I will not be arriving in Sydney until July 17th, but I thought I would get a head start on flat hunting. I'm a college student visiting from America for a six-month research internship in Sydney. Big fan of sports, politics, philosophy, and traveling. Also a big fan of photography, so let me know if you need a new Facebook profile picture. I consider myself pretty friendly, but will never demand your attention. I like pets too, if you have one (or a few). Didn't vote for Trump.
Hi! We are Johannes and Maria, and both of us are from Norway. We like to exercise and eat good food. We are relaxed, reliable and focused on our studies. It would be nice to live in a calm place without a lot of partying. We like to keep the apartment clean, and we are also interested in getting to know new people. In our spare time we enjoy hiking, fishing, discover new places, watch a movie, make a great dinner, hang out with friends and work out. Although we are a couple, we would like to sleep in separate rooms. It doesn´t matter if one of the bedrooms are small :-) Johannes is going to study at Macquarie University, and Maria is going to study at the UNSW. It would be brilliant if we could rent a place that´s fairly close to both of them. It would be nice if it didn´t take longer than 40-50 minutes to the Universities.
I am tidy, very friendly and love to cook. I am easy to get along with. I work full time so i am up early 5 days of the week and back around 7pm so I am not around heaps. In my spare time i like rock climbing, yoga and the anything to do with the ocean.. during summer of course. I manage a health food store in Manly and live a healthy lifestyle. I am not a party person nor am I loud. :)
Hey! I just relocated to Sydney coming all the way from Dubai. I'm a Creative Director working in the advertising industry, and looking forward to a new life and career here in Australia. I love music (Miles Davis, Led Zeppelin and anything old school), and always enjoy a chilled-out evening drink. I'm new, lost and clueless, and I'd be a great flatmate :)
We are a brazilian couple leaving to Sydney. We are looking for a place to stay as from June 11 or 12th. Nice, friendly, hard working... we hope to find some friends to have great times. We love meeting new places, so... believe we'll be away for hours. We're calm (we won't make parties, for sure). You'd love to live with us!!!!!!
Hey! I'm Zac and have recently relocated to Sydney from NZ at very short notice for work! I work in TV so work long hours most of the time but I am outgoing and fun to be around. I'm a pretty laid back character but don't mind a beer and a good yarn from time to time. Also like my own space. I'm clean and tidy and tend to operate a minimalist lifestyle (the hangover from constantly working overseas!)

I'm Maz local citizen living in Sydney from last 7 year. I lived at GoldCoast , Brisbane Adelaide and few months in Melbourne. I worked in E-commerce and DropShipping Business . I did plenty of travel here and there around the country. I travel overseas in my holidays. Now this month i am planning to do something new in my field. I am moving to new place to start studying (Graphic Design) .I'll keep to myself or I can be your best friend, whatever works. I always say " FIND YOUR TRIBE " & life will be more cool. I am Truely a Minimalist . Normally when i am working get home around 6pm and head to the gym after work. Like to keep busy on weekends then do the occasional Netflix binge when I am not. I am into my tunes (mainly the triple J variety) . I like sociable housemates who don't hide in their room. Always good to have a company when watching sports and going through movies/Netflix. Personal space is obviously pretty important too. I am on Intermittent Fasting (IF 23:1 OMAD ) routine from last 1.5 years however I really like to cook sometimes for friends. I am looking for cyclist friends as well so it would be great if some one who is already a cyclist there. I can't do that in Sydney due to high volume of traffic and expensive insurance . Shoot me any questions if you have them. I am looking for long Term place for 9 or 11 months. I am quite reserved, easy going, respectful and tidy. Preferably looking to share with just one other but open to sharing with two in the right circumstances. I won't know any one in this city so I'm excited to meet some new people. I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed, easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I have good rental history , previous owners references will be provided on demand . I always pay on time . Looking to share with someone Fun and like-minded! :) Thank you Maz
Hello, we are a couple from the UK. I'm Ben, working in Finance in the CBD. I'm a sports enthusiast who loves playing football, cricket, tennis and golf. I also enjoy travelling, meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. I like to think of myself as kind, friendly and easygoing. Isabelle is from Bristol and works in Education in the City. She is a social, fun and outgoing. Isabelle loves baking and watching movies. We are looking for a place that is clean and tidy. We would love to be with respectful individuals.
