Hi everybody! My name is Thibault, i'm a 20 years old french guy. I'm actually working in Pyrmont and living in Pyrmont and I want to move in another suburb of Sydney. I'm looking for a calm flat and not too far from the public transport to central I'm very friendly, and I like to do many things ( sport, going around Sydney, going out, chilling.. ) Feel free to contact me! Thank you :) Thibault
Hi! I am a postgrad at the University of Sydney so would like to live close by. I'm keen to move in soon and am looking for a long term stay and am flexible about move dates.
Hi, I'm a 26 year old yoga instructor/aerialist from Viet Nam, I also write and sing. I'm a tidy, respectful person and I'm fun to be around with. I love training, going on adventures, every once in a while I party sunrise. I'm gonna spend some time in Sydney and I hope to find a good shelter, as well as good housemates to create some memorable memories during my stay in Australia.
Hey, I'm Tom and I'm 23 from the Sunshine State, looking for a room to rent from the 13th of August to mid Feb. I'm a big sports fan, loving all things rugby, cricket, basketball and in between. I'll be working full time in the CBD at Suncorp from 8 - 5:30 Mon - Fri. Then out exploring Sydney for most of the weekend with my girlfriend, who is working in Australia and living in the Northern Beaches. I'm a very friendly and approachable person, who loves to have a chat over meals as well as lounging out with room mates watching telly or spending time together over the weekend. But I also love time to myself, reading or binging tv shows and watching basketball. I'm tidy, both common areas and my room, organised and easy going. I'm a pretty average cook so it all evens out in the end!
Hi guys, I'm 30 years old professional who works full-time in Finance (in CBD). I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now. I would call myself very clean and tidy person (have a bit of OCD with cleanliness i think) and respect other's privacy. I prefer quiet and chill weekends to recharge my energy as i usually work long hours during the week, and I am definitely not a party person. However, don't mind to have a glass of wine and share daily news with my flatmate after a hard day's work. I don't like to cook, so you will rarely see me in the kitchen. In case if you need a reference, my current flatmate with whom I've been living since i came to Australia, I believe wouldn't mind to provide some feedback. The reason for me to leave the current place is due to our apartment being sold. What I am looking for: - 1 Flatmate who has a full-time job, tidy and nice. - My budget is $350 (incl bills). - Need own bathroom. - My place needs to be near the train station. - Will move in on 11th of August, 2018. If you have any questions, just send me a message. Thank you!!
We are Fabian and Barbara, couple for 10 years. We have spent quite a few days looking for the perfect place to live in Sydney, and we will continue searching until we find it, we know it exists. Barbara is Hospitality Supervisor, and I Public Analyst. We are very neat, clean and respectful, so we look for a place like us. No parties (Sydney has many, many places to have fun), no smoking inside the home. We look for a private room in house or studio (NOT APARTMENT), where we have quick access to use our bicycles. Another important aspect is that it should be a place with few people, less than three, it would be ideal.
Hi I’m an international student, studying law and arts at USyd. I’m pretty easygoing and I like to keep my accommodation clean and quiet. Looking for a perfect accommodation that I can stay for long term throughout my degree.
We clean up after ourselves and have respect for other people’s privacy and space! Ben is a qualified musician and I’m a student of the Psychological Sciences so there’s definitely potential for some interesting conversations. We’re looking for more long-term stay as well as a room big enough for Ben’s music equipment. Pets are always a bonus for sure! We’re not much of the rowdy/party people type so a calm and chill place is preferred. We are currently both working as baristas under a cafe branch that’s very popular in America (can you take a guess?) ;) We’re chill, friendly and open minded individuals whose fun activity time consists of staying in, watching movies, music music music, and snacking (discreetly in the depths of the night...) :D
Hey, I'm Christina, 26 years old, coming from Germany. I love to explore and travel different countries and cities, which is why I decided to come to Sydney to spend a semester abroad at the University of Sydney for 4 months (postgraduate programme in psychology). I'm very open minded and outgoing. I'm into techno music and all kinds of festivals (music, art, food etc.). I also like to go for a run, do yoga or just hang out with friends with a glass of wine or a good movie. Since I've been living in shared flats for the last 6 years I'm used to this kind of living already and have no problems with keeping a place clean. I like to spend time with my flatmates, for example while cooking or going out together. But closing the door behind you and having some time to yourself when you feel like it is absolutely fine as well. I'm looking for a lively flat with interesting flatmates so that I can get to know Australia and Sydney not only as a visitor but be part of this city! Hope to hear from you soon!
I am easy going, respectful of privacy but also love to sit down for a chat. I like to keep my space clean and I hope you do too. I grew up in rural victoria but moved to Sydney to build a career in something that I am passionate about. Flash forward one year and everything is on track, I just need a place to stay! Please message me if you would like to get to know me better.
I work full time in the travel industry. Originally I am from NZ but have been in Australia for 11 years. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, cooking and a nice glass of red! I am generally around during the week but out and about on the weekends.
