I’m a 28 year old full time executive government employee with two non-shedding, housetrained Labradoodles, Billie and Bronson. Photos are available on IG for those interested [maverick.j.roberts (without the full stops)]. - I have a fridge, couch, television, washing machine, dining table etc. Ready to roll. - I’m an introverted extrovert so I am more than happy to do my own thing, but also enjoy hanging out and watching movies or having a barbecue and a beer or two. - I’m very neat and tidy and like to live in a clean space. - I’m fairly active. I train 5-6 mornings a week and walk the dogs twice a day. Between that and weekend activities I’m not home an awful lot. - Hobbies include reading, gaming and spending time with my close friends and family (dogs included).
Hello!! I work full time 40+ hours Tuesday-Saturday in a Sales position in the Belconnen area. I’m looking for a female housemate who is also preferably working full time and around a similar age. I'm quite shy at first, but once I get comfortable in a new place with new people, will open up and have a chat while also maintaining personal space - as I know how important personal space is to me too. I'll be travelling a fair bit prior to May 9th, but I can be flexible if it is before that too.
Hi there! I'm looking for a place with likeminded young professionals who also love to share a good meal and a wine (coffee lovers would be a bonus). I'm currently looking for full-time work as I've recently returned from living overseas. Very respectful of people's privacy and space, clean and organised and super friendly!
I recently finished my studies in nursing and paramedicine and will begin working full time in May. At the moment I work full-time at a pharmacy. I enjoy playing basketball, going to the gym and going for hikes. I like living in a tidy house and am very happy to contribute to the house chores. I have been living out of my parents home for close to a year and am looking for a new house due to the lease ending on the house I am currently living in. I enjoy my own space but am always up for a chat. Cant wait to hear from you :)
Moved to Canberra this year from rural NSW to start Uni at UC. Working part time also so won't be home throughout the day. Currently living on campus but want to move out to a bigger place in a share house. Looking for somewhere around Belconnen if possible but will look else where for the right place. Clean and tidy however also looking for a place that is nice and chill and happy to catch up in free time, I also respect that people want time to their self. Hoping to find people around similar age for the general atmosphere. Also happy to partner up with someone and find a house to rent.
I’m a young adult who is working full time in administrative work. I prefer to have my own space but can socialise occasionally. I am looking for a place to live, ideally with only a couple flat mates (but am flexible with this) that are clean, and respectful.
Hey I am from the Philippines but i've been working in Australia for almost 2 yrs now. I am a chef based in Adelaide and was recently assigned in Canberra (Woden to be specific) for work. Interests are food, music, movies, little bit of working out. I am looking for a room to rent in Canberra around 2nd week of april, I am bringing my car with me so a parking spot would be needed.
I am a 29 yr old vet, who has recently moved to Canberra from Sydney. I love cooking and baking and sharing whatever I've made. I am always happy to sit and have a chat, but also respect the need for space. I clean up after myself and not opposed to doing whatever dishes there are in the sink. :)
I graduated from ANU last December and I've recently been accepted to study my Masters at ANU. Patiently, but persistantly applying for jobs with the government :) I'm currently residing in Melbourne and looking to move back to Canberra from the 29th of April onwards. Really into my mountain biking and can't wait to get back to Mt Stromlo!!! Enjoy a G&T, red or old fashioned. Love Canberra and can't wait to get out of Melbourne haha * Respectful of others and their space * I'm a clean and tidy person * Completely renovated my own house and sold it a few years back - so I'm also very handy :) * Enjoy my own space, however, not socially adept
hey were a couple looking for a home to rent as the owner of the place we live in now wants to move back in. I work full time at the ibis styles hotel on goyder street , and my wife is a student at the ANU. we would highly appreciate a prompt response as we only have 4 weeks to vacate the house. Thanks, Yasir
I don't have a preference for a suburb, just a clean, tidy and secure place. I'm a mature male that has lived most of my life in Sydney. I was born in Tasmania and lived in PNG for 10 years when I was growing up. I have a strong sense of responsibility and I am keenly interested in the environment, humanity, simplicity, art, music, movies and science. I often play guitar, write songs and experiment with sound recording although I would do this at a time that minimises impact to other folks. I'm clean and tidy. I like to cook but I clean as I go. I think that a clean living space is essential to our wellbeing. I have 4 children (3 are now adults) and I work in IT as a network security consultant.
Heya :) I’m a 24 year old recently moved from Sydney and looking at moving somewhere north! I work at QT hotel full time and I’m thinking of picking up a hobby like dancing for my spare time! I love hanging with friends and watching a good romcom in my spare time and reading a good book. I’m super chatty and friendly person that also respects your privacy. I’m very clean, organised and respectful. I’m looking for a share house but if you offer a granny flat or unit please hit me up too! If you own a pet too that’s a super bonus! :P Thanks
m 25yr old from the south coast moving to Canberra to study psychology full time at university of Canberra, also pick up a bit of work on the side when I can in hospitality to pay the bills and stuff. I live with a lovable goof of a LabradorX named Tycho. He loves people and belly rubs. His favourite thing to do is sleep on the floor or sofa in the company of his people. As for myself I am a quiet, self-professed gamer. Most of my time I spend on my computer streaming or playing games. I'm happy to have a chat but I like my own space as well. I work full time as a receptionist for a law firm in the city. I am looking to share a place with responsible, mature housemates with open communication and cooperation.
I work as an IT admin for the Australian Govt. I am also a musician - one of my downsides is that this can cause the occassional late night arrival home. I also have interests in woodworking, fishing, programming, gaming, mechanics and I'm attempting to learn Japanese and philosophy, amongst other things. As a result of my hobbies, i do have a reasonable amount of stuff and i would prefer to find a place where these things are welcomed or at least not minded, but i am flexible with this and am able to store what can't be accommodated. I am currently a home owner who is selling my home due the end of a long term relationship. I'm a tolerant and tidy non-smoker, with a decent sense of humour. I can't think of much else, but please feel free to stalk my Facebook profile and ask me anything.
Hello there! I'm a 21 year old aspiring Earth Scientist who will be in Canberra for 3 months from May to July to take on an internship at the ANU. I'm into reading novels, watching TV shows, game a bit and enjoy travelling and just generally like going to new places. I keep clean (most of the time), don't smoke, and will respect your privacy. I am currently looking for a place at not too far a distance from the ANU. Basic amenities like Internet, Washer and a Kitchen would be necessary. Open to sharing rooms should such a circumstance arise. If you're easy going and are kinda into the same things I am, then we will get along pretty well!
Hey! I'm working full-time as a graduate within the public sector. I enjoy playing and watching sport. I can keep to myself, but happy to spend time with roommates. I clean up after myself and am happy to help out with chores. Message me for further information.
