Hi there, my husband and I work full time in both our careers, Harley works on salary based wages and studies IT full time in retail. I work at a distribution centre at the airport. We have one cat named Stitch very lovable and extremely in your business kind of cat meaning never ending cuddles he wants. We are looking for a room that is unfurnished as we have a king size bed plus side tables to fit. We have great references and looking to find something small and convient as we want to travel at the end of the year. Our lease finishes on July 1st.
We are a couple wanting to find a relaxed and peaceful place around Kangaroo Point, West End or New Farm. We both work full-time and are well-adjusted friendly and respectful people. Mitch (30) is a blue collar worker and Min (29) works in law. We are not particularly social during the work week and prefer to kick back quietly. We tend to be social outside of the house and treat home as a sanctuary, we are not total killjoys though - we just don't want a 24/7 party house. We will respect your space and schedule and expect the same in return. We are not obsessive about cleaning but have an expectation that the common areas in the house (kitchen, bathroom etc) are clean and hygienic. We try to use as little electricity and water as possible and do our best to recycle. We have a car but mostly cycle everywhere. We like to garden so a yard or balcony would be nice to plant some herbs. We love animals so pets are not a problem.
Two's company, three's a share platter. We are two friends looking for one or two more people to share hommus with. Wait sorry scrap that... We are here to find an awesome housemate to find a home with. We are both easy going and respectful of space but also happy to do things as a house family. These can include (but not limited to) witty banter over dinner or a drink, outdoorsie stuff, movie nights, pottery classes and did we mention share platters!? Maddy: - Studying Secondary Education at QUT KG - Works at Getta Burger and Audrey’s music shop West End - Muso and book worm - Sociable and easy going - A lover of all beverages: tea, coffee, wine, beer…. The list goes on. (Owns a tea collection that would make your grandma blush) Nathan: - Legal assistant for a Law Firm - Budding fashion photographer in his spare time - All round creative and a fan of arts and crafts projects - Massive Mexican food lover - Esas son mamadas! - Enjoys spontaneous adventures out in nature (AKA taking the bins out to the curb)
Hello, I'm Shannon. I currently live in Newcastle NSW, and I am looking for a place in or near the City of Brisbane. As it will only be myself, a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment would be suitable. I would prefer the place to be near bus stops and train stations. I Can as well pay for Rent and Bond straight up in advance :] I will be coming up to Brisbane this month i need a place . I currently seek benefits, however once moved, I will be looking for a new place to work part time, and/or apply to Tafe to study. Paying rent on time will not be a problem, I have not rented before, apart from off of my own mother, as I pay fortnightly to stay in her home, so I do ask that you give me a shot. I am desperately looking for a place, and am able to adapt to new places and situations well. For contacting purposes, please message me on here. or text me on my mobile phone. I will get back to you as soon as possible. It would mean the world to me if you could help me out . Thank you reading my Ad. Hi my name is Ekin but everyone calls me Nikki😊 I'm a 25 year old turkish/german girl from Berlin. After I finished my Bachelor's degree I decided to take a gap year to explore the world. I love traveling, meeting new people, eating and cooking good (vegan) food and exploring the places I'm in as much as I can. I am a very easygoing and social person but also enjoy alone time from time to time. That's why I'm also very respectful of other people's privacy. I am working full-time at a nightclub at the moment so I am usually home very late at night or in the morning and mostly sleep during the day. I am currently looking for a place to stay for one month but could be staying longer if I like it here😊
Hey I'm Kayla! I'm looking for a friendly and comfortable place to move into somewhere in the city. I'm polite, I keep things clean, and I'm respectful of others privacy and personal belongings. I'm pretty chill, quiet most of the time but always up for a conversation. Please don't bother messaging me if the weekly rent is over $180, and please note that I don't drive and I rely on public transport to get to inspections.
