 26 and looking for a place in the northern beaches area. Ideally I'm looking for a room unfurnished/furnished (I have my own queen bed) and also with my own bathroom :) a little about me. I'm easy going, friendly, reliable, trustworthy, honest, fun, chatty, like my own space sometimes but also happy to socialise :) I hope to hear back from you soon!
I cook I like a clean house especially the kitchen, though not a clean freak (Chef trained). I am also happy to do garden chores (a vege' patch?). Currently I work as a Sydney Harbour Tallships Historical tour guide and host. I love the smell of Real Coffee anytime of the day ..... Sport interested and active. I sometimes do cosplay - medieval re-enacting in the winter months. I have some of my own furniture, and some baggage too .... O well. Into education, currently studying eco/sustainability with Inner West Councils. The photo is of The Sydney Harbour Pirate show. Me offering a challenge to the Captain.
I’m a tidy, considerate male in my 40s seeking a room in a house (or in a granny flat) to rent from the owner in Frenchs Forest, Belrose, Davidson, Narraweena or Dee Why. The house needs to be in a quiet location - far enough away from any main roads like Forest Way, Warringah Road or Pittwater Road. I want to rent from the owner instead of sharing a house with other renters so that I have some predictability and stability with the tenancy. The maximum rent that I want to pay is $200 per week including electricity. However, I’m happy to do chores such as weekly or fortnightly lawn mowing and edging (with the owner’s equipment) and garden clean-up to make up the shortfall in the rent that the owner is seeking for the room. The room needs to be unfurnished and rectangular in shape with vertical, non-sloping walls. The minimum size of the room that I’m looking for is 3 metres long and 2.5 metres wide. A room with this minimum size would need to have the door on one of the shorter walls. A room of this size would mean that I would need to store 20 plastic, stackable storage cartons containing belongings somewhere else in the house, which have a footprint that is 152cm long and 56cm wide when stacked in four columns of five cartons each. The room could also be larger. The ideal size of room for me would be 3.5 metres long and 3 metres wide with the door on one of the shorter walls. A room of this size would allow me to store these 20 plastic cartons inside the room. Whatever the size of the room, I have two steel toolboxes that would need to be stored outside. The footprint of each toolbox is 116cm long and 38cm wide. The room needs to have a minimum of two 240 volt power points. Four would be ideal. I would want to put a small fridge in the room on a wooden base to store my food. I cook very simple dinners - steamed vegetables and rice (with things like tomato cut up on top) - and I cook three nights' dinners in one go. I need internet access so it would be great if there's an opportunity to share the owner's internet access and pay an extra weekly or monthly amount. I don’t smoke or drink alcohol. I also don’t have any pets but I love animals - especially cats. If you have a suitable room, please let me know. Thanks a lot.
Single Professional Dad who is away most week days home on the weekends and need a place to share for myself and my 3 daughters who stay Saturday nights. Happy to look anywhere on the northern beaches. Kids go to Oxford Falls Grammar School.
Hi, im a 25 year old dental assistant looking for someone fun and professional to share a home with. Preferrably female between 20-35. In my own time i love to chill and watch movies at home but also love going out to the beach, catching up with friends and exploring the outdoors. I like my own space so when im home im likely hanging out in my room but am always up for a friendly chat or a laugh. I like to live in a clean house, but not sterile i still want it to feel lived in! I have a bit of furniture so am down for team ups if anyone is interested in applying for a house together? But can get rid of it if need be. Shoot me a message if your interested!
Hi there! My partner, pup and I are looking for accomodation 🐶 We aren't to fussed about location, just looking for the perfect place! Ideally a granny flat or studio would work perfectly for us but happy to share a place with another couple or friends 😇 A bit about us: Me (caylah): I study online part time and work a few nights a week in a bar! Depending on when we move I'll probably go back to working full time! I'm a quiet, private person but enjoy having the occasional drink whilst watching some Netflix ☺️ My partner(bailey): He works full time for a call centre in Ryde, so ideally we would live close to the train line and within an hour of Ryde! Princess (pup) 🐶: She's a 1yr old chihuahua, cutest lil girl in the world! Very lovable but also gets very excited when there's lots of people around! Shes rarely left alone so you don't have to worry about consistent barking or bad behaviour!! So long story short we are both pretty quiet, clean and boring people, mainly study and work (not the type to have people over often) very respectful of other peoples space and privacy as well! Let us know if you have something that would suit 😅
I'm work as an executive within a large clinical development organisation frequent traveller between nsw/qld. From London and settled with a family in Adelaide so will just need accomodation max 3 nights a week and no weekends. I'm very tidy and don't smoke or drink.
Hi there, I am a 22 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my first year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker and value my privacy. I consider myself a bit of a phantom housemate - rarely seen or heard. I do have a boyfriend that I like to spend time with, but otherwise I don't party or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I'm aware that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker and non-drinker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I can happily live with cats, though dogs will have to be on a case-by-case basis. I can supply all of my own things like towels, plates/bowls/cutlery and bedding, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer and fridge. I am looking for a preferably unfurnished room, a large room is preferred, as I am a bit of a hermit and tend to live in my room, so being able to comfortably fit a double bed and a desk is a must, however a furnished room is also okay. Anywhere along the North Shore, Northern and Western line is ideal, from about North Sydney to Epping and Hornsby as that would keep me close to uni. ~15 minutes away from a train station would be ideal. My rental budget is a maximum of $200/week, or $250/week if bills and utilities are included. I hope to meet you and become a great housemate! - Blake
Hi we're four girls looking for a house/flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for a year. We are students here, doing our post graduation. We keep the place clean and are accommodative. The accomodation should preferably be near the train station ( max walk of 12 mins ). Please message if you have a suitable furnished place with bills included in the rent. Thank you :)
Hello, I'm working at a travel company and looking for place to live with my partner in city because sometimes I have to pick up my customer in city. I'm a easygoing person who enjoy sharing experience and culture with flatmates but also respect each other's privacy.
We work full time, Ed works in interior fitting and installation, and Bre works as an Apprentice pastry chef. We enjoy going out and exploring and sometimes staying at home at catching up on our favourite tv shows. We're friendly and easy going and happy to abide by the rules.
