I am a very easy-going person who tries her best to mind her own business. I'm one of those quiet people who might take a while to ease up to but I promise I'm friendly and nice — I'm Canadian if that gives any validation. I take care of the space I live in pretty well but if it doesn't meet standards then, of course, I'll adjust! I value my own privacy which means I'm very respectful of others' privacy as well. I'm also respectful and accepting of others. I'll be staying in Melbourne for semester 1 as an exchange graphic design student from Toronto, Canada to Monash University (Caulfield Campus). One main hobby of mine is to take dance classes, so I'd love an area close to great studios in downtown Melbourne! My background is South Korean so I can cook some Korean meals. If I have even more spare time I will also bake :) MY IDEAL LOCATIONS: - Areas CLOSE to Southern Cross Station, Richmond Station OR South Yarra Station (these are my favourite options for areas in-between CBD and campus) - CBD or anywhere central Melbourne, MUST HAVE FEASIBLE COMMUTE TO MONASH UNI CAULFIELD Available from February to the end of June (5 months)! NOTE: Also looking for short term accommodation for 2 weeks in case I can't secure a longer-term stay now! Available from the end of Jan/beginning of Feb.
Recently completed my Post-graduate studies and I work full time in the city. A fitness enthusiast, I either go for a run or hit the gym during free-time. Friendly, respectful and outgoing but mostly busy with work.
I am a full-time artist with a studio on Barkly Street, St Kilda. I was previously a practising solicitor in Melbourne. Six years ago, I gave up the legal profession to pursue my childhood dream. I work 3 days a week in an art store in the city. I spend most of my spare time in the studio. I have been staying in a rooming house for the last twelve months with 10 housemates. I would prefer 2-3 housemates/flatmates for a more intimate setting. Looking for 6-12 month stay. I am ready to move now but need to give a 3-week notice to vacate. I can speak to the agent to shorten the notice period. I am young at heart, fun-loving, considerate, clean, and tidy. I am respectful of personal space and privacy. Also an animal lover (with no pets) and a non-smoker. I don't mind an apartment/house with an outdoor smoking area. I enjoy going out socialising, sharing beers, and cooking a nice meal (Malaysian food) for my housemates. When you get to know me, you'll find that I have the heart, mind, and spirit of a 35-year-old man. 😊
We are friends looking for a teamup for a share house in 2020! We study and work part time and enjoy going out for a few drinks. Would love to share a house with someone/people who are similarly aged or studying and enjoy a social home! Looking for separate rooms :)
Hi, I'm Savannah, a 27-year-old student from Sydney who will be coming to Melbourne to study my honours project in Neurogenetics at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute in Parkville. I've lived in sharehouses for nearly 10 years so know how to respect the space. I'm usually quiet during the week and like to go out to rock gigs on the weekends. I am creative and like to make clothes, paint and make homemade soaps when I have the time. I also do casual modelling on a freelance basis with a couple of agencies and work in before and aftercare at a school in Newtown (SYD) at the moment. I have a partner, Matt, who might come and visit from Sydney sometimes and two cats who won't visit but I'll probably show you a hundred pictures of them - sorry in advance I just think they are the cutest two creatures to ever walk the planet hah! I'm looking for a casual and friendly space where I can meet some new friends, maybe have a casual wine and chat, but also have the space to study when I need to. I will need to be in Melbourne before the 10th feb so wid-late January move date is best but I am flexible. I would likely stay until the end of 2020, maybe longer if it's the right fit (and available) and I decide to stay in Melbourne after my project is finished. Preferably northside suburbs.

I’m living in Melbourne looking for adventure and fun. I would love to live with house mate/s that I can form a bond with as friends, be able to have the occasional dinner together and even a game/movie night?? I’m very down to earth and I am very open to anything. Accepting of everyone and love to have a chat. I work as a barista full time and have a kitten called Mimi that will also be joining me on this journey. She is now 2 months old and very loving towards everyone. She isn’t smelly or dirty and will be sure to give you love as well.
I work full time in local government. I have a little puppy called Lucie. She is a toy poodle. I love spending time with her. She is very friendly and house trained. I do Pilates two times a week. I love spending weekends with friends, going for a walk, drive to Dandenong ranges or beaches. I like eating healthy. I’m very organised, clean and tidy at home. I am looking for someone to share with similar life style.
I'm looking for a person (preferably female-identifying and/or queer) who can rent a two-bed place and make it a home. Some important values I hold is feminism and being environmentally-conscious and would love to share a home with someone that has similar values. I'm a full-time student, jazz and red wine enthusiast returning back to Melbourne. I am looking to relocate in mid Jan but dates (and location) is flexible for the right person. I'm looking for places in Fitzroy, Collingwood, Richmond, Brunswick, Northcote, East Melb, Abbortford, Prahan, South Yarra, Windsor, etc. etc. I've been living in share-houses since 2017. I love entertaining, cooking and sharing meals (cocktails and wine included) as much as I enjoy my own company and space. I study international relations. I love making art, cooking and looking after my plants in my spare time. Once I replace my stylus, I have a humble but growing vinyl collection to contribute to the house. Alongside a fridge and other bits and pieces. Please message me if you think we'd make a good fit!
Hi, my name is Abbey and I'm from a small country town near Geelong! I'm interested in finding long term accomodation in Melbourne as I have confirmed full time work there commencing on the 8th of January of 2020! I believe I'd make a great flat mate and/or room mate as I've almost always shared small spaces with my sisters and I've learnt to be respectful of others through this. I'd describe myself as sociable, funny and pretty easy-going, however I'm neat and aware of the needs of others. In the house I'm more than capable of adapting to current routines set by housemates or create new ones in a new setting! My job will be pretty standard as a 9-5, Monday - Friday job, so I'd be gone somewhat early and only back in the evening on those days :) I'm pretty open with what I do in my spare time, usually I'm reading, writing, walking about or on the weekends I'm having a fun night at home with my friends and family, having a glass or two to drink after having made a large dinner for everyone to enjoy and talk about their weeks over. (My speciality is a spicy Korean fried chicken recipe with marinated cucumbers and soybean covered green peppers) Please do contact me if you believe you'd be able to offer (preferably) long-term stay! I'm more than happy to discuss arrangements and concerns you may have :)
Full time shift worker, study on the side. Quiet, respectful, easy going, friendly nature, kind. Prefer a clean and tidy house, happy to share chores. Always tidy around the house, would prefer the same from a fellow housemate. Please feel free to chat with me if you have any questions, more than happy to answer.
I am an american chef who is moving back to Melbourne for a few months after working/living on a resort island off the coast of cairns. I am laid back and respectful of others people space.
