I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 50 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and silence. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
Hi :) I'm a full-time shift-worker looking to be start or be a part of a share house in January 2018. I've lived in share houses around the world and am now looking to fly the coop in Brisbane! I'm friendly, easy-going, and respectful of others. I'm looking to share a place with similar people who want to live in a happy household. I like to exercise, volunteer, socialise, dance, and read in my spare time. I'm a clean and tidy housemate, always up for a chat. Hoping to live in a space with secure parking and within 20 minutes drive to Chermside, with females /and males, aged 19-32.
Im Vanessa, a 23 year old bartender for functions/events around Sydney. I'm also a freelance 3D animator. (alcohol and cartoons, YEY!) Looking for a share house of around 3-4 people. From experience they seem to be the perfect number. Im fairly well house trained, can guarantee you'll never see my dishes in the sink! Id love a household that is prone to an occasional house dinner or weekend drinks, being total strangers in the same house makes me sad. Housemates between 18-30. My move in date is also flexible :)

We are Tautvydas and Indrė, cute couple (at least that’s what people say), who have just moved to the other side of the world to travel, explore, communicate and gain new skills in our beloved professions. Tautvydas is 26 karate trainer, while I’m 23 makeup artist and have recently finished communication degree (currently looking for a place to work as a make up artist in Sydney). We are both sociable, easy going people with a good sense of humour, looking not only for a room to sleep, but also for a great company to spend time with! We are always up for traveling, cheerful company, good music, tasty food, glass of wine and inspiring stories. As much as we love communicating, we definitely understand the meaning of personal space and appreciate when others do as well. Tautvydas and I respect the place we call home even if it is for a while, so we always try to keep the homey mood and tidy environment :)
I am a chatty Dutch guy that works in hospitality full time and is starting a business here in Oz. I am out of the house a lot, but when I am there I like to cook and there's never just food for 1 with me.
