Hello, my name is Celine and I am 20 years old, from Norway. I will be an exchange student at QUT the 1st semester of 2017. I study engineering and I take my studies seriously even though i also like to have fun and go out in the weekends. I'm really looking forward to get to know Australia and Brisbane. I'm respectful and understanding as well as tidy and clean (even though a little mess every now and then never will be a big problem for me). I am very active, social and outgoing and I'd love some new friends who can show me the city! I'm looking for a private room in share flat/house with roommates around my own age (early/mid 20). I'm looking for some social roommates, who also are interested in getting to know me and sometimes do some activities with me. As i said it would be nice if you also had some sense of tidiness and respect, but I also like to socialize and have friends over in the weekends so it would be nice if you are fine with that (or are joining in). So hopefully you want a new flatmate and friend, like me, to share your days and apartment with! /Celine
Mature age, working (full time), professional guy from NSW moving to Brisbane for work.. Well travelled and down to earth guy who is easy to get along with.
I generally keep to myself, more of an introvert personality wise, though I do know how to be social, and enjoy having conversations with other people. I enjoy doing various things, from personal hobbies, to something sports/exercise related, to going to the beach, reading, staring up at the sky, etc. There's a lot more to say but you'll get a better idea of who I am if you meet me :) The maximum I'd be willing to pay per week is around $250. Would generally prefer to share with one other person.
Hi my name is Regan. I moved to Brisbane 2.5 years ago from rural Qld to study. I have a passion for building design and architecture. I believe I am easy going, considerate and genuine. I like to be active and social but enjoy my down time too. I am clean, tidy and mindful of others.
Super chill 20 y/o searching for a roommate or couple for a 2 bedroom unit! Have my eyes on a GORGEOUS apartment in Toowong. Aiming for the Master bedroom and willing to pay more for it. Party friendly, LGBT+ friendly, on time with rent, and clean! Keen on somewhere near public transport but also somewhere that has carparks/carports :)
Hello! I am goofy 26 y.o gay professional working in Medical Imaging. Looking for a place to call home with some wonderful peeps! My current roommate has sadly moved OS to live and I have opted to not continue my current lease (which ends on the 6th of March) for a bit of a change. I am super easy going, clean ( but not OCD) and considerate. Would love to share a couple of beverages/ meals/good vibes, go for a hike or hit up the movies with the roomies. I like getting out and about, dabbling in crafts, hiking and keeping active. I do have to travel a bit between the GC + Sunshine coast for work, so I do have to be up and at 'em early fairly often. I am looking for an unfurnished room+ I do have a couple of other pieces of furniture ( fridge, chairs TV etc) that I can bring along with me. Please don't be afraid to ask any questions and I am happy to meet up for a coffee/drink. Cheers, Todd

24 year old lawyer who works in Brisbane CBD. I'm looking for either an apartment or a team-up. I'd prefer to live with only one flatmate. I'm looking for a professional, and someone who is like-minded to some extent. I'm tidy, but not obsessive. I'm happy to have a glass of wine and be social, or unwind on my own at night times. I'm looking for someone who I can socialise with some of the time. As for location, I'm keen to live somewhere near the CBD, and close to the river, or somewhere to run outdoors. My preferences would be Milton or Auchenflower, or somewhere similar.
Hello :) I am Faye, a German national but born and raised in Zimbabwe. I am currently at university in the Netherlands but I will be coming to Australia in February to complete a 20 week internship. I will be based in Bowen Hills for work so would like to find a place somewhere in the area. I will be in Australia for roughly 6 months but would only need a place to stay for about 5 months. I am a very chilled out and down to earth student. I LOVE to travel and have already seen quite a fair bit of this planet. I completed my Gap Year in Australia in 2014 and have yearned to return ever since. Meeting new people who have travelled the world and are from a different culture is my passion. I love to hang out at home and have a girls, pizza or movie night but I also love to go out to for a few drinks or to a concert just as much. I enjoy sweating it out in the gym, doing some yoga, going for walks and of course spending the day at the beach. I am a very clean person and don't like any smelly mess. I love to cook and enjoy trying out new dishes from different cuisines. I know a few people in Brisbane but would like to make some new friends who are roughly my age. It would be nice if I could live with one or two other people who also have a working life. During the weekends I would like to discover Brisbane and maybe go on a few trips to Byron Bay and the area :) I look forward to hearing from you!

