Hi there, My name is Tom and I am a young professional working in Brisbane and looking for a team up with another fun-to-live-with flatmate. I am reliable, tidy and can crack a few good puns. I am always happy to have a chat, trip up the coast, hike, video game session or few beers at a BBQ. Because of the work I do, I am constantly on the road; leaving the flat to you for a lot of the time. I'll be bringing a lot of my own furniture and am a pretty good cook. I look forward to meeting you! -T.
My name is Grant. I am a 48year old. I am a fairly quiet & reserved type of person. I am friendly & respectful of others but I do tend to keep to myself. I am neat and tidy, and I do clean up after myself. I work full time in South Brisbane. I don't drink, I don't smoke and I don't party or do drugs of any kind. I am fairly fit because I do a lot of walking and skating (roller & skateboard). I try and get to the skating rink at least twice a week.......more if I am able :) BTW I am gay if that matters at all. I am looking for a studio, granny flat or one bedroom flat preferably within 10kms of the city with easy access to public transport (train & bus). I don't have any furniture so a furnished place would be nice. I would also need internet (preferably wifi) because I spend a lot of time online. Air-conditioning is nice as well. The last couple of places that I have rented have had everything (power, wifi etc.) included in the rent & even though it probably costs a little more I don't mind cause it's easier. If you have a place that you think would suit me then please don't hesitate to contact me.
Hi I'm Whitney, I currently live in Victoria point in the Redlands and I work In Grange in Brisbane, I'm looking for a place close to my work to make travelling time small and also not too expensive to live. I'm currently thinking about getting a dog, I have always wanted one since moving to Brisbane. What I'm looking for is a place I can call home just as much as the persons/ or people living there too and we get along and are on the same level of respect in the house. I work full time hours 40 hours a week plus 8+ hours at a pub each week. If your interested please contact me I'm hoping to find a new place by the new year I have moved too many times in the last year being here already and I just want a stable place for once.
Hey hey! The name's James and I'm; - 29 yrs of age. - F/T Travel Agent/Cruise consultant near the City (Milton). - Looking to move in with fun-loving, happy, positive people. - Respectful/mindful/courteous. - Clean non-smokers. - Into sports, music, food, travel, etc.. - Not a crazy 'party animal'. If you think I'd be a nice fit for your household then please feel free to send a message :)
Laid back, tidy, mature, friendly gal looking to share with similar aged people. I work part time in hospitality and spend the rest of my time working on my online business. I am sociable and enjoy a wine and a chat after work but also enjoy my alone time. P.s. as much as it saddens me, i am allergic to cats :(
23 year old Electrical Apprentice I work full time and train martial arts nearly every night so I'm not home often Enjoy going for a surf on the weekend and having a chat over a cold one (or 10) Would like to be in a sharehouse that feels more like a home and somewhere I can look forward to coming home to after a hard day at work. I enjoy a social and friendly household, people who are up for a chat and random shenanigans. I clean up after myself and pull my weight around the house and would like to live with people who do the same. I have everything required for a house, washing machine, fridge, couch, dining table, everything for a kitchen, happy to bring it along or i can get rid of whatever isn't needed. My lease is up end of Jan 2017 but wouldn't bother me moving in sooner if i find the right place with the right people, swing me a message and we can have a chat! cheers
"You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with" Jim Rohn. So, I'm looking to live with like-minded legends. - Mature, self-aware, respectful & ego-free communication (no issues with noise, mess, negative drama, etc) - Healthy lifestyle and nutrition - Can be found in the ocean or mountains at any opportunity - Goal-orientated. Never bored. Growth and contribution mindset (non-fiction literature, nutrition & training, psychology & philosophy, social sciences, technology, Brazilian jiu jitsu, acroyoga, meditation, languages, vagabonding, etc) - Independent thinker, not a sheep. Prefer almost no commercial TV. (intentional entertainment is sweet, but 24/7 ads and lowest-common-denominator shows polluting our castle aint so sweet). As Josh Waitzkin says, "I cultivate empty space as a way of life for the creative process".
