Hello :) My name is Melanie and apparently I need to tell you what makes me great to live with, so let's get started! :) I am french, I am currently working at the juice bar on Mooloolaba beach and studying nutrition so I love cooking healthy food, I love gardening (as the baby plants growing on my fridge can tell), I am very clean but not at a maniac level, and I love practicing sport at least 3 times a week so you're more than welcome to join me for it if you feel like :) I also really like laughting and having fun even if I need quiet time on my own. I hope you we will match! :D See you
My age 51 male person and about me don't much at all. I need move out from Darwin Australia ( SAP ) To Contact me on this No.0402164635. or firstname.lastname@example.org. Regard Dennis Plummer
Fly in fly out worker so your'll get rent with out me around most of the time. When I am home I'll be kite surfing if the winds up, kayaking if its slop or if the waves are nice attempting to surf. Ideally looking for housemates with similar interest and irregular working hours so I've got people to hang out with at the beach during the week. Want a homely place that is social and clean if thats too much to ask ;)
Hi, i'm an easy going, mid 30's guy looking to move into a share place. I work long hours in a professional capacity, looking to move in the coming week if possible, contact me please if you have something you think would be suitable. Kind regards.
I am a young at heart and fit 44 year old single woman. I am currently studying and working part time. I have lived in this beautiful neck of the woods for 10 years and would like to continue living here. Due to a relationship breakdown I am now seeking a residence that enjoys a laugh, a drink and is social. I'm past the party house environment every weekend but do enjoy a chat with a wine and music playing. I also have an 18 month old male boxer dog who is extremely child and adult friendly (what boxer dog isn't right??). We currently visit our favourite place on earth twice a day (going to the beach for a swim and run) and therefore, he is never bored so there will be no holes dug, your favourite pair of jimmy choos will remain in tact and poo patrol is a daily task. If you think I might be suitable to your household, please drop me a line and we can chat more. Have a briliiant day, Rachael
My name is Phillipa Allanson, I am well presented, respectful, potlie, well mannered, and very organised. Very easy to get along with and I have just moved to the Sunshine Coast area. Looking for a place to rent on the Sunshine Coast. Kind regards, Phillipa Allanson
Im a hard worker so I'm usually either working, at uni or studying. Do my own thing and don't rely on others to get things done for me. I'm always respectful of others and don't go out a lot since i work nights on the weekends. Love sport and keeping healthy and a pretty relaxed and cruisy person.
Hi I really would like to team up with someone as I have all the furniture for a house. I am Respectable, honest, reliable, fun, clean, good cook. I have rented here at Redcliffe for 20 years but it is time to move closer to my parents as they need more help these days. If I am to go into a home share my limit would be $190 per week as I have storage cost per week unless you have a single size garage I can put it in. I do have a small well behaved house trained dog. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Hey all, my names Brady. I'm a 22 year old student (financial planning & accounting), and I'm currently not working at all. I will be finishing uni mid 2017 and hopefully staying at the coast working after this time. I'm easy going, relaxed and clean. I'm generally pretty quiet at the start but also love to have a good time. Interests include sports, fitness, cars/bikes, video games and of course the beach. My current lease expires around the 15th Dec so I'm looking for a new place to move into, can be either furnished or unfurnished (unfurnished would suit me better). I would prefer to be sharing with similar aged people with similar interests (mostly regarding sports/fitness). Will be looking to move at some stage early in December. Cheers!
I'm 38, would like to live meters away from the beach and call it home and preferably with a pool. I have no children. I have a small 12 year old dog who is very well trained, quiet and always happy to see you. It would be a shame if he was a deal breaker as previous people I've lived with have adored him and are not dog lovers. I am social and like to have social drinks on occasion, I like to go out partying on occasion but also like quiet time and my own space. I am easy to get along with, clean and tidy, I don't fuss over things and I hate drama. So I'm looking for like minded people to live with. If your interested throw me a line Cheers Lisa

Hi! My name is Mel - I am moving from Brisbane to Sunshine Coast after getting a new job. I work as a HR Officer and study Human Resources part time. My start date is 21st November so happy to move up anytime during mid-November or December. I am a tidy, respectful, quiet but fun roomie who is looking for somewhere to stay (6 months or more) in the Maroochydore, Alex Headlands, Mooloolaba area. If you have a place that is in those areas and I sound like someone you would like to room with please don't hesitate to contact me :)
Maddie and I are looking for 1 or 2 people to start a share house with. We would prefer living with people who are interactive with us but understand personal space too. Feel free to hit us up for a chat if you think you would like to share a home with us!

