I am originally from the UK but have lived in Brisbane for 4 years. I'm a shift worker (doctor) so need flatmates who appreciate the need for me to be able to sleep in the day time sometimes. I am up for a chat and socialising with drinks or whatever but respect other peoples space and appreciate the same. I am generally happiest outdoors, I enjoy camping and hiking. I am trying to find the time to get back into rock climbing. I love animals but don't have any of my own.
As a person, I would think of myself as quiet and peaceful, very caring and respectful of others, polite, well-mannered and considerate. Full-time, long-term employment. Part-time university student (external - online)
Hey i am currently looking for two possible arrangements with a like minded person that involves house share. I am currently looking for a place to live in Sherwood. I work - full time generally outside the house by 7 back 530. Outside of that I like go do some fitness cook and ready for bed. I love to cook so shared meals on occasion are well in line. Most importantly, im considerateness respectful and clean. FIRST OPTION- If someone has a room to share in a townhouse only sharing with maximum 3 people ideally 2 in total, i would be interested in hearing from you. SECOND OPTION- Some one that is looking to move into a place maybe has furniture but needs assistance with the bond etc we can arrange to do everything on board with an agent to sign a lease etc and secure a place together or if you dont really have the outlay in bond etc i can look at covering most of that. If you have your own furniture that is fine as i live very light so that will be an added advantage if you have belongings I hope to look for someone soon so we can arrange something please feel free to contact me to discuss. I am strictly looking for people of good nature and drama free.
I’m quiet considerate yet happy to chat and share with others or keep to myself if that’s yr thing. I don’t shirk my responsibilities and enjoy time alone or out with friends. I have a very quiet non shedding small dog . Like to cook and do my share of house work... enjoy outdoor time away from home or time watching adult son play cricket.
we're easy going, very tidy. very independent, but don't mind a chat... very active, love going to the gym. we ride horses. and are very quiet. i am an apprentice carpenter and Charlotte is studying to be a nail technician and we are both vegan... we would love somewhere to live till the end of the year.
Hi! We're Aaron and Harper! 24 year old male and a 2 year old female desexed, registered, trained black Labrador. I have a house full of furniture (lounges, washing machine, dryer, tv etc) but can get rid of everything if necessary. We're looking for a sharehouse. North or Southside it doesn't matter as long as its pet friendly with some grass in the backyard for Harper as she likes lazying around in the sun! Would prefer an unfurnished room but beggars can't be choosers. Harper is a loveable dog, being a Labrador she loves getting out and being active, but will also enjoy a long cuddle when the mood sets. When I’m not working, you can find me probably Coast at a local beach, or exploring new places around Brisbane, anything social and fun really, oh and tagging along is perfectly fine too, especially if you've got a dog as Harper just loves other dogs/animals. Wouldn’t mind a sharehouse with like minded flat mates where possible friendships can be formed - as who wouldn't want to be friends with the people they live with! Also interested in teaming up and starting a new sharehouse too! Looking at a move date around mid October, references available! Can pay 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance and provide proof of savings etc etc if required. Just shoot through a PM if you know of anything, TIA appreciate it 😊
Looking for a new place to live and some other awesome people to share a space with! I’m a young girl from the Sunshine Coast working as a barista/waitress in Yeronga, deferred from the university of Queensland for a break to work and travel. Love the beach, music, and fitness.
Hey, i have just moved to brisbane from canberra. I'm an easy going person with a range of interests. I enjoy doing track days, anything motorcycle related, enjoy being active, exploring Brisbane etc Im a public servant.
