My friend and I are Taiwanese. We plan to go to Sydney to start our working holiday journey. We are female. My friend is a LGBT. But we aren't couple. We want to live with English speakers. And we must use kitchen. Of course we like to share food with you. And If close to train station is better, cause we don't have car at first, and have to find a job. Let me know If you have available room for rent. Thanks!
Hiya, I'm Meg. I'm 25 and work in the CBD area in IT. During the week I'll be at work either travelling interstate or in Sydney. I currently stay in St Leonards but my lease is up soon and would like to move into a new space. On the weekdays I like to go for walks/to the gym, watch the bachelorette (yes you read that right), attempt and fail at cooking then order in. On the weekend, I like to go on roadtrips, catch up with friends for dinner and drinks. I also brunch religiously. For ease of access to the CBD, I need to be close to a train station. Ideally looking for a room with ensuite but I'm also open to teamups and finding an apartment for lease if I can find a clean and tidy flatmate. I'm clean and tidy, I like to keep the apartment looking (and smelling) nice at all times.
(Flexible move date and open-ended length stay) Hello I'm Kim- I'm a studying digital design and working as an educator. I've spent time living overseas and like to live with people who have a positive attitude about multiculturalism. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere on the train line between North Sydney and Chatswood, with unlimited internet to share, and a peaceful, pleasant housemate dynamic. I mostly like to relax and recharge on my own at home, but I like to live with nice people I can have a talk to or watch a movie with from time to time. I'm reliable and tidy, would prefer to be off the main road- somewhere with access to nature would be lovely!
French engineer, long term working on Sydney Driverless Metro project, remarkably positive and easy going, quiet, obliging, non-smoker. I train in F45 each day prior to work. Currently living in hotel: flexible on move date. Looking for long term preferably furnished room, in North Sydney train station area. I used to live in flatshares when I was student, and later, and enjoyed it.
Hi my name is Zoe, I am moving to Sydney in January to start a full-time job. I am a neat, responsible, outgoing person looking for somewhere to live with people of a similar age in the North Sydney area. I enjoy nights out socialising, but also every now and again like to just chill out at home and do nothing.
A bit about me: I'm 24 years old from Brazil and I've been in Australia since mid 2013. I currently work as a service delivery manager for an IT company in Frenchs Forest, Monday to Friday. I consider myself being a very friendly person, tidy, clean, and love watching some Netflix and movies during the week to relax. Going out for drinks and food every now and then is something I enjoy doing as well! On the weekends i like going to the beach, do some snorkelling and catch up my partner and friends most of the times. Happy to answer any other questions you might have :)
My name is Sam. I am a full time professional working in building construction, who speaks Cantonese, Mandarin & English. I am non-smoker, non-alcoholic, only social drinker, friendly & approachable, clean & tidy person. I value the importance of finding a good fit person to share a house happily. I like playing table tennis, go swimming, jogging and do outdoor activities such as hiking and BBQ activities.
Easy going and down to earth married couple. Together for 7 years our relationship started as work colleges back in 2004... Married in 2013 :) Both from the print industry and entrepreneurs pursuing our dreams and creating new opportunities to live a healthy balanced life. Both with kids from previous relationships currently in the care of others, right now it is just the 2 of us working together to overcome adversity and get back on our feet and rebuild our family home :)
I'm very easy going, enjoy being outside and being active! Love watching sport and hanging out with mates. Very considerate and know where my boundaries are. Work full time.
you'll love living with me, put a beer in my hand, stand me in front of the BBQ and watch me go! Easy going full time profession in the music industry :) pretty good on the fitness front but do like a move night, wine and chin wag. looking for a "home" not a frat house. *My job is very demanding at times so i do need space for a desk either in the room or the house, i have my own queen bed too so built ins would be nice :)
Hi, I am a 28 year old guy who is relocating from Perth to Sydney for work on 31 October. I am respectful, clean and pretty chill. I enjoy meeting new people, catching up for a few quiet drinks and staying out of trouble. As a professional consultant, I am required to work long hours and travel for work, which I love. When not working, I relax by watching footy, listening to music and trying to be creative. I've been told that I am pretty nifty on a trivia night. I am looking for a furnished room in a shared house that is reasonably central so I can commute to work in Barangaroo daily. I am also looking to occupy this space for at least 6 months. Thanks - don't hesitate to reach out of you have any questions. Mitch.
I'm a 27-year-old immigration lawyer from Brisbane who will be working full-time in Sydney CBD. I have a ten-month old kitten Mimo who is fully toilet-trained (never had an accident with her toilet habits) and the most affectionate cat you will ever meet. I love cats and would expect my housemates to be mammal-friendly. (You don't necessarily have to be cat-friendly, as I have had numerous friends who considered themselves "dog people" instantly fall in love with Mimo when they stayed over at my place. My current housemate of 1.5 years in Brisbane is also one of them!) As I have a busy work life, I prefer time to myself to relax after work. I care a lot about maintaining a quiet household and environment. I prefer gated apartments and accommodation that is ideally not carpeted. Your place would also ideally not have leather couches or anything leather that you care about; or if you do, be open to my putting a couch cover on it at my expense. Whilst Mimo has always been trained not to scratch anything other than her cat tree and scratch toys, she can leave the occasional faint marks on the leather surface when she prances around. I am friendly, considerate, will respect your personal space and expect the same from others. I would not mind occasional chats and drinks on the weekends. I have a zero tolerance policy for persistent evangelism, racism, bigotry or homophobia. My move-in date will have to fall in between the last week of November and 2nd December 2017. I am on the lookout for short-term 3-month leases at the moment but will be happy to extend if I like the place. I am also open to taking up places that are available short-term for at least 3 weeks.
Hi, me and my girlfriend are looking for a room to live together, we are both from Japan and just got to Sydney a week ago. We are very chill, easy going, tidy and clean, like to meet new people. Look forward to hearing from you! Feel free to send a message. Cheers!
Easy going & friendly, full time working professional, quiet, clean. Like jogging, swimming, live music. Love a beer after work.
I am a 18 years old student from Germany that currently works as a demi pair. I finish my work at the middle of February and hope to find a new job and an accomodation from this time on. I am very open minded and I won’t make any difficulties. I am hoping not only to find some flatmates but also some great friends too. The city is just amazing and I try to enjoy every day and live it like it was the last. I love going to the beach or just to the city. Looking forward to seeing you ☺️
I am a North QLDer moving to Sydney to start at my new job. I am a graphic designer and a photographer who loves to listen to music. I mostly keep to myself but i don't mind hanging out with people in small gatherings.
