I'm currently a college student in China and I'm going to study in UNSW for master degree.I'm an easygoing guy who like to socialize while respect other's personal space and time. I like music, outdoor activities and fit in gym... I cook Chinese food from time to time and I LOVE BBQ and most of the western food. I will arrive Sydney on 19/Jun/2017, Sydney is a strange land for me since it's my first time to be there. Accommodations near UNSW are desirable and I prefer to live with students or young professionals.
Hey, I'm moving to Sydney from the UK in July to study at UNSW for a year. I'm very clean and organised, I like spending time with my flatmates in the evening and exploring on the weekend, but I also enjoy spending time by myself. I'm quite active, enjoy going to the gym and spending time outdoors, whether that be the beach or in town. I'm very easy going and get along with people easily.
Hey, I'm looking for somewhere to stay in Sydney for 5 or 6 weeks (early July until mid-August) while I'm doing a short exchange at the University of Sydney. I'm 26, English (based in London) and hoping to find people of a similar age to share with, bonus points if I was sharing with people who can surf and would be willing to laugh at me while I tried super hard! I'm looking for somewhere close to the university and in a reasonably nice/safe area since; I've lived in houseshares for a couple of years and I can be a little shy but I'm friendly and clean up after myself. Hope to hear from someone soon. :)
Hi there! My name is Clarisse, a marketing student of TAFE NSW hailing from sunny Manila (Philippines). I also work part-time as a marketing & communications assistant to the Australian Marketing Institute, so you could say I'm soaking myself in marketing and Sydney. :) I'm a non-smoker and a very chill, low-key introvert, so you'll often find me reading or watching Netflix. But discussions about books, movies, and even your favorite crustaceans are always welcome! Would love to hear from you! :)
I'm a 23 year old Cinematographer working in Annandale. very recently moved to Sydney. Outdoors guy, love shooting surf photography, international travel, snowboarding, watching movies and gym training. Very laid back, fun, clean and tidy. Working 9-5 in Sydney. Will be overseas or travelling for periods for work Looking for a room with parking available :)
Hi, I am a full time analyst working in the film industry, in the city. I am an outgoing introvert, prefer quality talks and/or some quiet times for myself. I love food and traveling. I am looking for a studio/1 bed room, or ONE person to share in a home, no couple or family please. I am looking for a long-term home, 12months+, will consider to extend my stay if there's no big issues of the property. I like my place to be bring/sun filled, well circulated (window) and tidy, closed to public transport, with reasonable living spaces. Ideally it's timber floor or tile, but well maintained carpet is also considerable. No Smokers please. If you happen to have a property sounds like this, please contact me. I am not in a rush to move in, will consider to be put on the waiting list if it's a decent place. Thanks, Edie
Very mature and responsible girl looking for a new place, preferably all females around their 20's-40's! Also looking for something long term, I work full time in Bondi junction so you'll only see me floating around between shifts!
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha..
Hi, I'm Gareth, an Irish backpacker but working full time in Hyde Park. I'm respectful, tidy and keep to myself most of the time but do enjoy weekend activities, the odd night out and a sing song now and then. Im in sydney up until the beginning of September and looking for a nice place to stay until then. Thanks
I am generally a clean and quiet girl, easy to talk to and get along with! I am originally from the Central Coast but have recently got a job in Bondi Junction so I'm looking for somewhere closer to cut down my trip to work, preferably somewhere near public transport would be ideal. Any questions or comments please feel free to contact me!
A mature 18 year old girl looking to move out of home. I'm not a fussy person, nor am I untidy or lazy. I respect personal space and consider myself very easy to adjust and compromise. Accepting of all people, easy to get along with and can promise reliability as a room mate!
Hello future house mate/s! We are a fun and social couple who have lived together for a year now. Sadly our house mates are going travelling and we would like to move to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place in Wolli Creek area. If you aren't familiar with the area- it is ideal as it is a quick commute to the city and beaches and right on the train line! (It is also very affordable and you get more for your money compared to the eastern suburbs!) A bit about us? Olly is a 25 year old British guy who loves his rugby, going out to the pub and playing golf on the weekends. He works in Sales in the city and is rarely in a bad mood :) He has pretty decent banter...and likes to quote the office (brit tv show). Summer, is a 27 year old Australian who is currently doing a post grad in law at Sydney Uni. She also works as a legal assistant, in a restaurant and is a tennis coach. As a couple we enjoy cooking (relatively healthy), coffee addicts, spending our weekends discovering Sydney's best brunch spots and just general hanging out with friends on the weekend. I can assure you that we aren't an annoying argumentative couple to live with, we are very easy going and split household chores and cooking 50/50. Who do we want? Either a couple or a single who is social and can chat in the living room but can also respect each others privacy. Someone who will help with the household duties and will clean up after themselves. We envisage you to be one of our mates, not someone who hides in their room. Happy to meet up for a drink before this and look at properties together :) About the apartment? Our lease is up in Aug 25th, so thats when we want to move into our new place. Hoping to find a teamup couple/single to live with before then- and we can all sign the 12 month lease. We want a 2 bed 2 bath so we can each have our own spaces and can entertain and socialise in the living room/ balcony. Our max budget is $350 a week- so we ideally want a place for 700 a week which we split per room. If one room is bigger than the other, than we are happy to pay a bit more for the larger room. There are some really nice apartments in the Wolli creek area right next to the station with balcony, pools, gym etc! Please get in contact if you are interested- we are happy to have a chat! Summer & Olly x
33 y/o IT professional who works full time in a software company. I also do some casual work on the weekends. I am quite clean/tidy as a housemate and look after the place as my own. Laid back bloke and easy to live with and regular gym goer. I love outdoor and beach so will enjoy beautiful Sydney as much as I can. I cook and eat healthy, and don't mind to share. Anything else you like to know, just ask.
Hey, I'm moving to Sydney from the UK in July to study at UNSW for a year. I'm really tidy and like to be organised, I enjoy having my own space but equally like to chill and watch a film or have dinner with my housemates in the evenings. I'm quite active, love going to the gym and to the beach etc and am super easy going.
Stuart and I are in our mid 20s, have full time jobs and don't party or smoke. We tend to be very quiet but we don't bite and are friendly! Usually I am quiet tired after work so I come home to cook with Stu and have dinner, then go into my room to play games on my PC - same with Stu, so we're pretty easy to live with. We love a clean place so you won't have to worry about having to ask us to clean.
Hey David I'm really interested in renting the room in your place. I'm just back from a 4 month trip around Asia and I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm from Ireland but have been living in Sydney for the past 2.5 years I'm really easy going and social however respectful of peoples space. I'm working in the Australian Museum full time in HR so your place is ideal for me! I'm pretty chill during the week, enjoy cooking, music and film. I'm pretty social and enjoy a drink or two on the weekend with friends. I'm looking for a house with friendly people to share the odd dinner/movie with every now and then however I'm also happy to do my own thing :-) If I sound like the right fit please let me know when we can arrange a viewing :-)

Hey there - I am Andrew, a 26yo Male who works in IT Consulting by day, typical 9-5 depending on what project i'm on. Into cars, board games, tech and youtube. Outside work I enjoy catching up with friends, the odd wine here and there and eating out with friends and some tv/youtube. Looking more for a 'homely vibe' and not just a place to stay. A place where we all have our own things going on, but also the odd catch up / wine and dinner is great.
