So as not to complicate things, I just want to share a lease with one other similarly interested person. Please, if you think you want something similar feel free to contact me. I will reply to you. Wow, it's been nearly impossible to find anyone on here. It seems everyone I have contacted have not been forthcoming in their profile about what they really are looking for. Although I have a paid profile and have been contacting those who don't, and I still have a week or so to go, I'm giving it one more day then calling it quits. Trawling through everyone else's profiles is proving to be too much Russian roulette, as most are Early Bird and young! I have just discovered today why most posters are listed as Early Bird.... I am sociable but at the same time I value my privacy very much, and my quiet time. I love animals and have a fat old fluffy cat. I'm ONLY interested in sharing with ONE other and I need a place with a lock up garage, according to my comprehensive insurance conditions. I love markets and garage sales, I really enjoy attending auctions too. I enjoy a laugh and do enjoy making others laugh. I pick up occasional work as a bond cleaner but for now, because I'm so close to moving day (22nd January) I have had to do minimal stuff because I have to tie loose ends, pack, and make moving bookings...everything that goes with a pending move
Hi, My name is Sara and I'm 25 years old. I'm studying Graphic Design and is currently living at Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast. I'm looking for a place to stay somewhere around the same area on the Gold Coast. I'm very friendly and easy going and would also consider myself clean and tidy. Interested in photography and love to go on small weekend escapes. I you want to know anything else, don’t hesitate to contact me!
Hey all! I'm currently seeking a room or someone to start a house up with! I'm wanting to live around Burleigh heads/Burlegh Waters, Varsity Lakes, Robina, Mudgeeraba. Basically south end of the Coast. I'm 24 and currently working a casual position (but full time hours) I don't smoke, occasionally have a few drinks and no drugs. I'm clean and respectful of other people and their property. I live a pretty quiet life but also spend time out with friends. I pay rent on time and have no issues when it comes to bills/bond. I do have an almost 2 year old Golden Retriever, she doesn't bark, chew or cause any destruction and she's also house trained. She is also very small for a retriever. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. Talk soon Rachael
I am looking for a pet friendly place as I have a little elderly, quiet and polite mini foxy. I'm a nurse who is working full time and I love my job. I'm neat and tidy and although I love to get together with housemates for a conversation, I also value time to myself . I am into natural health, am vegan, and love exercise, meditation and yoga. I love nature and often go on short camping trips around the scenic rim area. My ideal housemate is someone who is positive and friendly with an optimistic outlook on life. I love to have a chat, but also value time to myself. I want to do the right thing by my current housemate and so would need to give her 2 weeks notice before moving into a new residence.
Hey:) I'm a Melbourne girl moving to Brisbane to study medicine. I'm looking for a relaxed and friendly place to call home close to UQ and the matter hospital. I intend to work alongside my studies so I would appreciate a more relaxed base rather than a party house. I enjoy cooking, getting outside and chats over tea. I'm very easy to get along with and look forward to getting to know you :) The main things that I'm looking for are: - A private room large enough for a queen bed and desk. - Proximity to UQ uni - A smoke-free house - AC is a plus - Must be LGBT friendly Message me to find out more:)
I own my own business in the country (a gym),but am taking a change of pace in 2018 to study full time. I train for powerlifting competitions, so the lifestyle I lead supports what I do in the there: healthy eating, quality rest and clear head space. I grew up in the country with 4 brothers and have lived in share accommodation for a number of years (both in Sydney and overseas). I know the importance of having my own space in a share house so am totally respectful of that for my housemates. In saying all of this I am definitely not a recluse! I would be up for exploring funky bars every now and then with my new housemates, but totally understand if that isn't their cup of tea either! I am financially stable, so being a student is not a problem. I'm a pretty easy going person however I don't want to live with smokers, pets, party people or kids :)
Hey, I’m a 32 male originally from country nsw moved here a year ago. Working full time as a glazier (someone that plays with glass) I’m pretty laid back, if you can’t find me I’m normally out surfing or just kicking back on the beach. Love to get out on the weekends and go for little road trips. I’m clean and tidy, don’t mind doing my fair share of the house clean. Not a partier but I won’t say no to a beer and a chat. I do have a very playful pup called smokey he’s a retriever x collie throw a ball and you have a friend for life.

