We're a couple - Cameron, M, 28, Kiwi & Nicola, F, 25, Brit - who have recently moved to Sydney from Auckland. We both have full time work already (electrician & journalist). We're pretty social but also enjoy doing our own thing too. Typically, we'd have fun at gigs and bars but we also like getting out of the city and finding new places to visit for the weekend. We've lived together in a shared house for years (without any problems!) so we know what to expect and how to be good flatmates.
Hi, I moved here from England for work at Hornsby Junction a few months back. My current housemate's BF is moving in so I need to find a new place, though she can give a great reference. Looking to find somewhere over the next 2-3 weeks. I'm clean and tidy and like to be social with housemates however can respect peoples privacy. In my spare time I like to stay active playing sports and exploring Sydney. I am looking for a double room around North Sydney, Crows Nest, Chatswood areas. Conor
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 50 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and silence. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
Hi there, I am a 32 year old chef working in Balmoral. I am friendly, considerate, easy going and love to meet like-minded people. I am a dog lover therefore it will be totally okay if you got them at home :)
Hi I'm Dan, a teacher originally from the UK. I'm searching for a furnished room in a friendly, clean shared flat/house to move into in September. I'm sociable and it would be good to get to know new people :) I like to cook, go for walks, watch movies, swim, try to dance salsa, and am up for anything that will get me on the path to physical fitness. But also a bit of a foodie and like the occasional good wine or belgian beer. I've not surfed, dived, or climbed, all of which I'd like to try.
Hey I am looking for some fun, friendly and clean housemates to live with. I'm happy, outgoing, house-trained and well travelled, I also lived in Melbourne previously for two years and now in Sydney . I'm working full time in Sydney CBD and I like to keep fit and eat healthy but everything in moderation. It'd be great if we could share a glass of wine/watch a movie/cook dinner/all that kind of stuff, but I am also busy doing my own thing sometimes and respect privacy of the housemates. Let me know if you think we could get along. Cheers , Dee

I'm an easy going, friendly, low-maintenance housemate offering good banter and social company when the time is right, but also completely understand the need for personal space and those times when you're busy or just don't feel like talking. I'm neat and tidy, I eat healthy, like to keep fit at the gym and love yoga. I am also vegan-ish (the transition takes a little getting used to!) but I completely respect viewpoints different to my own :) I am a freelance graphic designer, working from home most of the time but often at the office or out and about for photoshoots, meetings etc. I'm looking for likeminded housemates to share a positive and harmonious home with. If this sounds like you, I'd love to hear from you! Oh, I should also mention that I have a king size bed and a small desk that I need to fit in my room, so I'm looking for a large space with built in wardrobes if possible.
Bioengineer from London, moving to Sydney for a short term job at a medical device company. Clean and neat, friendly person, and avid rower. Looking for somewhere to live for just over 4 months.
I'm a recording studio engineer / mixer and also do a bit of carpentry on the side. I work a lot, including some weekends, but also love chilling out at home. I'm a very clean person, polite and easy to get along with. I love a good meme and also a glass of wine or beer once a week or so. Really good at doing dishes to make up for my lack of cooking ability. Ideally looking for a private room in a share house with 1 or 2 other people max, preferably with my own bathroom. Easy access to the city via public transport also essential!

Just moved back to Aus after a year in China and hoping to join a friendly household. Have lived in different styles of sharehouses over the years so I'm pretty adaptable. Just started a new full time gig and like to go out and about, but I also love a quiet glass of wine at home. Enjoy gardening with varying degrees of success.
