Hey guys, I'm looking to rent a room for 6 months on the north side of Brisbane (ideally close to Hamilton) as i await the construction of my own home. I'm a full time professional working Saturday-Wednesday, but my life revolves around kiteboarding & watersports I enjoy meditation, living an active outdoors life and having a good laugh with a couple of beers. I prefer to live with chilled out like minded people in their 20's & 30's who are clean and considerate. Prefer not to live with couples or pets. I do require a car space and some storage space for my equipment. I'm super clean, talkative and a blessing to be around :-)
My partner and i are very easy going people, we tend to keep to ourselves but are always up for a chat if in the mood, we respect everyone's space but are always down to chill. My partner works night, and im currently looking for work. We are clean people, i love to help out with anything that needs to be done. My lease runs out at this place on the 1st of May, but already paid up to then so we can leave at anytime. We would really like our own bathroom as we both take forever to get ready, well actually Saba does but lets not go there xD bills included in rent would also be amazing, We both love going out, please get back to me if you would like to know more, thank you, brisbane south or the city would be great too x
I am a 27 year old childcare teacher and Netflix addict. Happy to have a cider or a zooper dooper with my housemates or let you do your own thing. I am super easy going. I am not at all a clean freak but definitely respectful of communal space and always willing to pitch in. I don't care if you work odd hours. I just like people who are open and honest so that home is a happy place :) I love animals but don't have any. I'm a non-smoker who's a big fan of headphones and boardgames. I like having barbecues with mates and the occasional cider but mostly i like going to bed early to watch Netflix. I'm straight but my best friend is a gay man so need somewhere LGBT friendly. Very easy going and easy to get along with. I have a car so need a garage space or covered carport. I am after my own bathroom I can contribute to the household furniture if necessary - love me an IKEA flat pack :P
Hi I'm Chris, and are looking at moving into a place around the Boondall / Sandgate area. A bit about me: 33yr old male full time worker, M-F job. Outside of work I enjoy playing sports, cycling, jogging at the beach, archery, camping (4wding) and dancing. I start work early in the morning (up at 4am), and enjoy an active lifestyle afterwards. In my quiet time ill be enjoying a good book or chillin to Netflix. I'm not a big drinker, usually only on special/social occasions. I enjoy living with people who are up for a chat (and abit of socializing), are tidy and respect each others privacy. I'm not looking for a 'party house'. I own a large 4wd, and it would be a must that there is some kind of reliable parking available (street parking is fine as long as spots are reliably available). Hope to hear from you soon! Chris

IAM responsible and very respectful of creating a happy household dynamics, easy going, friendly and caring. I believe it is essential to communicate working out cleaning and household duties to keep the house running smoothly. I've been a house sitter for 3 years so I have 'amazing references'. I have owned many homes of my own so I understand the importance of a peaceful happy home that runs smoothly and keeping things in great order. I love the gym, latin dancing, cycling and yoga to keep the mind, body spirit healthy and happy. I love the outdoors and keeping fit. Iam originally from NSW and just love living in QLD. Iam still meeting new friends and often attend 'meet up' groups to extend my circle. Iam looking for a place that can be partially unfurnished. I have gear in a storage unit that Iam currently selling and decluttering the old to bring in the new. I look forward to meeting you.
I am a quiet person, and like to mind my own business. I like to play computer games and cook! I like to keep the house clean and tidy. I am very friendly and very easy going. I work full-time so I am out weekdays and like to come home and rest.
I work full time so i'm out of the house from 7-5, but in my spare time I love reading, watching old movies and shows and going out to explore new places. I'm neat and tidy super friendly and love having a chat!
Hi Guys, I have just moved back to Brisbane from Canada and looking to find a place! I love to cook and im a pretty social person! I find my self to be pretty outgoing and laid back and always will clean up after myself. I have just secured a job so once i start receiving my paychecks im looking to move out to house share or do a team-up with some people to find our own place.