Hi! I'm looking for some awesome people to stay with! I keep things pretty neat and clean, and I always cook in bulk so if you want some just say so! I will also compulsively clean any and all dirty dishes (habit of being a teenage dishy). I like to keep fit, as a result of that I'm rarely home (either at the office, the gym, training or drinking in a gutter somewhere). I'm a web developer and security guard on the occasional weekend as well, but I do love the weekends I get off and don't mind going out and doing something fun! I hope to make a few new friends along the way :) if you want to know anything else don't be afraid to message me

Friendly couple, easy going, clean and tidy. I am going to study Commercial Cookery. Cooking and beach are a passion to me. Lucas is on a working holiday visa, he has been working in Brisbane since May16, and now that I arrived in Australia we decided to move to Sunshine Coast (we are in love with this city). We are staying in a Sunshine Coast at least for one year and a half, so if the house and our flatmates rocks, we would be glad to share for a longer period. :)
Hello there awesome people :) I'm Vannah, 19, currently employed at Licraft Robina, and I am a very open-minded, kind, friendly, fun and happy person with peaceful energy that cleans up after themselves looking for a room to call home between the Goldcoast and Byron Bay as I work in Robina, and some friendly people to share a home with would be absolutely awesome! :) I have lived independently for two years now - previously in a share house in Uki, then with one other person in Tweed Heads and currently residing in Mount Warning, but originally I'm from the Sunshine Coast. I have peaceful energy and am very courteous and cleanly, I would love serve as some awesome company to my housemates. As well as being an extremely kind, chill, happy person that is open-minded and likes art and reading, I am also responsible and have rental history showing all payments to be in advance. Super excited to see what will present itself for me, so please swing me a message if you're interested!

Hi there, I'm looking for a place for me and amazing little dog Indy. A bit about me, I do work a lot as I run a floor laying business, at the end of the day I like to come home and take Indy for a run and relax at home. I'm not a party person so I don't have party's or people coming around all the time. A bit about Indy , Indy is my very excited and playful best friend and at the moment with all the moving around and me working so much she has started being a bit mischievous, but as soon as she has her own comfortable place as well as her routine back she will be the little angle she usually is. Please consider us for your room as we are looking to get into a new home ASAP. Please contact me on my phone number, I look forward to hearing from you.
Hiya, Looking for a place close (driving distance fine) to the new hospital (I work in IT there) Eastern European by origin (Yugoslavia), lived in Belgium most of my life and in Sydney for about 5 years - on the coast for 9 months now. Healthy, fairly quiet but would enjoy a chat and a glass of wine here and there, would need parking and/or a place for a jet ski.
Hey guys! I'm hoping to move into either the Maroochydore Mooloolaba area around new year. I'm an Irish girl, 25 years old and just recently moved to Australia. Im living and working in the Sunshine Coast right now but looking to move out of the countryside where I currently am. I'm super easy going but also a very tidy person. I love meeting new people and I would love to live with friendly people like me. If you have any rooms coming available early 2017 please let me know! :)
Hi I'm an easy going, wholistically minded, non smoking 50 yr (young), semi retired, student. (Studying animal nutrition). I'm looking to share with easy going, stress free, respectful people, preferably animal lovers. Semi furnished accomodation and off street parking are also on my "wish list". I have a 7yo Golden Retriever & 2 (10yo) cats. I work casually, my dog goes into care whilst I work & my cats just "chill out", as cats do! All my animals are "trained", have great personalities and get on well with other animals and children.
