I work full-time as an EA in a IT firm based in Sydney CBD. I am very tidy, considerate, friendly, respectful and honest. I work quite long hours, so I hope my home is somewhere I can totally relax and enjoy some quiet time to wind down. No parties please. I'm looking for a fully furnished room with own bathroom, my budget is $350/wk inc. bills & utilities. Ideally north-facing unit so it doesn't get too hot in summer. Must be close to public transport and shops. My home is my sanctuary so I do everything to keep my living space tidy and look after it as it is my own property and I'm hoping to flat with another like-minded person, preferably a mature professional, fine with both male or female.
Hi everybody, I recently got a job in Sydney and so I'm leaving behind Melbourne to try out this new fantastic city! I'm looking forward to share a place with nice and easy going people. I'm a 35 y/o Italian guy working in the computer graphic industry. I'm an easy going and chilled person and I'm happy to share a dinner, a red and a movie. I'm into barbies and curious to know the famous aussie way! I'm also into photography and motorcycle events and I'm keen to share my passions. As I will probably work long hours, my expectations are to live in a place that is not a party house. Hoping to meet great people, I wish all the best to everyone! Cheers, Emmanuele
I am easy-going, friendly, compassionate and clean! I am great to live with because introvert time is important to me, but I am also up for a great chat. I love to cook and share food. I work nearly full time and am also studying counselling. I grew up in the far North of Sydney and enjoy writing, reading, eating, yoga, having great conversation over moscato and gazing at the stars.
Have experience of living in a shared house in different regions. I am peaceful don't smoke and only drinks socially. Like to cook, travel and exercise outdoors. Respect privacy and good to talk.
I'm looking for a large unfurnished room in Neutral Bay, Cremorne, Cammeray, Crows Nest, Naremburn or St Leonards, with my own bathroom and parking (street parking is fine if it's unlimited and not several blocks away). I have furniture that I could supply for the common areas (sofas, coffee table, TV unit, fridge etc) if needed but I can also put it in storage. I don't mind whether I live with a guy or a girl I'm just after someone friendly, clean and considerate. About me: I'm a professional who is young at heart, and my interests are yoga, going to the beach/being outdoors, travelling, socialising, going to gigs and generally enjoying life. I work normal hours and am often out at night/on weekends but also enjoy hanging out with my flatmate when I'm around. I'm easy going, friendly, considerate and tidy. Message me if you're looking for a flatmate like me! I'm looking to move around 25th March or just before.
I'm a very easy going, down to earth person who loves to make friends with the people around me. I'm very respectful of peoples space and keep everything clean and tidy. I work part time at a hotel in the city (35-40hrs a week) which means I have a steady stream of income. I work most days with long hours, when I'm not at work you will find me drawing/painting, reading, binge watching Netflix or enjoying a glass of moscato. Ultimately I'm trying to find a place where I can make friends and get along with my flatmates :)
New to Sydney and originally from Mumbai. Working for a healthcare firm as a Business Analyst at St. Leonards.Looking out for a long term accommodation in consideration with my work location. Fun loving and a quiet person. In my free time I love to go to the gym or do something that keeps me active. Cheers, Hemant
Hi guys, We are couple from Poland. I'm a IT supporter and Marta is a waitress. Preferable clean places with sociable flatmates. We don't spend too much time at home, cos travelling is more exciting. Contact me if you have any room for us. Cheers
We are two friends looking for a room with two single beds, great environment. I’m student of a master degree and my friend Diana is studying English. We are from Colombia! We hope listen about you soon. Thanks
Hi, I am a Postgrad architecture currently working Part Time in the industry. I enjoy staying fit, rock climbing and a good coffee. I am a clean, respectful housemate and enjoy a good cooking or baking session.
Professional in Accounting and Finance moving from Perth to Sydney for work. Would like to live somewhere close to public transport and near the CBD. Happy to share with someone who has a full time professional job, clean and respectful.
Hello everybody! My name is Andrés, I come from Barcelona, and I’m in Australia to do my PhD at Macquarie University. I'm looking for a nice place, with nice people and nice location to live. I've been sharing a flat in Amsterdam during the last year, and before that I've been living in shared flats for almost 10 years in Barcelona... So, yes, I know almost everything about roommates, weekly cleaning and shared dinners... :) I am 29 yo, gay, clean, tidy and outgoing. I enjoy talking with flatmates, but also enjoying time by my own. I like cooking and share meals with roomies. I also enjoy outdoors, cycling, movies, netflix... a normal guy. Not a party animal, I prefer having dinner with friends or chilling at home... but sometimes partying is also nice. If you think I can be your next flatmate message me! I'm also available for teaming-up! Cheers! :)
Looking to move around 16th MARCH 2018. Looking for a house share. Not looking to share with more than 2 people preferably one person. Or an apartment that has good storage spaces. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a 5 shelf -6ft tall bookshelf, a push bike, 2 cd racks, a glass top dining table that stores flat, an oil heater, a fan on a stand and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space some things could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Looking for a place that has a CLOTHES DRYER for those rainy days off when I have to do my laundry. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, non-drinker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. Not looking to share with anyone who works from home. As I work outside of normal hours, most weekends and most public holidays, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport 7 days a week and on public holidays. Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Hello, I am Tingting, and I am a full-time professional working in Barangaroo in the city. My job is very busy that I will not be so much around during the weekdays. Social and sports in the weekend. I am a clean, tidy and respectful person. I am looking for a tidy and quiet apartment with 1 friendly female flatmate to move in before the end of March 2018. I enjoy reading books, jogging around the neighbourhood after work, and going to ballet class in the morning of weekend.
