Hi! My name is Kim, I am pretty easy-going and like a clutter-free living environment :) I am born and raised in Melbourne and love the unique character of this city. I enjoy cooking, gaming, cocktails, coffee and spontaneous activities! I try to get to the gym 2-3 times per week and play tennis socially. During the week I am a full time urban designer working at a planning and design consultancy. I generally am a quiet person who is conscientious of others. I enjoy helping with communal cooking or sharing the cleaning. I am looking for a largish room (ideally at least 4x3m) so I have plenty of space for a double bed and desk. I ride my bike to work so a garage or secure area to store it at night would be a plus! I am flexible with move in dates and would love to organise a place to move into sometime during September! Please don't send me messages about houseshares more than 2km away from my suggested suburbs.
We are moving to Melbourne from the UK at the end of August. Jack will be working full time as a doctor and Megan will be looking for work as a teacher upon arrival. We are looking for a one bed flat for a 9-12 month lease from the beginning of September.
Hi! Looking for accommodation in and around Melbourne. Originally from Sydney and am starting a new full-time job in Melbourne. I am also studying for my Masters degree. I'm 27, non-smoker, no kids, no pets - but I don't mind if you smoke, have kids or have pets. I am quiet to live with but I am looking forward to meeting new people (as I don't know too many people in Melbourne). I am also very clean and will always wash up after myself. If you respect me, I will respect you :) Cheers
Hello! I am looking to live in a share house. It is important to me that this is a quiet house as I will be entering Honours next year. I also would prefer a desk to be able to fit in the bedroom or a place where I can study undisturbed. I really wouldn’t be interested in a place with a single bed. I would also like for there to be a BIR or at least free-standing wardrobes provided. In a perfect world, I would love for an ensuite or to at least have my own bathroom. I am a social media moderator so it goes without saying that I am a social being and I would like to live with people who aren't scared to have a chat. If you haven't noticed, I do have my cat with me - he is pretty chill and interesting in lap sitting and hiding some of the time. He can be easily scared so I know he really won't get in your way. He is preferably an indoor cat.
Hello ! I am a 3rd year female uni student studying at Vic Uni. Looking for a job at the moment as well. I am quite a geek about pop culture and would love to watch movies and enjoy a chat occasionally. I come from Malaysia and can speak simple chinese but normally converses in English ! Would like a private room in a shared house and preferably female housemates. Furnished rooms only please ! Friendly and will clean up after myself. Usually would keep to myself and respect other's privacy! I love pets and do not discriminate against any sexuality.
Hey! I'm a 34 - year old psychology student, studying over at Victoria University in Footscray Park campus. I like to do a bit of cooking, and would love to have a team cook-out with my flatmates or other similar shenanigans. For my free time, I'm mainly focusing on my studies, and going to the gym. I value cleanliness and consideration above all else. Looking for like-minded individuals who want to live in a clean, calm (especially at night-time), and pleasant environment. I don't have too much of my own stuff, so I'm ideal for households that don't want the property to be crammed with different items. Also for that reason I'm looking for a furnished room. Drop a message and lets have a chat. :)
Im a professional fulltime worker, just recently returned from living and working in Alice Springs. I'm a pretty chilled housemate, very clean. I have all my own furniture and I am looking for someone to share a house longterm with. Im happy to take on a lease but would like a nicer, bigger home up to $700 per week. I have an awesome dog who goes with me everywhere. I love to cook, have people over for dinner but I am not a party goer. I live a pretty quiet life and would like to share a house with someone who is respectful and chilled.
Hi I’m pitch, from Thailand and am gonna be in Melbs for 1 more years. I’m studying in Marketing and Communication. Just got a job in Footscray at Back Alley’s Sally. Pretty open minded chilled girl. I’m tiday, clean and organised. Thank You!
Im friendly, outgoing, unflappable and easygoing. Im very respectful and cleaned. Im teacher and undertaking a course to improve my pedagogic skills. I work on radio and really like diversity. Good music, literature, dance, chai-latte, video games and sports -gym- are some of my passions.
