I'm a fairly quiet person who generally keeps to myself but am happy to have a chat and a drink. I'm moving to Sydney on a short term contract and as such only need accommodation through until the end of March 2017. I am a non-smoker and have no pets. I will need parking. I am neat and clean and would like housemates who are the same. I will be working quite long hours and will be away most weekends.
Hi, My names Evangeliena. I'm an 18 year old female student from the Central Coast, this year I will begin my studies at the University of Sydney in Occupational Therapy. I have an adventurous attitude, I love the beach and great outdoors, a good book, I also cook and love things to be clean. I keep to myself unless others are interested in getting out and completing activities. I play touch football and am a keen team sports participant. I will be a fun, joyful and exciting flatmate.
23yo male moving from Melbourne to Sydney early Feb for work. Looking for a place to stay long term close to my workplace in Silverwater. I'm an easy going person who enjoys a balance of having fun and some quiet time to myself.
Hi, I'm Yave. Hard to pronounce? replace D with Y in Dave and u'll make it. After I was given Subclass 476 visa (Skilled qualified graduate visa) around 4 months ago, made it to this lovely country as fast as possible and now I'm happy. 4 months of both happy and sad days and having some experience in a country in which I knew no one then when I moved has been amazing. This country helped me feel ALIVE again. I'm a 32 yo Environmental Engineer and specialized in Air Quality Engineering in the best university in my country: University of Tehran A few words might describe me more easily (as a flatmate): Experience: 8 years experience living in shared accommodations of different types Personal Characteristics: caring, tidy, clean, sometimes talkative n sometimes quiet (depends to others), Job: 1) installing automated irrigation systems 2) Kitchen hand 3) semi-pro Poker player Appearance: black hair, black eyes, 5' 5'', slim Hobbies: Hanging around, watching films, listening to music. I might start surfing or Kayaking as well. I wanna: find flatmates who feel happy and comfortable with each other. I don't wanna: waste time finding another place only cuz my mates can't understand and respect each other enough. Things I cannot tolerate: - Know-it-all / sarcastic / illogical / sexist / racist / impolite people - any messy shared area specially the kitchen - dirty bathtub and toilet - people who either DO NOT TALK or TALK RUDELY when they have any problem with something related to me
I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.
Hi I am a teacher's aide and disability support worker. I'm also studying part time to be a teacher. I am considerate, tidy and organised. I'm sociable but like to have my own space too. I like music, movies, going to the beach or hiking, a bit of shopping, yoga and good food.
Currently at Uni, working part time and looking to move areas. I wouldn't mind living with two flatmates if necessary but one would be ideal. I would also prefer to have a bedroom with an en-suite. I also don't mind teaming up to find a new place that is preferably in or around the areas listed below. Move date can be whenever. If you have any questions feel free to contact me anytime.
Full time IT professional. I like to think of myself as relatively tidy and organised. Clean common spaces and respect for property are a must. No issues with short term guests or infrequent gatherings but would prefer to avoid a party house. Looking for something relatively close to a train station. Fast internet speed would be nice too! Interests: - gaming - sci-fi/fantasy books/movies I've been biking to work so I'll need a secure location to store my bike. Have a pet lovebird that will need to tag along! Move out date is very flexible and budget can afford to stretch out a bit more depending on the place.
We are an easy going couple. We are clean and respectful. Sharina: Works part time and is in her final year of studying Primary School Teaching. Ben: Works full time as a High School teacher.
I clean rooms in free time when I'm available, non smoker, day off around 6pm , work before 9 am sometimes cook with pots. Work with pots also. Working at mall. maximum would like to sign contract for three month, but depends the circumstances of work, I'm simple, sometimes traveling, sometimes cooking, sometimes daydreaming, yes that's me :) Nice to meet you, I'm Tina.
Hello, My name is Nicole I am 25. I am looking for a new place to call home close by Sydney Olympic Park. ( I will not be looking to move in until about March) I currently live on my own in a one bedroom place by the beach in Wollongong. I am looking for somewhere to call home nice and close to my new job in Sydney Olympic Park. Preferably with my own bathroom or en suite and sharing with one or two other people. I would love to live in the Wentworth Point Area. My work will require me to work some weekends and evening and some long hours so I may not be around all the time. When I am not at work I enjoy getting out and about trying new places to eat. But I also just as much love to stay in and watch a movie or whichever Netflix series I may be obsessing over. I am pretty friendly and easy to get along with. I would love to live with someone who is happy to socialise but also likes their own space. It would be great to share a glass of wine or two after a long day of work with my housemate and even make a new friend. I enjoy cooking (when I have time and am at home). Like to be active going on walks / to the gym when I can. Most of all I am clean and like to keep a tidy house. I have lived out of home for almost a year on my own and understand the importance of paying bills / rent on time! If you would like to know more or think you might like to share your place with me let me know! I am also interested in team ups for anyone else looking for that.
