Jack usually works in a reception management role while I (Alice) work with children whenever possible. We are looking for a place to call home for a while in a nice apartment with super friendly housemates!

I've travelled overseas extensively and stayed in various hostels so I'm used to being sociable as well as being considerate of other housemates. Im easy-going and enjoy nights out as well as quiet nights at home. I like a social drink, I am tidy and will pay my rent on time ($200 per week inc bills please 😁 ! ) I prefer housemates in the 20's or early 30's age group so if you think I'd be a good fit in your house I'd love to hear from you . We are a married couple who'll be moving to Melbourne towards the end of March 2017. We have a 4 year old daughter who goes to school. I am a chartered accountant, my husband is an ex-army officer and currently a musician. We like to party and live life to the fullest. We go kayaking, mountaineering and hiking together which makes us an adventurous and fun-loving couple. Other than that, we are a young; very easy-going couple who gel in with people quite easily. We like to lead a routine life that starts with a 5 a.m. jog/ gym and ends at 10 pm except for weekends.
Hi! I'm looking for a house in St Kilda to share with one other person. I come with a fair bit of furniture so if that's where you're lacking then I can help you out. I tend to keep to myself during the week but don't mind a cheeky drink or a few over the weekend along with a bit of a boogie. I work full time while attempting to study at home. I enjoy riding my bike whenever I get the chance or hanging out at the park for a chat. I like to think I'm a pretty laid back housemate. Responsible, tidy, respectful and whatever else wins me a home. I'm looking for a place to stay 6months-1year.
Hello! I am a 24-year-old female from San Francisco, CA studying Communications and Media Studies at Swinburne for a semester. I also work part-time and am extremely responsible financially! I am often inspired and a lover of all things creative: dancing, music, graphic design, fine arts, and food! Whether it's a mom and pop shop, hole-in-the-wall eatery, cafe or bar, I love to explore new places (which is why I'm here in Melbourne!). I'm a friendly and considerate roommate and always prefer clean environments where I stay. I would love to discuss further details about a space to stay at during my time in the beautiful city of Melbourne!
I am a 22 year old male, originally from Western Australia and only recently moved to Melbourne (10 months ago) after I graduated with an Environmental Science degree and gained employment as a Contaminated Land Consultant in South Melbourne. My preferred length of stay states 4 months, however I am open to settling in for much longer depending on other circumstances which I am happy to discuss in detail. I am very relaxed, stress-free and prefer to live in a tidy environment. I am very active, attend the gym in South Melbourne after work everyday and also play Football (AFL) in the winter. As I maintain a healthy diet, I enjoy cooking my own meals and always happy to cook for other housemates whilst i'm at it. Always up for a good chat about anything and everything. Please consider me as your potential housemate!

I'm a 3rd year DPT student looking for a place that's close to the beach & close to shops/bars. I like having a quiet place to study but also enjoy interacting with my flatmates. I'm a clean tenant and I pick up after myself really well. I'm super easy to get along with. I enjoy any outdoor activities, watching movies, and hanging out with friends.
Hello potential roomies! My name is Zanna and I have recently moved from Canada to Melbourne. Now your first reaction may be "oh god, not another backpacker", but that is definitely not me. I did not come to Australia to backpack, but to live (although I don't yet know for how long). And because I have come to live I am looking for a place to call home, where I can make great friends, relax and have drinks with the roommates, and just enjoy a typical Aussie lifestyle. I am an outgoing and genuinely happy person with a bubbly personality who is always keen to go on adventures and meet new people. I have been living in Melbourne for almost two months with a friend of mine that I met in South Africa. I am currently working at a cute little cafe in Sandringham and work between 30-40 hours a week. I am also actively looking for more professional work in the legal field as I am a recent graduate from Carleton Uni in Ottawa. I am quite an independent person and like to do my own thing, but also love to come together for dinner and socialise with my roommates and friends. I am very excited about the next stage of my journey in Melbourne and look forward to getting to know you all soon. Please let me know if you would like any further information about me or my future plans. Thanks!!