I work full-time as an EA in a IT firm based in Sydney CBD. I am very tidy, considerate, friendly, respectful and honest. I work quite long hours, so I hope my home is somewhere I can totally relax and enjoy some quiet time to wind down. No parties please. I'm looking for a fully furnished room with own bathroom, my budget is $350/wk inc. bills & utilities. Ideally north-facing unit so it doesn't get too hot in summer. Must be close to public transport and shops. My home is my sanctuary so I do everything to keep my living space tidy and look after it as it is my own property and I'm hoping to flat with another like-minded person, preferably a mature professional, fine with both male or female.
Hi everyone! After my first year in this amazing city I'm coming back IN OCTOBER for my second year of working in Sydney. I'm a very tidy person and fun to hang out with. I do like to go out but having a relaxing evening at home is also a great option for me. I don't like drama - so I guess I'm the perfect flatmate to have a peaceful living together. Feel free to contact me anytime :)
Hello everybody! My name is Andrés, I come from Barcelona, and I’m in Australia to do my PhD at Macquarie University. I'm looking for a nice place, with nice people and nice location to live. I've been sharing a flat in Amsterdam during the last year, and before that I've been living in shared flats for almost 10 years in Barcelona... So, yes, I know almost everything about roommates, weekly cleaning and shared dinners... :) I am 29 yo, gay, clean, tidy and outgoing. I enjoy talking with flatmates, but also enjoying time by my own. I like cooking and share meals with roomies. I also enjoy outdoors, cycling, movies, netflix... a normal guy. Not a party animal, I prefer having dinner with friends or chilling at home... but sometimes partying is also nice. If you think I can be your next flatmate message me! I'm also available for teaming-up! Cheers! :)
I’m an easy-going young professional working full time in the city. I enjoy watching and playing sports, travelling and going out for dinner and drinks with friends. I’m originally from the northern beaches but I’ve been living overseas for the last 14.5 years, so I’m keen to make the most of what Sydney has to offer!
Very easy going and fair, clean and tidy, health and fitness minded, quite and respectful professional. Enjoy socialising with house mates and helping out with everything. Keen cyclist and some experience with computer programming with 446 language. Open to learning new things.
Hey I'm Collins. I'm a full time professional working in HR for Health. Generally I'm a really chill, easy going and laid back person. I have a high tolerance for most things and think I'm really easy to live with! I'm clean and tidy and enjoy the company of other people. Hoping to find a place close to public transport.
Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.
I am from Hong Kong and Beau is from America. I am currently studying full time at USyd and Beau is working full time. I usually stay back at uni. So we absolutely won’t be disturbing. We like to keep our living spaces tidy and clean so no need to worry about the messiness!:) We are very friendly, easy going and sociable. We love making friends! So having meals together or just a drink w housemates are absolutely great:))) Can even get on some Netflix binge together!!
Hey All, I'm looking to move and am open to the location. I'm a tidy, easy going relaxed guy I like to think. I'm pretty busy during the weeks with work trying to exercise as much as I can. On the weekends I love to get out and about as much as I can. When I am home I love to chat and hang out. I also have my girlfriend typically stay over 1 - 2 nights during the week/weekend. If there is anything else you'd like to know, just ask!
21 year old moving back to Sydney from being on the Gold Coast for 8 months! Very easy going and just need a place to make my transition easy! Realestate agent but will be taking it slow on the move back and just want an easy casual job.
Hi there, I'm a web designer looking for a room in the inner west or northern suburbs. I'm a chilled, tidy, respectful housemate and I’m happy doing my own thing, but keen to share a beer at the pub or enjoy a Netflix/pizza binge. On a weekend I'm normally trying to get outside for adventures or catching up with friends/family. Looking for a place close to a train station, ideally for less than $300 a week. I am looking to move in June, but flexible with exact dates. If I sound like a good fit, let's arrange a visit! Cheers, Matt
I’m relocating to Sydney in five weeks. Being completely new to the state, I’d love to live with some people around my age group and make some friends. I work in a high pressure industry so also value my alone time. I keep communal areas tidy and help out around the house (but am a bad cook!) Love movies and literature, and to wind down at a tucked away bar or Netflix and red wine on the couch. Would really love to make the most of my new life in Sydney!
I am a student studying in Macquarie University Village. I like my environment to be very clean and very very tidy. I work part time in Woolies. I like to play basketball and go to live music pubs and bars.
