I’m a 23 year old female who works full time as a Beautician. I’m reliable and independent and am looking to flat with someone around Brisbane preferably not too far from the city. I have a female dog (boxer cross) and fortunately we are a package deal. I am sociable but also respectful of other people’s personal space. I would like to live in a positive environment where I could form friendships with the people/person I flat with as movies and pizza are right up there on the list of things I like to do.
Young and working couple looking for a room to rent within or surrounding Brisbane CBD. We work in the same company as program coordinators and are looking to live and work in Brisbane for 3-6 months.
Kate - 30 - works full time, very tidy, friendly and respectful. Easy to get along with and happy to chat over a beer or glass of wine. in my spare time its spent outdoors, seeing friends and family, having adventures, going to the beach, being in the gym or simply chilling and watching Netflix.
Hi there ☺️ I’m coming to the end of my lease and am looking for a new place to call home! I’m a uni student studying at ACU by day, and a waitress at an Italian restaurant by night. When I’m not studying or at work, I can usually be found at the gym, out for a run or baking something that hopefully makes the house smell delicious. Always up for the occasional glass of wine, but I’m not really too big on clubbing and partying personally. I do love festivals and live music though! 🌼😁 I’m relaxed, tidy and (I hope) really easy to get along with. If you think I might be a good fit for your household please send a message my way I look forward to hearing from you! ☺️☺️
I am looking for a quiet, chilled but respectful house. I am a social introvert, curious and open-minded. I have a 17 year old Burmese cat. I work 30 hours per week & spend weekends relaxing or catching up with friends. Not a drinker or a party-er. 420 friendly. I have a small amount of furniture and whitegoods including a small fridge, washing machine and clothes dryer, and a spare single bed, so somewhere not already full of furniture would be ideal. I would really love a place that has a deck or some outside space to chill in, and garden.
I am a friendly, moderately social student with a passion for art, animals and pop culture. I am an avid gamer, reader and creator. I am a student studying Website Development online with Brisbane TAFE. I am a quiet housemate who likes to cook and keep living spaces very tidy.
Hi my name is Steph and I have recently returned to Brisbane after several years of working overseas with Doctors without Borders. I'm looking to set myself back up in Brisbane for 2019 and would love to live in a fun and social house. I am friendly, curious, clean and very easy going. I enjoy cooking and hanging out with a beer or glass of vino, but respect everyone's need for privacy. I'm happy to take a shorter stay place or up to 6 months so send me a message if you think you have a room that suits. Ta, Steph.
I am moving to Brisbane (originally from Melbourne) in 2019 and would love some welcoming room mates to show me around! I will be working as an Osteopath full time. I am very clean/neat. I enjoy my own privacy now and then, but also like having a chat at the end of the day with a beer. Ideally looking to share a place with likeminded mid-late 20yr olds who like to socialise.
Quiet and keep to myself but love a chat over coffee or wine, I work in the CBD full time Monday to friday and gym before work. Yes it means an early riser but a quiet one and enjoy netflix for the down time etc. **Update: I have moved into a friends spare room temporarily but looking to move asap and anywhere between 6-12 months. I am open-minded and would also seek the same but it isn't a biggy, I find myself busy with committee meetings and assisting in event management when I can.
I'm from Melbourne originally, moved to Brisbane a year ago. I work in the city and I'm a receptionist. I'm also a dancer so I spend most of my evenings at dance training and rehearsals. I'm looking for a peaceful household that doesn't get too noisy at night as I'm a light sleeper. I love animals and hate smoking.
Hello everyone, I arrived in Brisbane on the 9th of February for a 5-month internship, however accommodation is provided to me for the first month. At the moment I live close to the center, but as it turns out the inner city suburbs can offer more opportunities to go out and get to actually know people and the rents are closer to what I can afford, so while I work at CBD I would prefer to avoid it. I am looking for a room that is not too small and gloomy, all-bills included, ideally air-condition as the combination of heat and humidity is pretty unbearable here. Stable and fast internet would be a plus. I hope to live in a place with 2-3 other flatmates so that I will start socializing more, the first days have been quite lonely. I should also note that my girlfriend plans to come visit Australia for 2.5-3 weeks in April, so keep in mind that I'm looking for a place where couples are welcome. We will spend some of that time in Sydney and Melbourne but she will still be here for 2+ weeks. As for myself, I am a PhD student in computer science (static program analysis to be more specific) coming from Athens, Greece. I am going to be in Brisbane till the 18th of July. Most of my weekdays will be spent at work at least till I meet enough people to hang out consistently, but I still would love to meet people who would be willing to go out for a drink and explore the city with me during the weekend. I really love music - I try to play the guitar from time and time and I'm also trying to learn how to sing at the moment. I also enjoy drawing, reading or just watching movies or series to chill before going to bed. However, I mostly enjoy the sun and being outdoors for a walk or coffee, I really can't handle staying inside for too long. I really love cats (my parents have cats) and dogs even more so (I used to have one), so if you have a pet it would be a great plus for me! But most importantly I would like to live with interesting and fun people for the next few months. Cheers!
Hello, I've just got a job in Milton Monday- Friday. looking to move closer, pretty flexable about location but somewhere near a city cat terminal would be ace. I will be bringing my dog Jack with me. He is kinda old now (8) and sleeps all day all.. and small and fluffy, cross lhaso alps... Or somthing like that. Also with parking... I don't mind if it's on the street aslong as it's actually accessible and not metered over specific times or is busy where I have hike it back home. I'm less after quality and more after someone I actually click with to share a home. I'm in no rush to move out and happy to wait for the right fit.
Im a pretty laid back, easy going but energetic 54 year old, self employed male with the worlds greatest and friendliest dog. (He is scared of cats though) I work long hours and most weekends. I am a great cook. Im neat tidy and respectful. Current flatmate needs my room for his new kid coming along so here I am.
Looking for a 3 Bedroom house to share with one person more only around train station Line Fortitude Valley, Albion, Woolowin, Windsor. Key points about me: 1)I like to live in a place that's comfortable, clean and organised. I'm not obsessed but understand the pleasure of living in a nice environment. 2) I do pay my bills. I don't need to be remained about payments. 3) I like to share some coffee time with my housemates, but also understand when people wants their own time. 4) If you have pets, I don't have a problem. I like animals too. My preference is sharing a place with one person more if possible and also would like a place that has an extra room. Hi, I'm a French early 30', working in biology, looking for a shared house (no apartment) with my own bathroom or a studio/grannyflat for up to 300$ all inc. The room/studio/grannyflat has to be big enough to fit a king size bed if unfurnished. Long term lease from early-mid March 2019. I'm pretty social so if I live in a shared place, I am looking to live with interactive people, not just flatmates ^^. Also, I don't have any pets but love them :) Feel free to call me to have a chat a/o to plan a visit Cheers !