Hi! I am a full time student living on the sunshine coast, but I am studying in Brisbane (fortitude valley) I have uni Thursdays and Fridays and I was hoping to maybe find a room for one night/ week. I would come on Thursday afternoons (my last class finish 6pm) and stay until 7.30 am Friday morning (start at 8am). I really just need someplace to sleep for one night. If someone have a bit of space over and want some extra cash this could be a good way of getting it! I am super quiet, I don't drink or smoke. I only want to avoid driving back to the sunshine coast Thursday evening and Friday morning. My semester starts 8 of June and I will need Accommodation for 10 weeks (might only be 8). I would prefer if you have wifi. Thanks
Hi Everyone, Looking for a relaxed environment to come home too, living with drama free happy positive people, I don't smoke or drink, I am also a vegan so Ill be making my own foodr to make my own food. I love my physical activity as I am a Personal Trainer. I love a good laugh and to hang around people with positive vibes. I'm a very tidy individual, who respects others space and wishes the same for myself. Namaste Rachel
A French girl coming in Brisbane to study, and looking for a cool place to live :) I'm quite easy to live with. When I don't have to study much, i enjoy watching movies or series, or simply talking. I understand that you might need you alone time, same for me ^^ I only wish to be with people, that I can even be friends with, and spend a good time in this great country that Australia :)
22 yo Belgian looking for a colocation of 3-4 students or backpackers (ideally). I'd be on WHV so I just want to find a nice place with laid-back people who like spending time together as friends :) and who knows ? If you as well want to travel all over Australia, then we might become travelmates :)
I'm career driven, and work a 7 day roster, so between work and friends, I'm not home a lot. Easy to get along with and enjoy actually getting to know my fellow housemates as opposed to locking myself in my room. My specialty is putting on a casual Sunday BBQ or roast for the crew, if we ever find ourselves all at home together. I've just transferred to Brisbane (from Fremantle) after travelling the world and I'm looking for a place that has easy access (walking or short train/bus ride) to South Bank for work as I haven't replaced my car yet.
I am very easy going and have a personality that most people enjoy being around! I work a lot so especially night work as I am in security! My goals are to be a cop! I enjoy company and a cold beer when I get the chance but lately the chances are sliming as I work most nights haha When I get time off I have a few hobbies, one is scuba diving! Currently completing my dive masters and I also ride a bike, if there is no room to store it then so be it its all good I'll leave it behind, my time I get to go for a ride is thinning anyway haha 😅 So more or less I am clean and tidy and very respectful and deadly honest! Sometimes it doesn't work in my favour being very honest and upfront but I believe it's a good quality! I will need somewhere until at least October then maybe more after that depending on the police force progress! Cheers
Need a clean and tidy (furnished) place... I'm an easy going, friendly, quiet, tidy, considerate, uncomplicated, single girl. I don't like clutter or mess and prefer not to share a bathroom! I wouldn't usually consider living with children or cats.
Mid 20's, full time professional. Moving from Sydney mid this year. Open to share house or apartment share. Preferably people of similar age, who enjoy socialising on the wkds. When it comes to my room I'll be a neat freak, but not going to push that on anyone else! Looking for something that is more than just 'a room'.
Hey! my names Abhi (pronounced like ah-bee), I'm 28 and I'm generally always looking for a good time or a reason to smile. I work in speciality coffee and have managed to make a career out of it. I'm moving up to Brisbane from Sydney with hopes to start my own cafe. I'm an early riser and enjoy a bit of exercise when I can be bothered. I love meeting new people so I'm looking for a pretty social/respectful house hold to reside in. I have a dog (big-lazy-beautiful lick you to death mutt) and she's amazing. Ideally id move somewhere that has a yard so she can come with me but I understand that may be a bit of a challenge so depending on the situation I may just leave her at home with my parents. :( I don't really know what area to live in to find what i'm looking for but I do know that most of people with corporate jobs would consider me a hipster. I enjoy the company of creative people/hospitality workers. I'm really into film, digital photography, cooking and watching movies. A really close friend of mine lives in Brisbane and has a room I can stay in while I look for a place so my start date is quite flexible. If you want to FaceTime or Skype with me before meeting up I'm fine with that. Ill be up in Brisbane on Thursday May 4th through to Saturday 6th if you would like to meet up with me.
Hi, my name is Tamea. My partner and I are currently looking for accommodation in Brisbane. Our budget is $200 p/w excluding bills, we have a car so would need a parking spot. We are looking to move in mid May, and would be staying for at least 6 months. My partner is currently living is QLD and I would be moving from Melbourne to Brisbane for work. I would be moving in first and my partner would move in later on once he has a job closer. I will not be in Brisbane until 16th May and will be looking for accommodation to move into immediately. I am a beauty therapist and my partner, Slade is a steward. We are both friendly and social but we also like to keep to our selves. We are clean and tidy, always pay the rent on time and are no smokers. I am 20 years old and in my spare time I like to watch movies, read and also enjoy traveling. Slade is 23 and a gamer, in his spare time he also enjoys exploring and the occasional social drink. Please contact me if you have a room available that would suit us. The best way to contact me is message through here or text message, my moblie is 0448 809 550. Thank you! :)