All my friends are now married, so I'm seeking to share a unit/townhouse with one other person. Preferably two bathrooms and a carpark (although a place with ample street parking is also fine) - these are not a prerequisite however. Looking anywhere Brisbane Inner North (I have listed many example suburb options but not further North than Chermside). Looking to move now, as I have had to extend my lease a further two weeks to Feb 1st. I work at Eagle Farm so closer to there is ideal. I have all the gear required to setup a place (indoor/outdoor furniture, TV, kitchen stuff etc etc), so if you have a place for rent that is already kitted out (or nowhere for me to store) chances are it might be tough for us to manage. Unfortunately it seems many of the rooms listed for rent are also already kitted out. I have storage options available for some of my items but not all, so perhaps something could be negotiated there. Happy to meet up this week to discuss teamup possibilities and gauge suitability. My work is understanding with me needing to find a place to rent so anytime can be arranged. I work as a logistics manager for an IT company have just completed two degrees (Diploma of Graphic Design / Bachelor of Communication Design) in the past 2.5 years. Weekends I like to go to the beach / hiking / visiting friends. I would like to find someone who is open to the possibility doing a bit of meal sharing because I enjoy cooking for others more than myself and I appreciate that communal aspect of it. I like to have a couple of hours later in the weeknight evenings to myself to work on projects / wind down. Flexible with leasing options but would rather something 6months+ Cheers!
Hello! I am a young active busy IT professional, who has a secure full-time job. I study full-time in Computer Science and Business as well - somehow I manage to make it work. I enjoy reading books, exercise (Just joined F45) and four wheel driving! My ideal place is a clean tidy share house with either males or females, with similar like minded interests. I love meeting new people and throwing myself out of my comfort zone!
I am a family-oriented, neat and tidy, non-smoking/drinking/partying, people-friendly, caring, responsible person. I'm looking for unfurnished accommodation (1-2 bedrooms) for myself and my 5 years old daughter. She goes to school in Everton Park. We prefer living close to quite streets, single/double story dwelling, a garage/carport for my car. We've been renting since 2012 & is able to provide reference.
Hi I'm Kate, I work full time at RBWH, I am easy to get along with, social and considerate. I am wanting to share an apartment on the inner north side. Best case scenario I would love an ensuite, and undercover car park, but am flexible. I don't have any pets but if you have a dog that's a bonus! Lol If you want to know more give me a message!
Hi! My name is Eliza and I am looking for a room in a share house with some lovely, fun and sociable people! I'm 20 years old and study Drama at QUT. I work as a casual in retail and I'm a pretty active person. I love hanging out with my roommates and don't mind a drink or so but also understand and enjoy my own personal time. I have lived in share house for the past 2 years so I understand the dynamic of the housing situation and respect everyone's space and belongings. I'm available to move in immediately or as required. I'm looking for a place with people similar to my age but am open to slightly older. Unforunished as I have all my bedroom stuff and a non smoking house hold. The North side is my aim due to my studies and work in the CBD. If there is anything else you'd like to know about me please send me a message!
Im quiet and shy one until you get to know me but then I can be funny, I work part time at Coles and study. AM clean who like a tidy house.
My name is Rahman and I'm a 26 year old professional. I work full time. I'm currently living in Gaythorne, and the owner is moving back into the house so have to vacate. I can leave my current place with a couple weeks notice. I enjoy sports (particularly Cricket), video games, coffee and food! Feel free to contact me. Cheers, Rahman
My friend Dan and I are looking to team-up for a 3 or 4 bedroom place somewhere in the inner-city on the northside. Although we're pretty flexible on location. I'm a full time engineering and IT student at UQ and I also work part-time in Spring Hill/CBD. Dan and I live together already and he works part-time at an Aldi store. I have a 1 yr old black labrador called Indy. She's still very puppy like but doesn't get up to much trouble any more. We can fully furnish the new place so if you only have things to fill your bedroom that's fine with us. We also have a netflix to share on a 4k TV if that's your jam. We're looking to stay in a house with a yard ideally with floorboards to help keep things clean. Let us know if you're interested or have any other questions!
Hi future housemate(s)! We are currently looking for a nice house somewhere in the Inner North of Brisbane. It should be quiet but close to public transport, preferably have a gas stove and air-con. A garden and/or nice deck would be great as well. And we love timber floors and VJ boards. Depending on what comes up, we'd either like to live with another couple or just a single person. A little about us: Paul runs a home maintenance business and loves spending time out in the bush or creating things in his workshop. Sarah is a self-employed German tutor and enjoys meeting friends, museums and music. Both of us like watching movies, drinking coffee or wine, hiking, exploring and getting out of the city. We're not the kind of couple that you will always find together doing the same thing but we're quite independent. We also have a geriatric cat named Tom (seriously, he is 21!) who may or may not still be around when we're moving house. But not looking at getting another one after him. It would be great to find someone who is looking for a home and not just a house, appreciates the good things in life, is somewhat clean and knows how to run a house and simply enjoys living with other people. Our move-date is flexible and we're really just looking for the right place. Please get in contact if you think we could be a fit! Cheers, Sarah and Paul

Chill and easy to live with. looking for a place close or near to the city which is easily accessible by public transport. Will be at work majority of the time but when I'm not, I like to socialise so would like to live with some chill people who are fun to hang out with :) will be reliable with paying bills and don't mind living with pets. Hope to meet you soon!