Hi I'm Emily, I work full time as a veterinarian. I'm tidy and keep to myself at times but also like to socialise and have a chat now and again! I moved from London about a year ago and plan to stay in Brisbane for a about a year or so longer. I adopted a kitten not long ago who is indoors. She's a very easy going cat :)
Hi I'm Jackson, I'm 18 years old and looking at getting myself set up, and established. I've decided its time to man up and look towards the furture. I've had abit of a rough upbringing - but I'm keen as to punch through life and obtain some independence I'm have a bright personality, I'm abit of a clown (my feet reflect that statement). I am a typical guy, kind of abit useless sometimes about household responsibilites, BUT - all I need is a little guidance. If you need something done or in a certain way, I WILL be more than happy to maintain it. I believe in personal space and generally will keep to myself majority of the time.
Hello! I'm looking to move a little closer into the city. I'm very tidy & love to cook. I don't mind socialising but also respect the need for space for myself & others. I'm not really into the party or drinking scene anymore so would prefer the house to be fairly relaxed. Though of course it would be nice to have it open for little social gatherings as well. Currently I am working part-time in finance, but I am also a yoga instructor. I am very active & enjoy cycling, hiking, yoga (of course) & other outdoor activities. I have said a stay of six months in my profile, but it really comes down to finding the right house/housemates. I am open to a trial period or longer stay if it works out :) Any questions feel free to reach out to me.
I'm friendly, easy to get along with and respect others privacy. I prefer social housemates that I can call friends but also respect each other’s space. I am looking for a place within walking distance to a train station as I don't own a car. I work at Kmart in Indooroopilly and am starting music degree in September. I am pretty flexible with the move in date and am looking for a place I could spend the next couple years in. Slide into my DMs if you think we would be a good match.
Professional, sensible, courteous, clean and responsible male. Just moved back to Brisbane and will be buying a house in the next 6 months but am looking to share or get my own place to rent while I settle back in and get used to Brissy again. Find our the best suburbs, cafes, restaurants and lifestyle here. I work out at the airport but don’t necessarily need to live that close to there. Have a small dog and do a lot of outdoors stuff in my downtime including in rescue ops on weekends. I have some furniture and things in storage but ideally looking for something furnished however can get my furniture out of storage. Hope this helps Regards Sean
I'm an easy going person. I have a son but he lives with his dad in NZ. I'm looking to meet some nice people and just have my own space again minimum 6months. I love to cook and relax. I work a lot and I'm trying to go to the gym more so I'm not around too much so when I am -I'm pretty quiet.. Not saying I can't have a good laugh...
I just moved to Brisbane last year from Adelaide and working as a full time process engineer. I love music and I play drums and guitar. I am looking for a house with fun people but also quiet at night. Easy going, happy and tidy. I go surfing, fishing, playing soccer, ping pong, volleyball, computer games (VR)... I am not a bad cook as well. Sometimes I practice with my electronic drums :) Environmentalist, socialist, nonreligious I don't like to lock myself in my room. I like to make good friends and connections.
I grew up on the Sunshine Coast but have lived in Adelaide and Brisbane as well. I am adventurous and like to go exploring, and I enjoy cooking and baking so do it a lot. I also do yoga and enjoy walking and cycling, hanging out at home, going to the cinema and visiting friends and family. I'm not certain about a moving date, it's very flexible, when I find the right place I'll move.
Hi everyone. I am hoping to move to Brisbane from Newcastle in November for Uni at the beginning of next year. I am currently studying teaching here in Newcastle but will be transferring. I went to boarding school for 6 years and have lived out of home since finishing (5 years ago) so am very respectful of peoples personal space and belongings and keeping common areas neat and tidy. I am friendly and enjoy living with people who can be friends as well as house mates :) Looking to move in with people of similar age as I am going to be new to Brisbane and would love to make some friends. I am not a huge drinker anymore but don't mind a couple on days off work or study. Please let me know if you have a room available
I am super clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of others stuff and space. I don't mind pets as long as the house is clean. Happy to be social on occasions, but mainly looking for a quiet place to study and live. I'm still new to Brisbane so I spend days off going out or having weekends away. I'm flexible with locations and I'm looking to move around mid October. I don't have any furniture so furnished would be great. I'm a bit flexible on price depending on the right place.