I've been renting all my life (both rooms and apartments/townhouses) and know what makes a good flatmate: reliability; cleanliness; freindliness; respect for other people's preferences. I'd like to think I get a big tick on all four. Although I'm currently looking for work having just moved here from Canberra, I have a decent amount of savings and a guaranteed weekly income of $500 from another source. So, money isn't a problem. I'd actually be happy to pay two full months rent in advance in addition to one month's bond if that would help secure me a room. Three months in advance, plus bond, would also be possible. So if you wanted to start me off on a three month lease, I could pay for it outrite upfront. I am also considering going back to university/study next year (used to study Arts/Science at the ANU in my late twenties). I would prefer a friendly but reasonably quiet house (not "too" many parties etc., some fine) as I do like to be able to relax where I'm living. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers! :)
Moved here from Brisbane last year to study criminal justice at Victoria University. I have been living at uni accomodation but I’m ready to move out into a bigger place I can make my own. I’m easy going, clean and respectful. I am always down for a chat but also appreciate some alone time. I work part time so between my job and university I love to make the most of my free time by exploring the city, going on day trip or socialising over few drinks (or more than a few) I am ready to move in now or if any of you are looking to team up as well because I would also love to find my own place with a few people
Ive just moved over from NZ on Saturday! Im easy going and keep myself busy - I spend most my spare time playing/producing music. I have already started working for a Landscaper in Brooklyn so I'm keen to get settled somewhere i can travel easy to and from..
I am a full time professional. I am 40 years of age and am clean and tidy. I am quiet and respectful, and also value my own space. I am active and enjoy going to the gym. I like to cook, and enjoy good coffee and music. I am an avid reader and am passionate about cinema. I am also well travelled and am always planning my next holiday. I also enjoy a good laugh and make it a point of attending the Melbourne Comedy Festival every year. When I am at home I enjoy a pizza with my housemates, a chat on the couch or a conversation over a home cooked meal. I welcome the opportunity to have the company of one or more housemates.
My name is Juliana, I’m 32 years old, I’m from Colombia, from Medellin ( the best city in my country, hahha). I’m here because I wanna improve my English, I arrived in February 2017. I’m studying business in this moment ( in the city, 2 or 1 morning per week) But I already studied a lot in my country ( my career is business management, and I have a master in project management) .my plan is be in Australia until september 2019. I love travel, work and dogs! I work as a nanny during Monday to Thursday, I look after to Australian twins 6 years old, and also I work in a coffee shop Thursday to Sunday in the city.
Hi, I'm Nicole! A bit about me: I'm 29 and work full time in banking. I've also returned to study part time this year, completing a degree through USQ which is all online so I'll be pretty busy! I absolutely love to travel, I love food (both eating and cooking), the outdoors, animals and winding down at the end of the week with a glass of wine. I have a four year old cat, Pippa, who is an indoor cat, very friendly and loves a cuddle or to chase a piece of string around the house. I'm always clean and tidy and am looking for a flatmate who is the same - but in saying that I'm not a super clean freak. Ideally I'm interested in teaming up with 1 other person of a similar age, someone who is happy to socialise and maybe share a meal now and again but also keen on their own space. I don't want a party house but do want to be flexible with having friends over for dinner occasionally. I'd prefer to find a new rental property with someone rather than join an existing house, somewhere in the vicinity of $250 each per week. I've lived alone for the last year and so have pretty much everything for a house except for a washing machine and dryer, as my apartment supplied those. I'm hoping to find a 2 - 3 bedroom place with 2 bathrooms and either a balcony or outdoor space. At this stage I'm looking to move in early April, and hoping for somewhere around St Kilda, Elwood, Brighton, Elsternwick or surrounding suburbs. Also open to areas around West Footscray, Seddon or Yarraville. Let me know if you are interested in meeting! Nicole
Hello! I'm 18 but please don't let my age intimidate you - I am a mature, responsible student who is itching to find a place to stay during university. I am a reliable tenant who has been raised to respect my environment and those around me. I am looking for a kind, respectful housemate who I can bond with; and I can assure you that I will always endeavour to help around the place as much as possible. I currently attend RMIT and work in hospitality, I love watching TV and some occasional gaming, and I am a friendly, social person who can easily adapt to any environment. Please feel free to message me if you are interested in further arrangements and thank you so much for your time :)
Hey! I have recently moved from interstate for a job in the western suburbs. I work full time and good with paying bills. Experienced in living in sharehouses, and continue to be great friends with my old housemates. I am looking for a place that I can call home, people to live with who I can socialise with, but also good with need for own space.
My name's Rob and I'm a 9 to 5 professional and like to keep healthy and fit in my spare time as well as while exploring Melbourne. Pretty easy going and relaxed and enjoy chilling out with housemates over a meal but also respectful of people's space.
Working part-time while I finish up my law degree. I'm super respectful and always look after my living area, making sure they're neat and tidy. Pretty dedicated to my degree at the moment but always up for a coffee and a chat. Super into darkroom photography and really enjoy cooking. Also love languages but haven't really been able to keep up with them since starting my current degree.