Im a fairly laid back person. I work two jobs currently, one in hospitality, one in retail. Every now and then i do some freelance in film and television. When i'm free i usually just watch tv or play video games, basically i just like to chill out quietly.
Move date Feb 27th. Permanent job, part time study, always busy with work, study or hobbies. Hoping for a low maintenance place as I'm spending too much of my time cleaning. I don't mind the cleaning and yard work but don't have time for it. What I do have time for is chilling out when other people are home. Happy for a chat when people are up for it, or letting you do your thing. I can come with or without a dog depending on the place. I have a whole house worth of furniture, ready to put into a new house. Some of it has seen better days so I'm happy to sell it if necessary.
So I wanting to move out my current place by the beginning of January. Most of my friends aren't in the position to move out with me. 😒 I'm looking for 2 or 3 people to move into a house and call it our own. Based in Paddington, Milton, Red Hill, Ashgrove and Wilson. So if you are interested please don't hesitate to message me and send me your details. Let's hang out, get a coffee or a cocktail. See if we gel and all that jazz. A little bit about myself. I like getting into mischief :) I would consider myself a social bunny. I'm always procrastinating doing my uni work and rather be hanging out on the deck with a drink in my hand or literally anything. I'm easy going , open minded and creative person.
hey looking for a room north brissy for work. I own my own property but wanting to move closer to bris. I'm clean, mature and respectful of space. Socialable, into gym, beach , outdoors the odd night out :) I have a 4yr old Siberian husky that is well trained, outside, friendly dog that doesn't bark. Let me know you have a room available :)
My current roommate and I are looking for a third person, maybe even fourth to find a 3 bedroom apartment/townhouse/house. Looking for people around our age, preferably female. We want to find someone we can feel comfortable living with and can get along with. Roommate works full time, I basically work full time and study full time. Both easy to get along with, both tidy also! We go to goodlife gym too if you need gym buddies! We work at a club Saturday night but love having a drink if we aren't.
I am an easygoing person, honest, tidy and polite. I am studying horticulture in TAFE. I am from Brazil and Biologist. I like outdoor activities, sports, listening music, to watch movies, to travel, hiking...
Hey guys! We're Annie and Alex. We are both UQ uni students (IT/Econ) with steady part time jobs. We both have extensive student sharehouse experience (we met in a St Lucia sharehouse and lived with 4 other people for over two years). We found that we got along quite well, so when we finished our lease, we decided to start up our own sharehouse! About us: We both love chatting and meeting new people - but we also understand the need for space. We're fairly tidy, responsible, and always ready for socialising. We're both semi casual gamers, so we have a bunch of consoles/games if that's your thing. Otherwise, we're always up for some card/board games and beers. We're social drinkers and non smokers, but smokers are welcome. Alex plays piano and I am currently in love with westworld. We're looking to start a tight knit, sociable student sharehouse. At the moment we have our eye on a beautiful large queenslander in Indro that is 125 pw for each person and comes with private air con in each room. It has a spa and pool which is maintained with some of our rent money (did anyone say bbq/pool party/house party/movie night!?), and huuuuge common areas. Did we mention the rent covers some bills too? Seriously, this place is amazing. The backyard even has a sundial. (Message us for more deets!) The only reason we haven't snapped this up yet is because we want to make sure we have three other roommates willing to share this gem with us before we start signing leases. (Of course, we are also not averse to moving elsewhere if we really click.) You should message us if: You're an easy going, sociable, LGBT friendly individual aged 20-30 who is either studying with part time work, or a full time professional who doesnt mind the occasional party/housemate bonding. It would help if you are a gamer (especially league/csgo/overwatch)/cat lover/pizza connoisseur, and are willing to strike up friendships with your housemates as well! But generally, we get along with everyone. One of our last housemates vomited in a Sombrero during one of our house parties and we loved him anyway.