Hey- I am a post graduate student in teaching, moving up to Brisbane from Sydney, where I have been living in a flat for 5 years. I love the outdoors, going to the gym, hiking, beaching, anything that involves sun and moving. I study and work hard, and am clean, considerate, a kind soul, and low maintenance to live with. I would love to live with people who are friendly, love exercising, and care about others. I like to have my own space but also love a good wine and chat on the verandah.
Hey there! My names Amber :) I'm 21, currently unemployed but looking for full time work again asap, no pets except for one betta fish named Obi-Wan, no children, and a smoker but happy to do that outside if you'd prefer. By the way, sorry about the picture I couldn't get it to zoom out. I love to be social but I also enjoy my own space so I'm looking to live with some relaxed people that are like minded. In my spare time I like playing video games and binge watching TV shows, so I don't mind if internet is a little extra. I'm not too picky on location but somewhere around the Gold Coast, Calamvale or Brisbane would be ideal. Hope to hear from you soon! If you have something you think matches don't be shy to message or text me.

I'm a full time student at QUT with casual work there during the semester. I can be quiet and tend to keep to myself, but I do enjoy going out to eat, grabbing a beer, going to the beach, etc. For fun I like to hit the gym, catch a movie, go out for a beer and a game of pool, or just sit back and play a few video games.

(Don't worry I won't be a sad sack) 😜 I'm 32 years of age and very sociable when I'm around people while also enjoying a bit of me time! I enjoy keeping fit and eating quite healthy. I know living with males can sometimes be a gamble when it comes to cleanliness but I assure you I'm clean and tidy. I'm currently working as a forklift driver from Monday to Friday while I search for a new career. Any queries don't hesitate to contact me as I'm happy to answer. Thanks for your time! Braydon (Potential Flatmate)
Hi Guys, I am starting my Physiotherapy Degree in 2017 at University of Queensland and am finding a place closer to University. I am 22, and from Melbourne. I enjoy keeping fit and the outdoors, so most days you'll either find me at the gym or out and about. I am very clean and organised, enjoy social events but also prefer some down time to peruse through a good book . Please note, I am still in Melbourne and won't be in Brisbane until the 16th of February. Therefore I am only able to inspect after the 16th of February, and ready to move in immediately. Message me for a chat! Cheers!

"You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with" Jim Rohn. So, I'm looking to live with like-minded legends. - Mature, self-aware, respectful & ego-free communication (no issues with noise, mess, negative drama, etc) - Healthy lifestyle and nutrition - Can be found in the ocean or mountains at any opportunity - Goal-orientated. Never bored. Growth and contribution mindset (non-fiction literature, nutrition & training, psychology & philosophy, social sciences, technology, Brazilian jiu jitsu, acroyoga, meditation, languages, vagabonding, etc) - Independent thinker, not a sheep. Prefer almost no commercial TV. (intentional entertainment is sweet, but 24/7 ads and lowest-common-denominator shows polluting our castle aint so sweet). As Josh Waitzkin says, "I cultivate empty space as a way of life for the creative process".
I'm super easy to get along with, clean, respectful and responsible prefer the same in return. I don't smoke nor a bigger drinker! during the week I keep low key socialise on the weekend (room with secure car park) Cheers:)

I leave for work (quietly) around 5.30am and in bed by 9pm . I rarely cook other than the the meals I bring with me from home for the microwave . I am a fun loving 18 year old. I am pretty much your stereotypical "hippie".. yes I enjoy yoga, crystals, meditation, doofing, hooping, 420 friendly, and I'm vegan :) I am clean and mature and like my own space. I would also love to adopt a tiny ginger rescue kitten!