I am in my early 30's. I work in Sales for a Tech Company. I work hard, am very social and play sports / exercise 4-5 days a week. Tennis, beach volleyball, boxing, running etc! I love to travel and explore and I am always up for trying a new cafe/bar/restaurant. I like to invite friends over every now and then but do not live in a party house. I am very clean and tidy and like to take care of where I live. I don't mind cooking for my housemates, sharing common household things. I am also a very positive and active person and won't be found on the sofa or bound to my room every night! I am looking for a house mate similarly social and a professional like me who is also clean and tidy. Someone would like to share a bottle of wine / beer every now and then and maybe visit some local places for dinner. Maybe even do some sports together if you want some motivation - I am good at making sure I fit some exercise in.
Fun loving, happy to keep to myself, or join in whatever's going on in the flat/house. Non smoker, but not fussed about living with smokers either. I'm into all sorts of films and music, so that section of the pub quiz is sorted if I move in.
Hi, I'm studying my Masters of Architecture at the University of Melbourne. Currently looking for a place to call home. I'm from the Gold Coast and spent a week driving down the east coast on the way to Melbourne. I'm a bit of an artist, so you can expect me to set up an easel and canvas somewhere around the place. Other than that I don't take up much room. I'm quite the nomadic character, and I've spent about a year in Nepal and India. In 2016 I was in Myanmar, Thailand and went on university related trips to Japan and India (for the second time). Looking to settle in Melbourne and focus on my studies. I'm interesting in everything, but my passion in life is art and design.
Hi we are a very friendly easy going Irish couple both in late twenties who work hard during the week and like to relax at the weekends. We are clean, tidy, respectful, fun, outgoing and like to socialise. We are here on a working holiday visa but do not want a mad party house. We would like somewhere ASAP and would team up if anyone has anything. Feel free to get in contact.
We are Daisy (me, 27) and Lawrence (24), a couple making the move to Melbourne on 20th march. Despite being a couple, we are not attached at the hip and enjoy our different interests as well as film nights in and the odd night out in some good bars. Lawrence is in to skateboarding, juggling and good whiskey whilst I love a good book, days out in the fresh air and cooking. We're both outgoing and of a gregarious nature as well as being considerate and well-mannered. As a couple to live with, we are clean without being pedantic, enjoy cooking for friends and like our own space as much as we like socialising with flatmates. We are really in to good booze and beer too.
Hey Everyone, My name is Amber and I'm fun, clean, easy going and friendly :) I am looking for a place for at least 12 months, preferably longer. Hi, my name is Kate and I am looking for a room to rent and a place to call home. I work as a nurse at the Royal Children's Hospital, however I don't do night shift :) I'm friendly and very down to earth. I have a caring nature and enjoy a pretty easy going lifestyle. After work I often like to get cosy, cook and watch Netflix, or head out for a meal with friends. My days off include staying active, spending time with friends and family, eating out or having a few drinks at a local pub. I moved here 3 years ago from Adelaide, therefore I still love experiencing new things around Melbourne and exploring new brunch spots. I'd like to live with someone who will enjoy having a chat and a laugh when we're together. I tend to have a glass of wine with my dinner and you would always be welcome to join me. I will also be respectful of your own space and privacy. I am wanting to house share for the time being then hopefully purchase my own place in the coming years :) I'll look forward to hearing from you!
