Married Truck Driver applying to work on the North Connex project that finishes in 2019 have been self employed 30 yrs , owns own property at Nowra south coast NSW prefer studio or self contained granny flat
I have been separated for over a year and think its time to move out of our family rented home, my two children come and stay on weekends and holidays, 7 and 9 yo. I am currently employed as a bus driver but have been a sculptor and artist for most of my life and would like to find some where to continue my passion. I have my own furniture etc so prefer unfurnished. I am a worldly old soul of a gentleman, fit, active, house trained and clean.
I am looking for accommodation for myself and my two dogs (they come with 5 years of rental referees) My preference would be self contained accomodation on acreage (like a granny flat or studio), but I am open to sharing too. I am a professional who travels (with my dogs) a little bit and has some flexibility with my working hours and work at home some times. I like to eat well, I am into gardening and veggie gardens too. I have a horse who is agisted in Arcadia (where the dogs get exercise too) - it would be great to be as close to him as possible. I am friendly and easy going.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Would you and your housemates like to knock some money off your weekly rent? Have an empty garage or shed that doesn't get too hot or damp? Hi. I'm Jane, I live in my van and work 4 days a week as a bush regenerator all around Sydney. I love to make stuff and at the moment I'm sculpting and working with stained glass. I usually camp out near work and friends, but I'm looking for a little bit of a home base where I can come and go as I please, leave my computer and art space set up and I would like to have use of a kitchen, bathroom, internet and laundry. So I would be kind of like an extra housemate except I would only rent the garage and wouldn't be around that often. I think between $60-$90 a week sounds reasonable but that's totally open to discussion. (I just put $250 so I come up on searches) I'm a respectful and easy-going housemate and looking for the same. If you are interested, call me for a chat!
Hello, I am 24 and I work in Ecological management/bush regeneration. I'm kind and accepting of all others and I would like to share a home with people on a similar wave length. I'm gay and have no preference on what your sexual orientation is. I am honest, straight to the point, good humoured, mature and open minded. I love bush walking, cooking, swimming, gardening - I have had some delightful veggie patches, making art and camping. Please get in touch if you think we'll get on well.

Easy to get along with, always up for hitting the beach, a horror movie or a drink (plural). I enjoy being social, although I can quite happily hide away and read or nap for days. I’m relatively ocd when it comes to cleaning however my room is not always subject to this. I am a hard worker with lazy tendencies. I am a wildlife presenter/ educator working casually for Australian Wildlife Displays usually weekends, as well as currently helping out at a bakery in umina during the week. Graduated with a Bach of Zoology in 2016, and currently studying at Tafe through work. Interested in team ups!! Ideally 3-4 flatmates. I have oodles of furniture and applicances; 3 seater chaise lounge, tv unit, 2 TVs, fridge (but may upgrade soon), microwave, dining table w 4 chairs, cube shelving, book stand, spare single mattress and bed frame. At this stage have no pets but hoping to get a wittle snake soon.

Hi, I'm a 34 yo criminal defence lawyer and work for the government. I'm clean, tidy and easygoing. I can contribute to any common furniture if required. I work pretty hard during the week and swim/yoga before and after work. I'm looking for a room with an ensuite close to the beach. I've just moved to Gosford for work and looking for a nice place to live with chill flatmates but also my own space. Drop us an email or text if you think I'd be a good fit.
Work full time in Gosford. Social person, value my alone time. I have 2 dogs which will visit from time to time but not live with me. I love a drink, normal stuff. Not high strung at all. Looking for someone chill
I am completely self sufficient and independent. If I'm not chefing full time, you're likely to find me at a beach, a lookout or jumping off a cliff into water. I love adventure, and am definitely not opposed to a hunt down for great coffee shops. I don't stop very much as I love to be on the go, and I am a very big people person. I love cleanliness and have been financially independent since a very young age, it would be amazing to live closer to the south side of the coast, where you'll find both my job and some of my favourites places to spend spare time. Would love to do life with some adventurous, bubbly people as I am that way inclined myself.