I grew up in Melbourne, lived in Sydney, love to cook and enjoy a couple of top shelve spirits, definitely not a heavy drinker though. My interest are cafes, beach, health and fitness, markets, outdoor festivals and of course Netflix. Friendly and easygoing, VERY clean and tidy, respect privacy, great sense of humour and open-minded.
I’m very bubbly and outgoing but also tend to do my own thing. I have an amazing pup who is very loving but also very energic so she needs space outdoors. She’s a husky so she’s big in nature and energy so anyone who can’t handle dogs probably wouldn’t be best suited as she isn’t a small dog haha I love open minded people and I’m super caring and understanding. I work big days and I do shift work so that’s why I need a big yard for pup so she’s entertained while I’m not home. If you have dogs too she gets along with all types once settled. She isn’t desexed either of anyone has any male dogs.
I am a creative cook after years of experimenting with novel combinations of ingredients given limited resources. I am educated and good for an intellectual conversation. My idea is fun is a DVD night working through cult animation or classics of cinema.
My name is Alex. I'm 30 years old and I'm a Mechanical Engineer. I'm friendly, funny and always good for a chat. My favourite sport is kitesurfing but I also go to the gym a few times per week or do some other activities as well. I'm pretty clean and take care of stuff. I love to catch up with friends for dinner and drinks but I also love to chill and watch a series on netflix:-) At the moment I'm living in an Apartment in The Valley but I have to move beginning of June. If you know something please let me know. Regards, Alex.

Hey everyone, I am currently looking for a new place to live! I am looking at apartments/ townhouses on my own and ideally looking to team up with someone similar to live with! But if the right share house comes up I won’t say no. I am 24, currently working as a childcare assistant educator and work full time Monday to Friday. I like to keep to myself most of the time, but enjoy others company every now and then. I like to have a few drinks occasionally and like to have friends over from time to time as well. Message me if you wanna know more :)
Hey! I'm Alex, I'm 20 and I work full time! I'm looking to finally move out of my parents house, I'm pretty easy to get along with & love to chat but also don't mind 'me time'. I'm generally a pretty clean person & always clean up after myself If i sound like someone you'd get along with, please feel free to shoot me a message :)
I'm a 24-year-old trans woman, part-time worker & creative looking for a lgbt+ friendly household. I'm very quiet and social. I am outside of the house a lot but it would be nice to find a place to also entertain a friend or two. In my free time, I like to read, watch movies, play video games, and try to keep active. I am currently trying a lot of different potential hobbies out so my time at home is limited. I'm big into sci-fi and fantasy and love watching new types of movies and shows. I have 2 beautiful and well-behaved cats. They don't scratch furniture or make much of a mess. They're extremely affectionate and love having humans around. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! - Lydia
Hi-ya future housemates :D , I am a 23 year old moving from Brisbane to study Occupational Therapy at USC. I have spent the last 5 years in Brissy both studying and working, living in both my own accommodation and sharing. I am clean, honest, quiet, friendly, and an adventurer. You will catch me making a cocktail or pouring a wine at dinner after long day, but not a party animal. I am known for my easy-going attitude, quick witt and, dry sense of humour :D. I have a fair share of kitchen, lounge room, outdoor items and white goods from the last 5 years. I am looking for 1 or 2 others, even a couple, all around my age, to share with for the next 6 - 12 months. I would prefer a team-up situation because of my belongs to help fill a house, but I can also easily keep them where they are as well. I also have rental references, all bills and rent have always been paid on or before time. I do have a partner(23) of 5 years, who is staying primarily based in Brisbane for the next 6-12 months (still on a lease there). He plans to spend around 3 days/week at the coast (will end up being 3 days/fortnight or a month once uni is in full swing I believe). I understand this is off putting but much like you I would love to rent a nice place at not much expense. I am happy (expect) to pay a little extra on rent and bills as that is only fair :). I am happy to discuss anything further, please feel free to contact me! Looking forward to meeting my new housemate/s!