Hi guys/girls My names Con and I'm a 28 year old electrician. I work standard hours from Monday - Friday and usually have weekends off where I usually tend to head down to the coast if the weathers right. I'm very clean and always clean up after myself straight away. I respect the space of the people I live with and I'm also very considerate of people in the house.
I'm an easy going guy who keeps to himself most of the time. I love cooking so if you've got a favourite dish I am usually happy to make food for everyone. I have a cat who spends most of his time outside. He generally gets along well with other animals after getting to know them. I work full time and like to enjoy my free time relaxing in front of the TV or out and about.
Hi there, I am a 22 year old female (turning 23). I have completed all my studies and now working full time in teaching (primary). I am respectful, clean and easy going. Love the occasional wine and socialise but also like my downtime as well. I live what I like to think an active and healthy lifestyle. I am looking for like minded people. Ideally, I'm looking at places that are more on the modern/newer side and my own bathroom. My current lease is due to run out on March 16th but may find someone to fill my current room earlier. If you think I'll be interested in your listing or would like to team up, please feel free to contact me. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you. Annie
I'm Jack, a mature 25 year-old studying Quantity Surveying at QUT. I have a FT cadetship at a firm on Eagle Street in the City. I enjoy cooking, watching films of all genres, listening to music, and having a decent conversation over a neat scotch or wine. My other interests include architecture, art, photography, and board games - which I have an extensive collection! As a housemate: I am exceptionally clean, mindful of noise and neighbours. I have a cat, 'Squiggles'. She is very low maintenance but does require a garden / courtyard. She is super sweet and gets along with anyone after meeting them. I have plenty of household furniture. Feel free to drop me a message if you think I'm a good fit. I have a flexible move date but an generally looking to get up and settled by mid- to late-January. - Jack

Hi! Me and my boyfriend are looking for a place\room anywhere near easily accessible public transport. I am currently working part time at a cafe and he is studying a cert 3 in visual arts at southbank tafe. We are looking for a place with easy going people. When we are home we prefer to keep to ourselves and like our own privacy.
We are a very loving and calm couple. I am an intelligent young lady, looking forward to studying health throughout 2017 at university, whilst also looking for a part-time job. I recently graduated this year, as I was on an academic scholarship in Thailand. We are currently living together renting off family, but want our own space. Tim is a 2nd year apprentice electrician, who graduated high-school last year. We do not own our own pets but are maybe looking at buying our own sometime soon. However, at the moment, I am a successful pet and house sitter on a website called Mad Paws. I have thorough veterinary experience and a passion for animals. We will be looking at residing for around 6 months until we save enough to find our own place. We are not quite the party type, but may go out once or so a month. Both of us are devoted to our successful futures and simply want somewhere to revive ourselves before the next work day. We are open to meeting any types of people, as we just want somewhere to call home! Somewhere stable, and preferably vibrant. I have lived out of home for over 12 months and can offer a reference.
I'm easy going, personal trainer/cf coach. I work split shifts and also play footy so not really home that much. I'm always either keen for a chat/drink but also like a bit of chill out time too.
Hey guys, I'm Beau! I'm currently working full time in Flight Centre's Head Office now that l have put my Uni degree on hold. Hi guys, I am a 31 year old male who is relocating to Brisbane to undertake a Masters degree at QUT. I live a healthy and active lifestyle, very clean, friendly, and respectful of others. I am easy to get along with and enjoy a good friendly conversation with housemates whilst also respecting space and privacy. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker (one or two socially on occasions at most). Ideally i am searching for somewhere to live with friendly, mature and respectful people and am not looking for a "party house" or anything alike. So if you have a place and feel like you could use a fun, friendly, and respectful guy to join your house family then please get in contact with me.
Hi there, I'm a recent high school graduate who wishes to move out from his parents home. I love video games and drawing. I work about 12 to 15 hours a week, and otherwise go out during the day to spend time with friends; I won't be there 100% of the time. I would be there most nights if not staying over at my boyfriends place, and would be more than happy to help out around the house when I'm there.
Hello! I am Lacey:) I am clean and tidy and work full time but also don't mind going out and having wine & cheese nights. I would like to live with someone who is friendly as well! I am looking for a modern master room with en suite and aircon if you have something similar please do let me know.
Hoping to find some cool cats to build a leafy, sunny, arty, creative space with (or to join an existing place). I'm studious, and read and write a lot, for work and for pleasure, and I value space as well as companionable cups of tea and meals and drinks. Would love to live with friendly, left-leaning people who work/study who don't mind a harry potter movie marathon every once in a while
Young professional nurse working in cancer care at RBWH. Fun and outgoing although, considerate of others. Looking for somewhere pet friendly as I have a friendly, well behaved cavoodle.
