Hi there, I am a female from London, looking for a room in lovely Melbourne! I work full time for a retailer as a coordinator and am here on a working holiday visa till early next year. I Need a room that is fully furnished - including bed if possible. I am social, tidy and love to meet new people. I’m basically looking for a place where the people you live with feel like friends when we're all home at the same time and can chill watching movies or having a glass of wine. I also enjoy having quiet time to myself and totally respect peoples privacy. Let me know if you think I'd be a good match?
Im super easy going, love music, dancing and food. Into sustainability and nature. Kinda addicted to camping and sleeping on the beach. Like quiet place and green patches. Vego 99% of the time and appreciate dry humour. Im tidy, pay rent on time and respect others space.
Tidy, cheerful, and easygoing! :)
I am from Malaysia 19 years old currently a student studying at RMIT a very easy going person prefer playing board games than party :)
Aloha friends, I'm Zoey - a 24 year old, recent social work graduate, who's just scored a full time job in Preston! I'm from a small town about an hour south-east of Melbourne and looking to find somewhere new to call home that won't require quite as much of a trek to work each day! I'm easy-going, friendly, always up for hanging out and a laugh, but also respectful of other peoples space and I'm keen to live with people who share similar vibes! On the weekends, I'm usually out and about, catching up with friends and enjoying a night out here and there - but definitely just as happy chilling on the couch with a good movie and a sneaky glass of red! Looking for a room in an existing share house, but also more than open to teaming up with a few people to start a new lease! Let me know if you've got something available, are keen to team up or want to know anymore about me! :)
As a freelance Visual Artist I tend to keep odd hours, none the less I am respectful of the needs of those around me. I am easy going and young at heart. I generally am content to go with the flow. I don't drive need to be within walking distance of public transport (preferably train-lines). In my free time I enjoy movies, reading, gaming, music as well as drawing and photography.
Hi there! My name's Matt, I recently moved to Melbourne from Southern California. I'm 24 years old, I'm a programmer, and I'll be living in Australia on a working holiday visa. I'm pretty easy going, I take life one day at a time. Playing guitar, binging Netflix & going out for a drink once in a while is how I keep myself busy. To be honest with you I'm not really sure what I'm doing here, I just bought a one way ticket to Australia and I haven't looked back. I think life is better when it just happens and I'm here for the ride :) Please feel free to message me! Cheers, -Matt
We are looking for a place for myself (Bedo) and my best friend (Esat). We are both in our middle 20s, super chilled out and easy going, we are very social people so hoping the house will also be very social :) we love getting out and about in Melbourne during the day and going to parks and cafes. We are both international students from Turkey and studying in the city week days, working part time in the afternoons. therefore, we are pretty busy during the day and we love hang out on the weekend. We have known each other for 8 years and we have stayed together in this period so we would like to move a place to share the same room. That is all just for now. If you have any further question you can give me a call.
Very tidy and friendly, clean up after myself and am not a massive party goer. Just moved to Melbourne, studying in Southbank and looking for accomodation closer. Currently working part time at Woolworths in Coburg hills.

Originally from Perth, I previously live in Melbourne from 2011 to 2015. I'm now moving back to finish my law degree at Deakin. I will also be working part-time. Very easy going, clean and respectful flatmate. I have worked in professional environments throughout my degree and I am not looking for the "student" lifestyle, just normality :D
My name is Sara and my boyfriend (Manouk) and i would love to stay at your place for 4 months. We are from the Netherlands, both 21 years old, and we are planning to live in Aussie for about a year on different locations starting in Melbourne. We both have a working holiday visa and our English is C1 level. Our intension is to really settle somewhere, get a job and live the Melbourne lifestyle. We both like Fitness & Yoga, good food (my boyfriend can cook like a chef), outdoor activities, art, music, relaxing on the cough but also having some drinks with friends! I have worked in the hospitality for about 4 years at 2 good restaurants while doing a study (Fashion and media design), and the past year i worked at a online fashion shop where I managed the customer service department. I am planning to look for a job at a local cafe or restaurant part-time. My boyfriend is a handy/technical man. After high school he worked in the kitchen for a year, with the money he saved he travelled 3 months to Australia. When he came back he worked at his fathers construction company until he started his study (Engineering). He dropped out after finishing his first year to become a freelancer in construction and decor design. He did this for 1.5 year but switched to doing computer work. He worked at 2 start-ups part-time the past year as technical support and did web developing projects on the side. He is planning to look for a developer job and take on projects, else he gladly works in a kitchen. My boyfriend and i are both very clean persons who like to live in a organized environment. We are both very friendly, are good in making people feel comfortable and are also social people. We are always happy to help other people and cleaning and buying supplies is no problem at all! We can move in the apartment from 26 Feb. I would love to hear from you soon, Sara & Manouk!
