Part-time hospital shift-worker. Full time student in Occupational Therapy. Any spare time is best spent relaxing, reading or in the dance studio (ballroom/latin). I am from Brisbane and I am looking for a space close to the city and UQ.
I am a tidy sociable girl who also enjoys a little quiet time. However sociability is a big thing for me and I love making new friends and meeting new people. I am respectful of others and I am polite. I love a good laugh and I am a happy and positive but realistic person. I really enjoy card games and group activities. I have a wide variety of interests and am a very open-minded person. I always pay my bills on time. My length of stay is flexible and I am looking to stay from THREE to SIX months depending on the weekly rent. The move in date is also flexible. I am looking for a private room. I would love a mix of guys and gals to hang with :) I am currently a student studying full-time at QUT and working part-time.
Hi, I'm a 30 something yo professional looking to settle in Brisbane after spending 10 years in Western Australia and 3 years in Victoria. My dream home would consist of: - Max 3 other friendly, relaxed peeps in the house - Unfurnished bedroom with space for a queen bed and a small desk - Hopefully some form of cooling in the house for summer months (what can I say, I’m Victorian...) - Ideally have somewhere that I can store a bike and SUP board...can be in bedroom if suitable - some form of car parking, my car is my sanity and freedom machine - Chilled, drama free vibe with people that like to occasionally socialise and have a meal together, and whom are able to share the load of household chores. I've spent a lot of my adult life in share houses so it's something that I prefer over living alone. I like to get to know my flatmates but also happy to do my own thing (anything outdoors, adventure, salsa dancing, hiking, skiing, fitness). Definitely not looking for a party house but I can get on board with a get together at mutually convenient times. I'm open minded and I try to be positive and supportive of those around me. My new job starts 1st April, working 9-5 in the CBD, occasional work trips away. So ideally looking to move in before then if possible. Thanks for stopping by, looking foward to meeting you!
Hi everyone! I'm looking to join or create a sharehouse in the inner-north or inner-west. I am a freelance writer and have two part-time jobs so I'm rarely home during the day, but my labradoodle Finn will be. He's house trained and takes two long walks a day so he's pretty chill and will only bother you for a cuddle. Looking for a relaxed and social house but not a party house, I value my sleep too much ;) Happy to hang out, have a drink, play some board games, go to a gig but also very respectful of your space and I like my alone time too! Let me know if you'd be keen to meet up to talk about your sharehouse or creating our own. Speak soon!
I wouldn't say I'm OCD but I generally like a really clean house so I'll often clean 2-3 times a week to maintain a sense of order and cleanliness. I have to work for a living so I don't want to get sick. This is one of the main reasons I like to maintain a clean space while getting along with people who think and live the same way. On my days off, I'll often be away to visit family or just generally be out and about with my friends. I really like my own space so my future housemates won't have any issues affecting their own privacy. Unless, its' about bin nights or something house-related I'm pretty much all ears. Overall, I'm looking to live in a space that is just generally clean and housemates who respect each other's privacy and space. I like to chat too but I'm generally understanding that someone might be tired from work or other things. I'm not looking for a huge space. I'm happy with just a room that could fit me as I don't really horde things as I generally travel alot and I like to have as minimal things to carry as possible.
I'm a very young at heart (and body). Looking to share with only one person. Partying days are over and I like to walk to keep fit, eat a healthy diet and do meditation but I love the odd wine or two and can socialise with any age group. I'm a mindset coach who works on the phone. I've been house sitting for two years but feel the need to put down roots. I have owned my own property and rented it on occasion. Prior to house sitting I rented a unit for 9 years and a house for 4 years, so my history is stable, as is my temperament. Don't let my age let you overlook considering me as a potential housemate. i have more forward thinking ideas than people half my age. And don't let my self employment status mean you might miss out on a fantastic housemate either. I have a guaranteed income so that regardless of a bad week or even a bad year in business I have the financial capacity to pay rent and utilities. I love cooking and of course eating. Very respectful of other people's time, space and belongings. I like to live in a clean, uncluttered environment and strive to ensure that it stays that way. I am flexible, considerate and caring and think I'd be an asset to any share situation.
Hey looking for a place to stay two or three nights a week for uni. I'm in my first year at UQ and currently live and work on the on the gold coast. Looking for some chill people to live with who are friendly and overall just good people to live with. I'm a pretty relaxed person who spends a lot of time at uni (likely from 9am until 7pm), but i'm friendly and quite keen to meet some new people. Also flexible regarding when I move in
Morning everyone!.. Today is the day!!!, I have found a beautiful Queenslander with 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms to share the place with two persons more (move in the middle of April). Selfcontained first floor for yourself. Please send me an email if the information below sounds like a good deal for you too. The house has a self contained first floor, bedroom with absolutely great built-in and Airconditioning. It has a large space where you can accommodate your furniture and a kitchenette( you may get a gas stove and fridge or welcome to use kitchen upstairs. All downstairs area is for yourself. I anticipate that my mother will come for the first time to Australia between September and October this year and although we will be travelling for a few weeks ( so you have full space for yourself during this time), I would like her to be comfortable upon our return). Off course during her time, I will pay extra regarding bills. This apply in the same way if you have a close friend/family to visit, thus the bills are reasonable divided. I will buy part of the essential furniture and hope to find a great Housemate who is responsible with bills, clean and tidy. who would like to share a Queenslander house that is located within walking distance to Auchenflower train station. So if you work at Wesley Hospital, in the city Cbd, this place is really close. Love riding bike!???? Yes, it is not far from the riverside bike path. The cost for downstairs is $240 and you will need to contact current tenants who are breaking the lease. I'm very keen to make this place home! I work full time in the city with the government, enjoy dancing rehearsals on Wednesdays and occasionally paintings on Saturdays. I'm not a big drinker,, perhaps I share more coffee times and sometimes a glass of wine. The other person in the house is my Friend and she works full time and study part time. Please send me an email with a brief note if this sounds something similar to what you are looking for. I can send you some pictures about the place. Thank you so much!!!,, Cheers :)
I'm easy to get along with, enjoy keeping busy and socialising but appreciate my own time and space and allow others theirs. I work full time and enjoy being creative in my spare time :) I'm clean and tidy, and reliable so paying rent on time wouldn't be any issue.
I'm very quiet and respectful. I like to clean but not in an OCD way. I've just got a job in Milton as an admin assistant so I'll be working office hours. I like going to the gym and hiking. I'm looking for a flatshare that is close to a train station as I don't have a car. I've moved up here from Melbourne and I don't have any stuff yet so I would like to find a furnished place.
Im studying fine art at Griffith full time and babysitting part time. I’m introverted and love me time but also love a good laugh and convo. I’m super easy going and am very responsible and tidy - I don’t drink or smoke or party (but don’t mind if you do!) I love plants and art and music and food and sleep :) Brisbane born and raised and looking for a stress free/drama free household to call home

Hi! I'm James, 24, male, full-time UQ postgrad. I identify as mostly gay if it matters. I'm a friendly, easy-going, fun fellow. I'm always clean, keep my shits together, and I'm fun to be with. I do need my own space to study so not really up for a party house, but I'm always happy to meet and socialise with new mates when I have time. In my down time I like to go running, do yoga, chill and explore the city, hiking, cafe, and more. Feel free to contact me if you want to know or team up for a share house :) Cheers, James