Hey guys! I'm a 24-year old Canadian artist, working as an art teacher in an art studio in North Sydney! I'm super friendly and enthusiastic, really clean and considerate -- easy to live with! I'm passionate about eating healthy and exercising, but also really love hanging out and watching Netflix with pizza or sushi and a good beer. I'm looking for a place with some rad, easygoing roommates and good energy, to stay until the end of August. Being close to a train station is essential for me (I don't trust buses haha, they're always late!), so I can get to and from work easily. Preferred budget is $150/week, max is $170. Send me a message if you think we'd get along! :)
looking for a nice and comfortable place to share with easy going people. I am a full-time Support engineer and spend most of my time in the office, I prefer to cook sometimes and always have time for a convo
I'm a double degree law and psychology student. I study part-time and work full time at the moment. I work in retail and I'm looking for a job in my current professions at the moment. I enjoy meeting new people, cooking and pride myself in cleaning up after myself and others if necessary. I will spend most of my time either studying or working. I don't smoke and prefer to lead a healthy lifestyle and if you have a dog or pet in the house, that's even better! I like to roller skate, and talk about what's going on in the world. Listening to others is important to me, as is having my own space, reading and exploring. I would love to move in with people who don't take themselves too seriously and are always down to have a good laugh. Because I have a car, parking facilities are essential and I prefer rooms that are unfurnished.
Hi there! I work full time in the city in Payroll and HR, come the weekend I try to get out and about to explore, do some bush walks, or catching up with friends. I do secretly enjoy being a hermit some weekends too. I am looking for a two (preferred) or three bedroom share house with people that enjoy a drink or to share dinner now and again, but also appreciates their own space. Housemates that are housetrained and can clean after themselves would be much appreciated. I am looking for a bright apartment, and for a room that has a built in cupboard that can fit my queen bed and bookshelves. I don’t have a preferred move date, I am looking for the right fit and am in no rush.
Hi there, I am a 27 year old professional (Actuary). I am chill, easy going, non-smoker, following a very routine life (9am - 6pm). As a roommate, I respect others privacy, also keep my room and public areas clean and tidy. Looking forward to hearing from you :) Request for the room: Modern Apartment, Double bed, private bathroom, car park spot, air con. Move in date: I currently have 1 month notice period, prefer to move in 1 month time.
I'm 28 and pretty laid back looking for a room in an existing home share or looking to team up to rent an entire apartment. I work full time in Circular Quay 8:30-4:30pm. I enjoy the occasional drink after work, hanging out with friends, Netflix, cooking and sports. Looking for someone who is up for a chat and drink after work, but also likes their own space and is clean around the house. No problem with having people stay over or come for a few drinks but I'm not into any massive parties. Move date by weekend of 7/8 July at the latest. Looking ideally for a place close to a train line/easy transportation to the CBD and Circular Quay. Preferably own bathroom and I require a car space (either on or off street parking).
Looking to start a new lease with someone. I've previously had my own place so have most of furniture, appliances, utensils, cutlery, etc. Would love to team-up with someone that is looking to make a place an inviting and fun space to come home to. I'm really house pride, so would like to live with someone like-minded. I would like to look for a place to live like a home. I work full time in North Sydney. I am laid back, friendly and respectful with a great sense of humour. I am a clean responsible person and expect the same from you. I like to read books, watch movies(not TV), going out with friends. I like cooking and baking and also I am learning guitar. My weekends always vary but I love staying social, so tend to be in and out a lot. I like to learn new languages so if you are keen to teach your language and tell me about your country's culture that would be a plus. Also I own an XBOX and a few games like FIFA, GTA etc. but I rarely play by my own. So if you like console games we could play sometimes.
I am a bubbly, friendly person who enjoys the company of people. I am 23 and work full time in the city so I would only be home during the evenings. I am clean, respectful and considerate especially in living in someone else’s home. On weekends, I love going out, getting brunch, going for walks and spending time with people and my boyfriend. I would also love to get to know my roommates better and do things with them as well. Looking forward to meeting with you :)
Sofia and I are a very respectful, tidy couple looking for a place to live out the next stage of our lives and have some fun for at least 6 months to a year or so. We are quiet and peaceful, she is from Italy and I am from Sydney. She is finishing her master degree in Literature to find a full time position while i continue my bachelor of Engineering and work permanent part time.
Hi. I am a Brit who has recently moved over. I’m friendly, clean and easy going. Great person to chat over a glass of wine. Taken up swimming (now that I’m in a warmer country!) Definitely made for the sun. I’m an occupational therapist who works in St Leonard’s. Looking forward to exploring Sydney, the beaches and of course the food.