Rad human looking for a HOME and/or WORK/MUSIC/TEACHING SPACE (together or separately)! Do you want an awesome new housemate to fill a room in your home, or do you have a spare office/room/studio you’re not using all the time and would like to make some extra $ from? Or maybe you have both in one!! I’m a responsible, clean, friendly, 28yo voice coach/singing teacher/musician/artist looking for a long term home, and also a working space to teach my voice students from. These can come together or separately! Total rent budget for both: $1k/month max, preferably more like $900/month. Ideally I’d be paying like $700/month or less at home and $200/month for studio. ----- HOME STUFF: I'm a 28 year old friendly & housetrained musician, I have a steady income teaching voice, modelling, & working in events. Been renting for 11 years and never had trouble paying rent or bills. I'm super clean & tidy. I sing a lot but I'm apparently pretty good at it. (I don't mind if you sing badly though! No judgement!) Queer-friendly & left leaning, ideally you would be too. I don't drink much but up for a wine now and then (I drink like 2 glasses max so I’ll ask for your help if I buy a bottle of red), I don't smoke (no indoor smoking houses please). Looking for somewhere preferably northside, no more than 20min drive to Brunswick, preferably more like 20min cycle or if not then close to trains :) I wanna live in a HOME, not just a house... with friendly people who have their own lives and value time alone, but also want to hang out regularly/chat at the end of the day over a meal or wine or tea and share a meal or do stuff together now and then. I'm done with houses where I hardly ever see anyone, time for a housefam vibe! Bonus points if you're musical/artsy, especially if you like funky music, and the decor style is art & houseplants. Super bonus if the house gets good sunlight…! I need somewhere off-street to chain up my little postie motorbike (garden/side path is fine). I come with hardly any furniture (so I'm looking for an already established place), but I do have a (very small, halfsize upright) piano I would love to bring, so hopefully there's a nook for it somewhere? (you are welcome to play it!) If there’s no room for it / already a piano in the house (!) I can put it in my studio, so no biggie. I'll be away for 2 months in either May/June or June/July, so you'd need to be okay with me sub-letting my room (in home only, not the studio) during that time (but I am very protective of my home & belongings, so you can bet your booty I'll be choosy about who comes in, and you get a say in it too of course. Usually I get someone I know from Tassie.) --- TEACHING SPACE STUFF: requirements: - in or close to Brunswick - power, reliable wi-fi - walls that attach to the ceiling (enclosed room) - I need to be able to store stuff there securely (table & chairs, keyboard & guitar, etc) - No issues with me making noise (mostly it’s pretty low level but occasionally louder singing/belting happens) - Good air quality (no incense, indoor smoking, or other air pollution) - Kitchenette with microwave onsite helps too but not essential. I teach a maximum of 15hrs/week, often much less. Between the hours of 12pm - 8pm only. Can condense it into 3 days if necessary. More than happy to share rooms with others (but need exclusive use of the space during teaching hours). I'd love to be in a studio community environment with other people around doing cool things, but also could easily use a spare room/office in someone's house, etc. ---- Finally, I am open to teaming up and starting a new home together if the perfect people show up. If you wanna try this, let me know. Hit me up if you think I might be a good match for your home! I can move in literally any day, or if I do something temporary for living in until I go away, I’ll be looking to move in to a longterm place in July. Cheers y'all xox