Hello everyone, We are Nick & Maartje, a coupe original from the Netherlands. Coming to live for our second year in Sunshine Coast. We love to settle close to the beach. (Alexandra Headland - Mooloolaba - Maroochydore ) We are both working fulltime in a sales & marketing company. Also starting a new course in business in november. We are warm hearted and hard working people. Very tidy and we love to have a laugh. We are available immediately to organise a meeting! We are very excited to hear from you. Cheers, Nick & Maartje
Greetings Currently on leave so I made a decision to spend the Christmas and Summer at the Sunny Coast because I have always wanted to live here. From Brisbane originally but looking for that desired "sea change". Have references. Would prefer the bills and WIFI included in the rent to eliminate possible future conflicts. I am a foodie, so I will use and clean the kitchen after I prepare my meals AND I expect future flatmate to be like-actioned. I will keep communal areas tidy on a clean as you use basis, and once a week thorough clean (1 hour). I am a neat, organized, but a slow to wake/quiet morning person, who loves a strong turkish coffee brewed on the stove top, then I love to sit facing the sun while I wake possibly reading non fiction material. So I believe a minimum need would be a share unit with a balcony that fits pot plants of herbs for my cooking and small bbq, or a share duplex with a courtyard for same reason. I will be bringing my banana lounge for the outdoor area, unless your place has a second one for me alone to use. I can use a bedroom that is either furnished or unfurnished, I don't really care about that. I have from childhood grounded beliefs in Christianity which I do not push on others, and would not like to have to substantiate to others with opposing views. I am committed to non smoking, non drinking and non drugs. I am not interested in living with anyone still doing this. I am a surfer at Melrose Parade, Maroochydore and love all beach going activities. I enjoy a action or comedy movie in my downtime after dinner. If my life sounds home-based it is a little at present because I am on holidays. I have family on the coast to visit. I am independant and making new contacts daily, while I assess the possibility of the sea change. I am interested in exploring local areas, walking, yoga, Pilates and new things like full moon surfing last week. I have a sense of humour, that as my sister and I always say, seems funniest to us. So I am not perfect, and sometimes not positive, and not trying to be as I am human. If I may be suitable as a flatmate at your premises, please enquire. My dates are flexible, I can move sooner if the right situation arises. Happy days! Bene
I'm from Toowoomba and I'm just about to finish my uni degree. I now have a job up at the Sunshine Coast. Will be away for work a lot through the week. I'm pretty relaxed and easy to get along with. Send me a message if you're interested.
Hi, I'm a 20 year old University student, currently studying Dietetics fulltime. I work at Gelatissimo in Mooloolaba, around 20hrs a week and am on centerlink so can afford to pay rent and utilities. I am a fun loving person who enjoys some laughs and just chilling. I am a clean person and will pull my weight around a house. I have furniture, including TV and washing machine and some tables, as well as plenty of kitchenware. Not fussed about whether my roommates are male or female or age.
Rent always paid in advance. Clean and tidy. Very easy going. Am a happy bubbly person. Love the beach!! Am there every morning before work :) Also have a very friendly, extremely well behaved & obedient outside dog 'Boss' currently living with housemate who's 2 sons aged 3 & 5 years old absolutely adore Boss, just as he adores them. I am a responsible pet owner & all vaccinations, worming ect. Are always up to date. I have a secure full time job (that I absolutely love!☺️👌🏻) I work 6 days a week 8-5:30pm. So am quite a busy person, but also like & appreciate at the end of everyday having a place I can call Home to come home to everynight too. Love other people's company, being able to have a laugh & Enjoy a knock off beverage here and there especially on the hot summer days 😊 Just as much as I enjoy chillin with just the tunes playing with no one else around. Very cruiser easy going type of chik. A good person/people to live with is much more important to me than how fancy the house or propperty is. 😊👍🏻😎
I am Mature professional, with old fashioned values, considerate, VERY clean. Live a healthy lifestyle, eat well, train often, reflective. Looking forward to a change in scenery, still awaiting job position before committing. Position starts Feb 17.
