Recently started a new job based out of Adelaide, working away majority of the time on a roster that is constantly changing anywhere from 5-21 days on with usually no more than a few days off. Looking for a decent place to base in my time off work. trust worthy people only, wouldn’t want to live with more than 2 people. I’m clean and tidy, from the country, always have rent and bills ready ahead of time. Feel free to message
Hi my name is Sebastian. I'm a 27 years old German Biochemist/Molecular biologist, who is moving to Adelaide for at least a year to work at SAHMRI. I just got my Master's degree and the job in adelaide will be my fist step into the world of working full time and my first long term experience abroad. During my time as a student I lived in shared flats/houses with mostly female flatmates. So I know how to behave in a shared flat/house and keep the common spaces tidy :). For a German I'm pretty outgoing and a curious mind in general. My friends tell me im pretty fun to hang out with :P. My interests and hobbies are everything climbing related (although I mainly do bouldering, which is climbing without belaying/security gear in save hights), Yoga, Music (I like to go to concerts and music festivals. I listen to all kinds of music ranging from rap and electronic music to Rock, Punk and Metal, although everything Rock related has a special place in my heart.). I am pretty tech savvy and like computer gaming. Hanging or going out with friends and meeting new people is one of my favourite free time activities as I am a very social person. To get to know new people, have someone easy going to live with, build a social live and to fulfill my need for social interaction is why I would like to live in a shared flat/house in Adelaide. I'm looking for a furnished (can't really take your furniture with you in your carry on, can you? :D). room in a shared flat/house with a nice common area. I am working full time, so preferrably I would like to live with someone who has a similar shedule during working days or doesn't party during the week. Although I'm always up for hanging out and having a drink :)
Perth boy, moving slightly back west from Melbourne for a disability advocacy project in Radelaide. Like the gym, have recently taken up swing dancing, love dogs and pasta and am a considerate, clean trustworthy and fun housemate. Please note: Before commencing a house share, I will require you to read and sign a written agreement. Nothing rocket science or me asking special treatment, just conditions and clauses that will make for an equitable and enjoyable experience for everyone by knowing their expectations and responsibilities from day one. Welcome to discuss. See the flatmates.com flatmates agreement for an idea of what I mean.
Hi there, I’m currently living in Sydney, but keen to move to Adelaide soon! I’m Brazilian, working as a dental assistant and I’m studying advanced diploma of leadership and management. I would describe myself as a clean and neat person and I enjoy staying quiet in my bedroom, however I appreciate dinner with a bottle of wine together with my flatmates sometimes! I would love to share a place with nice and happy people. Cheers, Thais
Hi I’m moving back to the south Adelaide area and looking for a furnished room. I'm a clean and tidy person, a big foodie and I like to cook. I'm a people lover and enjoy some good ol' tunes but also enjoy my own space and relaxation. I go to bed quite early most nights. I work at a bulk food store in Glenelg and Mitcham and I like to live on the more waste free side of life. I enjoy going to all the markets, doing yoga and spending as much time at the beach as possible.

Im moving from Sydney to Adelaide around 12th of July and looking for a nice and clean place where I can chill after work. Im def not a party animal lol but I like to catch up with friends or chill at home with nice glass of wine😉 On the winter time I rather spent my free time at home with good book or just watch a movie, but on the summer i love all outdoors like long walks, snorkeling and live gigs😉Looking for furnished room preferably near the CBD with a budget of $180. Thanks!
Wanting to live easy along the coast :) Work normal full time hours, enjoy exercise and healthy eating during the week and overindulging in the good things in life on the weekends!
Hiyya! I'm open minded, clean/hygenic, caring, pay bills on time (1st thing that should be paid), love a good laugh, am a singer and have geeky hobbies. I'm not a party gal and like to listen to music or read from home, have friends over (all of my friends are funny, safe, random peeps, most are musicians too :) ) Not too fussed with the genders, age, ethnicity of housemates, just no creeps, duh. I also do not have a car, so close proximity to train and bus stops is important! I'd particularly love to live around the Seaford train line :D I require house mates who are: respectful, egalitarian (or at least don't push their differing views on me), mature/mostly mature xD, good communicators, considerate, clean up after themselves, and aren't too loud. Extras: It'd be nice to become friends with housemates, maybe cook together, watch movies, share music tastes, from time to time - I love alone time though, so this isn't a need, but would be nice :) To support a positive living environment, friendliness and communication is necessary though :) Housing History: I've lived in shared private rental, in student accommodation buildings, with friends, and with family. Have met and been around diverse people from different cultures, backgrounds. I've been living with a 25yo male and 24 y.o. nb housemate since July 2018. Before that I lived in a large (8 story, 38 rooms/floor) student accom. 3 diff friends households at the end of high school until I got into a Music course last year. And ofc with family before that too. I've experienced controlling friendships and housemates, messy housemates, overcrowded housing (a friend who has 5 high functioning autistic siblings and parents :) I stayed with them for a month while house-hunting :) ), and with my family - the family structure house hold. I know what I like and don't like in a household and in people, so have good, real expectations for safety, living environment, and communication. I love cute things, and am semi into gardening, but I'm a bit clumsy and forgetful, so it's more of a 'when I'm not too busy' type hobby. This year, for at least the 1st study semester, I've studied half of a UniSA foundation course, since I studied more practical Music Industry (Performance - vocal) courses last year, and haven't written essays et cetera for over a year now......+ (rant: I hadn't finished paying off the certificate 4 which I was going to use to get into a uni psychology course......there's a student loan for that sort of thing that I didn't know about #regret....well.....now I know T-T ) In semester 2 I'm starting a Bachelor of Arts @ the University of Adelaide (anthropology and a language - Japanese would be fun. I'm a bit of an otaku :')) - So will be looking for housing with close proximity to the city for mid year (looking for a 6 month lease; I prefer 6 months incase housemates end up being to loopy, not what they say they are etc) xD Hopefully a house around $270 including bills per fortnight. I love plants, animals & the environment too - I'm an avid recycler, so would prefer eco-concious housemates :) Message if you think I sound like a good fit for your household c: Toooodles~
