Moving to Sydney from NZ to take up a job at UTS. Looking for a large private room in a share house close to the CBD or close to a bus/train station. I'm a clean, active, easy-going and social person hoping to find some fun people to live with. I will have a full time job so will likely be busy during the week but am always down for exploring the city, binge watching netflix or having a wine on the weekends.

Party years are behind me, few beers on a Saturday afternoon is must though. Gym regularly for powerlifting. Looking for a quiet place to study and sleep. Will cook once or twice a week for meal prep. Very clean and honest. Will happily supply character references.

I am an 24 years old Asian female student, looking for a room in a friendly house share. I study two days and work four days in a week. I am only looking for a single room. Ideally, I am looking for a room within 20 kms from Ashfield Area. I like staying quiet by myself, and cook occasionally only. I always follow the house rules and contribute chores with other share mates. I don't like to move around, that's why I always stay in the previous houses at least six months if it is a right place for me.
Hi! Im Nicola! I am currently looking to move out of home. I live in Sydney with my parents. I am working full time as a nanny and part time as a real estate receptionist. I will be starting uni in July of 2017. I am a kind, private and responsible person who enjoys living in the company of others. I am extremely independent and willing to live in a share house with others. I thoroughly enjoy cooking as it is something iI was encouraged to do growing up. On my weekends I either work, spend time with friends, spend time with family, water ski or cook. I am a respectful and polite person who values living in an environment that is supportive and friendly. I'd really enjoy living in the company of people who have similar interests and values of myself. I don't mind living with men or women. Contact me if your interested, Nicola
Im starting a new job in the nearby area (used to previously live in the area also) I have lived in house shares before with great success. I am a very clean and tidy person, very respectful of my housemates space but also sociable. Im a very outdoorsy person, my weekends are generally filled with adventuring to some part of NSW for hiking, exploring etc
I have been living in Australia for 6 months.I am from Turkey and i am really friendly.I am looking for long period of stay because i am gonna study Project Management in North Sydney for 10 months.I am an engineer.
Are you looking for someone in his late 20s, respectful and friendly to share your place? Contact me! French young professional, I'm currently Permanent Resident in Australia. I have a stable job (2 years contract as Engineer on a governmental project), and would like to find a place for 6 months minimum, more if everything goes well (2 years). About myself: easy to live with, clean and organized, social drinker, nonsmoker, my hobbies are sport (surfing, running, dancing...), seeing friends and enjoying life in Sydney. I'm doing long hours at my job. About the room looked for: Close to the train (North Sydney), private bedroom with double bed, car park needed. I hope to meet you soon!
Hi I'm Amanda! Accepted a PhD offer and so moving from LA California to Sydney. Pretty Excited :) A tad about me: I'm a cheerful down to earth individual who enjoys socializing with others while out and about and equally down time to unwind from my day. Chances are I will be spending quite a bit of time on my studies but when not working hobbies include paddle boarding, going to the beach/ beach concerts, exploring the city, getting a good work out in at the gym, and wine tasting (a habit from growing up in California). I'm not much of t.v. watcher but will watch Games of Thrones and the occasional Netflix movie. Bonus: I have the skill of cleaning up while I cook so kitchen is always inviting :) What I am looking for: Flatmates: First and foremost I'm looking for a home away from home. I'm keen on sharing a place with warm individuals who like to socialize but who also have hobbies and enjoy their down time. Individuals of similar age and/or professional mindset. I'm not opposed for fun times but definitely past the early college years. Flat: A place that is clean and tidy, that I wouldn't be embarrassed to show pictures of to my family and friends ;) Private double bed size room (bathroom if possible but not a big deal). Closely located to a train station (Yay for public transportation!). Non-smoking as I am allergic. Pets are fine as long as they are well behaved (use the bathroom outside/catbox). No snakes in toilets or in the house...only stated this because my friends keep sending me photos like this is common in Sydney (I'm sure it is not lol). I would prefer to sign a short term lease at first while we get to know each other but can and will sign a longer lease if required. Should you have any questions I am more than happy to answer! Look forward to finding that happy place in Sydney! :)
Hey dudes, my name's René. I'm 23 which is old as for a student these days. I'm starting my masters in Sydney this year, I been out of uni two years now, did the BSc at the University of Auckland and finished up there end of 2014. Since then I've worked a number of different jobs saving those coins. So that's sorta where I'm coming from on the academic side of things. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A few cheeky beers every now and then doesn't go amiss though. I'll probably be out of the house most of the time I guess, between coursework and sporting commitments, work and whatever other social opportunities crop up. So if unobtrusive flatmates are your thing I'm your guy. I got 'ok' at cooking, since us athletes like to eat. One-pot wonders are a specialty and a couple of them I have whittled down to an art form. Feel free to ask me about anything else I may have missed in this very general summary!
Hey, I'm Janine :) I have been renting on my own in the North Sydney area for over a year now but am ready for a change. I work full time in North Sydney for a finance company. I have degree in Social Science and I enjoy being super active and I love the outdoors. I have 2 cats who have lived with me in my current unit and they are very cute and very well behaved. I have all my own furniture so would prefer somewhere unfurnished. I also have my own car so somewhere with parking is essential :) I don't mind if it is on street parking but I will need somewhere where I can store a bike and a stand up paddle board. Cheers, Janine
I work full time and I enjoy going to the gym, cooking and spending time with friends when I have free time. I am a tidy person and quite easy going. During the week I prefer to have some down time watching Netflix or sharing dinner with my flatmates.
Hi! I'm looking for somewhere to stay from Monday 8th May to Thursday 16th August, so 15 weeks, so i can finish my legal training. I'm a post Grad JD student who volunteers in a community legal centre.. I'm super quiet and will be away most the time. I've got a sweet apartment with amazing housemates on thé GC, so not looking to join a lease or change anything, but seriously just looking for a place to crash while I try to chase my dream of being a lawyer! If you can help me out at all, ever for a week or 2, please let me know, I'll be super grateful! And of course, if you want a trip away to the GC, I'd love to return the favour!
We are a 30 years old married couple Spanish-French non smoker (I'm allergic to it), clean and tidy (but no OCD). We moved to Sydney 6 months ago and are looking for a flat in a quiet location for 6 months to move in on 29th of April or before as we need to give back the flat on 30th of April. We have furniture for our own bedroom if needed. We've been previously living in Edinburgh (myself for 5.5 years and my husband for 2 years) then Valencia for 6 months. We love to travel, cook, meet people and we speak English, French and Spanish. We are very open, sociable, like to have a good laugh ;-) We would like to enjoy having meals with flatmates and become friends, not just people living together if possible. I (Stephanie) am from New-Caledonia and will be working in the CBD as an engineer. Ignacio from Spain (Valencia) and is still looking for a job in IT but should find one soon enough. Looking for a room for 6 months + with own bathroom and flatmates similar preferably another couple. We would like to share with other professionals but no more than 2 other people. Many thanks!