Hi! Im Nicola! I am currently looking to move out of home. I am working full time at a jeweller based in Martin Place and Leichardt . I will also be starting a new role as a personal assistant in the city early next year, whilst studying a diploma at TAFE. I am looking to move out of home early January. I am sociable, outgoing person and I spend a lot of time out of the house. I cook for myself and am a reliable, responsible person. In my spare time I hang out with friends, go to various events around Sydney and will make the occasional trip to Adelaide to visit family.
Hey guys ! I have been living abroad since 2012 when I moved to Dublin, since then I have been through many cities always living in shared flats. Once I had have experienced all the sharing rooms duties, I am really aware of all my obligations as a Flatmate or Roommate. I am an easy-going person and also tidy and organized.
I'm a International Environmental Health and Safety Manager that spend 60% of my time overseas, My Job requires me to relocate to Sydney on the 6th of April I'm clean and tidy, very sociable and respectful, I enjoy quiet nights at home cooking, and relaxing, love Scuba Diving and walks on the Beach, Fine food and meeting new people
Hi future roommate person/s! How weird is it to write about yourself? I'm a 25 year-old male slave working and studying full-time. I’ve just moved up from Melbourne to Sydney to study at USYD. With whatever time I have spare I love to chill with video games, watching anime and having the odd Mario Kart competition to assert my dominance (Fkn shotgun Peach bruh). I also part take in the masochistic activity of learning Japanese 😭. I'm a bit of a dork, love to make people laugh and find the humour in almost anything. The more dark and sarcastic your humour, the more we'll get along swimmingly. I’m pretty flexible with locations, so open to anywhere in the city (though, I’m not keen on moving to Penrith).
Hello. I'm an easy-going 46 year old looking to share a place in Sydney, where I'll be moving from Melbourne for work on 22 March. I'm fairly flexible with location but keen to live near a train station. Ideally not too far from the city. I am keen to meet up with someone to set up a new property, or move into a partly furnished place. I'm clean and responsible, young at heart, love a drink and a laugh and looking for a friendly, relaxed person to share a place with. I'm respectful of other people and easy to live with. I'm looking to live with someone aged in their late 40's or early 50's who is gainfully employed to either move into a new place or share an existing property. Apart from my bedroom furniture, I do own general household furniture including a fold-up table, bookshelf, coffee table, tv etc While I'm happy to sell off some other furniture, I do own a few things, so if you have a fully furnished unit and/or are not willing to allow someone to truly "share" a space and bring furniture into it, then it's not for me. Otherwise, if this sounds like you it would be great to hear from you.
Young professional decent guy looking for a single room around North Sydney area. I am quiet, not smoking, not party animal, working full time. Send me a message if I sound like the type of guy you could live with, thx.
Hey there, I'm James. Moved up from Melbourne just over a year ago to give the Sydney life a go, lease running out on where I've been staying, so looking for a change of scenery and a new place to call home. Easy going, sociable and relaxed, which may occasionally come across as if I'm sedated. I'm reliable and keep things tidy. Happy enough to chip into the cooking together or manage my own thing. Looking for a nice spot with friendly housemates who can enjoy each others company, that still offers a little personal space too
Hi! I’m easy going, chill, socialable, but also like time to myself and respect others space. I like my place to be very clean, but am not extremely strict on tideness. I sometimes work long hours as I work in hospitality so if you work 9-5 you may not see me too often. On weekends I like to go out for drinks, to eat or socialise with friends. All female flat wanted.
Hi all, I am friendly and laid back. Love a good chat and a laugh but sometimes do require my alone time. Enjoy a wine or two after work. Love the outdoors and lead a relatively healthy, active and social life style. Relatively flexible with location. Just want to be max 30 min travel to the city. I do have a gorgeous 8 month old house trained cavoodle (non shedding). You would sometimes have the house to yourself as I sometimes stay at my boyfriends house. Ideally I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind if he stayed over occasionally too. Thanks Hayley :)
Hi guys :) We are easy going, clean couple from Poland. We are working full time so most of the day we are outside the house. When we have a free time we like to spend it at the gym, beach or just lie on the couch and watch some good movies or tv series. We like cooking with a glass of wine (or two :). We are searching the room for longer (few months up to 1 year) with wardrobe and double bed, good wifi not far away from a train station or bus to city :P We are searching the nice place with easy going flatmates. Preferred couples :) our budget is 370$ + - per week - bills included. Cheers Paul & Lena
What makes us eligible to live on their property, is that we are a very quiet couple but at the same time we are very friendly.
