We're a young couple looking to save some money to buy a house at the end of the year. Both full-time 6 days a week. We have a clear goal in mind and want live with people that do too. We're looking to Team Up and move in July. We are in the process of organising a house and housemates. Marketing executive (professional) who likes hanging out, having my own time and engaging in great conversations. I'm clean, pull my weight around the house and respectful of your possessions. Will be your Netflix buddy, drinking buddy and all round rad dude to have around. I'm easy to get along with and am known to make people laugh and smile. Would like a place with a friendly atmosphere so can come home for a chat at the end of the day. Essentially would be nice to have more of a home that just a room to sleep in.
I am a lawyer, working full-time who enjoys a good film series, wine & food. Full disclosure, I sing. Would like to flatshare with likeminded folks. I am Afrikaans, living in Australia now for almost 16 years and certainly enjoy going to rugby games. I enjoy hanging out but also appreciate some quiet privacy to sit & read.
- First year full time student - I'm a clean and organised person who very respectful of the people around me - I love new adventures and new friends Hobbies - Cooking crazy delicious meals - Dancing to all the good music - Exercising/ exercising classes
Note- I am not looking to move until Saturday the 1st of July. I am an environmental professional moving to Brisbane from Adelaide to work with a large mining company. I will be predominantly 9-5pm working in the city centre although, will also be required to work away from time to time. My initial contract is for two years, so if the flat share thing works out, I'm happy to continue for that time. I do not know many people in Brisbane so I figured accommodation sharing might be a good way to meet some people. I enjoy a chat and a few beers/wines, but I also enjoy my own space and downtime. I am clean and tidy, and extremely respectful of other peoples personal space. Also Keen to join a gym nearby, if you know of any? Ideally I will share with only one other person and have a private bathroom. However if the house is large and we aren't all cramped in, and there is at least two bathrooms, I will consider living with more than one person. I will also have some of my own furniture, so can either add this to the household or store it. All good either way.
Hi! I'm a 44 year old Psychologist looking to move close to Kedron State High by the end of June 2017, when my current lease ends. I am looking to share a place so I can continue to work part time while I recover from breast cancer (I have the all clear). I live a healthy and relaxed lifestyle, and am really easy going. I'm happy to cook and clean and help out around the house as much as needed. My 11 year old son is going to Kedron State High next year and I want to move into the catchment area long-term. I have my son with me every second week. He is super quiet and well mannered. We love going out on weekends and during the week he isn't home much, as he has football training twice a week which means he gets home around 8pm and goes to bed. We also regularly spend weekends away visiting family in Toowoomba. I have a well trained 1 year old mini-maltese x silky who can sleep outdoors at night. He isn't a "yapper" and I'm training him to be a therapy dog. If a pet is a dealbreaker, I can send my dog to stay with my mum in Toowoomba. Ideally I'm looking for two bedrooms, but we would move into a large bedroom with space for two beds or a room with a study adjoining or nearby. We have lived in share accommodation before and enjoy meeting new people. Any questions, just ask!
Hey all - Fitness business owner looking for a place to live! I recently took a role that requires me in Bris for the next 6mths so I'm packing up my stuff and moving (temporarily) from Sydney. Into training, reading, watching doco's, the odd red wine and adventuring. I'm up early and off to work by 5 or 6, then back by 7pm. Here to work hard and hustle so I may not spend a lot of time at home. Prefer a furnished place as all of my furniture is in Syd but if needed for the right place will sort it out.
Hi i'm Zoe! When I need to move: 6/06/17 at the latest and really want to stay in Lutwyche/ Windsor. What I am looking for: Queen size room with ensuite or own bathroom and built ins. About me: I'm 25 years old and work full time. I'm right into my fitness and outdoor activities, that's not to say I don't mind a cheeky cider on the weekends. I'm pretty chilled and laid back, I like to live with friends and be able to hang out and throw chat if we are both home. I usually spend my days off trying to get a dive in on the coasts so i'm not home to often but when I am I am clean and tidy and respectful of your down time/ area. I don't smoke, but also don't care if you do!
Hi! I'm Ellie - I'm 20 years old. I am currently studying a dual business degree at QUT (Kelvin Grove & Gardens Point campus), and I graduate in 2 years. I am a part time nanny, which I looooove, and also a casual medical receptionist at a GP practice which keeps me pretty busy. I am friendly, clean, fun, social & hardworking. I like living with really relaxed people who are also fun & clean! I am looking for a room big enough for a queen size bed and a desk :) x
Self-employed copywriter and business coach. Love people but I don't party, I'm a quiet type, don't even watch TV much, prefer reading, writing, cooking, baking bread or a cake, and a good conversation. I like art and craft, love animals and children. Writing my first children's book. I have an elderly cat who sleeps most of the time. By the way, other suburbs in the North Brisbane are fine, I just can't add them, I type the suburb and try to highlight it on the list but doesn't always work.
