I'm clean, quiet and can cook. I don't bring a whole group of mates home or go out that often either. Like I said I keep to myself but also would be more than happy to obviously help around as much as I can.
Hello future flatmate!! My name is Nick and I am looking for a place to move into around the Frankston area. I'm a farm kid so someone who has pets is not an issue for me (I don't have one personally). I'm very laid back but always keen to pitch in with the cooking and cleaning. but also enjoy eating out, going out and experiencing new and exciting activities. I fly aircraft for fun and like to fly away for a couple of days to different parts of Australia (when I actually have the time and money!!). This will hopefully be a career the future. I also enjoy Camping and being outdoors. The accommodation I'm looking for is a house with 2-3 other housemates between the ages of 20-26. Looking for good, relaxed vibes while having respect for one another's privacy and study/work commitments. If you think I could fill the spot that you have, feel free to message me or send me a text! :)
Just a student looking for a new place to call home. I work part time in Carrum and am attending school in Someville, so somewhere close to the train line is ideal. I love to take photos and am quite a social person, but I'm good at keeping to myself and am able to be quiet if needed. I clean up after myself and like to keep organised. I like to think I'm a friendly, approachable person and I like meeting new people. I have a stable income and have never been late on a rental payment and that is something I would like to continue to uphold. Whether you're someone easy going who likes to hold social events, or are the type to prefer your space, I don't mind. Let me work with you. My preference is a maximum of $150 for per week, but am able to put on up to $180 with bills and internet. I unfortunately can't go any higher, as I also pay school fees among other things. Though I've listed August as my moving date, I'm able to fit with others and move sooner or later. Teaming up: would love to match up with a few other people and lease a place together too. Though I do enjoy holding social events, so would love if my housemates enjoyed joint social gatherings.
I am an apprentice carpenter who is looking for a new place to live, currently working full time monday-friday, i have a beautiful cat named tilly who i house trained and very friendly, i am a very care free person with a good sense of humor and always keen for a chat or a laugh
Very neat and clean person. Wanting to find affordable, stable accommodation. Currently on Centrelink. Am nearly 20 years of age, got a lot to do to set myself up, about to start a casual job, not sure of the hours in frankston. I don't have much friends, but I do spend a lot of time with my boyfriend, so I am looking for somewhere that will be acceptable of my boyfriend coming over and staying. We usually will keep to ourselves and stay in the room, and just relax or go out. I just want to live in a home, where I am able to be free/happy. I feel as the place I'm currently at, is very controlling, and the person gets mad at me for anything. As I'm in a situation where I have had some struggles, that has put me in situations of being homeless and so on, that now I'm only starting to get my life together. I feel like the place I'm living at, doesn't give me the time to even feel at home, due to stress. I just want to be somewhere where I can just sit down and just feel at home and feel normal, like I'm living a normal life, the last couple years hasn't been easy, so I mentally need somewhere where I can just focus on building a future and having a normal life. This may so complicated, but I'm a pretty easygoing person, may be shy at first. I rather just be honest about my situation, and hopefully I can find a place where I can just be happy. Put a random move in date, as unsure of what will be available.
I have just arrived in Melbourne after living in SE Asia for many many years whilst working in the Travel industry. I'm originally from Sydney. I love pets, especially dogs, and have really missed owning pets while I've been living abroad, so a house with a dog (or other pets) would be especially welcome. I'm a non-smoker and spend my spare time practicing yoga and acroyoga, and love good coffee and chocolate! I've also been known to be a shopohic, but am trying to reform :-) Apart from that I'm neat, tidy and clean (without being OCD), easy going, friendly, happy and relaxed. A place with easy access to public transport would be ideal...
I'm a young friendly and quiet young lady who is looking for a place to temporarily call home. I am a social butterfly and I am always courteous of others and more importantly; my housemates. I have always been known to pay rent/bills/payments on time. I personally like to believe that I am a clean and neat person. Although I find this quite true, I still ensure that I clean up any mess made by myself and visitors.
Hi, LOOKING FOR A HOME URGENTLY... I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR... I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom if possible and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film early 2018, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home hence a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a 11 year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it's important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates. Cheers Peita:)
I'm currently studying my master degree and working part-time as auditor. I'm a non-smoker, calm, tidy and respectful person. I spend most of time studying. When I have spare time I enjoy watching movies or going out for dinner or coffee with friends. I´m not a party person. I respect my flatmates space, silence and time and expect the same. I'm looking for short term accommodation that might extend to long term accommodation if the right place is found.
Clean, tidy, chilled out, friendly and sociable :) lived overseas for two years so I am very used to shared housing! Would love to start a new lease with one or two other people, otherwise happy to find a room in an already established lease!
I am a clean, easy to live with and respectful guy. I have an awesome dog (staffy x lab) named Mr Tealk. He is absolutely brilliant, friendly, well behaved and well trained. I work as an arborist (trees). I have a my own decently sized fridge and a washing machine currently in storage ready to go. I am keen to live in a house with a back yard for Tealk and to grow veggies. A garage for wood work and projects would be ideal.
I am looking to start a new lease with someone, preferably in the Frankston area as that is where I am currently living. I am a very social person and have been living in share houses for quite a few years, however I do value and respect ones alone time. I am an enrolled nurse and my shifts can change. I usually am either at work, with a friend or at home with my cat. My cat is extremely friendly, is mostly indoor, litter trained and spends most of his time sleeping on my bed. I respect keeping the common areas clean and tidy and I always pay rent and bills on time.
Hi, my name is Lisa, and I have recently just moved down to Melbourne from country NSW for work. Unfortunately I don't know anyone in the area, so I am hoping to find a sharehouse where I can not only live with like minded people, but hopefully make some friends from it too. I have a pooch, her name is Layla and she is an English Staffy. She mainly stays outside whilst I am at work, but she comes inside at night. I rescued her about 3 years ago, and she loves cuddles! When I am not at work, I am at the gym. When I am finished at the gym, I am on the couch eating a bag of lollies (go figure haha). I enjoy cooking, drinking beers on a summers day and exploring this new state I have moved too! If you would like to know more, please don't hesitate to ask :)
Currently looking to team up with someone to move out into a shared property Looking to move asap, I'm working full time at a Telstra in Frankston but don't want to be too far from the city Not interested in moving into a current share house, message me to catch up for coffee/ drinks and discuss this more 😊
Hey I'm Jordan I'm a qualified landscaper and work full time. I enjoy having a few drinks on the weekends and going for a surf. I love the out doors and going on little missions to see new places. I also like my alone time to sit back relax and watch movies or tv shows. I am a very layed back person and I like to think I'm easy to get along with
I enjoy working full time and relax on the weekends. I keep clean and tidy without going overboard.. Like to share cooking duties and washing up, and enjoy sharing shopping duties as well. I work in a supermarket so I always see the bargains!! My hours are sometimes varied but generally Monday to Friday. I love animals in general, especially my little dog. I'm looking for a fun happy safe house where I can enjoy the company of the people I live with and where I would be able to bring my dog.
Australian, very clean, quiet, spend most my time working and studying to become a Veterinarian. I have an awesome pet ferret that mostly lives outside in her secure cage. I have my own furniture and do not require a furnished room. :) I will also be getting a cat and I prefer my own bathroom. I am looking to share with females only.
