i'm a pretty chilled and easy going 23 year old from the outer suburbs looking for somewhere closer to the city for work and leisure i have lived in share houses before overseas so i know about space and keeping clean and tidy. i also enjoy camping, climbing and hiking so some weekends i may not be around much. i'm also a non smoker but enjoy a social drink every now and again.
Hi, I'm moving to Melbourne from Sydney on 28 September and looking for a room to stay for 1 month. I'm 22 years old, female, very easy-going, tidy and respectful person, love photography, sports and a lot of other stuff. Let me know if you have something suitable:) Thanks, Uliana
I'm a single, bubbly professional in my late twenties. I work as a lawyer (don't hold that against me) in civil litigation. Needless to say, i'm responsible and considerate. In terms of lifestyle, I enjoy the occasional mid week drink however for the most part, i'm pretty chilled as I work semi long hours and gym. My social life is pretty packed and in the weekends, I enjoy beaching, brunching, shopping and am often at friends places or bars on Chapel. I also have some furniture including a designer dining table and chairs, stainless steel fridge, art, outside table and chairs and much more which I am willing to furnish a place with or sell.
ABOUT ME - Vietnamese Canadian. Down to socialize when the mood is right but also very good at minding my own. I get it, 'me' time is so important. I can enjoy a night out but like my home to be quiet and relaxing. Extremely tidy, always clean up after myself. I work odd hours because I work at a restaurant. Sometimes off to bed at 4am and often don't get home til 11:30pm. INTERESTS - Currently on a journey learning to cook! Cooking for one doesn't make sense so hoping for roomies who might want to share a meal occasionally. Get ready for some great and not-so-great Vietnamese home-cooked meals! Professional marathoner. No, not running! Just TV shows and movie series. DETAILS- LGBTQA (TBH had to google this acronym. It's so long now!) and animal friendly. If you have a dog, I will be SO HAPPY. Unfortunately have a slight allergy to cats. :( Although I am taking a break from traveling, I am a wanderlust. Follow my adventures on
Hey Flossers😊 Employed fulltime (crane operator). Love a bit of gym and yoga. Not a big drinker but don't mind a couple here and there. Slight ocd with how I keep my own space lol but that's just how I like my things. Always considerate of communal areas with use, noise and cleanliness so Looking for like-minded, pleasant to be around housemates who are happy to contribute to a nice home. Love animals but don't have any of my own. Looking for somewhere on the cheap side but not nasty.
Hi everyone! I'm Samantha, a 28-years-old girl from Italy. I will arrive in Melbourne with a WHV on the 16th of October and I'm looking for a place to stay. I intend to live in Melbourne for the entire year, work in hospitality and travel when I can. I am a relaxed, tidy, laid-back and respectful girl, but also I enjoy chats and share moments with my flatmates. Preferably I'm looking for someone with the same attitude. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
I'm down to earth and easygoing, clean and tidy. I'm respectful, kind and I like to cook. I love to laugh at myself and be a bit daggy/silly. I'm a no bs person but in a nice way - think Donna/Rachel (Suits). I work full time in the City and extra typing from home. I'm also a Mary Kay Consultant so always stocking up on samples (which of course I would share with my housemate - bonus!). I'm active, going to the gym etc. I love to have a laugh and good company. Love a casual drink or coffee. Big fan of random things. Oh and I love pups! Okay, so everyone has a downside. Here's mine (not an exhaustive list I'm sure - I am biased) - I work too much and I like a long shower (happy to compensate in the bills for this one). I've put 3 months just to choose something but I'm looking for economy of scale and good company in a nice place closer to the city.

Moving to Melbourne after completing my farm work in June/July 2018 and hopefully be residing for a year or more. Pretty grounded and bang in to my music after just quitting a band I've been in for the past 2 years. Hopefully meet some like minded flat mates that i chat shit with and have the occasional daft weekend. I'm pretty tidy after having my own place for the past 6 years, pretty much like having a cat I am, you won't even know I'm there. Never really written a bio before apart from Tinder and that was drivel - if you wanna know more holla x
Hi I am from India Moving to Melbourne to pursue my masters degree from rmit university. I love to make new friends and I am an easy going person and get along with most people. I am clean, very tidy and have no problem putting in and doing my share. I would like to share with someone who i could interact with and chat to but also have my own personal space. Well some of my hobbies are painting, cycling, playing basketball .
