I respect the others privacy but I'm also happy to chat and share a glass of wine sometimes. I don't have pets but I'm an animal lover so I don't mind if you have your own... If this fits for you please contact me. Cheers
Heeeey Mates :-) We are 2 easy guys from Germany. Both of us are working 40+ hours per week. We are really outgoing and we love to socialise. Always in for some drinks and having some conversation in the evening. I know we are from Germany but we have Humor einher so don't mind! We speak proper English so there are no comprehension problems Small Introduction: Tim: soccer, socialising, meeting Friends, travelling and connecting "Flo": Basketball, acutally Sport am all, Music and meeting new People from around the world. We can move in whenever you want. We would love to get some replies. Thanks in advance:-)
I am self employed & a bit of a rolling stone. I travel constantly for work - 3 to 4 times per week as a general rule. Will consider up to $450 for perfect home, that makes me swoon & is a lil paradise - feel free to message me up to that, if you have a place you think ticks all the boxes for a social gal that likes urban & nature. I'm looking for a central home base, in the CBD, but also open to the lower noth shore (as far as Gore Hill). Also the Inner West, I like the Camperdown & Broadway areas, not sure about Newtown, but great flatmates could sway me to being certain its my next home hood. On my days off I'm about catching up on sleep, seeing friends & perhaps hanging with my cool new flatmates. I like a glass of wine or vodka. I do enjoy the occasional joint, but I'm about moderation - far to old to pull up well after any kind of indulgence or indulging. I watch interesting tv & utter commercial shit - my music taste is similar to my tv. I'm not keen to live with anyone ultra conservative, that is the traditional family values type. Gay, lesbian, bi, pans, trans, part time drag queen, demon in the sheets, non gendered, slightly twisted, slapper, green, gender neutral, blue, striped or polka dots - I don't care what race you are, if or how you label your sexuality or gender, as long as it makes you happy. I do mind if you like to believe in bigotry, racism, sexism, homophobia, descrimination or support hate, engage your rage or believe in a superior race. I'm not a tree hugging hippy or raving feminist, I am into equality, but I've got a really bad sense of humor than can push pc boundaries. I'm open to other opinions & not a jerk so you can tell me. I'm not a clean freak, but I am tidy. I don't want to live with a control freak, that has confused it witn OCD & self diagnosed themself a sufferer. I'm a go with the flow type & will occasionally leave something somewhere. I have a pet hate of moaning about a basic inconvenience for longer than it inconvenienced you. Well I wrote a bloody novel, could have just gone with something short, that said something that meant nothing, but sounded cool. If no one answers, I'm just deleting this & saying 'open minded female in 30's, self employed, dte, ktmp of all persuasions, seeks room in interesting household free of negativity. Home 3 or 4 nights most weeks, sometimes less. Slightly crazy, but saving to be eccentric.'
I am a friendly, quiet and easy-going person who is working on establishing an online bakery business. Great as a roommate, currently working full-time in the IT industry and during my spare time I will be cooking something up in the kitchen, now you know the advantage of living with me, you always get to be the first one to try out my products! ;D I also play video games and love watching movie, but I will also respect other's privacy as well as expecting others to respect mine. I generally stay in my bedroom after work, but If you want a little chat or want to have meals together from time to time, I would be more than happy to join the occasion. :)

Hi I am Dhiresh, I am very respectful, clean and easy to live with. I love watching sports and don't mind the odd beer at the pub. I work full time in a role I really enjoy, this involves having a small office at home. Another part of my job involves regular travel. I do need a car space for my work vehicle. I have a couch, fridge and washing machine. Ideally I would like to team up with someone and find a suitable place together. Please message if you are interested, Dhiresh
Easy going hardworking guy from Spain ready to live the experience in Sydney and make new friends.
Hi, I've been back in Australia for 3 years having spent the last 12 living and working in London. I work in the film Industry. I work full-time, and while there is an office in Surry Hills that I can use, I prefer working from home most days. I'm looking for a professional, easygoing housemate 35+. Ideally just one housemate, but would consider living with two. Ideally I'd like a larger bedroom (smaller is OK if there is a study). I'm looking for a house that feels like home, I don't mind getting a cleaner, I like to cook, and am pretty relaxed about things generally. Pet's are no problem. I would also consider finding a house with someone and us both moving in together. I'll respond to emails promptly, hope to hear from you.
I am a chilled easy going chick from NZ, adventure nut, loves all food, movie buff, live gigs, getting creative in kitchen and more recently motorbikes. Looking at something semi permanent for the next 2-3 months, currently working in hospitality and doing part time study. I'm a very respectful, courteous human who loves being social, respectful of fellow humans and is always up for a cook off. <3
Seeking a room for a couple between $250-400 AUD. Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. Therefor I won't be able to do an inspection before moving in I will go by photos/videos and contact with the owner (ideally phone call). If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people and definitely want to live with other people who don't play loud music etc. Other notes: Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has an oven and a gas stove top. (Don't like using an electric one). Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.

Hi guys, I'm an economist currently working for the UN in Afghanistan. I'm coming back to Sydney to finish some post grad studies and complete a consultancy project. I'm engaged, but my fiance is currently living in Colombia (she will most likely visit every few months so I hope that's ok). I am a very active person, I love to cook, travel, and have an easy going nature. I like people that don't take themselves too seriously and can enjoy joke.
I'm a very easy-going, clean and tidy person. I'm a full time vet nurse, currently working mostly nights. I'm pretty social and often up for a chat but also like my own space and am respectful of others. In my free time I like traveling, scuba diving, relaxing on the beach and binge watching netflix. I'm looking to move in with like-minded people. I come with a big, beautiful, very lazy K9 so I need to move in with people who have a mutual love for dogs and have a property that is dog friendly with a decent sized yard.
We are an Italian mid20th professional couple looking for a new place to move in. Very easy going couple, clean and respectful. We like to meet new people to enjoy a glass of wine with, we like to cook too and hanging out. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Mario & Chiara
Hey. I've recently moved from London where I studied in University and lived whilst proceeding with a career path. After a decade there I felt like it was time to move out of UK and adventure off to another country for work/travel. Outdoor enthusiast who loves to climb, have surfed in the past and would be keen on training myself back onto a board. Happy to socialise and teach people to climb, not a big party person, but do enjoy friendly publy gatherings. Love sci-fi/fantasy movies and most certainly happy to Netflix. Love food (eats all), happy with dogs and pretty chill, not a high maintainence character but respects peoples space and cleanliness. I will be looking for part-time work at first so as to get into the swing of how work life goes but will only look at full-time after i have finished exploring. End goal would be good to get sponsored by a company in my career path etc.. I'm looking at 3 months to more length of stay but there will come a time where i will need to run off into the outback in search of farm work so as to get my second year visa. :) Hope some of the above sounds good to peeps!
Hi everybody, I have been living in Wahroonga with friends for the past 3 years but it is time to explore elsewhere. I do have a very relaxed friendly kelpie dog that I would love to bring with me but if you can't have dogs and the place is right then I can sort something out.. Iv a very relaxed easy going stress free human through the week and like to socialise on the weekends.. I am very mindful of others spce and privacy, always very clean and tidy up aftermyself and always down for a chat, movie or a beverage. :).. can move before 27th of June if needed and also stay time I would rather something more than 6 months but again happy to all offers!
