Hi! I'm 28, moving to Melbourne on 20th January, have a permanent visa and will look for a job (work as a mechanical engineer). I'm friendly, easy-going, tidy, non-smoker and love pets (but don't have). Going to make new friends in Melbourne. Looking for a furnished room to rent for 4-6 months (probably more). My budget is 200 AUD per week including all bills. I guarantee cleanliness and paying on time. Ready to pay a bond and for a few weeks ahead at once. Arriving on Saturday and ready to come for an inspection on Sunday.
Recently moved from Adelaide. Friendly, neat and tidy. Enjoy meeting new people and socialising also just binge watching tv shows and eating food. Love animals and nature. I’m looking to move in ASAP 😊
I am a 31 year old professional who works in the city. My awesome dog and I are looking for a long term rental to call home. I love keeping fit and healthy, baking, bingeing on Netflix and getting out and about. My dog is well behaved, walked daily, house trained and super cute. Ideally I would live with only one or two others. My housemates would be like minded, as clean and tidy as I am and not party animals or heavy drinkers.
Looking to get a place early April in the areas listed above. Hoping to find a housemate to team up with. We will be able to furnish the place. Both full time professionals who keep pretty busy through out the week. Looking to acquire a 3 bedroom place to live in
I am easygoing clean and tidy person.i dont drink or smoke and i am looking to find a room for rent preferably with women
I'm Aadil 23 from Glasgow. Working full time in retail management on a 457. Pretty chilled guy, usual interest nothing too weird. Cooking, gym, music, sports (soccer/UFC) EATING! Playing to my stereotypes being Scottish I’ll join you for a drink always and having a Pakistani background make a mean curry. Would not mind moving out the west side of the city for a wee change Still exploring what Melbourne has to offer
I'm from outside of London in the UK. After I finished my Masters degree at Sheffield I travelled around Asia for a few months and then came to Australia. I spent most of my first year in Melbourne, travelling the east coast and doing my farm work. I am looking for a place in Melbourne to stay during my second year visa. I am social, easy going and enjoy many of the stereotypical things in life (coffee, shopping, red wine, Netflix etc!). My hobbies include running, photography and reading. I am a considerate and tidy flat mate :)
My name is Chau and I’m working full time for an optical company. I’m an easy-going, trustworthy, reliable, respectful and tidy person, who would want the same from a roommate. I like reading, listening to music, shopping and outdoor walk.
I'm a 22 newly graduated film maker with my own production company and I also work casually in retail at Highpoint! I'm also a big fan of cooking and love the occasional dinner parties. I love to travel and I'm a big sports fan (especially AFL- GO THE TIGES!) I pride myself on being clean and tidy whilst also loving the balance of being social but also respectful of privacy and personal space! I'm a progressive thinker and love the culture the West has to offer which is why Yarraville is the dream suburb for me! I'm looking for short to long term stays so I'm pretty flexible and open to all options. Ideally moving in Feb works best for me, but again flexible with that too.
Hi, I'm Katrina Mae. Work in print. Low key during the work week but still jovial. Courteous, tidy, easy going. Here and there on weekends. -- Outside smoker only. Enjoy cooking, puns, reading, video games, films, docos, going to gigs or out for a few bevvies, drawing/designing, volunteering at music or tattoo events. Seeking a room for the long term that can cater for a queen bed, small coffee table, TV. BIR would be grand. I'd like to reside in a social yet relaxed household with roommate etiquette (near public commute - shops) . Occasional hang outs welcomed. Rent p/wk negotiable if bills are inclusive*
I'm 24 and am looking for a place somewhere near Laverton. Having graduated this year, I have found FT work (teaching) and need to move out as I currently live more than an hours drive from the school. I like to think of myself as relaxed and carefree but will obviously be diligent when it comes to paying bills and keeping the place in decent order. I enjoy my sports, playing music and reading. Ideally, I'd love to live with others who are preferably sociable but are similarly respectful of each other's private time.