A little bit about myself... I'm from Brazil, but I'm currently studying Computer Science at Lancaster University in England. I've moved to Brisbane in July for a year long exchange program at QUT. I decided to exchange with QUT as a QUT-er came over to my uni earlier this year. She would proceed to entice me with stories about Brisbane to the point I couldn't help but apply to go. What would living with me be like? Nothing but a breeze. I'm a easy-going happy person who likes it when others are happy around him :) I'm great company for like every activity. We can play board games, we can cook together ( I cook well, I'm told.), video games, beer at a bar, watch netflix, shopping, random strolls, karaoke, you name it. Just don't ask me to do things that include jumping off of or from things, as I'm not very big on heights. I currently share my flat with 5 other flatmates, and I'm the clean one who remembers to take out the trash and clean the leftover cereal bowls, so don't worry about me making huge messes. I'm also very studious, so won't be throwing loads of parties all the time. I very much enjoy just being on my computer and listening to some music. With that being said, I am a very social person. You will definitely see me, I'm not the type to hibernate in my room for the whole day. I love meeting and talking to people I like, so I'm sure we'll have many conversations. Plus, if we all agreed to throw a party, I wouldn't mind. Well, if I sound like someone you wouldn't mind sharing a roof with, feel free to message me back. :) Hope to hear back from ya!
Reid and I are friendly, outgoing, adventurous people who are very easy going. We both work - Reid in design and Jess in Hospitality. Reid is American and Jess is Australian and both went to uni in the US. We are looking to make friends, meet new people, try new things while we are living in Brisbane. We are both clean, healthy, respectful, non-smokers who enjoy having fun but also enjoy our personal time alone. Please contact us if you are looking for 2 fun and reliable roommates!
Hi mates, I'm a really relaxed, tidy German girl. I love to hang out with my friends in my free time and I love adventures. I'm going to start studying in the end of February and I'm working part time at a restaurant. I can cook ( german cuisine:) ) Can't wait hearing from you! Cheeeers!
I am a PhD student. I spend most of the day out. I am clean and not a party person. But wouldn't mind watching movies with flatmates. I am looking for private room and own/ensuite bathroom I don't mind teaming up with another girl and hunt together for an apartment
Hola! I am an international student from India. I belong to a punjabi family and I am going to pursue my masters degree from University of Queensland (UQ), Sant Lucia, Brisbane in feb,2017 so I am looking for an accommodation in my budget. I am very friendly and studious guy who loves to enjoy with friends in his free time. Also, I am a gregarious person and like to make new friends. Moreover, I am a big fan of american series and I am a sober guy. Feel free to contact me :) .
We are an easygoing couple that are looking for somewhere relaxed to live. We both study law at QUT. We are very lively people and always like to be making noise, we love music - Jake has several guitars that he enjoys jamming out to. We are always down for a laugh and a chat; but also enjoy individual time for ourselves. We would ideally like to move into a share house with 1 - 2 people that are open and communicative should an issue ever arise. We are both clean and tidy people, and see paying all bills as a first priority. We'd be great to live with as we are always down for a chat, chilled out drink and a bit of fun; but at the same time would give you lots of space. In our spare time we enjoy going for drives or taking small trips. We'l never say no to a casual drink or to trying new experiences. We'd love to live in a place where we feel very welcome.
Hello! I'm 23, working full time at Flight Centre Headquarters in South Brisbane. I live an active and healthy lifestyle. I usually am out of the house early in the mornings off to gym/yoga/bootcamp and at night I might do the same, or just walk home! Weekends I like to head out for brunch, beach, markets, movies, head to a bar with live music! I'm looking for friends under than same roof rather than just a room. Always up for a wine, netflix, takeaway, and throw a bit of banter, but also respect everyones alone time Please feel free to message me :) Thanks Ames
I am a US student studying abroad at QUT for the semester. I am very easy to get along with, clean, and outgoing. I plan on traveling a good amount, but still need a nice place to stay in Brisbane with roommates that hopefully can either show me around or discover Australia while I do. I love meeting new people and seeing new places.
Clean and usually keep to myself. Studying nursing full time while working part time at Coles. I enjoy beach trips and road trips and adventures! Currently live at home and would love to move out! My ideal place would be with 1 or 2 house mates, a nice kitchen and a nice bathroom. I'd want my new place to feel more like a home more then just the place I live. I'd love housemates that are social but also like quiet time.