Hi! My name is Wiktor but it's pronounced like Victor, I'm 23 years old and I'm an International Student from Poland, getting my Masters in Automotive Engineering at RMIT. I'm a really calm and laid back person but I'm also a really responsible and clean person. I'm pretty good with any housework and fixing up different things. I'm planning on getting an 4x4 SUV to go on trip every now and then. I just arrived in Australia after almost 5 years in the States where I got my Bachelors (in Texas). I'm looking for a private room. As I mentioned- I'm really calm and quiet, won't thorw any parties or have too many friends over, but I like to go out every now and then, at home I usually do some work on my laptop or nap. I'm also an athlete (playing american football) so going to the gym and healthy lifestyle is a big part of my every day routine. I'm really a non-conflict guy and I'm super easy to get along with:) Need to know anything else- message me:)
G'day legends, I'm looking for a place to live in Melbourne whilst doing postgraduate work, as well as chill out and pursue creative interests! I am currently in Brisbane, QLD but I will be starting to study full time at Monash University by the 20th of February doing a Graduate Diploma in Reproductive Science, and I'm looking for people who I can study as well as chill out with, who are hopefully also clean, conscientious and respectful of one another. I get around having a pint at the pub, a boogie at a bar or festival, and of course hanging out at home. I will be looking for part/full time work once I move down. I'm a big fan of house, disco and techno music especially the Boiler Room series, film and design. Check it out!
G'day, I'm looking for a place to stay this year or at least 6 months. I have just arrive in Melbourne on a working holiday visa and I pretend to work full time as soon as I find myself a job. I'm a gymnast and I'll be working and training as much as I can, and also doing some fitness courses throughout the year. I'm neat and tidy, during the week I'll be at morning training so I'll be sleeping pretty early... and on the weekends I like going out for a few drinks and have fun. I love playing any sports from footy to rock climbing. I speak spanish, portuguese, french, a bit of finnish and english of course. Cheers!
Hi everyone. I’ve recently arrived in Melbourne and am going to work at the Goethe Institute. Therefore, I am looking for a cozy little private room in which I can feel at home. Hello future matches! We are an Italian couple Valentina (28), and Francesco (27) who met here in this amazing land! We both love cooking, good food, coffee and wine; we like exploring and discover new cultures and this is why we have decided to explore the world before considering settling down! The next few years will be a lot about traveling, if traveling is also your thing we'll have long long conversations :) We work full/part time and are totally economically stable! We can be of great company but also extremely discrete, definitely respect each other's space. We have a long history of house sharing so we know the basic survival rules ;) What are we looking for? I know long terms is always better, but we are looking for something short term for now. After 1 and 2 years in Australia we are planning to go back home for a couple of months from mid June to August, and it would be great to find a place to stay from March to June :)
Hello! :) I've recently moved back to Melbourne and crashing at a mates place at the moment. I am looking for a big room with wooden floors, plenty of light, a washing machine and wifi! :) Not in the city but not too far so I can get to work easy. I'm easy with rent ! Happy to negotiate. I'm down to earth easy going girl but I do hate mess and bad smells so clean people would be my first preference. I am very respectful of others and privacy, I don't party and I don't have people over so I'd appreciate living with people who aren't loud and disrespectful of my privacy. I don't drink or do drugs or smoke, maybe if you're having a beer I'll have one with you but overall I like to look after my health and the smell of smoke is a pet hate of mine. I am looking to trial a couple of months, if I feel comfortable I'll stay a couple of years. I want to buy a small pet also not a huge responsibility or anything that would be in your way but a rabbit or kitten for myself would be extra amazing! :) hope to hear from you soon! I am free for inspections all week excluding the weekend when I work! :) Cheers!

Hi, we're a friendly social couple working full time. We're easy going clean organized and tidy. We're currently looking for a place around St Kilda (Inc East /West) or anywhere around Carlton. Have an awesome rest of the week!
I am an economics graduate coming from Spain. The reason why I am in Australia is because I read that masters degree here are so good but I do not want to pay that amount of money without knowing how the Australian lifestyle is and if it suits me. Because of that I will be here for the next seven months studying a vocational course while finding a job. I love sports, specially Crossfit and olympic weightlifting, music (almost every style) and TV series. I usually am so calm and serious when something concerns me. I can not bear the mess and this is why I have not had any problems with any of my landlords in my previous homes. If you are willing to know some other things about me, do not hesitate to ask. Thank you very much.
