Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
Very busy person and very dedicated to my careers. I work a full time job during the day and teach dance most nights of the week. I also study fitness online. Very clean, tidy and respectful person. Easy to get along with. Enjoy quiet catchups with friends and a wine or two to wind down after a busy week.
Hey Im 23, im looking for somewhere for me and my fully trained tabby cat. Hes no hassle, he sleeps all day on my bed and goes outside all night to explore until sunrise usually. I previously lived alone in a new townhouse for the past two years but my lease ended recently leaving me bunking at my mums but only tempararily. Bills were always paid ontime & house was always clean. People would describe me as a Social, bubbly humourous person. I just consider myself a nutbag haha. Or just unqiue. Never a dull moment would be the best way to put it. Im looking for somewhere that is rather relaxed and outgoing people that dont mind having a laugh and/or potentionally become proper mates. Although, id still settle for the odd hello when passing eachother in the halls lol im not one to make it awkward, im pretty loud and people dont take long to feel comfortable around me. Usually im a home body alot of the time.. But i do enjoy going to the pub or playing pool or a few drinks at home with friends. I have all my own bedroom furniture. I did sell alot of the big things but i do also have an extra tv (loungeroom), Dryer and a fridge which are being stored at a relatives until i find somewhere to live and can store it or use it. I can cook & and i sing as well (very musical family) you may hear me beltin a tune in the shower every now and then. Overall im a pretty chilled gal & make friends real easily. If ya think we may suit you, please give me a message 😊
Hi my name is Courtney and I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm 18, studying a Cert ll in animal studies along with my RSA, which I'm hoping will allow me to get a job related to hospitality. Long term I am wanting to become a vet nurse and work with animals. I'm a very friendly and bubbly person, I'm tidy, happy to share house chores and love to cook (especially burritos and tacos, if you are lucky i will be happy to share!) I enjoy seeing friends and am always down for a Disney marathon :) I am a smoker but am totally respectful of others and only smoke outside. Although i am not employed right now i have a centrelink payment and am very financially responsible (something i pride myself on), so will have no problems paying rent on time. I'm looking for an animal friendly home as I have a well trained 8 month old cat who is de-sexed, micro chipped and up to date with vaccines. I would prefer to live with females under 30 with no more than two room mates. I have my own furniture so would prefer an unfurnished room if possible. I can afford approx 150pw if bills are included. Thank you for reading I hope to hear from you soon! Courtney
Herro, my name's Ikechukwu but you can definitely just call me IK. I'm an international student so I will be new to Adelaide and Australia as a whole. Number one reason to live with me and most likely factor to make or break our relationship; I am OBJECTIVELY a clean human being and my living space will always reflect that fact. I'm also very comfortable spending a lot of time with myself (if you're not really trynna be best of mates with your flatmate). I'm doing a master's at UniSA so my priority is pretty clear , I've had my fill of debauchery during my undergraduate days (I did my bachelor's in Scotland, Aberdeen) No gender preference, willing to share with male or female. Hmmmmm, oh yh. Internet is pretty important, the faster the better. A few things I like to do with free time depending on what's available: table tennis, boxing or MMA, gaming in general, I like reading fiction, generally just chilling outside is pretty nice as well; hence I like parks, water bodies etc.....what else? I also won't be in the country till the 23rd of June so I won't be able to view any properties till then.
Well I am quite. Keep to myself but also very friendly. I always clean up after myself. I enjoy cooking, playing video games, going to the gym. No drama no drugs and rarely drink alcohol. Please if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me. Thanks
I am 32 y.o male and I am going to move to Adelaide for my full time employment which will start at the end of July. I am a nice and flexible guy who usually like living quietly and care about other people's personal space and privacy.
Im a bubbly out going 19 year old girl who wishes to complete her studies in a happy and safe environment. I love good food and company also! - Will clean and cook for myself happily. Hope to make some new expierences and study hard 😊😊
I am in my late 30's, an Engineer and a full time working professional. My family is in Melbourne and I am in Adelaide for my work. So I usually am out of station on weekends. I am easy going and down to earth person and have my interest in technology, but can talk on any topic of interest! Usually people of any age love to chat with me. I am clean and tidy, expect the same from the housemate. I usually love to cook a small meal for dinner... Looking in for a furnished room from mid July, in a place that will get me to Mawson Lakes via public transport.
I am a quiet single man on a disability pension who has previously cared for my elderly mother. I enjoy gardening and home maintenance, cooking going for walks and watching AFL.
Hello my name is Katrina and I am currently studying at Flight Traning Adelaide. I am a full time student which means I will spend most my time studying. But I also like to socialise when I have the free time. I am from Perth and I moved to Adelaide because of this particular course.
I’m 19 years old, but am mature. I work full time as a child care worker and enjoy going out with friends so won’t be home a lot. I’m extremely tidy and clean and enjoy living in a clean environment. I’m open who to live with. Feel free to message me
I am a 30yr old fulltime music producer who works majority from home as I part manage/co run both the UK based record label that I release on as well as all the online presence, tech support and social media for two separate online radio websites. This doesnt mean I have constant loud or even quiet music going as a lot of the time I use headphones PLUS I have always lived with others so I am very considerate and respectful of those around me and therefore the same in return I also do some casual door work in town at a few venues for events here as well as 1-2times a week assisting my best friend with his photography business. I have a 4yrold dog, He is an American Staffy cross Rhodesian Ridgeback but he is fully trained as ive had him since he was 6weeks, he doesnt destroy or rip up things, he only barks when he being protective or playfully saying hello He is great with cats, usually they get annoyed with him wanting to play n be silly with them lol If im not stuck behind the computer or out working then I am out taking my dog for a walk/run twice a day. He is a beautiful happy natured dog who will just want to be your new best friend lol Currently without a place/room of my own to stay so am in emergency/urgent and immediate need to find suited accommodation of up to $200pw (bills and internet included preferred but obviously not essential). Semi furnished would also be a handy but not crucial plus. Hoping to find somewhere that is as long term as possible, a place that is stable, safe and eventually be able to feel comfortable enough to call "home"
Hi all, My name is Cassandre and I'm excited to move to Adelaide around the end of July/ beginning of August! I'm 22 and work full time as a graduate engineer. I'm a super easy going, sociable person and am hoping to find a share house with people I can be good friends with. I'm always down for board games or a wine & cheese movie night! I have past share housing experience and am always very respectful and tidy. Please message me if you have a free room or any questions about me at all!
Hi there future roomie! My name is Emma, I'm a 29 year old easy going female. Currently working in the fitness industry, I’m a qualified Yoga Teacher and also an event Florist. Life and friends keep me pretty busy, I love sports, adventures and being outdoors, nights spent at the pub and day trips to the beach. (when it’s not minus 100 degrees like our current weather situation.) I've been share housing for the most part of the last ten years so am pretty experienced in respecting other people's space and creating a nice environment to call home. I'm hoping to find a new home with a cool person or two to spend my down time with. If you think I might fit into your humble abode, please get in touch! Looking forward to hearing from you.