I am a 26 yo easy going female who is a Registered Nurse and doesn't take herself too seriously. I love a tidy place, I am a bit of neat freak so love to clean but I'm not a big cooker so it would be great to find someone who is the opposite :P I love meeting new people but am also introverted so I like my personal space. I would love to team up with people who love a social (but not a party) household. I enjoy having a meal and chit chat with housemates and having close friends and family around within the respects to my housemate/s. I enjoy a swim in the ocean, waterfall chasing, picnics, wine, travel, astronomy and have recently started Brazilian Jujitsu (so watch out :P) I do shift work and often wont be seen for days at a time due to conflicting schedules and occasionally I need quiet during the day whilst on night shifts. Would love to hear from like minded professional people. I am currently residing in North Parramatta but my housemate is moving in with her boyfriend when our lease runs out in the last wk of Feb. I am open to starting a team up and finding a new place to move in to, I would much prefer to be closer to the ocean and city or maybe someone could move in here. Flexible with move dates, preferably end of Feb/start of March but negotiable.
Hi I am a full time working professional, moving from Melbourne and would like to rent a share accommodation. I am working full time so will not be visible during the day but happy to have a chat and share drink over the weekends..

Hello :) my name is Janine, I'm 21years old, female and I'm from Germany. About me: I found a job in Camellia where I work full times, 10 hours a day from Tuesday to Friday. I start working there on Tuesday and so I'm looking for a flat asap. I also searching a second job for Saturday and Sunday. I'm a quiet person because the most time I'm at work. At my free time I would like to go out, go to the beach or the city, make sports or write applications for my Futur in Germany. I'm a simple person and I'm looking forward to find an english speaking apartment to improve my english. What I like to do is cooking and I love to cook for other people. I would like to stay here for 3 months and after that I start traveling around Australia.
Hi! My name is Lyla, I'm a student about to start studying Social work at uni. Would love to move closer to UWS as its real struggle getting to uni at the moment. I'm really laid back, I'd consider myself open minded and easy to get along with. I'm tidy and respect where Im living, I'm always keen to do my bit around the house and definitely down to cook a 'family' meal for everyone. I can respect personal space but also love to socialise. I moved to Australia 6 years ago from Ireland and before that I was in South Africa. I'm young but Ive travelled to a fair few places and believe I can get along with a variety of people :) I'm also keen to team up, so if you think we might be like minded people I'd love to grab a coffee with potential housemates and see if we get along! Thanks!!
I am a Civil Engineer, aiming for a Master's degree in Sydney. Working part-time and studying, but very neat. I like running, and eventually I go to the beach. I don't mind sharing bathrooms and groceries, and I am a very social person, still I know when to stay quiet in my room watching my series. Hoping to find some good flatmates to share a good experience with. Looking for something long-term, but it could be as short as 3 months, or up to one year (more than that is too much to commit with random people, but who knows...). Arriving in Sydney at the 8th of February, and looking for a place to stay, hopefully by the 13th I'll be set.
As a flatmate I'm clean and I keep my volume minimum. As a person I'm easy-going and social. I'm a food enthusiast and a book-worm, and I always love good discussion and intercultural learning. I'm from Finland, and I'm in Oz as a Working Holiday maker. Currently, I work as a photographer. I'm looking for a furnished room, but NOT a shared room.
Focused and professional American working on Masters Degree while working for a clinic in Sydney. Prefer to live near public transportation to help me get to work, which is west of Downtown.
Im a 26 year old from Far North Queensland who has been living in Sydney for the last 8 years. I am ideally looking for an apartment with 1-3 other people who are friendly and sociable like myself. Im not looking for a 24 hour party house but im also not looking for a convent either - people who are up for a couple of drinks and a meal at the pub or the occasional weekend exploring is what im looking for. I work full time at a professional role in Rydalmere and am generally leaving the house by 7:00am and getting back at 4:30/5:00pm Monday to Friday. When im not working im generally cooking, travelling, scuba diving, going on eating and/or drinking adventures, playing computer games, going to the gym (buddies welcome) or some combination of all of the above.
Hi, I am looking for a single room preferably with attached bathroom, in the above mentioned areas, Ideally it should be in walking distance to either bus or train station, I am an easy going friendly person and would like to keep my surroundings clean, Kindly contact me if you have something for me, Best Regards. Bhagat
As a flatmate, I can say that I am clean and well-organized person and I can easily get along with everyone. I love cooking, surfing and travelling. I'm planning to move on the end of December or 1st week of January.