‼️LOOKING FOR SOMETHING AVAILABLE FOR JUNE!‼️ Hey my names Emma, I'm 20 and have lived by myself sinceI was 17 but as I'm home so little, I don't see the need for a place of my own and decided to move out into a share house or get a flat mate when my lease ends in June. I am clean and quiet, I work 5 days a week so I am out of the house from 8-5 everyday, and then at gym until 8 most nights. I go out maybe every few weekends but I am respectful and quiet I don't ask for much but I do like my space, I also love a good chat, but I cherish my alone time as you can tell I don't get much. I don't have many people over and if I would, it would be friend on the weekend and maybe a weeknight here and there, or a couple friends every now and then. But just because I like my alone time doesn't mean I'm not open to making a new friend and, I love to have a good laugh and hang out sometimes! I do have a cat named Cleo, she is really sweet but does what she likes mostly and that is being outside during the day, and coming in to eat and sleep at night lol. She's fully toilet trained, flea treated often and very beautifully natured. Don't be afraid to send me through a message if this interests you :)
I'm easy going and chilled. I work a full time job so won't really be home during week days. I love a chat but also enjoy my me time. I'm clean and tidy and would love to make the place we get together feel like a home with a neat set up. Let me know if you're interested 😊
Hey! My partner Aaron and I are looking to move into a place together, preferably a main room with an ensuite. Preferably all bills included and great Internet, if bond is flexible that would be even better!! Just looking to move out together asap :) I'm currently successfully self employed and Aaron is studying to be a PT. Yes we are both on a centrelink payment at the moment but have great payment and rental history. We do a couple of newspaper deliveries each week just fyi, may be a delivery or two but we could organise for this to possibly be changed. If you are interested let us know, we are clean and tidy and respectful of our surroundings. We are a quiet couple, we don't party and aren't noisy, hoping to find a place that welcomes friends over for dinner once in a while. Thanks!
I am an open-minded, polite, and well mannered individual. I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years and am currently a Strength and Conditioning Coach/Personal Trainer who is also managing a gym. It keeps me out of trouble and mindful of my health and fitness. When not in the gym for work or pleasure (pain?) I do play sport and head out for weekend hobbies. This is not to say I am not partial to a glass of red and the conversation/meal/film it is accompanied by. I am a people person and love meeting new people. Not looking for a hectic, late-night household as I need all the beauty sleep I can find. Preferably not smokers either. Couples and pets are most welcome. I you've any queries of me be sure to send me a message. Otherwise, let us get coffee and find a place. Until then I will leave you with this: 'Not ignorance, but ignorance of ignorance, is the death of knowledge.' - Alfred North Whitehead (1861-1947).
We're a couple that has been together for 4 years, we've recently relocated from Melbourne to be closer to relatives & for work. We are looking for accomodation close to Fortitude Valley, also a space preferably with our own bathroom. We are very neat & tidy people who enjoy a bit of quiet time after work & we can respect other peoples privacy. We also love socialising with friends and family often, going out to try new cafes & keeping active (adventure walks, gym etc.) on the weekends. Our length of stay is flexible approximately 6 months, but maybe longer with the right housemate/s. If you think we could be suited as your housemates, feel free to message us :) Look forward to hearing from you, Shanelle & James
Hi, I'm an active person looking for people to team up with. I work casual hours. Sociable and easy to get along with. Always up for some conversation or activities. I'm clean around the house, cook food a lot and am a social drinker.
Hey guys, I'm in my mid 20's & from Victoria and have decided to move up. I'll be working as a Reliability Engineer in the CBD. I currently live down on the Great Ocean Road and work in Melbourne CBD and enjoy taking up what that has to offer + keeping healthy. I have a positive attitude in life, good sense of humour and have lived in share houses for the last few years. Hope to hear from you. Cheers, Adam
Hey I'm looking for a room in brissy for work, which is in south Brisbane . I own my own property but wanting to move closer to bris. I'm clean, mature and respectful of space. Socialable, into gym, beach , outdoors a drink here and there :) I have a 4yr old Siberian husky that is well trained, outside, friendly dog that doesn't bark. Let me know you have a room available :)
I'm a registered nurse looking for a place for myself and my ginger cat! I love cooking and travelling. Looking for relatively tidy and chilled out housemate/s to have the occasional beer or watch some quality netflix with 😊
Hi, I'd like to introduce myself and Tori my dog. We moved from Mackay in October last year. I scored an awesome job at Hastings Deering. I'm currently living in Alderley in a cute little house, my housemates are moving out so I'm open to moving or getting in new tenants. I've loved living in Aldelrey, it's quiet and safe for Tori my girl (although not a great deal around) so a similar area would be great. In my spare time I'm hanging with mates, at the markets, at yoga, paddle boarding and generally doing low key things as I work my ass off during the week (although I'm getting better at going out for a few drinks👏) I don't have a great deal of studf except for my bedroom suit and my NutriBullet!!! Looking for someone to move in with that I can feel comfortable around. I won't demand anything more than a 'hello' Contact me to meet me! Or for any questions :-)
Hi there, I'm a Marketing Manager working full-time for a company based in Wilston. Would love to find a place with a person/people who are relaxed, tidy and up for making a friend - not just a housemate! Not looking to join a lease, just wanting to become a sub-tenant to avoid the lengthy lease application process. I have previous references and a positive rental history. I don't need a car space. If you have a bed already in the room, that would be preferred, but not essential. Let me know if you have something that would fit! :)