I'm 21 years old currently halfway through studying a law/psychology degree. I enjoy reading or getting out and about during my free time. Happy to help clean up and do my share of housework etc
I'm a 22 year old uni student, going into my final year of journalism and public relations. I'm a super friendly person and am always up for a chat but am super respectful of the other people I live with and also need my own privacy. I'm working casually at typo and also volunteer reading the news at 4ZZZ, hoping to get my own show this year! Because of this I'm looking to live anywhere between Kelvin Grove and Chermside(suburbs listed but anywhere else near the northern busway is fine) I'm a pretty social person but am not into going out all the time or having parties, though I do occasionally like to have friends over for pres or just a couple of drinks. Because I'm in my final year of uni I'm looking for somewhere to live for at least this year, and definitely need to live with people who will respect that I need my space and time for study as well. I'm a very clean person, always clean up after myself and often find myself doing other people's dishes just cause they're there. Usually will clean the entire house when I'm doing my own room. I'm experienced in sharehousing from small to large numbers, prefer to live with larger numbers but don't mind smaller places. I don't have any pets, but am more than happy to live with animals. I'm also interested in possibly doing a team up, potentially with my current housemate Julie, we have a whole house worth of furniture we can bring along!
I am a student going into my 3rd year of studying criminology. I am very social and love meeting new people, I work at boost juice so I can make a mean smoothie. I'm clean, well spoken, respectful and easy to get along with, just looking for some like minded people to live with and have fun while doing it
Hey! I'm going to Brisbane on February to do a business course, work in the hospitality industry and help with some volunteering projects. I'm looking for a cool group/flatmate to share a affordable house and why not.. a great experience! I'm kind of a guy that don't need much to live so.. I like to do any kind of outdoor sport, chill with some beers and meet friends and new cultures, love animals so much and I will explore as much as I can around Queensland. If I find someone that fits with that would be great! Also someone respectful, clean and outgoing.
I am about to start an allied health position in Chermside and am looking for a place to live close by with housemates of a similar age (mid 20s - mid 30s). I am originally from Melbourne and have been in Brisbane for 2 years while studying my masters degree.
Hi! I got back from the obligatory gap year in the UK in late 2016 and have been busy re-adjusting to life back in Brisvegas. Currently living in the northern suburbs, but I'm keen to move closer to friends/work/civilisation. I'm currently working full time in the city as an Executive Assistant. Likes include: - Cooking - Eating - Binge-watching the latest tv shows - Pyjamas - Reading with a cup of tea in hand Dislikes: - People who don't replace the toilet paper. I do actually have a social life - I promise! I play social netball, hang out with friends most weekends and generally like to balance out my lazyness with fresh air. I like my home to be a comfy retreat (clean and calm) and looking to live with others who feel the same. It would also be great to have housemates who are also friends, though I'm not needy and happy to have time to myself. I have almost no furniture, but looking for an unfurnished room (I will buy stuff). Ideally looking for housemates who are non-smokers and no cats (dogs are fine). I don't drive so I don't need a car park, but I am looking for somewhere well connected to public transport. Want to know something else? Ask.
Hey I'm Jake, I'm 24yo professional who works full time and looking for a great place with great house housemates. I'm easy going, love to socialise and also enjoy time to myself. I'm clean and tidy and enjoy coming home to a clean house after work. Most weekends I'm either coast bound, looking for a new adventure or catching up with friends. Looking to a find similar, like minded house and housemates.
Hey I'm Jess and I'm a registered nurse working at RBWH. I come as a package deal with my lovely cockatiel Jeffery. He's super cute. I'd love to live somewhere that would be happy to have Jeffery fly around and do his thing, or otherwise be in a big rumpus style room/granny flat that has fly screens so the little lad won't get out. I'm very clean and tidy and love to have a good chat and a giggle, but also love my down time and respect that of others too. My party days are over so i'm looking for people who have a similar mind set - that doesn't count me out for a casual afternoon beverage every now and then though. I'm a friendly, healthy person who loves bush walks, cooking and to just generally be outdoors in the sun.
I'm 19 years old and have applied to start studying business and psychology at QUT. As well as studying, I also have casual work so I'll be in and out all the time. I'm super easy going and clean. I love my personal space but I'm always up for a chat with whoevers around. Moving from Toowoomba so I'm not wanting to move until the end of January.
