Hi I am Nicole and I am a young student who moonlights as a nanny. I am very clean and easy to live with. I come with 2 well behaved animals (1 rabbit and 1 labrador) and do not tolerate any bad behaviour from them. I cook, clean and cooperate. I am quiet and respectful if you don't like to mingle but also happy to hang out and drink wine. All I'm looking for is a a nice, clean place to live.
Particular with neatness and cleanliness, quiet, easy going, like privacy, prefer granny flats, or studios to live in. No sharehouses or team ups please.
Clean, tidy and friendly. Work full time as a teacher. Looking for a place to share with one or two others which has a decent sized room and preferably an ensuite/own bathroom and garage/off street parking.
I am a young professional, working as a management consultant in Sydney CBD. I recently moved to Sydney from Ireland and am still trying to get my bearings in the city. I am friendly, easy-going and respectful. I value my personal space but am always up for a good chat. I also like to maintain a clean and tidy living environment at all times. I like to hit the gym, listen to music or catch up on my favourite TV series in my free time and, as an expat in Sydney, I hope to explore all that the city has to offer...so any advice for a newbie would be most welcome!
I'm a pretty quiet person who spends most of my time reading and writing (I just published a book.) That being said I enjoy a good conversation about life, philosophy and business. I'm a bit of a minimalist, choosing to have few possessions and hence am a very tidy housemate. I like a clean house but at the same time am not OCD. Look forward to meeting you.
Hi, I have recently arrived in Sydney and am currently living in Abbotsford, but am looking to relocate to Lane Cove or Crows nest to be closer to friends and family. I work full time as a mechanical engineer, Im clean tidy and respectful of others. Irish by birth I have moved to Sydney after sixteen years in The Netherlands. Whilst not so much of a party animal, I do enjoy a couple of beers a game of rugby and a chat, but also enjoy my own peace and quiet. I have listed my move date as end of April as I want to give my current flatmate time to find a replacement for me. I can if necessary move before then. I have also put my stay period as six months but if I find a place with someone Im happy to live with this can be extended to suit. I look forward to meeting you :-)
French guy arrived in April for a long time in Australia. I'm working as a planning engineer on the NorthConnex project. I'm looking for renting a room in flatmates where I could meet other people from Australia or other part of the world.
Just a bit about myself...I'm a 29 year old professional working as a consultant but also a fashion designer. I've just moved to Sydney from Perth and looking to stay here for a few years. Very chilled out, like to have a laugh and easy to live with. Looking to move in 13-14 May :)
Things I am: I am easy going, fun. I love clean and tidy environment. Occasionally I enjoy little chat and some wines. I do not cook much but I LOVE FOOD. Things I am not: I am not a smoker (but I have no problem staying with smokers). I am not a party animal. I am not anti social.
Im working full time as data consultant in circular quay and looking for a place of my own or share with maximum one other female (need my own bathroom) in suburbs with easy access to circular quay.
We are both very clean and outgoing. We have lived with roommates before when in university so we understand the dynamics of sharing a place with others! We are both looking to get full time jobs so we won't be home too much.
Moving to Sydney from NZ to take up a job at UTS. Looking for a large private room in a share house close to the CBD or close to a bus/train station. I'm a clean, active, easy-going and social person hoping to find some fun people to live with. I will have a full time job so will likely be busy during the week but am always down for exploring the city, binge watching netflix or having a wine on the weekends.
Hi I'm George, 26, moving to Sydney from Perth and am looking for a place to stay not too far from where I work. I am working as a remote engineer in the healthcare industry, so having a good internet is a must! Pretty easy going and usually like to stay in but enjoy going out occasionally. If you're into drones we will hit right off!
Hi, my name is Harry, 24, moving from Melbourne to Sydney for work. Currently looking for a place to stay that't not too far from work (North Ryde). I'm just a really down to earth individual, easy-going, clean, tidy and love meeting new people. I know the boundaries of personal space and just looking to live with someone who is the same. We all like "me time" now and again haha! I'm a working professional so would like to live with someone like-minded. I can cook and have a keen interest in playing sport/ going to the gym. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time.
Looking for some short term accommodation. 4-12 weeks. Very quiet guy, full time work and part time Uni student (external). Party years are behind me, few beers on a Saturday afternoon is must though. Gym regularly for powerlifting. Looking for a quiet place to study and sleep. Will cook once or twice a week for meal prep. Very clean and honest. Will happily supply character references.
I am a 27 year old professional working in the city. I am looking for a fun and considerate flat share situation. I am quite busy during the week after work and the weekends, but am happy to kick back and enjoy a meal or a drink with flatmates. I have shared before and am considerate, tidy and clean (but not a freak).