Hi ! I'm a student coming to Sydney to discover new cultures and people. I'm open-minded, friendly and I want to share my hapiness with people. I'm tidy and cleany. I love cinema and drama and I'm studying foreign languages applied to business in France.
We are two professionals, Andrew 28 lawyer and James 30 NSW Ambulance, looking for a third housemate in the Surry Hills/Redfern/Newtown area. Andrew works in the CBD while I (James) work in Rozelle. We are both clean, tidy and quiet and usually work long hours. Andrew enjoys cycling and I enjoy the gym and F45, we both enjoy being active and social. We have only just started looking for a place and would prefer to find a third person to ensure everyone is happy with the place. It will be a 3 bedroom, 2 bath place with car spaces and we are looking round 800 – 1000 a week. If you’re interested, we would love to meet for a drink, introduce ourselves and see if we click. James
Hi! I'm moving to Sydney to start a job with Premier and Cabinet. I'm originally from Canberra, currently living in Terrigal, but I've always loved Sydney (inner west has my heart) so I'm excited to make the move. I'm a respectful housemate. I'm clean, pay bills and rent on time, love to socialize and hang out with my housemates but I also respect peoples space and have my own me time. My boyfriend still lives in Canberra and will come stay with me for a weekend every 2-3 weeks (so hopefully that's ok). The most important thing I'm looking for is for housemates I actually connect with and could see myself becoming friends with. Being new to Sydney, the last thing I would want is to feel like I lived with strangers. Other than that I'm vegetarian, left-leaning and environmentally conscious (but by no means perfect) and I loooooooooove a casual afternoon beer. On my time off I like to go for bush walks, generally explore my surroundings, travel, get a bit crafty, read, rewatch Rupaul's Drag Race (I can't get enough haha) and attempt to cook exciting new recipes. I also love animals so if you have a cat or dog I'll give them so many snuggles. If I sound like your type of person, please shoot me a message.
Looking for somewhere quiet during the week so that i can get my beauty sleep, but up for having a drink or doing a good bushwalk at the weekends. I work Monday to Friday 9-5 so my hours are pretty standard. I am fun-loving, open-minded and responsible and I enjoy cooking, going for walks/to the gym and I enjoy a nice wine ;)
Melbournian making the shift to Sydney for a new job. I lead an active lifestyle - I enjoy going to the gym and playing several sports. In my down time I enjoy reading, music and drinking with friends. I try to keep myself busy, but I am keen to share the occasional meal or drink with my future housemates.
Hiho! Based on my previous experiences, lived for 6 years with either 1 or 2 roommates (female + male) on 3 continents, I'd consider myself pretty clean, organised and like to have a beer or two with my flatmates but also have some privacy whenever needed. I'm more looking on a social apartment and not one where people don't speak to each other ;) I would love to have a nice view over this beautiful city and as much natural light as possible. I'm moving to Sydney bc part of my MBA/Master will be at UTS. Before coming to Australia I lived in Vienna in my own flat with a roommate and never had any troubles and always a clean apartment. I'm into travelling and was around Africa, America, Europe and experienced a lot of Asia, especially during my time working in Kuala Lumpur. Really enjoy scuba diving and currently hold a stress & rescue diver certificate. Furthermore, I try to get the most out of my camera and catch epic sceneries. Overall, I'm pretty social and was always an active member of different association or clubs, several at university and also a voluntary paramedic for 6 years. Basically I'm an easy going flatmate who wants a beautiful, furnished room and for that I offer a nice flatmate who doesn't make any troubles and is good to share a drink with over dinner :) Super open for having a Skype session or meeting in real life (I arrive in Sydney on the 20th). Hope to hear from you!
Hi my name is Sonia, I'm 28, work full time in the events and production industry, I get to do some fun and exciting stuff but mostly alot of paperwork that see's me sometimes working long and weird hours. I'm super friendly and easy to get a along with- Although I have a very small group of bff's. Well adjusted human, I love to laugh and have a great sense of humour (bias opinion inserted here) and my interests are varied although one of my greatest passions is food and I love to cook and eat ALL THE FOODS! I'm super neat, tidy and very much domesticated- I like a clean kitchen and a clean and private bathroom which also doesn't double as a guest bathroom ( I know it freaks me out when I have to clean a bathroom that people I don't know have been using- that's gross - unless i don't have to clean it then sure why not)... besides that I can stay out of your hair or be as involved/ social in the house hold as you like - I don't really mind i make friends everywhere I go but on my own I'm pretty quiet and spend alot of my down time either heading out to visit family or own my own catching up on sleep or watching movies (I LOVE MOVIES) and catching up on all the tv shows I've missed, I also love music - old skool is my jam.
Hi! My name is Lars, I have just arrived in Australia and would like to stay in Sydney for a while to work and live here. I have plenty of experience in living together with others, am tidy and can take responsibilities but at the same time you can have a lot of fun with me. But no worries I am quite good in accepting others privacy and I can see if you wanna be on your own and not to be bothered by others. Back home in Germany my profession is in nursing and I have been studying sociology part time for the last 2 years. Would be great to hear from you! Lars