I am a full time student at the university of the sunshine coast. I like to keep things nice and tidy, so I have no problem doing my fair share of housework. I am quite self sufficient so have no problem with keeping to and looking after myself. I currently have my eye on a few places I would be interesting in sharing that would mean $145 (around about) per week in rent for three people, and another for $115 per week for four people. I am really looking to move in ASAP, so don't hesitate to let me know if you're interested.
Hi, my name is Cedar and I am preferably hoping to find a place somewhere around the Alexandra headland, cotton tree, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore and cotton tree sought of area if at all possible. However, I am also open to places in surrounding suburbs if need be, and my maximum budget is $200/week I am a very clean person and would much appreciate to live in a place other clean people if possible. Currently, I am a student who is currently studying full time at the University of the Sunshine Coast (USC). I recently completed my degree in biomedical science, and am currently completing my honours degree in an area of microbiology. I'm an easy going person who likes to be social but also likes to do my own thing a lot too. I have only put a 3 month length stay as just a standard length, however, if I do get along with the people I move in with I am happy to have a longer stay, as I won't be finished my honours degree until around mid to end of next year. I like to go out on occasion and so forth, but definitely not looking to live in a full time party house, particularly not during the week as I usually have a lot of lab work and study to do. So if you are interested in having me, please send me a message as I would love to hear from you. Thanks for taking the time to read this. kind regards
My name is Frederic and I come from the dark forest of Sweden. I am here in this country of a paradise to gain the education I need to come one step closer to my dream. I am an easy going, social and kind guy who enjoys socialising with people, but also enjoy my personal time. My big interest in life is cooking, all different outdoor activity, and interacting with people. Besides my four days of school per week, I also work five nights a week. My spare time will be spent working out, being out in the nature or at the outside area at home with a nice cup of tea. I am a very tidy, clean and respectful person who puts everyone else interests first. Even though I study a fitness education, I still enjoy a couple of beers or a good glass of wine sometimes. I am looking for a place for between 6-9 months where I can be able to root myself and have a place i can call home. I get along with everyone, I can live with either one mate, a crowded place or everything in between. If you get a good feeling reading this, don't hesitate to contact me! Yours sincerely Fred
Hi, my name is Susan, I am a 64 year old lady, I have 4 children all moved out of home and living independently. I am very young in appearance and outlook, looking for a share house or share apartment preferably on Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast quite near to beach. I work as a reception at present in Brisbane CBD and am due to retire shortly and would like to retire on the Coast, North or South, so am looking for permanent rental accommodation with a person in similar situation as myself. I am very easy going, very tidy, love keeping my home nice and like gardening as well. Enjoy swimming, walking, would like to share with a person that I can get on well with and socialise with, but also likes private time. I like the occasional glass of wine. I am open to questions about myself and am able to provide good character references. If I moved to the Coast I think I would look for a parttime job. Thank you Susan
I'm looking to make the move from Melbourne to be closer to the beach and for a simpler, less crazy, more enjoyable and relaxed lifestyle, hopefully making new friends along the way. I'm 19 years of age, but I'm not wild! I'd love to move in to a home with people who I'll be able to make connections with and hopefully call my new pals! I won't have many contacts being so far from home so it'd be a bonus if you could show me around HOWEVER I'm very respectful and completely understand if you'd rather we keep to ourselves! I'm looking for a room that already has a bed in it just to make things a little bit easier for me to pack up and go. I'm fascinated by animals and love nature, I love all music, I like to go on adventures and read but I also love to go out and have a boogie with friends. I won't yet have a job when I arrive but I will be looking very hard and also coming with savings to ensure myself a home in case it takes longer than hoped for. Because of this reason, I cannot ensure a length of stay but I will say 3-4 months minimum. I would really like my tiny, shy cat to join me but I understand that pets aren't always wanted so I have organised for her to stay with someone in Melbourne if she isn't quite welcome :) I'm super chilled out, open minded, caring and very friendly! Honesty and good manners are also super important to me :)