I am a local postgraduate student and am usually taking evening classes and working during the day. In my time off, I take salsa and pilates classes, gym some days of the week and like to go out occasionally for a drink. I'm sociable with housemates but also respectful of privacy and communal spaces. I'm organised and tidy and have no problems sharing in housekeeping. I'm open to communication and would love to live with housemates whom are understanding, friendly and responsible.
I'm a friendly, neat and tidy low key kind of person. I have a 3 year old whippet, she's very quiet and fully house trained. It would be great if my future housemate has a dog to keep her company but not a deal breaker. My dog has lived with cats before and is fine with them. I’m usually pretty busy at work during the week, some weekends I’m out and about and others I’m relaxing at home. Looking for a calm, cheerful, quiet & relaxed house. I’m looking to move to the Western suburbs end of February/March.
Hiya I'm quite easy going and sociable! Being respectful is very important to me, as well as honesty and open communication. I'm not a neat freak but certainly know how to clean after myself. Always up for a chat but will leave you alone if you need your alone time.
Hey! I'm a very easy going and chilled out guy from a small town in North Eat Victoria wanting to move down to Melbourne. I currently work as a cleaner and have a history of jobs so getting a new one won't be something to worry too much about. I tend to keep to myself but I've been told I have a nice sense of humour and will always be down for a good conversation. Although I lack in cooking skills I make up for them by enjoying cleaning and don't find it a task at all. I enjoy the casual drink and having a good time with friends while keeping respectful. I will be bringing my large/anxious/incredibly sweet American bulldog with me too, as she is the absolute love of my life! She is a 'sleep in my bed' type of dog but is 100% house trained and will hang out and give you kisses while I'm not home. So honestly the only requirement I have for a housemate is for them to be kind and love her.
Hi, we are two future English teachers coming from Chile to Melbourne. We've recently won a scholarship to study one semester at Victoria University, we are very excited and willing to meet this beautiful country and their culture. Sofia and I are looking for a nice place and flatmates to live with, preferably local people or English speaking individuals as we want to practice as much as possible the language :). We are friendly, responsible and cooperative. We enjoy meeting new people and places, being outdoors, animals, cooking, and other cool activities. We are open to start a shared a house or rent two bedrooms for us. ( our budget is 200-250 per week each)
Mature, professional, considerate and well travelled. I value and respect others time and space as much as I do my own, yet also enjoy a communal meal, chat, cuppa, drink, movie or outing on occasion. I work in emergency services, so I'm handy in a crisis and come with ample dinner anecdotes. Healthy eating and lifestyle habits with interests in both the arts and sports/outdoor pursuits. Culturally, I'm a blend of Aussie, Kiwi/Maori and Italian. Still processing the current POTUS debacle.
Hi! We’re both trans/queer: Jasmine is transfemme nonbinary, Sebastian is transmasc nonbinary. Our sons are Loki, a tabby cat, and Prince, a border collie. They’re pals, it’s adorable. We’re into music and photography and live music photography. Move in date is somewhat flexible: late January around the 23rd ish. We’ll both be finding full time work as soon as we can.
Nice guy, mature, easy-going, non smoker. Generally quiet but interactive and positive person. Well traveled, work as a cleaner. Enjoy playing and watching sport. Fairly busy with work. Use public tranaport, eco-friendly and pet friendly.
I'm looking at moving to Melbourne in April from New Zealand. I will be looking for a nanny job in Melbourne so am happy to live anywhere in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. I'm easy going, a relatively sociable person who loves meeting new people and would love to share a drink and have nice chats with my housemates, but totally understand if you want do your own thing., i also enjoy beach days, playing sports, getting out and exploring. I'm also a very tidy person.
Melbourne born and based, I am currently living in Kensington and looking to stay in the area (but am flexible.) Teacher by trade, I'm working in retail at the moment, mostly full-time. I am clean, tidy and respectful in shared spaces, and am looking for flatmates who are the same. If you have a relaxed and welcoming home, where everyone is friendly while respecting the need for personal space, send me a message I'd love to check out your listing.
