I love vegan food, yoga, and hanging out with friends! I like to live really tidy, and generally keep to myself. Because I work in hospitality and study full time I am quite busy. I like my home time to be peaceful, but I do like occasional small gatherings.
An international student. New to Curtin University. I'm pretty clean, I can't stand dirty space. Outgoing, cooperative, chilled, enjoy great company and respectful to live with. An overseas student from Tanzania, East Africa.
Pretty much stay in my room and game the whole time, just looking for a nice place to live for 6 to 12 months while I evaluate where I'm moving to out of Perth (or if depending on y'know, anything, but I'm in a stable position here and I always give plenty of advance notice of changes). Just me and my little buddy Peaches (love bird, chirps during the day but that's about it, lives in a cage). Looking for someone who can keep the place nice, tidy and quiet. A place with a lovely kitchen and reasonably modern. Aiming in the $350 - $500 region split with me and +1. Suburb choice is pretty limited to East Vic Park / Vic Park / Bentley / St. James / Rivervale and some surrounding areas with NBN (as listed on the NBNCo Rollout map) as shit internet is the number one cause of anger amongst housemates. Looking for a 4 x 2 place so we each have 2 bed 1 bath each. (or a 3 x 2 if you want to pay less and only get one room and a bathroom but up for discussion) If you need help with your budgeting, I work in Analytics / Finance so I can give you a pretty good idea of costs. Based on my current estimates (which over-estimate just to be on the safe side), bills add about $30 a week to your rental costs. I expect to split everything 50/50 if we're aiming for a 4 x 2 place (compromising on space divisions) or a split closer to 65/35 (for rent, still 50/50 on services of course) if we're aiming for a 3 x 2 place and you intend on only having one room and a bathroom to yourself. I work full time at Crown, been there 8 years so pretty stable. Able to move ASAP
Hi there! I'm a 19 year old Curtin student currently on a semester break from uni (returning in 2018). We're both looking for two rooms in a team up situation around that time . We both have part-time/full time work to support us and have a fair bit of furniture and household stuff we are happy to share. If any of this sounds appealing to you, please don't hesitate to contact me! :)

I am a mature age student looking to live with like minded people in a quiet environment, who don't mind an occassional drink (Not a party house), or a meal/Coffee catch up with other housemates. I work in a Childcare as a casual childcare assistant. I am originally from Country Victoria, and have lived in Perth for Four years now. I am involved in Scouts as a leader with the Venturer scout section, which keeps me busy. I love water based sports, and am looking for other housemates who would enjoy getting outdoors for a walk, or a quick paddle on weekends.
My name is Nisha, and I'm a full time student at UWA. I work 4 days a week at a GP in Bentley as a receptionist- and I'm looking for a house close to work as I sometimes work very early mornings. I'm easy-going and friendly, and love to have a chat with anyone. I value my personal space, and will respect yours. I like to spend my free nights doing face masks and binge watching reality tv with my boyfriend. Looking for something within the next couple of months, preferably some place I can move in after my exams are over.
My name is Dylan, I am a 21 year old student from Perth. I am currently studying Psychology at Curtin University. I am a bit bookish and introverted, however I am always up for a good chat and something fun and exciting to do. Dylan.
Hi I work full time in the real estate industry. I have been working in property management and leasing for over 5 years, so I understand choosing the right tenant and how to look after a property. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. I need to live near Burswood Peninsula. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male & preferably the owner of the property). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. I love animals, so living with them does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) I have a small car, would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). About me: I enjoy having a wine or rum, and go to a lot of live music gigs during the weekends. I love the beach, music, travel, wining and dining and meeting new people. I rarely cook, and if I do it is simple meals. Usually home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes etc. I wouldn't want to spend more than what I already am ($180 per week including all bills). I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria.
Hey! I'm Alex...from Perth...easy going...like a laugh and a bit of fun. I work as an Uber driver while studying in Perth (so irregular hours). I have a social life and I like to go out (when I can find the time). Not looking for a wild party house, but not looking for a house that doesn't like to do anything. Would need unlimited internet and a place to park my car. Air-con is a plus and happy to work an all inclusive rate.
I am a professional bookkeeper and a part-time uni student. I just came back from 2 months road trip and am seeking a place to settle down to find a job and continue my study. I need a fully furnished room with study desk and undercover cat park. I'm friendly and very tidy and organised person.
Hello future flatmate(s), my name is Stephan, nice to meet you. I am an 25 years old advanced student from Germany. Starting in October, I will stay in Perth for a 5+ month paid fulltime internship in Welshpool in the industrial sector. I would describe myself as a proficient English speaker, but not free from minor faults and thus, willing to improve my English skills while being your flatmate. So far, I have lived in shared flats for the last 3 years both with males and females. As I have always enjoyed this type of living arrangement, I would like to spend my time in Perth and feel home in a shared flat, too. Thus, you can expect an experienced and respectful flatmate. I think that mutual respect and communication are the keys to a pleasant shared time. I am a communicative, interested person but will respect your habits, such as if you need your privacy after work or are interested into chatting. In general, I am interested in cooking together, going out and getting to know people and the region but understand that everyone has own duties and interests. I am an ordinary flat mate and used to keeping the flat clean and tidy but not pettifogging. I love running sports, so I would like to go running during week ends or improve my swimming skills or simply try new sports. I will arrive in Perth on 28 September. I am looking forward to getting to know you Stephan
