I have just returned from two years abroad on a working holiday visa in London. I will be starting my Master of Tourism, Event and Hotel Management at UQ at the end of February and looking for my new home. Interests include cooking, wine, brunch, travel, walking, reading and Haagen Dasz. Looking for a double room in a social house where I can make new friends and call it my home. I will be in Brisbane from the 24th January so keen to set up some viewings around this time :)
Hey hey I'm Dan, 35yo working full time as a Product Manager for a Mining Company. I'm pretty busy during the week and like to be active on the weekends and get out & about. Hopefully find someone similar, someone to share a few laughs with and the odd glass of wine or cold beer.
Hello! I'm an easy going and relaxed, tidy housemate looking for a home in Brissy! I'm starting my Masters of Nursing at UQ after doing my undergraduate degree in Sydney. I'll also be working part time. Originally from Byron and have spent the last 6 months on the Sunshine Coast. Would love a place with a dog but not a deal breaker! Flexible with length of stay.
I'm going to study business at QUT for my exchange semester, starting this February. I am from Montreal, Canada. I am looking for a place to stay, preferably with other students. Looking for easygoing and friendly people. I love the outdoors, sports (yoga, fitness, volleyball... want to learn how to surf!), dogs, movies, food, beach, exploring the city, going out for a drink from time to time... I like doing my own thing but I am always in for a good time! I am really excited to discover Brisbane and looking for people who can show me around or explore with me.

Looking for a place to move out for the first time as i still live at home, would enjoy the experience of living with myself. About me: From Brazil, lived in Australia for almost 10 years now. I am a very organised and clean person, don't like to get into conflicts. I can sleep through everything, noisy house holds are no problems for me. I currently work at The Bagel Boys, both factory and stores, could always get some bagels for the house hold! Enjoy spending time alone, so ill spend most of the time inside of the room. Very open person to talk to, if you have any problems at all i am whiling to work on them! Hope to see you soon!
I am extremely quiet, clean and conscientious, and spend a lot of time out of the house either working or studying in my room (BEnvSci student at Griffith University). In saying that i'm very personable and I am always down for a chat when other roommates are around. Live music is my lifeblood and am always down to go see a gig if that's what you're into. I also DO NOT own a car, so being close to several modes of public transport would be a plus :) which also means I wont take up any valuable street or off-street parking you may have!
Hello! I am from Brisbane and looking for a place in close proximity to CBD and I have listed my preferred suburbs below. I will be flexible with moving before Feb 5th. Currently I work full time in retail in CBD. I am very friendly, introvert, down to earth, trustworthy, tidy, clean and respect your privacy and space. My hobbies are fitness, modelling, photography, volunteering, road trips and camping. If I am someone suitable please contact me. Cheers
I'm fun, friendly and easy going guy who love to socialise and explore outdoors on weekends. As a housemate I'm clean, tidy, always up for chats, a beverage and movies but also respect others privacy. I work as a dietitian part time during the week and in my spare time I love being outdoors, exploring, playing sport, bush walking, travelling and reading.
Hey brissy legends, I'm Laura. I just got back from 2 years travelling and figure it's about time I start doing life again! I'm originally from Melbourne but spent my last couple of years in Australia enjoying the NSW coast. I've always been keen for a life in Brissy so here I am!! I'm a pretty chill person when it comes to living, I just don't like living in a mess. I work in the travel industry so a lot of my time will be spent booking in holidays for people at the office and well, when I'm not doing that most likely enjoying the events the industry puts on. I look forward to my weekends so I can escape to the beach, catch up with friends, etc. Definately not afraid of a good ollllll chinwag but also am mindful and respectful of peoples space. Would love to be around other like minded house mates that enjoy a catch up and a drink every now and again. Stoked if I gain some pals
I'm a Brazilian chef who spent the last 13 years traveling arround the world cooking and chasing good food. I'm very calm guy (cause the kitchen is crazy enough) and I really enjoy a good chat with some beers or a glass of wine. I like to socialize a lot but I need my time alone too. Whatever I'm a good person, hard worker, clean and polite. I'm in Brisbane to study and work a bit. It would be a pleasure find a nice house with nice housemates to live at this amazing place.
Needing a place to call home! We are very clean, neat and tidy. Always pay our bills on time. We are trustworthy, reliable and respectful.
I am a 3rd year UQ student looking for accommodation near UQ. I am responsible, mature, friendly and easy-going. Generally speaking I like music, movies and having a light hearted chat. I'm looking for a clean and enjoyable living environment and would be interested in any team-ups.
