I am new to Adelaide and looking for a rental while I make a "soft landing." I am finishing up graduate school (MBA/Masters Degree) in December and beginning to look for full time work here. I spend most of my time doing homework and plan to work full time after graduating. In my small spare time, I like lifting weights, trying new restaurants and exploring the city. I am open to other areas beyond the areas listed and length can be negotiable also.
I'm an international student from Hungary (overseas postgraduate), studying currently business, working part time in Brighton. I'm quiet and tidy. I have been a vegetarian for 23 years and am a cat fan. I'm looking for a furnished room all bills included (reliable internet connection and hot water are important for me) close to my workplace in Brighton as I'm not driving at the moment.
Hi there! I'm Ryan, a 26-year-old Melburnian moving westward to complete a Master of Archaeology and Heritage Management at Flinders University in 2018 after graduating from a Master of Arts and Cultural Management and BA at the University of Melbourne, alongside work in the creative industries, communications and higher education. I suppose with that you could say I'm an avid learner, but I'll also admit to being a friendly, helpful and fairly capable person. Considering I won't be moving over to Adelaide until the latter half of February 2018, I guess I'm also a bit anal as well — apologies if my premature profile leads to any false starts! I'm certainly happy to assist in any way I can around the house and be as quiet or sociable as necessary and appropriate, as well as always being tidy and courteous. Having travelled, worked with and become friends with people from plenty of places, I'm of course tolerant and accepting of everyone and would hope the feeling is mutual. Being quite the culture vulture, you'll likely spot me studying, reading or exploring Adelaide's arts and culture in my down time. As you can see, I've listed a handful of suburbs, but anywhere within a reasonable distance from Flinders University's Bedford Park campus works well. Feel free to be in touch to ask any questions or provide any advice!
Work full time in the city, odd hours. Love music, but am pretty quiet when I'm home. Gay, frequent traveler, vegetarian. Looking to stay close to the city since I've recently taken to becoming an Uber Eats driver on the side, mostly because I liked the idea I could get paid to study Japanese with my audio books. Also in the process of opening a business for young people to make friends while traveling, so always like to keep busy. Ask me how that ones going :) Bonus points for: dogs, n64, spa/pool, kick ass cooks, non-smokers, chill/kind/tidy people, and storage space
Hello! Im Kayla, 28, fulltime shiftworker (midwife/nurse) and studying part-time which keeps me busy! In my spare time catch up with family and friends, love to get outdoors when I can and also enjoy the occasional bottle of wine with a good netflix marathon! Generally like to keep a tidy living space, Hoping to find a share house or happy to look into starting up a new share house (as I do come with some of my own furniture) with like minded people and age group (20s-30s)
Currently studying early childhood care and education at tafe. Looking to move out between December and March, preferably for 3 to 6 months or possibly longer depending on if I decide to move again mid to late 2018. Hi! I'm Ethan, I am 18 going on 19 in a month and I have been living in Adelaide for the past year. I really enjoy volunteering and i can be regularly found at my local Vinnies helping out in the kitchen (basic kitchen hand duties so you know i'll be helpful in the food space!). At the same time as volunteering i am also an active job seeker as i value paid work as well! I believe it is important to give back to the community, especially when you are in a position to do so. I also enjoy reading and writing stories, watching movies and gaming. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends when i can. I am looking for a place to call home. This might look like living with others around my age, not fussed on gender and am welcoming of all personalities. I am a pretty easy going guy and get along with everyone who is respectful and kind to others. Preferably a furnished room and am available to move ASAP. I look forward to hearing from you, Catchya! Ethan
I'm a friendly, easy going guy looking for self contained accommodation, or to share with like-minded folk. I'm educated but not working at the moment. Some health issues have forced me to stop working and relocate back home to Adelaide, which I’m really happy about. I'm working with doctors and naturopaths to get better and I'm looking for a peaceful space to do this for 3-6 months. I have varied interests. I’m clean and tidy. I’m quiet around the house but like a chat. I’m not opposed to vices. If you'd like to chat, get in touch and let's meet up. I’m also open to an exchange of some sort, i.e. help with chores or errands in exchange for reduced rent. Matt
I'm very easy to get along with. I am a professional guy who works 9-5 in the defence industry. I enjoy the outdoors, fitness and time with my dog. I love to cook and especially for others. I love to be surrounded by similar people and enjoy relaxing at home with my friends or new house mates. I am clean and tidy and respect privacy. I am not a party animal. I also have a small dog, Winston, who is 14 years old and my best mate. He would love to find a home too with me.
We are extremely respectful easy going people that are happy keeping to ourselves or socialising and helping out where we can. My partner and I work most of the week, and like to just kick back with a bit of telly after a long day. We are currently in the process of building our home so we just need something In the meantime.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hello prospective housemate and friend. Im at flinders doing a double degree in primary ed and arts (philosophy and french) I also train in karate. I enjoy bookbinding, a bit of woodwork, rick and morty, vikings etc. I'm a bit of a hippy, but also a bit of a nerd and geek and dork, probably a bit of a hipster too if I'm honest. I'm really community minded, I'm looking for a house that can be a bit of a family, my last share house ran really smoothly so I have experience in helping to make share houses run well. So I'm looking for a good share house, not just a room. Looking for a place anywhere between seaford and bedford park :) F B = Patch Elliott