Hey friends! Hope you all are having great time here and very excited for finding a new place to live…..and of course with a new flatmate… Well I am looking for only teamups to search a right flatmate to share rent and moving to a new flat together…..with 2 rooms/ 2 bathrooms …so that each can enjoy his/her privacy and space… I prefer that we directly lease jointly from agents/landlords as co-tenants because I noted that no sharing house advertisements are giving legally valid tenancy agreements. All are asking for bond money but none I asked gives the bond receipt and not keeping this bond money with fair trading authorities …..but only holding with themselves…which I find is not fair and is risky…. I would first prefer for short term lease of 3 months to know each other and the place and then later for 6 month…if fine.. I am happy to do the house search, negotiate the terms with agent, be a principal tenant and find the right house for us….but you need to also come and inspect… I am 40 * and an Accountant practicing in bookkeeping/taxation. Soon to study for law from CSU… I love cooking and can cook lots variety of vegetarian foods only. I am vegetarian, non smoker. And wouldn’t mind if we share cooking, cleaning, buying groceries to share/save the time. If don’t want ..also fine.. I am looking at moving into a bigger place. I love keeping to myself as too busy with household, job and study, respect other people space, privacy but also I enjoy other people's company. Really easy to get along with. Most important I love everything to be cleaned, organized….as far possible.. My interests are regular yoga, meditation, keeping myself clean and fit - physically, mentally and spiritually. Astrology, making horoscopes, and advising on the right remedies or gems to remove bad effects of planets. Vedic, tantric meditations, philosophy, etc etc….n lots more… So if you think your life not going well in emotional, financial and other areas ..it could be a good opportunity .. Also love going to clubs, parties, social drinking, dance, music, movies and theatres, beaches, having fun and enjoying life. My photo and other personal details not disclosed for privacy reasons and not necessary for the main objective - I thought not to upload here as I ve serious objective to only find right flatmate with whom can share rent. And also people say I look from Bollywood, too handsome to distract some….. : )))) However can share these details if we are serious and when we meet… Have fun ..!! My budget rent is max. 180-200 pw for each of us + equal sharing the electricity/bills. Below are the suburbs I identified. But we can include any other/anywhere which you suggest provided it's in budget limit.. Cronulla, Rosebary, Neutal Bay, Dulwich Hill, Balgowlah, Rockdale Penrith NSW 2750 Werrington NSW 2747 Kingswood NSW 2747 Jordan Springs NSW 2747 Saint Clair NSW 2759 Saint Marys NSW 2760 Glenwood Jamisontown Merrylands Hurlstone Earlwood Westmead Wentworthville Please note this property is listed so that we teammate and share the rent as co tenant. It may be taken away very fast .. So kindly contact to know the latest position and if it's available. if it's not there we can together share similar another property

Hey, I'm Sam. I'm 23 and I'll be moving to Sydney from Melbourne to study a Master of Physiotherapy at Uni of Sydney in February. I'm an easy going guy and looking for other fun, relaxed people to share a place with.
Looking for a room or granny flat that is a convenient distance to a train station. I have a car but sometimes require the train for work, so a car space or free street parking is needed. Air con is also a must....it is the main reason I need to move out of my current share house after 18 months as I cannot stand this summer heat at night! Long term is ideal but will consider short term spaces if the place has what I require to be comfortable.
I am a future Masters by Research student at the Western Sydney University and looking for a nice place around Parramatta where my campus is. I am a calm and independent person. I keep to myself normally but do not mind socializing from time to time. :)

Hi my name is Darren, I've just come over to Sydney from Melbourne to begin post grad med which I'm really excited about. Im a really easy going, laid back guy, always happy for a chat or a movie binge, games night, whatever you're into. Im generally tidy but not a neat freak - would always do my own dishes etc. Would love to make new friends wherever I'm living but also will probably be crazy busy at Uni so I'm happy with easy going or outgoing housemates! Im good with animals if you have any and am respectful of peoples personal space. A furnished room would suit me best as I'm more or less coming over with the clothes on my back but I'm flexible with whatever is available. Please message me if you think you have something that might suit me - I'm currently available to meet potential housemates/view rooms now that I'm in Sydney. Thanks for reading
I always pay my rent on time i keep my room clean neat and tidy and am a fun and honest person I am currently a student and looking employment.
I am an energetic, easy-going, fun, married 29-year-old girl, graduated as an MD, living in Perth with my husband, coming to Sydney alone to participate in a 9-week clinical course on Granville TAFE. I am clean and tidy and respectful of different ideas and tastes. Love to know new people and socialise with them, yet respect their privacy. Enjoy reading and listening to music. Since I'll be in Sydney for a short course, I need to study hard. So I prefer a peaceful and quite place with friendly people. Can't bear smokers because of frequent headaches. Can pay 200/W.
Hello there! My name is Doug. I'm a high school teacher currently working in Western Sydney. I'm also studying a Master of Special Education by correspondence at WSU. I also go to the gym fairly regularly and I am generally out a least a couple nights a week rehearsing for community musicals so I will likely be out of your hair a solid portion of the time. When I am home I'm very much a "hang out in my bedroom and play video games or read a book" kind of guy. I'm respectful of others' privacy and space but also enjoy good conversation and having a laugh with good people when the opportunity arises.