Hey there! My name is Demi, I am a 20 year old female student from the Netherlands who's extremely excited to study at RMIT for a semester. I am very sporty; love windsurfing, ice-skating and cycling and sometimes get excited about things easily; always in for trying out new things. That's why I have taken courses in basically any discipline. Next to studying and sports I am most passionate about making documentaries, designing buildings and talking to random strangers. I love to have great company, am very social and bond easily, but I am very comfortable being on my own too. I cannot sit still; I hardly ever watch tv and wake up fairly early- believing that the early bird catches the worm (or runs into 17 deers- as happened during my morning adventure last week.) I easily adapt to situations and people and I think that's very important in living together. Looking forward to meet my future housemate(s)!
Hi! I am a 28 y/o Swedish girl who just returned to Melbourne to study communication design at Billy blue college. Lived in Melbourne for a year before this when I was on my working holiday visa. That was my first experience of a shared home and I'd say I like the concept. I am a very outgoing and social person but I also value my own down time. When it comes to common areas I'm super clean, yet not OCD about anything. I'm looking for my own room in a shared apartment somewhere in the city or closest suburbs. Unfortunately I'm a tad allergic to cats and dogs. Like I mentioned I'm a very social person so I like having people around me. There for it would be awesome to be able to have friends over for a taco night or a beer sometime which you can join ofcourse! I'll be studying full time and work, as an in home kitchen planner, on the weekends and some extra hours during the week. Have got a huge interest for home decoration, love music, cooking and running. On the weekend you'll find me spending time with friends and working ofcourse. /Hillevi Ps. I'm sure my former housemate is ok with answering any questions you might have about me as a housemate.

Hi, I’m Eric from Spain/France/Australia (too long to explain), 23yo and studying my master in Aerospace Engineering at Monash Clayton but also working part time in hospitality. The areas I am looking for is St Kilda(East or West), Windsor, Prahan, Brighton! Looking for people around same age (20-30), tidy and clean PLS A bit about me… I’ve been living in Barcelona my whole life but moved out to experience a bit of the OZ lifestyle in 2015 and I can’t leave this is so cool so far!!! I LOVE kitesurfing (reason why I need to be close to the beach), surfing (I go every weekend on trip so I could take you with me to the best spots around Victoria), fitness(I could be a good gym partner if you’re bored going alone), chilling, trips and camping around Straya, having some beers and BBQs with mates during the week or weekend I don’t mind as my masters is not very stressful haha, also Sailing(we’re looking for crew on different boats if you’re experienced I could introduce you to them). Anyways, I like all kind of sports and fit life but if I go out I probably can drink more than you as the Spanish culture is not bad on that… I am currently living in Hampton, no rush but still want to move out. Preferably 4 rooms than 2 as I’m very open and up for a chat and very easy going, but definitely respect people’s privacy. Keen on start-ups/patents/sports/travelling. I don’t mind applying for a lease as I am aiming to find somewhere nice for more than a year, my budget is 250MAAAAXXX / week. Not aiming for 2sqm room PLS. PS: I have a car and a scooter so it will be VERY good if there is a car spot. I went a bit far maybe haha, but if you feel like you’re into similar stuff and need a roof to sleep, feel free to send me a message.
Hey! I'm Marion from France, just arrived in Australia about a week ago. I don't have a job yet but I'm looking for one, in hospitality, I'm a waitress, just getting everything sorted out before. I love meeting new people, share life and travel experience as much as I enjoy some solo moment time to time. During my free time I enjoy going out for a few drinks, explore the city, go to museum or exhibition. I'm a big fan of music, love read a book or just watch TV show and movies and chill. I'm always interested in discover new stuff or do things I don't do usually. I'm in Australia with a WHV also to shake things up, and find out more about myself, so depending on my mood I'm pretty much up for everything! ;-) I don't now exactly how long I would stay so far, but if everything turns out great at least 3 month and hopefully up to 6 month!
Currently working part time at a cafe, studying Social Sciene/Criminology. I would make a good house mate because I'm pretty easy going, I like to keep things clean and I'm talkative.