I am a easy-going and friendly person who likes their space but also happy to interact with others. I am currently a third year student at UQ so I will be busy but will always keep the place clean and tidy. Not a party person but enjoy a nice movie and chat with potential flat mates. I prefer all female accomodation if possible. Thank you :)
Hey guys, looking for a place the week of 12th Feb (lease ends 17th Feb). I'm a recently graduated law student who is at the moment working part time. I've lived in sharehouses for a while now so I know how these things go! I'm easygoing; friendly and not fussy, so if you have a spare unfurnished room feel free to send me a message 😊
Hi, I am looking to relocate to Brisbane in February from Central Queensland for work. I am looking for somewhere with two spare rooms one for me and one my friend Trent who currently studies at Griffith University. We preferably want to live close to the city and somewhere close to public transport. We are very easy going people and love meeting new people.
Hi, I'm a French student taking a year off my studies to gain some professional experience. I have found an internship in brisbane and am therefore looking for a place to stay. I'm used to travelling around (I've lived in South Africa and India) and meeting new people so I'm quite easy-going. I am tidy and respectful of others and their privacies.
I'm a PhD Candidate (doing my research about culinary tourism/social media and marketing). Apart from doing my PhD, I also work part-time (a few days per week) as a consulate officer in the CBD. I've lived in a lot of shared houses (both in Brisbane and Glasgow) while Bangkok and Malmö are cities where I spent my childhood. Well I like to think that I'm pretty easy to live with - however I am such a clean/neat freak and a minimalist. I really like something that's marble, woody, white or rose-gold! If the bedroom is unfurnished, that's totally fine since I have got some ideas for my Pinterest-inspired bedroom. Obsessed with all the candles, Aesop products and etc that can make the home is a place to unwind. I would say I prefer to keep the house organised and clutter-free. I mostly cook at home but as a foodie I often go out to find good places/cafes to chill out and catch up with foodies. Although I love cooking and baking at home, I do use electricity wisely so we can save money and help protect the environment :)
***Not looking for a share room*** Hi I'm Caitlin! Looking for an apartment/townhouse share with 1 or 2 other females around similar age, I work full time for a bank in the city 9-5, really sociable but also love me some alone time so I won't always be up in your grill :) I don't mind pets and love to relax with a wine and a chat at the end of the day or in the weekend with my friends/housemates. I'm too old for a party house these days and would looove to live with someone that can motivate me to do more yoga and exercise! Preferably would like somewhere central city so I can walk to work but open to South Bank, Newstead etc area. Not looking to move until beginning of March as this is when my current lease ends. I'm also pretty cool and get on easily with anyone! Thanks :)
Hi there! My name is Katina, I'm a 30 year old (look and feel about 24...but wiser) looking to find my own quiet pad or a place to share with some fun, laid back people while I focus on my career...or fly solo. Either way, I'm not actually too fussed! I work at a gym, run a small business (Minerva Candle) and also study via correspondence (3D Animation/Conceptual Art and Design). I have a very relaxed personality and a fairly dry sense of humour - I really love to laugh. I'm possibly the closest thing to a 'bro' in a girls body you'll get (I'm all about the video games, lifting at the gym, action movies, quoting Anchorman and Step Brothers, etc)...except I smell nicer, love a glass of wine, and like to do my nails on the weekly...so if you're okay with that, then awesome. I enjoy having my own space and don't fear it, but I also love human company and making friends so either way works well for me. I tend to be out and about a lot...I don't really party, but I like to visit friends and go on adventures...so don't be surprised if I ask if you want to bunjee jump or climb a cliff. I will accept if you say no, but I will likely call you a whimpy. :P I'm looking for any area near to the city (New Farm, Newstead, Ashgrove, etc) as this is closest to my work and also gives me access to the city which I enjoy wandering around (read- sniffing around for food). I really enjoy making a place a warm and inviting home so I can promise you that I'll take beautiful care of your property while I'm borrowing it from you :) You might have to be okay with smelling candles all the time...that is what I do for my business, yes you will get freebies :) If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm away from the 1st Feb to 5th March, so either scramble moving before I go, or moving in after the 5th March :) - Katina