I'm looking around Hawthorne, East Brisbane, Norman Park, Bulimba and Balmoral. But willing to expand my scope into the Eastern and Southern suburbs. I do have a car, I would like a place where I can park it. I work full time in the city and lead a fairly active/social life. Always happy to share with likeminded people who are outgoing, easy going and clean (not OTT). I want a place that I look forward to going home to. Some of my likes include road trips, travel, hiking, chilling at home with some good food and drink and a good movie. If you're interested drop me a line :)
About me: Hey guys, I'm a 22 year old barista who works 4 or 5 days a week. Pretty easy going and don't mind a chat. Looking for some rad new people to take me in as part of their household. I'm down for movie nights and housemate dinners too. As well as being a mean coffee maker, I have a background in cooking so I'll whip up a mad feast every now and then and am happy to share. In my spare time I like to chill out at home and watch Netflix (attenbro or some murder docos/series) or play some games. What I'm after: A room with atleast a ceiling fan so I don't perish in Brisbane heat. Looking to move in somewhere between the 18th-20th ish of Feb. I drive so ideally would like easy parking. If you have pets, I definitely don't have a problem with getting to live with adorable doggos and kitty cats as long as you respect my need to pat them :)
I'm an American med student coming back to QLD for a 4th year rotation. I'm quiet, clean, enjoy kicking back and having a beer sometimes but I'll mostly be working, studying and skyping with my family in the US.
Busy job, out a lot & pretty clean. Into health and fitness but also like to relax from time to time. I’m a manager for a building company so do work long days and then am at gym most days.
Hey future housemates, I'm Alex and I'm looking for my next home as my lease is up in my current sharehouse in mid Feb. I've been in a couple of sharehouses now and am looking for a place for at least 6 months, preferably a year, while I finish up the last year of my Business/Law degree. I'd like to live in a house rather than an apartment and I like to have a backyard or deck - need somewhere to chill out in the fresh air and put all my plants that live in my homemade pots. I like to keep it fairly quiet during the week with my work, study and sport. I play a bit of netball, touch footy and like to swim. Would be a plus if I found a housemate who would like to join me at the gym. On the weekends, I'll usually be out and about with friends and like to unwind with few drinks. I'm really looking for housemates I can be friends with - I enjoy chatting over tea, watching Netflix or playing some house board games. I also come with a little cat called Clive who my previous housemates have all loved and accepted as our extra housemate. I'll need a room that can fit a double bed, desk and wardrobe at least (off street parking would also be great but not essential). I've always enjoyed living in sharehouses with 3 or more people. If you've got a room that sounds like would be a good fit or if you're interested in teaming up to start a new place, I can't wait to hear from you.
I am an easy going introverted geek. I value being healthy and spending time in nature. I have a sweet, obedient , cat submissive dog with me who is my dependent. I work as a counsellor at a wellness center part time and at Drug Arm Australasia part time. I would love to live somewhere that is peaceful, respectful and welcoming to my beautiful dog. I have some pretty interesting stories from my travels and can muster a wicked conversation about the meaning of life when called for ;)
Hi everyone :) I'll be moving to Brisbane this February to study my masters in Social Work. I'm 27 (nearly 28), originally from Mullumbimby in Northern NSW, very friendly, down to earth, respectful of others, and a non smoker/drinker (however I don't have a problem with those that do). I've just returned to Australia after living in Indonesia for the last 5 years, and would love to find a sharehouse that feels like a real home, with housemates who are kind-hearted, and enjoy sitting down together for a cup of tea and a good chat. Hoping to find a room in West End or surrounding inner city suburbs. I can afford $175/week INCLUDING bills.
I'm a 22 year old Norwegian studying film and television at Griffith University South Bank. Generally I'm very easy going, clean and tidy person, don't smoke, up for a beer once in a while or maybe some wine and cookies, I also don't mind any animals. I can offer good food and if you're curious I can teach you how to swear in Norwegian. the places I've listed are only suggestions. If you have a place that's a bit far away from South bank but close to a bus station or train station you're more than welcome to shoot me a message. I'm looking for a nice welcoming place with 1-3 people living there who don't mind chatting a few times but are also respectful of privacy. Hopefully looking for a room with a double/queen/king sized bed as I am 6'6 Currently I'm in Norway and will be back in Australia on the 22nd February, So wont be available by phone
I'm a 25 year old accountant looking for inner-city accommodation. I'm a non-smoker who enjoys yoga, rock climbing, listening to triple j, netflix series, going to gigs and tending to her succulents. I have my own bedroom furniture so am after something unfurnished. I love animals so am fine with dogs or cats. Love to have a chat and beer/wine while at home but also have my own social life and hobbies :)