Hey! My friend and I are both 26 and from the U.K. We are looking to settle somewhere for at least 6 months whilst we are working and travelling (currently looking for a job). We are both really friendly bubbly people that love to meet new people and absolutely love having adventures and new experiences! We would ideally like an all female house share with 2 rooms, but would be willing to share a room also! feel free to send us a message if you have something we may be interested in :)
Philippine born and British raised. Laidback guy, non invasive, speak when spoken to kinda guy who's always up for a new experience. Wash up my plate after i use it kinda bloke, often found guilty of leaving the pan til the next day cuz im a twat, will work on this <3, overall not a messy guy and i don't clean up other peoples mess cuz i just aint that kinda dude XD HOWEVER, I will always be found guilty of my "organized chaos" of clothes in a corner of my room. Came to Melbourne to experience city life having lived in a small town all my life, anything out doorsy? gimme a shout and ill be down for it (forcing myself to leave the house more since iv "wasted" alot of my time as a youth on the computer) I've been travelling on and off for 4 years, visiting over 12 different countries in that time if you want i can regale you with my stories and would love vice versa. I like language and words and am really wanting to learn Spanish and/or Mandarin, I gym and am looking into taking part in some some football ("soccer" not this confusing AFL) or basketball activities since i used to be good at them before i became hooked on Warcraft and Runescape (and the ps2, ps3, xbox, the 360, ps4 and the most recent League of Legends) Always up for a drink on friday, not so much in the week due to work and trying to focus on saving money but if its a worth night then might be able to twist my arm :).
I'm a tidy, chill kiwi. I've just moved from NZ to Melbourne and looking for somewhere to live ASAP. Currently working two jobs full-time and casually. I like my space but am also keen to meet new people, make new friends and have a drink or two or ten lol.
Hi! I am Sarah, 33 years old French woman, living in Paris. I am turning my career from Lawyer to Pastry chef :-) And it starts by Australia! I am looking for a private room in a house/flat in Melbourne (is it too much to ask to have a garden? ok maybe!) for at least 6 weeks from 27th October. I will have an English course half time to prepare the IELTS and I want to work on my project in pastry (I will need people to taste it). I am really easy going to live with (a lot of couchsurfing). Love art and music (beginner in guitar for 10 years... :-/), nature, running and hiking. Use my bije all the time. And of course I love to eat! Also I practice meditation (don't be afraid). I really want to improve my english so not speaking in French is a rule for me. For me roomate is about sharing, laughing and have fun. Hope to meet you soon. Sarah
Hey I'm Kaila! I'm on my Gap Year at the moment but I'm hoping to start studying neuroscience at Swinburne Uni in 2018. I'll be working full time until i start uni. I know the importance of pulling your own weight in a shared apartment and always clean up after myself.
We are 2 easy going, funny and respectful friends from France looking for 2 privates rooms in a sharehouse. We would like to find a social place that we can call ''home'' for our time in Melbourne. Axel is doing an internship and I I am doing a working holiday visa. We like hanging out with friends, travelling, visiting, .... ! :)
We are Carla from Argentina and Stephane from France. Recently moved to Melbourne after travelling round New Zealand for a few months. We are with a Working Holiday Visa, currently looking for a job in Hospitality to stay at least 4 months. We want a room in a shared flat or house, with a big bed for both. We are looking for a nice place to chill out through the week, with people who are keen to have a drink or just watch a movie. We are both outgoing people and willing to give most things a go. Stephane has a degree in Gastronomy and loves cooking. He plays basketball but interested in any sports. Carla has a degree in Communication and she is also interested in photography.
Hi! I'm Morgan. Im currently working full time and studying. I live quite a busy and active lifestyle but do enjoy my down time with a wine and a good chat. I love good food and exploring new areas so would love to find some like minded people that can enjoy either a night in watching movies with a feast or the occasional night out having a couple of drinks and sharing delicious food!
Hey everyone, I’m looking to team up with one or two people to establish a new house with (open to to existing places too, flexible with length of stay/suburbs/move date). :) I don't really mind who you are or what things you like doing, the only traits i'm really looking for are people who are laidback, open-minded and considerate of personal boundaries like privacy and comfort zones- if we get along well, nothing else is a concern for me. ...and punctuality with rent/housekeeping, but I suppose that's a given. 😌 I'd like to establish a cosy home atmosphere where everyone can feel genuinely "at home" and not just staying somewhere, and where there's no constant pressure to socialize but the opportunity is always there- it'd be great to live with people who can give you space but also have a good chat with. I love doing things that involve film, TV/Netflix, games and outings such as live music events- and especially love it when there's other people to do it with, so flatmates who'd like to do those things are a bonus. If those things aren't really your cup of tea, i'm also open to new things and don't really drag people into my personal hobbies anyway. I don't care if you're alternative, sporty, artsy, introvert or extrovert, it's all totally fine- anyone that's kind and open-minded is good in my books. :) If you think we might get along, send me a message so we can chat- and possibly make plans if we do get along well. :) (Oh, if you're worried about my age and capacity for living independently- i've already adjusted to adult life so i'm fine in that regard. Not a big spender.)