I am quiet, but always up for a laugh and a beer. No car or much stuff, any furnishings are appreciated. Thanks-Mike *Need internet (light smoker)
Hello everyone! I’m arriving to the Gold Coast on the 26th of Jan (yey, Australian Day!), and planning to stay there for at least 6 months (might be longer). About myself: I am 23 yo, from Barcelona and graduated in International Business and Marketing. I am coming back to Oz for my 2nd WHV - I fell in love with the country, so I had to return. I enjoy myself chilling out with friends, having a couple of beers (beer fan), and outdoors (beach&nature activities). But also sofa-blanket-movie nights. Social, but not crazy party animal. Love traveling. Easy going and respectful. Non-smoker. Pet-friendly. Looking for a house with a good vibe and great atmosphere. Willing to call it home, rather than just a house to live in. Preferably: Private room in (1) Burleigh, Mermaid or Miami. // (2) Surfers or Broadbeach Cheers!
Hi there ~ I'm Hujo, I'm from China. I'm a fun, easy going , and outgoing person. I'm kinda a smoker but only smoke when I'm upset.Looking for a private room in a share house. Also looking forward to have good time with cool roommates.
Hi everyone :) I'll be moving to Brisbane this February to study my masters in Social Work. I'm 27 (nearly 28), originally from Mullumbimby in Northern NSW, very friendly, down to earth, respectful of others, and a non smoker/drinker (however I don't have a problem with those that do). I've just returned to Australia after living in Indonesia for the last 5 years, and would love to find a sharehouse that feels like a real home, with housemates who are kind-hearted, and enjoy sitting down together for a cup of tea and a good chat. Hoping to find a room in West End or surrounding inner city suburbs. I can afford $175/week INCLUDING bills.
Im clean, tidy and respectful. I'm also a fun person to be around. I can guarantee you wont have a dull moment living with me, and considering Im from Croatia originally theres always plenty of good food around. I'm currently working full time in a solar company. However on the weekend I like to go out, hiking, dancing or to some waterhole.
I'm great to live with because I'm clean and tidy, equally happy keeping to myself or chilling with others, a good cook, and I like people. I've travelled fairly widely, and have lived in Japan and Europe, so I'm comfortable with all sorts of folks. I work casually and study full-time, so I won't be in anyone's way, either. :)
I am 19 years of age and am currently living on the Gold Coast and commuting to Brisbane to study Medical Laboratory Science at QUT. I love travelling and have been to parts of Europe and South America. Whilst on the Gold Coast I actively participate in Surf Life Saving, work part time and love a good night out with my friends.
Easy going Gold Coast girl moving up to be closer to uni (QUT kelvin grove/garden point). Looking for flatmates that respect privacy but are also willing to socialise with casual wine nights or heading out in the mornings to buy overpriced avo on toast. Proud supporter of messy hair, sweat pants and baking vegan banana bread. Ideally looking for someone close in age but I get along with everyone so not too fussed. Feel free to message if you think you'd be a good fit :) (Bonus points if you have a dog.)
Hi! I'm Andrew, a 29 year old environmental consultant. I work full time during the week in the Valley and sometimes, but not often, travel for work. I am clean, respectful, honest, drama free and appreciate the same in return. I'm a pretty quiet and laid back guy who enjoys the outdoors, either hiking or the beach, but also happy to veg out watching TV, play games, listen to music etc. I also love to attend live gigs to see my favourite bands whenever I can.
**TEAM UP** Hey future Roomies, Liam and I met on Flatmates 5 months ago and got a place together for 6 Months, this is coming to an end so we are wanting to find a bigger place and preferably 2 other people to start a new share house 4+ Bedrooms. We are both working professionals, like to keep fit and healthy during the week and love to have a drink on the weekends. Both easy going and would like to find like minded people to create a fun, happy and drama free place where we are all become friends rather than just roommates. Happy to spend around $250 each a week for a room each, so looking for a place for about $1,000 a week. Preferably looking for at least 1 female to even the house out! Send me a message if you think you will be suited and we can all meet up for a coffee or a drink :) Cheers, Patrick!