Responsible person , clean and love cooking and drinking coffee and. A lot however in general I’m a fun perso.
Hi, I'm a local. I work full time as an english tutor. I'm a clean, respectful person and I like to participate in the household. My passions are writing and drawing and I enjoy watch movies with friends and conversation and cooking. I'm looking for a positive, social environment. It would be wonderful to join a home with a sense of camaraderie. I'm looking for a short to medium term lease (three to nine months) and I intend to stay in Sydney throughout 2018.
Hi Future Flatmate! I am male, 29 y/o. I will be working full-time in Artarmon for the next 3-4 months and so I am looking for a share house starting from ~April 1. I would be grateful if you could consider me as your future flatmate. I am clean, honest and always on time with payments. I am not a party person, so I will not be generating noise or bringing in outsiders. I love sharing good discussions with people, but also respect their privacy. I am originally from Europe, but I have lived and worked in Asia for several years. For that reason, I am familiar with different cultures and I enjoy sharing experiences and thoughts with other people. I am an Australian permanent resident. Thanks & hope to see you!
Work long hours, quiet and respectful of other people's lives. That said, happy to socialise with my housemates or leave them to their own devices. Move date is approx. I am in no hurry. Please do not message me if you live significantly outside the areas I have in my profile - I looking to live close to the city for work purposes.
Hey, I'm Damian! I’m a 21-year-old architecture student looking for a place to rent. Aside from uni, I work at an architecture firm, and tutor high school students on weekends. I’m clean, organised, and responsible, and I'm a non-smoker. I like my own downtime but wouldn’t mind getting to know and hanging out with my flatmates. I particularly love to cook and bake (if I can find the time) and watching movies and TV. Looking forward to meeting and living with some cool people!
I'm single and I work as a nurse and midwife - currently casual at RNSH. I also do locums in Central Australia for approx. 6 week stints. But, this is not a necessity for me. If I can find permanent share accommodation, I may not go to Central Australia so often. I'm living in Sydney because my parents are getting elderly and it's good to see them more often. I'm quiet and respectful of flatmates. I'm predominantly vegetarian, but I'm ok about living with people who eat meat. I love to cook, garden, read. I also do regular meditation, if possible. I'm pretty flexible. I get on well with kids. And pets.
Hi, I'm a 34 year old guy and I spend my week between RNSH and teaching at Macquarie Uni. I have studied widely (philosophy, social work, molecular biology/genetics, and would you believe it I'm thinking of going back for more). I'm pretty balanced between keeping to myself and having a chat over a meal or whatever, likewise I respect other people's wishes to keep to themselves when they want. I'm quite flexible so happy to fit into whatever the home situation is. I'm into reading, video games, board games, listening to/playing a bit of music (guitar/bass/uke), and cycling/mountain biking, but really happy to try anything. I like to keep my home neat and tidy so it's nice to spend time in, so expect similar from whoever I'm living with. I have a car but I'm thinking of selling it, but do need space for two bikes. Happy to answer any questions you might have.
Hey everyone! I'm Will, I'm a doctor at Royal North Shore Hospital and I'm into fitness/gym, gaming and media production. I'm an easy going guy, I'll be working or studying a fair bit, but I'm always up for some banter or a gym session. I'd be keen on living with a social person as opposed to someone who just sits in their room all day. I'm a clean and tidy person as well, so if you're messy then I'll take a hard pass. I'd be looking at getting an apartment right next to the hospital (which is also right next to the train line), so if you're interested then hit me up.
Hey there, my name's Ben and I want to tell you a little about myself, mid-20s guy currently working full time; I like to spend my spare time during the week training, watching a movie or even having a cheeky drink, I like to keep it low key and save my fun mostly for the weekend. I consider myself pretty clean, sociable, relaxed and easy to get along with but definitely respect peoples privacy. Looking for somewhere that is relaxed, clean and a place I can call home within walking distance of a train or bus. Cheers
Hi, I made the move to Sydney at the start of February. I am staying somewhere in Roseville temporarily, while I worked out whether I wanted to make the move permanently! Now that I know, I would like to get my own lease or find longer term accommodation. So if you’re open to making a new share house, please get in touch. I have a beautiful dog; Addy. So she needs to a patch of grass and some shade. As I have my own house in Canberra, I will be spending some weekends out of Sydney and of course, where I go, my dog will go!
